Hello,
This about the order #[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered on 9th-oct but did not and the status showed was delivery boy could not contact. So next took follow up contacting amazon customer care for the same. Response was "it will be delivered in next 24-48 hrs." but again no status change. On 11th morning status was changed to "out for delivery", for whole day did not receive any call. Again contacted customer care, no progress/ update till 9:30 pm. So, called customer care at 9:30 pm for the escalation. Suddenly, @ 10 pm the status got changed to "package delivered". At that moment call customer care and registered the complaint.

I really have a question, how authentic amazon is?
Did not get any constructive feedback from customer care. Don't know how much they are informed.

It is absolute case of fraud.

Pl suggest how to proceed?

    I have received a message saying the amazon package has been directly handed over to mr. Aayush after his signature.
    While in reality i have had no package delivered to me.
    I called up the courier guy and he says sir we come daily to your area we know you so we have done this, we will give you your package.

    How professional can these people get! How can they sign for me and claim in financial records that the package has been delivered while it hasn't been?
    I am still waiting for the package to be delivered. Hope its not a scam. Amazon should hire verified people to make the deliveries.

    Sir I have purchased a red mi 4 mobile from your site on 3rd Oct. The item I received is defective and I contacted to customer care on 4th. The said we will send technical support team to your place but till now nobody came.please do need full.

      On the last amazon big sale on 21st september 2017, i purchased few items worth rs. 7122.00 however i had to return couple of items due to quality issue.

      On 4th october 2017, i raised request for return/replacement/exchange of two bedsheets. After few days, i checked with amazon customer care executive that it is not possible to
      Exchange the product and they will refund the amount.in that case, my total purchase amount will be decreased to less than 5k and i would not be eligible to get 10% cashback.

      Please note that if replacement choice would have not shown while raising the request, i would have not placed the request to return. Since i got the option to replace, i went ahead and place the request.

      Now with refund of those items, my total purchase bill amount will be reduced to below rs. 5k and cash back will not applied anymore.

      I spent more than an hour with amazon customer care executive but seemed that he is helpless to provide solution.

      Here i want either one solution:

      1. Either replace the bedsheets or
      3. Refund the amount of two bedsheets and pay the cashback in form of gift voucher on my final bill amount. P. S.in case of refund, the total purchase value will be reduced to less than 5k.

        On 8th oct i have ordered the epson printer and contacted customer support to deliver the product next day. But executive said that if i become a prime member i can get product 24-48 hours. However i cancelled thr order and immediately became a prime member by paying 499 (Because this product was highly required). But today its 5th day but not yet recived. It has caused huge damage to my business. Meanwhile 4 times i have contacted customer support executive. They said they vl do needfull. But no action. So i am planning to complaint in consumer court.

        If Prime membership term & conditions are framed as delivery would be done in 24-48 Hours from the purchase means you may proceed with legal by filing a case in Consumer court and explore the suitable solution with compensation. If the T&C of Prime membership framed like that, they have to complete your order without delay.

        I ordered nokia 6 & delevery date given on 11th October & Iam not receiced the product. I called several times to customer care they told me "By the end of the day we will delever" but iam not received yet & the message showing in website
        "We’re sorry your package is late. If it hasn’t arrived by Monday, 16 Oct, please come back for more options"

          Amazon India had Collected RS.100 Extra for one day Product Delivery. But They did not delivered my product next day and sent me a message saying, We could not deliver your product as we could not contact you on the phone.

            I have ordered a knee massager from amazon on aug 24. It got delivered on aug 28. I requested for return on aug 29. Before ordering the product itself i had enquired whether that product would be returnable or not and i was affirmed that it is returnable. That is why i made the order. But that product is not yet picked up and i am stuck with a useless massager and i am out of 25000. Until sept 18 i called amazon customer care numerous time to pick up the product but to no avail. I was told that my money would get refunded even if the pick up is not done. But it didn't happen. From sept 18 - oct 11 i was out of station. But after that i again called to pick up the product to which they replied that i will have to courier the product and i was given a couple of links of courier services but none of them worked. Some of them were non functional in my city and some sites were themselves not working.

            I just want my 25000 back.

