I have ordered an addic millionaire old world charm men's watch vide order #[protected] on 31/09/2017. A dummy packae containing a pices of stone was delivered against my above order on 06/09/2017. Subsequently, i have placed a replacement request vide order no. Order #[protected]. However, during the second time also, they have delivered me a dummy package contining a similar piece of stone on 11/09/2017. This is really ridiculous and serious which needs to be thorougly investigated.

Customer Service is really bad. The boy rejected to deliver it to the address which was different from the mentioned address though the place is only 2 minutes away.

    I got delivery of karbonn k9 virat 4g phone on 8th sep 2017. Which is defective product 4g sim is not working in this phone at all. Mobile getting switch off when reaches till 30%. Heating issue also in this phone. I called in cx care on 10th sep. One advisor told me that she arranged technician for checking this phone. And technician will check and if doesn't get fix he will give me jobsheet than refund will proceed so i will get refund within 10 business days. And technician came on 11th sep and he gave me jobsheet for defective product and told me that he proceed request for refund. When i called in cusomer care in the evening for checking status of request. One of the advisor told me that refund is not possible for mobile phones. I requested to connect my call with superior than he connected my call to altas who doesn't know how to talk with customer. When my call got connected his first sentence was refund possible nahi hoga. He was not listening me at all and he was repeating only one sentence refund is not possible. And without listening anything he gave his closing and he disconnected call by himself.
    Is this the customer service of amzon???
    I felt very bad and insulting on call when he was behaving like i am mad and altas said u can go now. You can think how insulting was this sentence for a customer.
    This kind of customer support representative you have for customer help.
    So i am very disappointed from amazon.
    Now i don't want be a customer of amazon at all. I want my refund back.

      worst delivery service

      Here in thanjavur the delivery service is far more worser than anywhere inthe country. I ordered for organic ragi flour in 24 mantra which is due to arrive 12 sept but for some reason it arrived early on 11 sept and i got the intimation from amazon about the arrival. Then i got a missed call from the deliverer then i called back immediately but he refused to pick up for a while then again i called back, the deliverer answered the call and...

      A very bad experience from amazon prime worth to be shared. They debited my account for no reason without my consent and when i tried chasing them for same reason they were unable to get me through resolution. And asked me that they will credit the amount to my amazon account not the bank account through which they deducted the amount. They say it was some technical glitche due to which this happend. After chasing them for few days i ended up with no final resolution. And they are okay with me sharing this on social media. Amazon prime video india amazon.com amazon india amazon web services
      Also when i had been on call with one of their senior executive, she kept me on hold for long time and finally disconnected my call without my concern. This is not the service to be accepted. And when i called them back the next executive was ok with me to take this issue on social media and didn't bother to solve my concern rather.

        I ordered a moto g play mobile thru order #[protected]. The handset earpiece socket was defective, i reported this to your customer care, and the same was picked on 7th september 2017, between 7am - 8am a receipt attached here was given to us. With in 30mins another amazon person came asking for same. Till date i am unaware of its status, to make it worse, another amazon person came to collect the same today at 4:15pm.
        My umpteen calls / mails seem to go in vain, amazon has been tormenting it's customer for ordering goods from it.
        May seek redressal from court of law for all the trouble and sleepless night you have given!

            This is my order no[protected] during offer period i bought this products of above 5000 rupees for cash back will be credited on october 15th i have received my order on sep 4th 2017 i have received this product with big box when i received the products there was some products missed and some damaged i was complained this within 30 minutes after receiving the product i requested them to get the products from me and return my amount i was faced lot of difficulties while talking with executives they are not at all listening customers view and lady has taken complaint against this and ask me to wait for 3 days after three days no one has called me or mailed me regarding this issue again i made call to executives these people are very arrogant and talking rudely with customers and again ask me to wait for 2 days after 2 days i just them called them once again this time they are telling wait for 5 business days this the way this amazon people are trying to cheat customers very badly aim since amazon customer for past 4 years i never felt this type of issue before but this worst thing i never faced in this 4 years this people are now a days are trying to cheat very badly

