Dear jeff bezos,

I would to you that 18th sept. I have purchased from amazon and seller is emazing deals[protected]) and 20th sept. Over still now i'm not getting any conformation from your end by seller why i don't know???

Your response really don't make any sense to my earlier email. I asked your manager to reply me as an evidence of escalation. But still you don't bother to any words what i say here. I am still getting response only from customer service representative. Why the hell you neglect to consider any of my emails.

I would like to file my extreme dissatisfaction with ​amazon customer service.

I have been paying for a faulty amazon service for more than a month now and this is a reoccurring issue with your servers which keeps coming back it has happened in this months. Your inefficient team is not able to resolve this issue and no manager from your team is ready to take accountability to fix it​.

Who is going to pay for the faulty service? How do you compensate me for your service not working for almost for a complete month?

It's a totally miss managed service that vodafone is giving services also totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are charging money in regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not cooperative. They charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the employees, organizations because they don"t think about customer and they are only worried about their quarterly profit.

Where is the proof that my case has been escalated. I am really struggling hard to write up decent words in my email. Because i just see that you guys continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very beginning i am telling you that you guys are pathetic and ​​ highly unprofessional​ ​saler team​. I am trying to find my way to complain you in public forum​ nothing more else.


Please stop lying like this and making fool of the customers. It was a really bad experience for me this time. I’m a regular customer of amazon prime but i don’t think i’ll be able to continue shopping with amazon ever again.

It is really a very remorseful situation where in i have not received the product and you are saying we were not at home. Since morning i've tried your customer care minimum 7 times also you can track my previous interaction id were eagerly waiting for the product as i had planned a surprise for the family but could not complete the same due to your improper service and wrong commitment. We were at it is really pathetic at your part to play with people sentiments and emotions.

I lose my trust from on line shopping by amazon.in, also i want to complaint to consumer department for that.

What i am looking for against my complaint???

    I had ordered a fuss ball table on amazon almost 3 months back,
    System generated 2 order numbers. However received fuss ball table cover through bluedart courier, when i enquired about the board the customer service team informed it is coming through speed post and cannot be tracked. Even after long wait when the product was not received, requested cancellation and refund, multiple calls to contact centre as well but of no use,
    Now they revert i get is the product is delivered and refund rejected. They are referring to the fuss ball table cover, the pathetic customer care all the time says new request is being raised. Denied escalation to manger nor arranged call back.
    I want this resolved asap else will surely go legal and claim heavy compensation also take up strongly on social media.

      I had ordered a new oneplus 5 from amazon webs on 14th september 2017 and paid for it using my credit card.

      On 18th sep i received the package. To my surprise, when i opened the package it contained an open-box second hand iphone 6s.

      I immediately called amazon and filed a complaint. Then they informed me that there cannot be a refund on electronic purchases which they never informed me when i was making the purchase.

      I was assured the wrong product will be picked up next day and will receive replacement with correct product within 3-4 days.

      Next day the courier fellow turns up but refuses to take the product back. Again after a long round of argument with amazon support, i was assured the package will be picked up promptly the next day.

      Unfortunately its been 2 days now and there is still no pickup from them. My card has been charged already and i am left with no option but to live with the feeling of being cheated and frauded by amazon.

      I am now thinking of filing a police complaint against amazon.

        I ordered a nikon d3400 on saturday and they charged extra 100 for delivery on the next day. I didnt receive the order for the next two days although i got messages of our pakage saying its out for delivery. But i didnt get anythingand then it showed delivered. Suddenly on tuesday i receive a package but with the wrong contents, it had some cheap speakers instead of my dslr. I requested a return, the very next day a delivery man comes up and refuses to take it, i have no clue why the hell did he come. I complained again to amazon requesting to cancel my order but they have asked for a week's investigation time. I don't understand why i have to suffer for the mistake of the company. It was my daughter's birthday gift and now the surprise is ruined. This is harassment and they are not even cancelling my order. My money is stuck there and my time is wasted. They have no responsibility and its disappointing from amazon. I need my package or my refund as soon as possible.

