I am highly disappointed with Amazon's customer service lately. Showing wrong status did happen a couple of times but this time I got weird answers from Amazon Fresh department. I placed a prepaid order of approx 7500/ which was supposed to get delivered on Tuesday, 23rd Aug 2022 failing to which i tried to complain on website and app but didn't get through and thought it's a normal delay so I contacted on 25th that my item has not been delivered again the next day I followed up on 26th where I was connected to concerned department by Amazon's customer service executive, to my surprise that person responded to my query saying why didn't I complain on the spot and how could I get help if the delivery man says it was delivered.
Amazon shows wrong status usually so I told hiim i tried to contact but didn't get through so he said i should have GOOGLED it a direct no and informed them. Like seriously 😒 Amazon can make delay up to a week also for our delivery but we can't complain after 48 hrs that too it's mentioned on app that the item may be delayed sometime and we should wait up to 24 hrs... Now I am really concerned about my refund... Please 🙏 help

Updated by BenazirBhagad And yes I also want to add that on Tuesday i received the delivery of my Amazon prime products as well so obviously there was no attempted delivery from AMAZON FRESH and this repetition in delay has happened 2nd time in row but fortunately last time my order was COD but unfortunately this time it was prepaid and also my other family members have deliveries every other day and I am at home 24/7 as a freelancer worker.Amazon should have a resolution for matters like this and also policies to protect customers grievances sadly from last 6 months to 1 year Amazon's customer service support is deteriorating and they have Rude and insensitive People answering to customers. Is not the recorded audios listened to by the Head Department. Thank-you 🙏