            Not only missing and damaged products aim talking about products received also that agro fresh brand is very very worst product don't ever brought this products in amazon my family is complain about the pulses they have delivered in sticker they have mentioned new but after cooking we cant able to eat this food i requested every customer don't buy groceries items in amazon if you going for online better go for big basket some products are good only this agro fresh products are very worst

            These amazon people are trying to cheat customers in very wrong way i just waited for more than 8 days but there was no response from there end. I request consumer to take severe action against this people and ask them to provide me missing products immediately

            This is order no[protected] i purchased this item on 1st sep 2017 and today date is 11th september amazon people are mentioned expected delivery will be 8th september when i contact them regarding this issue customer executives are replying we wont give any assurance when this product will delivered to me simply we will take action against the seller what is the usage of getting products after 20 days this is the way you people will handle with sellers when i ask them just refund they are telling about policies if policies are not flexible for customers then what is the usage of getting products in amazon

              I have ordered a t-shirt from amazon order #[protected], which was promised to be delivered by 7-sep-2017 but on 8th sept i got a message that your order has been delivered where i got no item delivered, i called amazon customer care and they apologized for this and said to wait for 3 days and your item will be delivered, on 11th sept when i called them they are again saying that give us 3-5 days and your order will be delivered.

              Complete mistake is from amazon side -
              1. Sending fake messages of delivery. (Company should be charged for this)
              2. When customer is asking for delivery giving fake promises and asking for
              3-5 days of time.
              3. I also asked to deliver the product in 1 day but they are saying that this
              Process takes time and it will be delivered in next 3-5 days, i don't
              Understand where the process goes when they deliver the item within 1
              Day for prime customers.

                This is nayan govind pawar, on 2nd sep 2017 the mobile name nokia 6 i had received by blue dart courier company from amazon and mobile fails to operate as its normal behave and often the problem come up hitting in the phone so i was tried to return it but the amazon do not take cognizance of my complaint they fraud with me regarding mobile phone and about to approach consumer forum.

                  Dear sir/mam,
                  I orderd a moto g5s plus (Lunar grey, 64gb) on 5th of sep on 10th of sep i received the device. I insert my gio sim in the device when i started calling i'm not able to dial the call because the volte feature is not available in device. I check the device's settings properly and reboot it five sometimes but issue not resolved so i called your amazon customer service i told them about the issue i'm facing he told me and assure me that your device supports volte there maybe some technical issue in the device we will transfer your call to our technical department but the tecnical department is closed now you may call us tomorrow between 8am to 8pm. I said ok and asked them again that the device supports volte?. He assure me completely that the device supports volte.
                  Today i called your customer care regarding same issue they transferred my call to amazon technical support the technical support executive told me the device doesn't supports volte.
                  I told him that yesterday your amazon executive assure me that your device supports volte then how is it possible the amazon technical support executive told me i don't know about that but your device doesn't supports volte for further inquiry kindly call motorola customer care and disconnects the call.
                  Sir i am your very old customer purchasing things from amazon from long back kindly look this matter seriously and please stop fooling your customers we work very hard to earn money tell me what is the benefit to buy a 16, 000rs device who doesn't supports volte even in the half price devices have volte supports. So what is the benefit to buy motorola device at rupees 16, 000. Kindly take this device back and refund my complete money it's your fault your customer care misguide me you have to bear this anyhow. I ensure in future in did'nt purchase anything from amazon.com and will told my friend & family members that not buy anything from amazon in future.

