    Purchased oneplus 5 midnight black 128 gb & received cheap clone of iphone 6s plus. The courier boy who came to deliver did not even came inside my premises, handed it to the guard and went away. When i opened the packet, i was very disturbed to see the clone of iphone 6s plus. I immediately called amazon customer care centre, but it was a hell experience. Nobody helped, just went on asking for, aadhar card, images of the product delivered, invoice and all things which do not make any sense.
    Firstly, it was bought to gift someone on his birthday, and the entire mood was spoilt, and even after complaining they just harrased us, i think the name of amazon shall be changed to holdon as they keep on placing our calls on hold, making unnecessary excuses and wasting our time. I have all emails and calls recorded which will proove how they harass their customers.
    Ultimately they harassed us so much that we have instructed our corporate lawyer to prepare a suit of fraud and harassment of rs. 20 lacs and file it in the consumer commission on monday, 19/9/2017.

      I bought a pair of shoe worth rx. 500 and sent that back for exchange for sizing issue. They did not return the exchanged item till next 10 days then i cancelled the order and asked for the refund. Now its more than 17 days and i did not get either the exchanged item or money or any response from them. When i tried to contact them, they said that, they will not provide a refund because its against their policy to provide refund against an item, so they can not help aand better if i forget about this.

      I paid in cash for this order and also planning to submit this case to consumer court.

        I am writing this in highly frustration that i had ordered iphone 6s online for rs. 35999/- from amazon website on 20-aug-2017 for which i had paid through credit card in advance and which had to be delivered by the amazon delivery services on tentative 24-aug-2017. But what they had done to me is they hadn't deliver it on time even though they extended the delivery date to 29-aug-2017 so i called to the customer service on 25-aug-2017 and asked them about my product so they requested me to wait for few more days that it will delivered by 29-aug-2017 without any delay. So i decided to wait for 29-aug-2017. But that day also had gone as it was, they hadn't informed me again about the product so i decided to cancel the order and called up the amazon on 30-aug-2017 to cancel the order and refund my amount in the same account. So they had approved it and cancelled the order and asked me to wait for 3-5 days for the refund. I thought of that it will be get refunded automatically as they promised but actually i didn't happened. So i called them again on around 5-sep-2017 related to refunds but they again said we have now initiated the request to the concern department you will get it back with 3-5 days. So time again crossed the days and its been 13-sep-2017 that my bank statement got generated where the bank had charged me the realevent amount as per my deduction but amazon haven't refunded the amount into my bank. I want justice because i am fed up from the services by them. So many times i had called them but they aren't paying any attention towards my request.

          Their return policy is extremely horrible. I have ordered a sony xperia xa compatible qc10 professional bluetooth headset by the brand raptas on 5th of this september amd got the delivery on the 10th day of the very month. After unboxing it when i sax the product it was of the brand "captcha". I requested for return andexchange to the company's customer care executives. They told me the pick up date was on 11th september but no one came. I continued to call repeatedly but no improvement and everyday i am listening that the next day is the pick up date. But all in vein. No one is coming. Please help.

            I purchased "carrier 1.5 ton 5 star split ac" from amazon on[protected] for 34499 and i paid all amount in a one time payment (No emi). The product got delivered after 4 days that was[protected] and it got installed after 2 days that is[protected].

            After the installation happened they showed me a small demo for 5 mins how the product will be work. After that i switched on my ac at night time on the same day. There i could see the water leakage in the indoor unit, so that i switched of my ac and slept. Tomorrow i did switch on my ac and the same problem persist.

            I called carrier customer care and raised a complaint with actual thing what happened to me. After two days of my complaint one guy came from carrier ac department and he said like this installation was done incorrectly. So that all gas went our from the outdoor unit, also he said like i will be working with my senior manager to solve this issue. I was waiting for next two days for their reply. I don't get anything from them.

            After three days i called carrier customer care and raised the same complaint. Again one guy came and told me that you have to refill the ac gas yourself and this would charge around 4 thousand. I asked him like this product i purchased just 10 days back and its in warranty period then why i should pay myself and refill the gas. For my question he replied like "we are not responsibility for products which is purchased in the online store like amazon and flipkart" and he went.

