Dear sir,
I have bought kawachi easy comfort reclining chair from amazon india but the product is very poor and side hand rest piece is broken.
I have raised return amazon accepted the teturn but still product not picked up, amazon customer care says that i have to contact seller now seller says i have to ship the product, as am residing in different city and the chair is used by my parents they are old age, they not able to pack/take it to transporter.
I request to amazon to arrange pickup and refund my amount.

    I placed an order on 5th of october, 2017 for zeneme signature collection american diamond combo and paid rs.599/- using debit card and it showed the delivery schedule as 10th - 11th october 2017. On 10th got message regarding delivery and ph no. Of amazon agent (Ph. No [protected]) and link to check the delivery - http://amzn.in/biySGpl. but when tried to call that number, it is comming as invalid number and when tried to check with the given link it showed as -"courier was unable to contact you to arrange delivery. Please contact amazon.in for next steps".

    When logged in and checked about the order, it is showing as no order for past 6 months.

    What the hell is this. Customer care nos[protected] &[protected] is not responding and how to track where my parcel is.

    I want you to take immediate action and give the concerned delivery agent name and phone number along with his address to track my parcel and take the ordered material immediately.

      I would like to inform you that, im ln saudi arabia and i order 2 pairs of jonex tenacity roller skate on 3rd of oct with online pay mode, and i received before given estimate time of delivery its highly appreciated,

      Now my concern is that i order 2 pairs of skate (Cost of 1760/-) when i open the box i see there is only 1 pairs in the box then i request 3 days ago for return or deliver pending order but i didn't get any resolution from customer care department from amazon.

      This is my first experienced with online shopping and they are disappointing me.

        Have ordered through amazon order #[protected]. I have paid additional shipping charges and the company is not able to deliver the product or send a replacement. I have ordered on 27th sep and even today on 11th oct the package is not delivered. Even if the delivery boy is physically walking and delivering the product he could have done so in less than 2 days of time and ten times this delivery time is too much of a wait. It is a highly disgusting experience and on top of it you have paid additional delivery charges and what kind of logistics they have. The customer service is telling till yesterday that the package is in bangalore warehouse and today they finalyy say that they dontknow where the package is. Ridiculous!!

          Three times i called amazon but no solution. We know the phn no of delivery agent. From morning we get the sms that my ordered object is arriving today and yet in the end of the day without receiving the product we receive the sms that the product has been delivered. Being a frequent buyer its really frustrating to get into this situation... Every agent i called i got the response as my product will be delivered in 24 hours. I first spoke to one of the agent named as chaitra on 9th oct 2017 she said it will be delivered to me in 24 hours. It wasnt delivered to me. Then i spoke to saranya m on 10th oct 2017 even she promised that i will get my product on 11th oct 2017 before 12 noon. Now having not received my product i called them so this time is was their agent named as kavita she is saying will update you in 24 hours. All 3 answer different.

          After 2 weeks Amazon is saying me to re purchase the product as they cannot do anything in this. I was given assurance of getting my product but this is what AMAZON is.

            I had ordered for sandisk gold 32gb pendrive but got a kingston 64gb and on top of it, this is not working.
            When i placed an order, it got cancelled at first. Then it got delivered today. But it is not what i had asked for.
            Kindly arrange to replace it with the item i have ordered for. I have already paid rs.800/- cash for the pen drive.

                Dear team,

                I have ordered the one mobile oneplus 3t (Gunmetal, 6gb ram + 64gb memory) on 21st of september from amazon site. They have delivered the product on 22nd of september. The product has some problem and shared with amazon. Amazon executive created request for technician assistant and appointment fixed on 29th of september (You can see the same in the attachment). On 29th of september technician couldn’t visit due to so many issues ha has to resolve (Loads of work from amazon) on same day.

                1st of october i have contacted amazon customer service team, the right way they created hand to hand replacement and they said maximum within 48 hrs product will be delivered. 2nd of october when i tracked the details i have realized that product delivery address was showing my office address and i contacted customer service and changed the delivery address to my home address. Everything went well and the product delivery estimate was showing 6th of october.

                From the 6th of october i keep contacting the customer service everybody telling within 24 hours we will deliver the product but till today product has not been delivered. I got a message on 9t of october product is out for delivery and delivery agent number. I called him he told that he will deliver the product by 8pm due to so many orders. I called at 8, he said at 9.$0 pm i will come. I called at 10 he did not pick the call and in the amazon tracking details it is showing couldn’t contact the customer.

                I contacted the amazon customer service regarding that they are keep promising will delivered by 24 hrs every day and they are denying to give more information. Upon this the same day i paid for amzon prime membership for fast delivery. But amzon is not providing the service as they promised.

                Could you please help me to resolve this.

                  I'm varun bansal. I have purchased lots of products from amazon's sale. I want my amazon pay balance amount to my bank account. They refused to my request. I want my money back. I will never purchase anything from amazon. They are harrassing me. I have called them so many times. But i failed. They blocked my money in amazon pay balance. They said you have to purchase from us, we can't able to send your money to bank account. I want my money back to my bank account because they have returned my orders which i have purchased from amazon's sale. Please help me. Everyone please don't purchase from amazon. Fraud company. Share this information to each websites, youtube channels, facebook page, news media's, play store etc. Return my money to bank account as soon as possible. They are harrassing their customers.

