Dear sir,
Please note that i have paid once by net banking (Inr 6998.00/-), once by debit card (Inr 6998.00/-) and once by cash (Inr 6998.00/-) for the same order (Details given above).
I had chose cod option while ordering the item. But as i was unavailable when the parcel came for delivery, the delivery agent suggested me to keep the parcel with security and pay him the amount of parcel online. I first paid using net banking option, payment got failed, but the amount of inr 6998.00/- was debited from my axis bank account (Account no. [protected] and ifsc code : utib0002657) against reference number : inb/[protected]/e-billing solutions pvt ltd.
I again tried for second time choosing debit card option, and again the payment failed but the amount of inr 6998.00/- was again debited from my axis bank account (Account no. [protected] and ifsc code : utib0002657) against reference number : inb/[protected]/e-billing solutions pvt ltd.
Finally, i paid inr 6998.00/- in cash to amazon delivery agent to get my parcel.
While enquiring with axis bank, they told the issue is with amazon and asked me to contact you for further action.
I, herewith, request you to expedite on this matter urgently as i am your regular customer.
Kindly arrange to refund the amount of inr 13996/- (6998+6998) and check the matter with your accounts and give suggestion for further action.

Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
i bought sandisk 32gb pendrive and some problem of the pendrive, i return it and amazon boy also 05-oct-2017 they collect the pendrive,
please return my refund and also un hold my amazon account.