              My name is shivangi. I requested a return pick up on 28th sept of order #[protected] but after waiting 14 days no one came for pick up. My return request cancelled 2 times without my permission and i have to register for the 3rd time. The courier service (Blue dart) assigned for this pick up told me to drop off the product myself and there is no one available for pick up and blamed me for cancellation. I complained against them to amazon but no one paid attention to my complain and behaved like it's nothing and also told me to self return the product. I want to complain against the irresponsible courier service and uncooperative behaviour of customer care team. I am very disappointed with amazon service.

                Hi i have ordered a battery bank during their sale and amazon able to deliver it for prime customer, but when usb ports not functioning they are asking customers to return it back their own.
                As a customer i need to pack and paste all the necessary papers and send it to them.
                Why i need to work for them? It is a company who sell to customer and have their own policies.
                Until now it is not replaced and waiting for the resolution.

                How do i make a legal complaint about this issue, i am not going to leave this and going to expose it to public about this giant cheating customers in india.

                It is may be small money, but what will happen for everyone when they do like this kind of service.

                  Hi,
                  After had a discussion with the customer care, customer care is saying that, they are not providing coupon code as describe in the offer. Where i am unhappy with that. And i am following up with customer care since sep20th, (Last day of the coupon valid date) and no fruitful response.
                  I had asked, customer care team to opt one of the following option.

                  1. Provide to coupon code to avail the mentioned offer, while purchased the product. (As provided coupon code was not working).2. Take tv back and return my amount.
                  They said, not going to opt any option and directly said i loosed to avail offer eventhough, coupon code is not working. Also indirectly said approach legally.

                  I raised concern with mails since sep20th, however no fruitful options. And also due to followup of these many times i have lost most of mytime and it is a kind of frustrated me, as agreed offer is not provided to me.

                    Samsung galaxy j7 prime was ordered by the account holder, got the deleivery update at time but the product didn't received to me, and another message update from amazon of successful deleivery came.. I called up the courier agent's phone no. Provided by the message update of amazon india but he was unable to pick the call then for further information i met with courier incharge but their reason of not getting my package was very foolish.. Really very bad courier service

                      Ordered 3 prs of easy spirt shoes. Order # 114-[protected] got credit for
                      Order #111-[protected] we kept.. Order # 114-[protected] we returned but still havent received a credit. The shoes were all the same. Kept one pair. R order #[protected]

                      We are looking for a creid for order #114-[protected] 56.21
                      If we dont receive the credit we will have to go thru our bank

                        I order moto g5s plus on october 8 2017 and i received the product on october 9 2017 but product received with damage i raised the compliant to amazon customer care but they didn't response well. They said engineer will check the mobile with in 24 hours and i got a message form amazon about engineer detail with number he will reach your door step at 12pm but he didnt come and i call him for 3 hours he didnt atten the call. I have received the apologies mail for amazon customer care.. But in that mail i order the product on 17th september 2017 but on that day i didn't purchase any product. I doubt they selling old product or damage piece... I need replacement before sunday

I didn't order anything in that amount...the date was 8/16...you are asking me for a purchase number, I can't give you a number because I didn't order anything in the amount of $204.11..you are charging my credit card for something I didn't order...

                          I am tapan dey. I have placed an order of "redmi 4a (Grey, 16gb)" on amazon.in site on october 05, 2017. The order number #[protected]. The order was said to be shipped on october 06. The estimated delivery date was october 10. But i have received an sms on october 09, "package with redmi 4a (Grey, 16gb) is being returned to us. If already paid, refund will be initiated once we get the package. http://amzn.in/ir2lWmk."

                          Getting this sms i have contacted to amazon support regarding this. They replied that the order was undelivered and i have requested to cancel my order. Though i haven't requested for any return for my side, they forcefully said me that they have received return request from my side. After that i have chatted with their customer executive "sulochana" on amazon's help support on october 09, at 8:01 pm. She claimed that she have resolved the issue by her side and my order will be delivered by october 11.

                          Today is october 11. Till date i haven't received my product. I checked the site's own tracking details. Its showing there that the product is returning to the seller. So i have again chatted with their customer executive "vaibhab" on amazon's help support. He replied "i am really sorry about the same but courier team needs your additional address then we received request to cancel the order however it was cancelled." & opened a new fake issue.