          Refund not received but status on account shows refund issued and received

          I have two card details for bank transfer but still cheque is issued without any prior consultation
          This lead to a name on cheque which is my nickname.

          It's been around 14 days now and yet another 5 days patience is asked, so that the cheque could reach me with my nickname over it.

          Amazine amazon once the cheque reach me and again a cycle of another 8 days + 3 days for the cheque to get approved will follow.

          So that means you are taking a whole month for a product which you can even finish now within seconds through bank transfer.

          But why will you bother when you already displayed on my account that the refund has been initiated and received on 18th se 2017.

            On 20.01.17 i purchased a mobile - samsung galaxy j2 6 4g duos sm-j210fzddins (Gold, 8gb) vide order no.[protected] where i was to receive 10% cashback on payment through sbi card. The same was done and i was informed that within 4-6 months the cashback amount will be credited to my account, but till date i am yet to receive the cashback.

            I have been continuously following up for the cashback on mail and phone but its of no use.

            I mailed to hardtrac_slp samsung authorized - amazon marketplace about the query but the reply was such as if i was speaking some french/spanish. Finally i got a number from the and the concerned person informed me that they cannot help me with this and i need to talk to amazon customer care.

            Then i contacted amazon customer care number at least 8-10 times but always either it was not available or it just gets disconnected saying you don't have any order.

            Just want to know when the same will get resolved and i will get my refund.

              I had ordered for the mobile set lenovo k-8 note as per the above order number and dated 15.09.2017. At the time of delivery on 19.09.2017, when the seal of the pack was opened in front of your delivery man, i was surprised to find a fena soap bar inside the sealed pack instead of the ordered mobile. But in the invoice, the order no, the product which i had ordered and the seller details all were there. I returned the product without making any payment

              Kindly let me know how it might have happened. Thank god i did not make the payment through online otherwise my money would have been blocked.

              I really afraid to make online orders with amazon hereafter as the customers services are going down

              Kindly make a note of this and find the reason how it might have happened otherwise it will be difficult for the customers who are making online payment before getting the product delivery. It is really serious and wanted to know the facts behind this order

                I have paid the amount by debit card. I have cancel the order. They have approved the cancel on 12 june 2017. Since then i waiting for refund this amount. One girl already called me from customer care and she assured me for refund. I have mailed them but no reply.

                  This is mrunal gadkari, i ordered nokia 6 from amazon dated 23rd aug 2017 costing 15000 rs. Later on i found problems in the mobile phone and hence i returned the purchase after 3-4 days. I got my refund too, in the amazon paybalance (My actual mode of payment for the order)

                  I called customer care amazon to check if there is any possibility to have my pay balance amount to my bank account, because my actual mode of payament was paybalance only. And i was assured not only once but several times that for the amount above 5000 rs, can be transferred to bank account by raising a tt (Ticket at customer care). And hence i raised a ticket. And after that chased thrice but didn't get any feedback.

                  Now after chasing them for 2 weeks am getting a feedback that its not possible to have the paybalance transferred to bank account. The refund is done to actual mode of payment only.

                  Now my pain area is, that if this was clearly told to me in beginning only, then i would not have wasted my so much time. Due to this fake assurance that the paybalance can be transfered to bank account, i came so far and wasted so much of time.

                  Dear Mrunal,
                  Currently in Amazon India, there is no option available to transfer the Amazon Pay balance back to the bank account.
                  This is available in few countries only. ( for eg : Amazon USA )
                  You can utilize the money by purchasing the items within the validity of Amazon Pay balance.
                  And yes, I think the costumer care executive had given you wrong info. ( Sometimes the Voice Executive had no idea about their company policy )
                  As for the future issues, you should prefer marking email first instead of speaking over phone, as it will be a written proof.

