I ordered a vr headset combo with bluetooth controller and wireless headphones. Order is placed successful but at the time of delivery they cancelled my order and says seller unable to ship the product.
All these things they should mention early at the time of delivery (Actually they always mention this thing)

They returned my money back but i don't want money i want that product.

What should i do now?

      Same days call in customer care after long discussion return complain submitted two days have passed but no product has been taken yet nor has there been any talk for refund. I have made several calls since then executive say sir, it will come tomorrow morning

            I returned the item and refund was initiated on oct 3, 2017 for rs.2, 076.00 and i was told to wait for 12 hours to get the amount credit in your amazon pay. However, i haven't receive my my money yet

            My chats are getting disconnecting by saying we won't be able to help you further.
            I am getting wrong timeline in calls and i talked to supervisor aamir over the call and he was supposed to call me back but i neither received my money back nor a call back from a manager.

            It's almost 11 days now and amount i never received the money back to my amazon pay yet.

            I am not going to wait any more.

            I will file a case against consumer forum by tomorrow morning itself and mentioning all the stuff which went wrong.

            I ordered this item on 28th and after half an hour i realized that i could order better shoes so i requested to cancel this item. However, you guys were unable to do so as it went to shipping process and you guys told that you were taking follow up for that and once the order will ship out you guys will cancel the order and refund me.

            Unfortunately, when i was not in my home item got delivered to me.

            I was told to return the package and get the refund

            Now i am asking my money
            You guys are saying round and round.

            This is something not acceptable and every point of contact i get a new time to wait why?

            I just need my money that's it.

              I have orders buwch men's black formal shoe - 8 uk
              Vide order#[protected] on 28 september 2017 and gave a estimate time of delivery is between 10-11 of october but today i track my order i found false statement in status i. E package was handed directly to customer the delivery receipt was signed by rk fashion & designs.

              The reality is that nobody can call me for delivery of my package main thing is that package is on cod basis i am not giving any payment for the package so where the package is gone...???

              This is the case of fraud (420)

                    Kindly reattempt the order as soon as possible. I was unable to pick the call when the fse was calling. I called him back and asked for reattempt, however the same was not done because his shift was over. I have paid for the same day delivery however, i have not received my order till now. Kindly help me with this. And try to reattempt before 6 30. If it is not possible for today then refund me the amount.

                    I have ordered a mobile phone from Amazon and paid For the same day delivery. Due to some issue I was unable to pick the call when the delivery boy comes. I called him back and asked to deliver the product same day however it was not done because his Shift was over. I informed him that I will not be available in sat and sun on the given address so he assured to deliver the product Monday morning. However no attempt was made and I haven't received any call regarding the same. Kindly get it delivered asap. Order id #[protected]

                      First i received different product which order id number is[protected]. After that i received a damaged product which have order id[protected]. After the conversation amazon said they gave refund after the pickup (Pick up tracking id is[protected] at 14/09/2017. They took product to me and they didn't gave me any refund. They make me fool all the time they said please wait 24-48 hrs after the time duration they said same lime to me and they took 1 month and still they didn't gave me any refund. Last they send me mail on 10 oct after that they said same line please wait 24 to 48 hrs. Its a huge amount for me its a rs. 37, 999. I already pay the penalty to bank which have rs. 750+68+68. Please help me.

                        I'm thankfull to amazon for refund my amount. But as they are allegating on me that i am suspecting customer for amazon they are saying i have taken huge refunds/replacement issued by amazon.

                        Whilst i have proof it was my 1st order on amazon.

                        But when i asked to them for that suspecting person detail if that one i am according to amazon so they should be share with me details but they don't.

                        They are harassing and alllegating me since 27th of sept.

                        I will raise my issue bottom to top.

                        I just want paper proof to amazon on behalf of that they are allegating me.

                        Dear sir/ma'am,

                        I had ordered an redmi 4a 16gb and one mi 3c router on 24th september 2017
                        With the fast delivery option for this i paid 100 rs extra.

                        My order number :[protected] and mobile no : [protected]

                        Unfortunately it couldn't be delivered by amazon on time & my order was
                        Delayed one day delay already.

                        So next day my aunt received one boxed courier at around 2pm.

                        In the evening; when i reached my home from office i got courier but as i
                        Observed the box a bit light considering 2 products a router and a mobile
                        Is inside it.

                        Suspecting foul play, i made a unboxing video opening the box delivered and
                        My suspicion was right there was only 1 box of router. Entire box of mobile
                        Was missing.

                        I wish to share the video but it's 348 mb.

                        I shall try to compress it and share.

                        Seriously now they are harassing me i am very depressed for this reason. Because i am not that rich that can bear such losses.

                        If in my area someone defaulters living does it mean amazon penalizing me.

                        Such a ridiculous thing about all amazon customers.

                        Please help i won't suffer any more.

                            *please help me i found very pathetic experience with amazon.*
                            I call, amazon call center approx. 50 times every time different person is receiving my call & said me to wait for 24-48 hours i am waiting from last 15 days but no one is able to solve my problem.

                            1…. I have order this item “order #[protected]” the product was damaged so i send return request & my product was picked by blue dart. But still i dont get any refund or replacement.

                            2…. I have order this item order #[protected] i want to return this i send return request but i don’t no how my return request got cancel on every next day i call amazon customer service they told me that it’s technical issue. We will register your return request it happen before 15 days but still no one come to pick the product.

Jiski job sheet ki duplecate copy mere paas rakhi hai. Aur abhi repair ho ke aaye one month hua hai. Aur vaapse problems kar rha hai. Aur service centre kota hai me bar bar kota nahi ja sakta kyoki dur padta hai. Aur bar bar data lose ho jata hai. Please solve my complaints. Thanks

                                  On 11/10/2017 i had ordered red mi 4 phone from shopping site amazon. At that time amazon was offering 10% cashback on purchase through visa debit card. The term & condition of that offer told me that cashback will be credited in my account upto 13 oct., 2017 but till today i haven't received cash back in my bank account. My order no. Was[protected]. Please take actions towards amazon as many customers like me are harrased because of this.

                                      We have booked one consignment from amazon. The same shipment was collected by you on 20.09.17 for us.

                                      The shipment is lying in mumbai customs since 27.09.17

                                      We have called on your customer care number[protected] for several times & but there was not any proper reply from them. It seems that you have kept your customer care dept to fool your valued customers.

                                      In spite of talking your customer care on regular basis since last 10-12 days, there was not any proper response/ reply form their side.

                                      Now, it is high time that someone should intervene in the matter & clear the consignment. Our customer will be charging us rs. 5.00 lac penalty for delayed in such delay in shipment. Can you tell us from whom should i recover this penalty.

                                      We have not expected such type of transaction from aramex. Being no. 2 in the world, you have failed miserably to deliver our subject consignment on time. Even after passing of 23 days, you are not still sure that when the consignment will get deliver to us.

                                      I request you to stop all these nonsense things being happened to our consignment & arrange to deliver the consignment to our thane office today itself.

                                      If my mail is not answered within 2 hours with committed delivery of today itself, i will be forced to write to top most personnel of amazon as well as aramex for exposing your dealing with your customer.
