I did a transaction (UPI), PRN[protected] on July 18th.
Amount Rs 2075.
I ordered a book, via UPI on Amazon.
Money was taken from my account my bank confirmed it, as I wanted to dispute with ICICI, since Amazon cancelled the order, saying they did not receive the money.
But ICICI bank, emailed me, saying, your transaction of Rs 2075 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary Amazon Pay account XXXXXXXXXX3360 on 18/07/2022 14:00:25 with RRN[protected].
I forwarded it to Amazon Pay.
I got a reply saying - I see that the order was cancelled due to the payment was hard declined. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method with in 3-5 working days. If not please contact your bank.
This was by Wed, Aug 17, 12:22 PM (7 days ago).
Still I have not received the money.
I approached Amazon again, they are saying, another 3-4 days to wait.
So I am tired of waiting want to seek for justice sooner.
Please help.
