As i ordered two times of redmi 4 mobile but both the times ordered was cancelled due to device damage and address not found and both times ordered was succeed and i purchase this product where amazon have offered 10% discount after this i am ok with that but they are saying offer was complete than how can it will be possible with amazon if device is damage than return with same product with same prize if it charge actuaal prize where i purchase this at offer time...

My concern is i need this product at same prize where i purchase and same payement done from my side so please conclude this other wise i am going higher and raise case at consumer forum, it was not matter of money it was the cheating done with me i am not able to seen any of the other site doing this... So please do needful.

    To whom so ever it may concern.

    This is regarding my recent purchase for one plus 3t at a discounted pricing.
    I order one plus 3t phone on 7th october 2017 and received the shipment on 10th october 2017, however, the product received the original one plus 3t box was a cheap micro key phone. I did raise a refund request for the same 15 mins after receiving this product. I was promised that this will be taken care of in next 5 business days and was asked to call you (Amazon customer service) on tuesday which i did as i am bit concerned about my 26k rupees on stake and here i am, i received the same response informing we will get an update today by the end of the day hence you contact us again tomorrow, which again i did and received the same response that our investigation team has not updated the details hence request you to call us back again in 48hrs.

    I don't give a damn! About your investigation, i as a consumer trust such an online portal and pay rs. 26000, i expect you guys to deliver the correct product intact.

      Hello,
      I have purchased a mac-book air 13.3 inch at[protected]. But expiration date in the warranty card of my device is shown 29-aug-2018. And 90 days telephone technical support is also expired.
      I have contact amazon many times. But they give me always fake promise that my issue will be solved within 2 days. I want right warranty card.

        We ordered redmi 4 mobile for my dad. We received a defective product in exchange of a properly working phone yureka mobile. Touch of redmi 4 mobile we received is completely pathetic n not working. We still are unable to get it returned or replaced.

        They are not ready to refund money in bank and are adamant that if refund is processed, it will be through pay balance' my 9500/- are stuck with amazon

          On wednesday my friend ordered a couple of bras for me from amazon to be delivered at Chandigarh.The brand is “lovable-confi 36” MRP of which is rs.495 each.But they have charged rs.599 for each bra i.e. Rs.1198 for 2 bras.So the amazon has charged Rs.208 over the MRP of the poduct which is illegal.This is not only illegal but also unfair trade practices in which many sellers are indulged.But this concerns me alot.Before I move the consumer redressal forum for this issue, I think its feasible to bring it to the notice of Amazon and to try and resolve it here and now.

            I ordered lg q6 for my sister and product delivered on 7th oct but dat was wrong product, so they told me to wait for 3-5days working days and i waited, den also i didn't get any info. After 2-2 days m doing follow up wit dem but not yet delivered. Then i spoke wit ur so called escalation guy rajat regarding my wrong product, he told dat i hv to wait till 23rd oct and dere was some noise of his colleagues "aram se, aram se".
            If 2day is ur bday and u order cake for 11pm but he deliver you tomorrow 11pm, will u accept dat??
            Aur kya drama hai 2mins hold, 2mins hold kar k 30mins kha jaate ho, n wo. Call disconnect kaise kiya bina solution k?
            I need resolution within 2ys, n u ate my time so i want token of apology also.

                  I have paid the full money to words purchase of an item on line titled " an introduction to hindi grammer by author jain and sold by amazon export sales llc and by courier aramex with tracking number [protected]. So far, the book was not delivered and i received a message on 16 th october, 2017 that my refund amount of rs 2900.82 has been processed and refund sent to my debit card account and will be credited by 14 th october, 2017. So far i have not received the amount.

                    The phone was ordered so that it will be delivered on the auspicious day of dhanteras. Amazon confirmed it. At 11 am on 17th october, somebody called me to deliver the packet. I told i am in office. Deliver me at evening. "the man asked me when you will be available. I said i am not exactly sure. He then said" please call me when you are back home". I returned early from office and called him from 4-30 pm onwards, but there were no reply. Finally i could not get the product. This indicates that people employed by amazon are abclutely insincere and uncourteous and perhaps the people are hired cheap on part time basis. I am very very unhappy over this matter. The other problem is all communication are made one way. You cannot communicate with amazon. There is no arrangement to send any message to them.
                    This indicates the non professional attitude of amazon, whose only goal is to make profit but not to serve customer.in future, i shall think twice before i place order with amazon. Fortunately there are other competitor like flipkart.

                        Dear sir,

                        It is really an horrible experience i have come across. Despite several schedules for picking up the wrong delivery of item i was forced to get my payment back. But this was not the end. I was again misguided and promised that the refund shall be made to my account and i was asked to submit the bank details which were given on the same day. The complete detail was provided to the executive on sunday that the payment was made through the amazon pay to get the discount offer and accordingly the amazon pay account was loaded with an amount of rs.2700.00. Surprisingly, i was today, on follow up, informed that the replacement has been made and it was on the way. I could not understand, as to how, the replacement is being made now which was not ordered by me. The refund was requested and the shoes were got picked before the scheduled time. The picking time was scheduled for monday, 16th oct., 2017 between 7.00 to 10.00 a. M., but the same were picked on sunday around 8.30 pm. Does'nt matter. But the refund was not made to my bank account.

                        I think that this is not a fair practice of doing the business, your company has cheated me by fraudulent means. I have been mentally harrassed. Now, i have been financially cheated. I am being forced to take stern action as per land of law and take the matter to the concerned forums/courts.

                        Frankly speaking, i dont want to retain any relation as a customer with the vendor like amazon and would never suggest to deal anybody with amazon

                                I had purchased a yi 88012 action camera from amazon india. Below are the details of the order. Am also attaching order detail.

                                I am unable to uise the product since it is not coming on.
                                I had also purchsed original xiaomi yi action camera water proofing case & accessories & invested @ 7000/= for the same.

                                However the camera is not coming on & i had called amazon india, the executive just did not bother to log a complaint & instead asked me contact xiaomi india - yi camera division, upon contacting xiaomi they said they dont provide service as they dont sell the product.

                                I fail to understand how a company is fooling customers saying that the product carries warranty & then refuse.

                                Can you please let me know the process to legally file a case against amazon india, so that i can get a refund / replacement of the product from amazon india.

                                It is disgusting to say that inspite of buying so many products from them, they are not providing service to their valued customers when the product is genuinely defective.

If it said i have signed, may be local agent has forged my signature, for which i will book a complaint. And if it is said address is not traceable. Pl. Return my money. The product have been return by balaghat agent on 2.10.2017. I also have complaint through customer care, complaint id 32550994 please refund my money

                                      I purchased one mobile (Redmi) through credit card. First we selected emi option, then after we pay full amount through credit card. But monthly amazon collected loan interest amortization charge around rs 250 to 300. I made conversation through phone call and email but i don't get proper reply. Please kindly help me for the above matter. Kindly refund the amount at the earliest.
