    Please find below the complete story :

    First of all I haven't cancelled my complete the order, Only I have cancelled the order for the Egg
    Boiler but Shruti (Amazon Adviser) today has cancelled my complete order and "I am bearing all these
    done by the Amazon advisers who are good for nothing. On Saturday 14th Oct 2017 before transferring my
    money to Amazon pay balance I have confirmed from thrice from "MANASI (Amazon Adviser) on chat who
    incorrectly confirmed to me that your order will be delivered on Monday (16 Oct 2017) and after her
    confirmation I have placed my order and added money to the Amazon Pay balance. But Today I have checked
    my order status and found that one of the order Maggi (7 boxes) and Snicker pack will be delivered on
    Wednesday and the an Egg boiler will be delivered on 21 Oct'17 instead of 16 Oct'17 as confirmed by
    MANASI, on chat, Then I did Chat with MANDEEP another adviser on 15 Oct'17 and he told him the complete
    story and he also confirmed that my order will be delivered on Monday End of the day. Then still for my
    assurance as not had the good experience with the Amazon advisers I had request a call back and SHRUTI
    had call me and she said the previous advisers has confirmed wrong to you actually our system is
    correct and you will get one order of Maggi and Snicker on Wednesday and An Egg Boiler on 21 Oct'17
    Saturday. Then I have asked to cancel by order of an Egg Boiler ONLY but she had cancelled my complete
    order and wasted my 1 and half hrs on that call. Then she again transferred my call and the person is
    so Hooligan he said I cannot help you just and Abruptly provided 3 options to me 1) Re-Place the orders
    and said I will confirmed either you will get that order by Wednesday this time (And that only the
    fault of SHRUTI and I am suffering). 2) Wait for the refund which is again transferred to your Amazon
    Pay Balance (To use in purchasing again from Amazon which is useless to me, After this happenings who
    wants to shop with Amazon again) not to bank account as I have requested a lot. 3) Give me 2 to 3 days
    to listen the call and then will decide whether to re deliver you order on Wednesday or not But again I
    will not give any confirmation that you will get order again or not.

    Please tell me my fault here all I have did as per the amazon advisers confirmations and now
    suffering I have wasted my 1900 Rs. and you even donot have policy to transferred my money back to
    account and I have did. "I HAVE THE RECORDING OF THAT CALL"

      I am very much disappointed that no one in Amazon neither customer care executive nor the delivery boy knows about Load cash at your doorstep offer. I placed a order on COD and received a mail that if I pay extra cash to load my pay balance at my doorstep I will get 20% cash back for first time load. Because non of you know about it I was not able to load it that is ₹500 loss very disappointed with this.

          • i placed an order with amazon for adidas shoes, but the product delivered was wrong, different from what i had ordered. • so, after contacting amazon and informing them about the issue, i initiated a return, the package was picked up, but the refund was never initiated. I contacted them about the refund, and received a response stating that the product returned was different from what i had received, hence, they cannot initiate a refund. • this is damn bs, a wrong product was delivered, that was the reason at first i returned the product, and now they were expecting to receive the one i ordered, which was not delivered to me. • its been over 20 days now, still haven't received any resolution. Insane!

            I am extremely upset with your telephonic service, some one trying to harrasing by sending some unusual things to me & shared my no., i tried all your toll free no. To contact to you. To ask you about that user details who booked these items on my name. But still i am not getting a proper customer complain contact detail to contact you.                 I bought a laptop for rs 60, 000 and instantly my account was blocked, the money amount blocked on my card.

                I have received a mail from "[protected]@amazon.in" mentioning that my access to amazon account has been locked because my payment information was not confirmed. I was asked to fax my credit card statement with my billing address to[protected].

                But when i try to send the docs the line keeps coming busy and they have given no means to verify if the fax machine is working at their end.

                I tried to fax it to the uk amazon on the number specified on https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html/?nodeId=[protected] +[protected]

                This fax was fine but now is two days passed and i still got no response, email or otherwise.

                Calling the customer care is of no help since they say they can't do anything because the team who blocked my account can't be contacted by customer care and i must send the fax only.

                Also, the email ids "[protected]@amazon.co. Uk", "[protected]@amazon.in" and "[protected]@amazon.in" are giving delivery failure. Emailing [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in have no effect.

                So now i am left with no means to use my own rs. 60, 000 since my account is locked and no way to contact the amazon team which blocked my account.

                Just in case someone from amazon will try to help: my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                    Hi my name is zahid patel i need to escalate this about a fraud with me done by amazon. I had ordered samsung note 8 worth 68000rs and have received j2 pro worth 8000rs which was a big shock for me inspite of waiting 8 days now no compensation for amazon for this inconvenience my order id amazon.in order #[protected].                       I order a 15k phone for 11k from amazon during great indian sale on 4th october, today when i checked my orders, it showed that it is cancelled. When i tried customer support they said it is damaged and now you have to reorder it. How can i reorder that phone for 4k more now, just because of their mistake. I want serious action against them. They do not value their customers.