            After that i started to talk with amazon customer care about my issue from around[protected] to till today[protected]. But i didn't get my problem resolved.

            When i called first time amazon they said like this product will cover in only 10 days window period after that this will not be cover any warranty. I was in very tough situation like amazon is not taking care and carrier also is not taking care my issue. I don't know what i have to do next as next step.

            Again i tried amazon next day around[protected] and i spoke with the large appliances team over there. One of the guy said like we will be resolving this issue. But for that also i don't get any response from them. After that i started to talk with them 2 days once. Finally i came to one concussion that here after i don't want the problem resolved and instead of that i though of get my money back.

            I asked the same with them and they accepted to return back my money in two days. Now it has been crossed around 10 days. I didn't get my money too.
            Now they are asking me to uninstall ac by my own. This instillation is taking 750 rs. Here my concern is for with out running successful ac why i need to pay the money for installation and installation.

            Nowadays they blocked my number also. If i call amazon customer care from my register mobile number this is not at all connecting. And now i am using my friends phone to talk with them. See how worst thing they are doing.

            Here my request is i need my money back for that product (Carrier 1.5 ton 5 star split ac) as soon as possible. So please take necessary action on amazon about my problem and get my money back.

                  I bought a nokia 6 haeadset from amazon.in on 06th sept and it was delivered to me on 11th sept. I just checked the functionality of the phone on 12th sept and found certain problems with the phone. The biggest problem is in nokia 6 is that you can't use two sims together if you are using memory card. Either you can use one sim & one memory card or two sims without memory card. I have around 30 gb of data which i have in my existing memory card & in phone besides i have two sims. Now this phone is not fulfilling my requirement & in amazon.in site this limitation was not mentioned clearly. Also this nokia 6 phone is getting heated up just after taking pictures & doing video call. How could i work with that problematic phone. When i raised this concern to amazon customer support and spoke to their supervisor mohd mustafa, he is not ready to listen my problem and just repeating the amazon's stupid policies. Till now i didn't receive the clear screen shot from amazon where is is mentioned that there would be no refund against electronic item. World's worst & stupid company amazon.in

                    First amazon executive denied to give warranty of my phone.
                    Then i requested refund for same product.in that mail chain i received that my refund will be credited by 12th september.
                    Then i again wrote on same mail thread that i didn't received my refund.
                    Then i got reply from amazon that you need to return product first, confirm if you want to return. I agreed on that mail and i sent confirmation on product return.

                    Then still i didn't got any reply.
                    Then i was so frustrated, i called amazon customer care.
                    One of executive said me that amazon executive had given you a wrong information. No refund will be credited in your account.
                    My point is
                    How can they give wrong information. First they agreed on refund then they only denied to give refund. If i am not applicable for refund then they directly could say no to me. But amazon is making fool to customer care.
                    Now they are not giving me reply for this. May be they blocked me.

                      I placed an order with amazon india on 08.09.2017, for a product with order for "toshiba canvio basics 1tb usb 3.0 external hard drive" and order #[protected] which was been confirmed. But even on 12.09.2017, the product was not dispatched. And on 13.09.2017, the order was cancelled and it was not informed to me about the cancellation. Later i found out the status on amazon.in website that the order was cancelled suo-moto without any information or notice. This is "breach of contract". Amazon has started cancelling the order after payment of money as per its whims & fancies.

                      I insist for a specific performance of the contract.