                    I am cheated for the moto e4 phone there is no proper information given about the return while placing the order i had placed the order by mistake as i wanted e4plus instead so i have not even opened the seal of the box and now have blocked my number from calling amazon customer care. This is highly unacceptable and amazon is duping customer of the easy return policy, what is the use of such policy if it doesn't cater to customer needs

                      I signed up for amazon prime to get my product delivered in less number of days. I usually make online purchases only if it is eligible for one day or two day delivery. With the same hope i ordered a jbl c100si in-ear headphones with mic (White) in amazon on 8th october. The product was applicable for two days free delivery with prime membership. Until yesterday, the tracking order column in amazon.in said, the package will be delivered on 10th october (Yesterday) by 8 pm.

                      Late in the evening, i mailed the amazon customer care, whether i will get the consignment today or not. They gave a tailor-made reply saying, i will get my order by 8 pm. It was already 7 pm when that conversation happened. I again mailed them to know whether i will surely get the consignment delivered, if not i won't wait like an # in the office waiting for this never arriving parcel. For which they replied, they don't want to give false promises and asking me to wait for a day more. They also assured that i will get the consignment by 11th october (Today) early in the morning. But i woke up to see this shocking image in amazon.in website saying my package is expected to be delivered by 13th october.

                      My order number is "order#[protected]".

                      I have learnt that amazon doesn't value "customer".
                      I have learnt that amazon doesn't keep up the "promise".
                      I have learnt that amazon doesn't deliver product on "time".
                      Thanks amazon for teaching me a lesson.

                      I urge people who read this message to not register for amazon prime. It is simply a waste of money.

                        Also got sms first regarding local delivery boy... They said go for registration on www.amazoncareer.in...I did it... Later they said that send u r documents through cv courier and sms us tracking number... I received message that ur application for delivery boy under process... But i tracked my courier which shows not received by them... Or not delivered... May be fake address... But they keep on sending me mess... If my documents not received by them how it's possible to process my application and keep on sending me mess regarding my application... I understand... It's fake company...2marrow i m receiving there bank details... I will give them a big dick.. Please don't send ur documents like adhar card, pan card or any other important documents which they demand u to provide for job.

                          I have ordered a mixer grinder of maharaja whiteline joy turbo 750-watt on 4th october 2017 (Price-2299/-). The arrival date of the product was 10th october 2017 (Informed by amazon). Suddenly they informed us that they are going to deliver the product on 8th october by 9 pm and on that day i was unable to receive the product as i was out of the station. Then i told them to come tomorrow so that i could receive the product. But they rejected my order without any permission and sent me a message of "rejection of the product" although i never told them to reject. I was very disappointed by their behavior and service. I want that product back as early as possible. If you do not response my appeal then i will complain to consumer forum.
                          Please, do the needful action.

                            My name is bipin kumar and my registered no. Is [protected] with amazon. Reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order. After then they block or hold put my account on. I was tring to unhold my account since two to three week by sending mails on [protected]@amazon.in and call to customer care no. But they are not unblocking my account and they are not responding. My address is natraj aloka garden, flat no.402, marine drive road, near ghoda chowk, kadma, jamshedpur-831005.

                            My problem is not solved yet, i registered complaint 4 day back, no action has been taken against my complaint yet, please solve it as soon as possible.

                                This is my first experience with amazon but unfortunately. Have

                                  This is to inform that i had ordered an trolley bag from amazon india on 2nd week of september 2017 and received the product on 3rd week of september 2017. The product that i received was made of quality and decided to return the product. For this product, amazon team responded that they cannot return the product from their end asked me to return the product and informed that they bear the courier charges for this. After getting the confirmation, i couriered this product with my own expenses which costed rs 1250/-. Amazon customer support informed that they wil refund the amount as soon as i send them the courier charge slip/receipt. I had sent them the scan copy of courier charge slip/receipt on 26 september 2017 and called immediately to customer care. The customer care people informed that they have done all the process from their end and it would credit to my account in 48 hours. This was the false promise provided by the customer care. After that i keep on following and the final date they said was before 10 october 2017, i will receive the payment. But till they have not made the payment. This is ridiculous service and fake promise which amazon customer care is providing to the customers. Now they have stopped responding to my emails and the when i call to customer care, they are again asking me to wait for some more days. Some people at customer care says, it is not at all processed from amazon end. Cheating online service.

                                        I have booked zebronics bt4440rucf 4.1 channel multimedia speakers against order#[protected] on 07/10/2017. Today, 10/10/2017 i have received the product which was already used and returned by someone to seller cloudtail india private limited. They have pasted a white sticker on returned product and again sent back to me. When i open the product i came to know that the product was used and returned by some one. It was very clear that amazon cheating the customers by taking the money from customers. Attaching the pictures for kind perusal this is the second time i have faced the problem with amazon. Earlier also same thing happened with amazon and at that time they have arranged the replacement. Again the replacement product also damaged product. So they have committed to do not repeat to issue in future and that commitment was not followed by them. It was my personal worst experience with amazon as a prime customers. We are paying the charge also for prime member ship as they told that there are very good facilities for amazon prime members. These are the facilities they are providing for us. I dont know what amazon thinking about customers and how easily making customers as fools. I have mentality disappointed with this service. It was waste of my valuable time for ordering, waiting for delivery and again mailing to amazon for the defective product. It was wate of my hard earned money also. They were taken the money and selling the wrong, used, returned, defective products to customers. It was very clear that amazon cheating the customers by taking the money from customers. I sincerely requesting honor to take necessary action on amazon and help us.