                    Such a crap people of amazon from last 5 days i am trying to return a product but from amazon team there is not a single response it's show lack of integrity by amazon india representatives i am soory to say but you all there are a fools sitting who can't even solve a single task. Even the person who need to come for product return asking me to come and submit it to the main branch and even while delivering the product they found my home easily but now they are saying that your address is incomplete...... What a crap people jeff bezos had appointed to serve.. #shame

                      Order id[protected]. The last part of the shipment was supposed to be delivered yesterday, september 19. Contacted amazon 5/6 times since yesterday. Every time was assured my product is on high priority and would be delivered earliest. Today on sept 20, amazon claimed the product has been delivered which not true. After repeated complaints they claimed it has been delivered to my letter box without notifying me. Surprisingly nothing has been delivered in my letter box. Now amazon is claiming they need an investigation before refunding my money, which is another false claim i believe.in this case i simply want a refund of money, the product being clearly stolen by the courier, yes the courier was amazon transportation services

                        Urgent require Moto Z2 Play handset
                        My account is locked in 8 days but not unlock the account and I get invoice printout in mobile phones..So I request to please unlock the account within 12 hours..
                        Many a times delivery boy called the customers to come and collect the delivery item its not fair when you are paying for delivery charges. Delivery must be done in the customer hands and respected address.
                        Today parcel was delivered to me and as and when I opened it foud 3 soaps instead of Moto Z2 Play (Lunar Grey, 64GB, 4GB RAM) and it is nothing but cheating with us. Amazone India has supplied me 3 soaps at worth of Rs.27689 and I am become a great victim of fraud.

                          I placed the order on 13 sept, 2017 on amazon app for vlcc henna

                          [protected].. It was written on website that its for rs 149 for 2 pack, however when i recieved this item.. Its clearly mention on the pack that for 2 pack 100gm x 2 = rs 99 inclusive all taxes! Therefore i spoke to the customer care (Vijay), and they were just trying to play around with words as its tax, wrong updation on website and also said seller can list anyprice of the product on the website (Which us unacceptable) they deny me to speak to any other senior so that i can claim for refund or atleast i get the proper clarification.. It was a 32 minutes call.. And when they cudnt fool me around, they disconnected the call. I have attached the screenshot in which bill, price everything is clearly mention. Plz investigate, seeking for positive response!

                          I also need to mention that in bill .. they are charging GST and also tax ! Where its written on pack that the price is all inclusive Tax .

                          Yes, it is clearly showing overcharged as per bill.
                          But at the time of placing order, they didn't asked you about the delivery charges as it was free I guess.
                          So, for the purpose of taking out delivery charges, they had adjusted the amount in bill.
                          If the delivery charges added to product, then it should be at maximum price as INR 126 only.
                          But they had included GST in the undefined unit price.
                          This seems to be unfair for customer.

                          I request Amazon India to look into this matter.

                          When there is Delivery charges added to the item its always written on the site that Mrp + Rs 50 for delivery (for example).. and also in the bill its always mention thats whats the breakup .. delivery charges cannot be hidden .. moreover the total order i places was for more then 1000 buks and delivery was free .

                            I need a replacement of moto g4 plus which i purchased on october 1st, 2016 and is still under warranty. The escalation agent i spoke to acted helpless and was good for nothing. I am not demanding for a return or refund. I just need a replacement of the product as motorola authorized flagship center of bangalore mentioned they do not have any replacement service and amazon should replace the phone as it is still in warranty. I want this to be escalated to the highest level possible and kindly replace my phone or else this becomes a legal issue and i will sue. My order reference #[protected].                               Deepak kumar meena, jawahar bhawan, iit roorkee. I placed a order for manav bhugol book on 16 th septmber, 2017 at around 5:00 pm.
                              Money deducted from my account for order[protected] this. But order was cancelled already and my money not return to my account yet. Date of order was 16th septmber.
                              Please look into the matter and resolve as early as possible.

                              Usually, Amazon India take 3-4 business days to initiate the refund, only if paid by Net banking/Credit card/Debit card.
                              Plus 2-3 banking days to reflect in your bank account.
                              You will probably get your refund between 25th to 28th September, 2017.
                              If you didn't the amount in the given date, then contact your bank.
                              Sometimes, bank use to hold the refund amount and it need to be cleared.