                          Do note that the mrp of the above product is rs. 5999. And i have purchased the product in the same price. But from yesterday suddenly the price of the same product have hiked from the mrp to rs. 6550.

                          Just only to black market the product they haven't dispatch my order from their end & raised fake problems when i have contacted them, though claiming us to be a valuable customer.

                          Please look into the matter and do take the correct action for this unnecessary harassment made by them.

                            I purchased objective physics forr neet, aiims, jimper and objective chemistry for neet, aiims, jipmer on 5th of october. Out oh these i have got only objective physics. I haven't got objectibe chemistry book and the delivery person is saying that if he can't find that objective chemistry book then i have to return the objective physics also and then they would again resend the books. So much time will be lost. Very very disappointed. I didn't expect this from amazon.in.

                              I have bought one redmi note 4 mobile phone on 6/10/2017 and paid the amount inr 9499 through sbi debit card, the order number was #[protected], and said to me that you will got your delivered on 11/10/2017, the courier aramex transaction id no is [protected], but delivery date and time has been passed i have not been deliverd the redmi note 4 till the 8pm not a single call and message was from amazon india site nor from the aramex courier service site, but got messave the attempt was done at gurgaon /gurugram, but address of delivery is delhi and my address which i have mention is

                              3rd floor
                              Shaheenbagh, abul fazal enclave part 2
                              Okhla, new delhi 110025,
                              I dont know why aramex people are finding my address at gurgaon /gurugram, in haryana, actually my address is delhi which i have mention above, i want to know why their is delay on finding my address or amazon india/aramex courier are doing knowingly or not knowingly to deliver the consignment which is harassing the customer,

                                My shipment was supposed to be delivered on 9th oct 2017. Then it got scheduled for 10th oct at afternoon i received a text which had contact details of delivery boy the number was switched off. I tried contacting him around 10-15 times. Does my time look so cheap to amazon? I raised issue with customer care again got scheduled for 11 oct. Now its 8:50 pm am still to receive any update from amazon. Pathetic! Am wasting whole day for this... Will definitely take this one more step ahead. Tracking #:[protected].

                                  I have purchased a pack of two syska led bulbs on 30 sept. And my order has been delivered on 3rd of october. After checking my product, i got to know that one of the led's was not working properly. Then i immediately complain about it telephonically and the company assured to return the product on the very next day. But they didn't do so. After it i again complain at least 3 times, but they keep on pending to do so. I request you to please resolve this matter as soon as possible, otherwise i have to go with legal procedure being constrained.

                                    Hello sir/ma'am
                                    My name is preeti singh, on 5th oct 2017 i placed a order for redmi 4 (Gold 64gb), which was supposed to be delivered on 9th oct 2017 by 8 pm for which payment was already made. On 9th oct 2017 at 7:30 pm i made a call on amazon customer care to exactly know the location of my order. They told me that your order has reached in your locality and will be delivered by 8-8:30 pm. I waited for my order till 8:30 pm and then again made a call on amazon customer care to know what was the problem for not delivering the order. They told me that your order has reached delhi courier office and due to some reason it couldn't be delivered and then assured me and gave guarantee that it will be delivered within 24 hrs. Again i waited for my order till 24 hrs but unfortunately it was not delivered, when i made a call for enquiry and said that i will cancel the order and make a complaint in consumer forum, without any fear and timid they rudely said do what you want and then shut down my phone. The company is only interested in making money and fooling the consumers. The company employees don't know how to behave with a consumer, they really don't care about consumer satisfaction. It's my request from consumer forum to quickly take some strict action against this behavior.

                                        I was order a l shape sofa and it was delivered on 28 of sep. 2017 and installation schedule was same day but it was not done. As per request by amazon team i had reschedule it 4 times but still it's not done. After so many request today was schedule @ 10 am to 11 am same happened and end of the after 5 time in a day you have to wait more 24 to 48 hours.
                                        From 28 of sep. Till date i called amazon team 32 times and each call minimum timing was 45 min. This much time i waste. Detail as below,