                          I had ordered a dell laptop model number-5558 on 17th june 2017 and i recieved a same product on 22nd june 2017. My order number[protected] and service tag-4k64562. My warranty is not updated in the site. I requested to dell company regarding this matter but they told me that inform your dealer and they will filled up a form for selling and send it to them, they will updated it.                             Sir I'm Sanjit Kumar Mahapatra from Odisha, Puri pin-752001 I had order placed - Gionee S6 Pro Rose Gold, Smart Mobile . ORDER #[protected], Tracking ID: EP[protected]IN. Due to delivery problem with in this venue date time, so I cancelled the Order through contact the Amazon customer care .On dtd. 09.08.17 I had inquired the Track ID through India Post, that the product has already returned to seller end. BHATINDA, (H.O), any one can check India Post status portal with & check track I'd through India post . The product has already received at the Seller end area of Bhatinda H.O.on 08.08.17.time 4.27 p.m, but I was in- Odisha, Puri. It is far from distance from Puri, ODISHA to Bhatinda, H.O. How can I possible to receive the product in Bhatinda Head office. Another the person who has received the product check his proper identity & it's signature . This is a big crime please investigate the case seriously and refund my money rs.16, 003/- I also tried contact with Seller NavSaachi Traders contact No – [protected] according to the Amazon customer care, but the seller directly scolded me & said what ever you can do, I also do as per my wish . no one protect me evenly amazon also .
                            So personally I request you to to consider my case & investigate properly & as soon as possible to refund my money

                              First, the product was delivered late. It reached to me on 7th september instead of 4th september which was the original scheduled date.

                              Second, the product quality is very poor so i have requested for return and refund.

                              Third, the return request was done on 11th september and pick up was scheduled on 12th september, 2017 between 3 pm to 6 pm from my home address (In junagadh city. Pin code 362001) where the product was delivered.. The pick up was not done on 12th september so i call amazon customer service and they told me that pick up will be done by cob 13th september. Even today, the pick up is not done (13th september) and i called customer service again and they dont have anything to justify why the return is not picked up.

                              So i called blue dart people for pick up & they told me that they got pick up request from amazon on 13th september only so they will not be able to pick up it on same day. Pick up will be done next day only

                              Amazon is not able to justify why this return was not picked up in 2 days after request and why the request went late to blue dart?

                              Finally i have to go to blue dart office to return the product.

                                  I recently ordered the newly launched nokia 6 phone from amazon and it got delivered on 27 august 2017. Initially the phone was working fine but after some days that is on 11 september 2017 it's microphone stopped working. I tried to return it but the return window has already been closed on 7 september 2017. As it comes under 1 year warranty i contacted the nearest nokia service center. But they told me that as it is a new phone we cannot do anything please return it on amazon only.
                                  Then i contacted the customer care associates of amazon but they told me that as it is against their return policy they cannot take my product back and refund my money as return window has been closed already. I am sick and tired of this phone. As it cannot do the basic function of a phone that is calling. How is this even a smartphone then.
                                  I order so many things from amazon but this time i am really unsatisfied with the customer service. I am not going to order anything from amazon in the near future from now onwards. Worst customer service ever. Worst experience ever from amazon.

                                    Very bad service by amazon. I have returned my fit bit charge 2 as it was a damaged piece. I called up to them they promised me that, i would get it by 3 september but i don't get it, i called up to them they said i will receive my product by 11 th of september. Well today is 13 th, i still didn't get my product. Neither i got any message nor an call from them.
                                    My return pick up number[protected]. I request you please make it as soon as possible. And pls make the process fast because it already 13 days that i have returned and your service is really very bad 👎👎👎.

                                      The problem i am facing is that from the past 13 days i am giving return request for exchange of the product. Company is taking my request and after 2-3 days i receive a msg from bluedart that the pickup has been cancelled from amazon. Now when i call them they say we will again arrange to pickup the parcel but again same thing happen. Now these customer care girls are not talking properly and not telling the matter clearly or not transfering the call to higer authority..
                                      Dont know what to do.

                                        I purchase product (
                                        Wd my passport 3tb portable external hard) here at deal price 2, 999 on 12 sept 2017, now order is confirmed and i paid money for it, after 1 day amazon say this is technical issue by their side and your order has been cancelled and now you have to buy for new price at around 10, 000rs which is much greater than rs. 2, 999.
                                        They offer deal price and later cancel it, and when i talked with their customer care they behave very badly adn saying it is technical fault we can not do anything, now you have to buy it at new cost. Why they cheat customer taking money name of deal and later cancel it.

                                        if this is technical issue, why as a customer always suffer, this is their fault not me so they have to pay penalty and deliver original product As soon as possible