                        Dear sir
                        I had purchased outdoor bikes for kids i. E 14 inches bicycle for kids 3 to 5 yrs, this was deliverd to me on 23 sep 2017
                        And some of reason i went to my native place and today morning i came back. First i did i opened the box and took to the vendor for assembling there the vendor found that there some missing parts which came to my limelight. And i request the customer to take my complaint of missing parts so that i can get it delvried, but they refuse do to so as it was 10 days replacement gaurantee. But question is not to written the bicycle need the missing parts. I trust the vendors of amozon but i lost faith on this that there vendors are cheating and pulling the company status down. My only request is pls send the missing part which are listed below and will happy for the same
                        1) one grip rubber missing
                        2) plastic peddle missing
                        3) steel bended rode which support the front mudgaurd
                        4) full set of brake for the front trye of bicycle

                          On october 13, i received a call from amazon's delivery guy asking about my home's location. After i informed him about the location, he started hurling abuses at me, my mother and sister and rest of the family.

                          I couldn't believe what he he was saying and he cut the call. I called him back and he continued yelling and abusing me and said he has cancelled the delivery,
                          His number was +[protected].

                          I immediately informed amazon and they promised to fire the guy and give me a confirmation of the same. Its been two days and i am still awaiting a resolution from their end.

                            I myself magesh devendran. My address is parishram sra chs, mgr chawl, c/o raju hotel, opp ashoka foundry, bhabrekar nagar, charkop, kandivali (W), mumbai - 400067. I have placed an order in amazon and i have requested for one day delivery and i have paid the delivery amount also on 11th october 2017 but, still now i have not received the product nor i got any call from amazon.

                            I have attached the screenshot of the bill and product order and tracking details.

                            I have also called to amazon regarding the undelivery of my product four times. They replied that the product will be delivered to you the next day and the delivery cost will be refunded. But from 11th october to today they have not yet contacted me for the delivery but i have call every day and registered my complaint. But no proper response.

                            I have also attached the screen shot of the call history that i made to amazon.

                            Bill amount :-

                            Product i ordered are:- two books
                            1) one book of cds pathfinder of rs 379
                            2) one book of ssb interview of rs 154
                            And one day delivery charge rs 100
                            Total amount rs 633

                            Resolution needed :- i want my product to be delivered to me by today 15th october 2017. And i want the refund of the amount that i paid for the delivery of the product.

                              I bought four items from amazon, all the items said 2-4 days delivery for prime members. After i bought it, the delivery time changes to 8 days. This is not why i bought the prime membership. When i contacted customer care, they said its one instance, whereas it happened for all the orders. There is no use of buying prime membership as well. Amazon, does not fulfil the delivery in the mentioned time and prime membership is just vague feature. Amazon is not abiding to the features and other things they mention on their website. If they say 2-4 days delivery to prime members, how can the edd changes to 8 days after buying for all the order?

                              Below is the un-helpful chat in which cr ended the chat abruptly in situation of not able to answer the questions:

Then why do not you fulfill the delivery as mentioned on the page. Why do you change the delivery date? If it happens with one product, we can understand, it happened with all four product

                              Window is 2 to 4 business days.. Which means minimum 2 days and maximum 4 days. When you have mentioned maximum 4 days, why is it taking even 1 more day extra?

                                From the amazon company, one of your delivery boy name - akash has not behave well and also not doing his duty well. Instead of delivering at the door step he call us at our land mark but still then i went and i waited him 10-15 minutes out their but couldn't find him so after i reached home i called him up and he said he is in the car not on two wheeler of delivery vehicle. So i told him to bring in my address but he refused to come and told the customer that he is going back if we are not coming to the landmark.
                                I just want to know from when did that company provided car for delivering things.

It is pathetic to intimate you that though the return pick-up for the said order was scheduled on 27.09.17, but the item has not yet been picked up by your courier partner till this day the 15th October 2017 and you have also shown no any concern for disposal of the return request.                                     We have ordered a gala mop set on 29th september with prepaid option order no[protected] amount 1199. On 3rd oct it was delivered to my parents. When it was unpacked it was seen that the steel handle of the mop was missing. On 5th i returned home and called on amazon customer care, they told me that on 6th their courier boy would collect it but after that till 15th i called them two times but no result come.

                                      I had ordered one plus five on 8th, oct. It was expected to be delivered on 11th oct. But still today i haven't received product. I have been following up this from the last four days and every time i get to here the same repeated lines. I even got calls from the delivery team and they would ask me where my address is and then after that no action taken. Please giving false hopes to the customer.
                                      Your representative always says that we have escalated the issue but i don't find any outcome of any escalation.

                                        I had placed 2orders on amazon.in website. One of the order was a mobile cover which was delivered. However the other order was for a samsung mobilephone which was not delivered.in spite of calling mumbai customercare number +[protected] multiple time, i could not speak, since the phone was disconnected with a response that amazon customercare care will call me back. More over i was surprised to see on the website amazon.in website that my order has been delivered. Amazon also shared a courier tracking. Number as below

                                        I never had such an experience in last 4 years. Not sure what is the issue
