I returned the item and refund was initiated on oct 3, 2017 for rs.2, 076.00 and i was told to wait for 12 hours to get the amount credit in your amazon pay. However, i haven't receive my my money yet
My chats are getting disconnecting by saying we won't be able to help you further.
I am getting wrong timeline in calls and i talked to supervisor aamir over the call and he was supposed to call me back but i neither received my money back nor a call back from a manager.
It's almost 11 days now and amount i never received the money back to my amazon pay yet.
I am not going to wait any more.
I will file a case against consumer forum by tomorrow morning itself and mentioning all the stuff which went wrong.
I ordered this item on 28th and after half an hour i realized that i could order better shoes so i requested to cancel this item. However, you guys were unable to do so as it went to shipping process and you guys told that you were taking follow up for that and once the order will ship out you guys will cancel the order and refund me.
Unfortunately, when i was not in my home item got delivered to me.
I was told to return the package and get the refund
Now i am asking my money
You guys are saying round and round.
This is something not acceptable and every point of contact i get a new time to wait why?
I just need my money that's it.
