I am tapan dey. I have placed an order of "redmi 4a (Grey, 16gb)" on amazon.in site on october 05, 2017. The order number #[protected]. The order was said to be shipped on october 06. The estimated delivery date was october 10. But i have received an sms on october 09, "package with redmi 4a (Grey, 16gb) is being returned to us. If already paid, refund will be initiated once we get the package. http://amzn.in/ir2lWmk."
Getting this sms i have contacted to amazon support regarding this. They replied that the order was undelivered and i have requested to cancel my order. Though i haven't requested for any return for my side, they forcefully said me that they have received return request from my side. After that i have chatted with their customer executive "sulochana" on amazon's help support on october 09, at 8:01 pm. She claimed that she have resolved the issue by her side and my order will be delivered by october 11.
Today is october 11. Till date i haven't received my product. I checked the site's own tracking details. Its showing there that the product is returning to the seller. So i have again chatted with their customer executive "vaibhab" on amazon's help support. He replied "i am really sorry about the same but courier team needs your additional address then we received request to cancel the order however it was cancelled." & opened a new fake issue.
Do note that the mrp of the above product is rs. 5999. And i have purchased the product in the same price. But from yesterday suddenly the price of the same product have hiked from the mrp to rs. 6550.
Just only to black market the product they haven't dispatch my order from their end & raised fake problems when i have contacted them, though claiming us to be a valuable customer.
Please look into the matter and do take the correct action for this unnecessary harassment made by them.
