I have ordered biba women's straight kurta (Winter c12090_maroon_ 42) on sept 8 2017. Money deducted from my account but it is not in order or in dispatch. Please track order or refund money. Amazon had done this 4 times and money not refunded.. We are loosing trust on amazon such fraud is not good for a reputed online services
Please resolve or i file fraud complain.

You people at amazon are a bunch of liaers and looters in the market. I ordered a macbook air on 21 sept from my hard earned money. The order had to delivered on 22 sept according to amazon but it did not deliver to me on the entire day, nor did i receive any call the entire day from amazon. Late night i got a call from amazon that we will not be able to deliver your package today as its too late, i insisted to the person to deliver...

Camera quality is poor and the performance is poor. Slow motion recording is low lower quality. Zooming the photos quality decreases. Battery powered not compatible not charging properly after getting 50% above. Slow charging after a long time. 60fps recording is very bad not good slightly lower than the other one camera. Performance getting very low...

We have booked the above order on 01.09.2017 and was to be delivered by 12.09.2017. Till date we are not getting any information from amazon, seller or the courier company. There are lot of complains for non delivery against this seller. Please let us know the correct information for our order. We tried contacting seller but the seller details are not updated. Courier company is not able to track the consignement

Please it is my due request that i should be provided with the information about where/when/who placed the order on my behalf. This delivery was uninformed and was done using a fake id on my name. I bought a phone in exchange of another phone which is actually meeting all the conditions of exchange.. Still the delivery person refused to take the delivery since the power button was little bit jam which has nothing to do which the functionality of iphone. I tried to contact customer care also but no resolution was provided. Hope amazon follows its own policies and terms....

I ordered a one plus 5 mobile from amazon which was scheduled to deliver on 22-sep-2017 (Prime one day grantee delivery). I dint received it till 23-sep-2017.
So i called the customer care centre on 23-sep-2017 and they informed me i will receive this mobile by today (23-sep-2017). On 23-sep_2017 also my order was not delivered so again i called at around 10.30 om that i din't received my mobile today as well. The amazon representative...

I order rebook shoe for my son on 21/09/2017. My order number was[protected].
I received my order on 24/09/2017. I was surprised to see that my order had shoes from different pairs.

This was never expected from amazon who claim to be best in consumer satisfaction. This shoe was very important for my son i specifically paid rs100 extra for faster delivery since it was needed for an event on monday.

My payment mod was cod but due to some problem i applied for return/refund.
I choose amazon pay balance for refund amount. Amazon boy was picked the product on 11 sep 2017 on calling customer care. My order no. Is #[protected].

The delivery person promised me a delivery day and caused me extreme inconvenience by delaying it to 3 days due to which i lost a job.. Due to which i fell sick and i had to pay big amount of hospital bills.. That was such a disappointment.. I will make sure that i will never order anything from amazon and pass this ridiculous process happened with me to all my friends and family.....

"rs.2899 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by[protected]", the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected]. But my bank (Punjab & sindh bank) neglected it totally. I'd not get my refund yet....
