    On june 11 2021 a refund have been processed for two items that I ordered from Amazon amounting of Rs 552 for first item and Rs 2899 for the second item. The amount didn’t reflect on my account so I talked with amazon customer care and they asked me to talk with SBI customer care. the SBI customer couldn’t be of any help and they told me I have to deal the issue with amazon customer care. I spoke with amazon customer again but they said I need to visit my bank branch if that’s the case. so I went there and spoke to one of the executive and they said they cant help on that matter I need to speak with the amazon and not SBI employees. I spoke with the amazon customer again and they couldn’t help regarding this issue. it was a waste of time, money and energy. it was not only once I visited the branch but thrice. since I was bouncing back and forth with no solution I gave up as it was extremely frustrating.
    After that incident I was even more scared to use prepaid so on 9th august 2022 I paid for three items by COD. I paid through a link send my amazon (ezetap.com) amounting to Rs 2576. The first payment didn’t went through even if it was debited from my account so I had to pay twice. A refund order have been processed on that very day and they said it would reflect on my account by 22nd of August 2022 but till today I haven’t received my refund.
    Sir I would be so glad if you could kindly look into the matter and help me to resolve as soon as possible.

        There was a offer during prime day sale 2022 that if we order more than 500rs we will get a cashback of 150rs flat on 23 & 24 july.The offer is not applied on any products.The amazon team told me to order and after return period is over they will provide me cashback manually in form of gift card.But never recieved it.Several people complained this on public form as a fake offer by amazon and i have raised cashback query but after 1 month there were no resolution.So, Should it be right to say it as a fake offer by Amazon India since it was not applied to anyone and false claims were maid to make people just order and not return it.If we combine all order around 2 days of prime day sale then it a huge number in terms of capital those who have collected offer and never recieved cashback for it.

        The screenshots are attached.Also, Amazon must provide a alternate offer to everyone for those who collected this offer but was not able to apply due to amazon own technical faults or others, otherwise it will be a very bad move by Amazon In, which makes people loses trust on amazon.

              I ordered a running shoes on 07/08/2022. When it got delivered it was too short. I applied for the return policy but still no one came to take the package . I have called the Amazon customer care 5-6 times but they were just saying that it will come after 3-4 days. But no one came. Please take the return as soon as possible.

                I ordered the above mentioned Shoes and got a prompt delivery. However, The box was torn. The shoes were falling out. It did not come in the usual Amazon Packing.

                Also the Shoes were dusty. It seems someone had already returned the shoes for whatever reason and the delivery person picked it up from there and delivered straight to me in the opened box.

                When wrote a complaint to amazon they refused to print it. Attached a copy of the message I got when I tried to complain to amazon. My initial complaint when I got the shoes was also rejected.

                    I would like to inform that my Order ID:[protected] Spin-Clean Record Washer MKII Complete Kit) was supposed to get delivered on 24/08/2022.
                    As it was not delivered on the date I contacted Amazon Customer Care and I was told that the item was under Customs Clearance at Mumbai Airport.
                    Suddenly on the next morning ( 25/08/2022) I was utterly SHOCKED that in the AMAZON APP/Website, the item is marked delivered on 23/08/2022.
                    I immediately contacted AMAZON Customer care and I was told that they are looking into it.
                    I again called on Friday to AMAZON customer care and executive SHILPA told me that it has been escalated and promised me a resolution and asked to contact on 29/08/2022 if it is not delivered.

                    On the 27/08/2022 I got a mail from Global Hub - Amazon Marketplace stating that the item is still under customs process.
                    Today is 29th, there is no trace of the item / no delivery. I contacted AMAZON Customer care and I am again told they will be investigating and wait for 3 days again.
                    The item is already paid by Credit Card EMI option and my card bill will be generated by end of this week and I will be charged for an item that is not delivered.
                    Most importantly Global Hub - Amazon Marketplace is aware of the fact that the item is still under customs and not delivered, then yet they are not changing delivery status on the Website/App .

                      Pathetic approach from delivery boy wearing chappal. Probably the company doesn’t run a background check on these guys who even uses abusive words for customer. Well thy desperately need to deliver even if the consignment not ordered by you, is it what thy are taught form the employer’s end? #Amazon sucks#

                        I have ordered an item (Order#[protected] from www.amazon.in on 27-Jun-2022. Due to some reason I made a return for the product on 05-Jul-2022. It's almost 2 months, till now no attempt was made by them to pick-up the item. In the last 2 months, 5 times I raised the complaint to amazon customer care regarding the same. They raised an internal ticket, Ref: V[protected]. But the problem is not solved. Even today also they are asking me to wait 3 business days.

                          My return pickup is failed 5 times. Amazon customer support gave false promises and compaint escalation but pickup failed 5-7 times. I have been troubles a lot to arrage a pickup for item worth 42000 INR.

                            Greetings Sir. My name is John. A I had ordered a Pigeon induction stove through Amazon. He mentioned that the item will be delivered on 28.08.2022 between 1 PM and 5 PM. Then they mentioned that it will be delivered at 8.00. Contacted the customer service officials 2 times regarding this but no response was found. I have already paid. File a case against the Amazon company that delayed the delivery of the product on the due date and time, and get the appropriate compensation. I request you to receive it.

                                    Hello,
                                    I am highly disappointed with Amazon's customer service lately. Showing wrong status did happen a couple of times but this time I got weird answers from Amazon Fresh department. I placed a prepaid order of approx 7500/ which was supposed to get delivered on Tuesday, 23rd Aug 2022 failing to which i tried to complain on website and app but didn't get through and thought it's a normal delay so I contacted on 25th that my item has not been delivered again the next day I followed up on 26th where I was connected to concerned department by Amazon's customer service executive, to my surprise that person responded to my query saying why didn't I complain on the spot and how could I get help if the delivery man says it was delivered.
                                    Amazon shows wrong status usually so I told hiim i tried to contact but didn't get through so he said i should have GOOGLED it a direct no and informed them. Like seriously 😒 Amazon can make delay up to a week also for our delivery but we can't complain after 48 hrs that too it's mentioned on app that the item may be delayed sometime and we should wait up to 24 hrs... Now I am really concerned about my refund... Please 🙏 help

                                    And yes I also want to add that on Tuesday i received the delivery of my Amazon prime products as well so obviously there was no attempted delivery from AMAZON FRESH and this repetition in delay has happened 2nd time in row but fortunately last time my order was COD but unfortunately this time it was prepaid and also my other family members have deliveries every other day and I am at home 24/7 as a freelancer worker.Amazon should have a resolution for matters like this and also policies to protect customers grievances sadly from last 6 months to 1 year Amazon's customer service support is deteriorating and they have Rude and insensitive People answering to customers. Is not the recorded audios listened to by the Head Department. Thank-you 🙏

                                        Item not picked up despite scheduling it for 6 times over the last 3 weeks. Each time, false information is given on update status.
                                        Senior team is refusing to initiate refund till item return which is not happening as above.
                                        Seeking resolution from Amazon India to initiate refund for above item immediately