                              Don't worry, your money is safe ! :)

                                I order for a used mobile phone order no mention above, as per order details
                                The product contains 1. Samsung duos phone, 2. Battery, 3. Charger but the amazon only delivered phone and battery, no charger is there inquiry they agree to provide a charger which i have to purchase and then they will refund it to me, how can i believe on this that they will refund the cost of charger some details of customer care chat is given below as executive said the mail is send to me regarding refund commitment but yet no mails is received to me till now.

                                  I ordered a guitar pick up in the month of june 2017. An amount of rs 630 was deducted from my account[protected] and the order was js [protected] from amazon on 19/06/2017. Even though i cancelled the order as my guitar program was postponed, i have not received refund for the same till date. Can you remit the same to the above account at the earliest. Hope you will do the same

                                    I have transfered money from my bank to amazon pay balance. I purchased some items by using it. Now i want to get my remaining money back in my bank account. But amazon is saying that now it cannot be returned in bank account. I need that money. But they saying that there is no any option in their portal & i require to use that balance only for booking & purchasing. My money got worst either i purchase from amazon. I want refund & amazon is unable to return my own money. I have 2673 money in amazon balance.

                                    Currently in Amazon India, there is no option available to transfer the Amazon Pay balance back to the bank account.
                                    This is available in few countries only. ( for eg : Amazon USA )
                                    You can utilize the money by purchasing the items within the validity of Amazon Pay balance.

                                      I have received the physical amazon gift card from my company. When am trying to add into my account it's showing it can't be added. For that i have tried called the customer care on last friday and as well as yesterday also they have taken all the details of my cards and informed that out department will call u within 24hrs. I asked those both guys for complaint number they clearly denied me and told no such complaint i'd generates from amazon. And i asked for mail confirmation for complaint they both guys told within 5 mins u will be getting the mail. Neither i got mail nor i got any call from customer support such a bad n pathetic service i am getting from amazon which is never expected. I have recorded both the customer care services executive talk i[censored] want ur proof come back to me. I have 5 cards which am unable to add.. I am thinking my company had done biggest mistake by giving ur company cards to their employees. Such a harassment. I want this should be solved on prompt basis.. U can reach me on [protected].

                                        I want to complaint about micro max infinity which was ordered on 8 september and delivered on 9 september which was defective.
                                        So i had given a complaint to amazon customer care service about the replacement. On 9 september itself.
                                        So technician has visited and made a report that the issue was not resolved.

                                        So the pickup was scheduled on 11 september but no one came to pickup the product for replacement.
                                        I got a call from the pickup guy and he was saying that my duty was till 3 pm and i am not going to come after this.
                                        On 12 september i got a call from the pickup boy that he is very busy today to come for pickup and he will come quite late.
                                        This was a nightmare for me that amazon courier service is so unprofessional.
                                        When amazon want to give their defective product they are delivering it in just 1 day and they are delaying the pick up.
                                        On 12th september the pick up done at 9 pm (Out of the working time) just because i had complained so many times
                                        Worst experience ever from amazon customer as they were dropping my call as well as courier service.
                                        So the product was delivered to me on 14th september. The new replaced one was again defective.

                                        I had to again give a complaint for the refund. How can both the products were defective.
                                        Now the pick up was scheduled on 16th september between 1 to 4 pm. And the pick up boy cam e at 7 pm.
                                        I had called to the amazon customer executive so many times for the refund but they are directly disconnecting the cal from their end.
                                        I want serious action to be taken against it.
                                        It has been more than 3 days that i did not get the refund.
                                        And whenever i am calling the amazon customer care executive they are giving stupid excuses that it will take 5 6 days for the reaching to banglore. It is the process by amazon. When you deliver it in 1 day by taking extra 100 rs by me. The why you give the refund in 1 day. I want the money to be refund also strict action to be taken by the consumer complaints board

                                        I got the refund from amazon. yesterday after complaining in the consumer they were still saying that it will take 3 to 5 days but I had to argue a lot and then they transfered the money at the same time. So basically they were purposely not refunding my money.