                      माननीय महोदय,
                      मैं आपको मेरे साथ हुए धोखा के बारे में बताना चाहता हु 5 Jan 2017 मैंने एक मोबाइल फ़ोन ख़रीदा Amazone से जो कि HTC-728 Model है जो कि फ़ोन के बदले मुझे बिल मिला उस पर IMEI no -[protected] लिखा है Amazone के द्वारा मेरा फ़ोन ख़राब होने की कारण जब सर्विस सेंटर पर दिखाया तो फ़ोन का IMEI no -[protected] जो की मेरे बिल पे लिखे IMEI no से अलग है ये दोनों नंबर एक होने चाहिए थे.
                      मेने इस बारे Amazone को मेल किया था 17 June 2017 इसके बाद आज तक 8 Reminder भी दे चूका हु 2 महीने के अंदर, ना ही मुझे सही सही बिल दिया गया ना ही Positive response था मेल पर, एक भारतीय क्रेता होने होने के नाते मेरे अधिकारो का यहाँ हनन हुआ है एक विदेशी कम्पनी के द्वारा।
                      Amazone की इस गलती के कारण मुझे जो नुकसान हुआ है या फ्यूचर में हो सकता है कभी भी एक बड़े लेवल पे, वो में नीचे लिख रहा हु

                      1 मेरा फ़ोन अंडर वार्रेंटी होने के बावजूद सर्विस नही दी जा रही है HTC Service centre की तरफ से क्यूंकि मेरा बिल पर IMEI no और फ़ोन का IMEI no दोनों नंबर अलग है।

                      2 .मेरा फ़ोन चोरी हो जाने पर मेरे पास कोई भी सबूत नहीं है की ये फ़ोन मेरा है ना ही FIR हो सकती है फ़ोन चोरी के खिलाफ, जब FIR नहीं हो सकती तो मेरे फ़ोन का DATA Loss, Bank Account, mails and personal privacy सभी कुछ आसानी से Access करके मुझे Financially, socially and privacy दस्तावेज का नुकसान हो सकता है और में इसका Claim भी नहीं कर सकता क्यूंकि इस फ़ोन का कोई भी सही Evidence मेरे पास नहीं है जो मुझे
                      Amazone की तरफ से सही नहीं दिया गया है जिससे में कोई कार्यवाही कर सकू हानि के केश मे

                      3. जो IMEI no मेरे बिल पर है उससे मुझे कभी भी Mentally harassment होना पढ़ सकता है Future में अगर कोई इस IMEI no वाले फ़ोन से कोई Terror Activity हो या देश द्रोही गतिविधिया कोई करे तो उस फ़ोन का IMEI no मेरे बिल पर है और मेरे नाम से है बिलिंग, पुलिस सीधे मुझे Arrest करेगी जिसमे मेरा कोई भी fault नहीं है मुझे एक बड़े स्तर पर आर्थिक सामाजिक शोषड़ हो सकता है Amazone के इस गलती के कारण जिसमे मेरा कोई fault नहीं है में एक Customer हु जिसने एक फ़ोन ख़रीदा है लेकिन फ़ोन के बदले में Amazone के कारण मुझे इतनी सारी मुसीबतों का सामना करना पढ़ सकता है।
                      जिम्मेदारी तय की जाए और Amazone से मुझे इन सबकी पूर्ति की जाए.
                      मेरा कोई दोष ना होने के बावजूद मुझे ये सब Suffer क्यों करना पढ़े एक आम नागरिक होने के हमारा System कब अपनी अपनी जिम्मेदारी से काम करेगा, एक विदेशी कंपनी के द्वारा भारतीय नागरिक का शोषड़ क्यों हो.
                      Indian Contract act के accordingly भी ये फ्रॉड का केस है

                      नोट: मैं आपसे request करता हु कि Amazone के इस Fraud के खिलाफ कड़ी करवाई की जाय और मेरे दायित्व की रक्षा की जाय और मेरे नुक्सान के लिए 1, 00, 000.00 {One Lakh only} compensation दिया जाय और सही बिल मेरे सही IMEI no के साथ दिया जाय बिना देरी किये बिना जिसका में हक़ रखता हु एक भारतीय नागरिक होने के नाते।

                        I placed my order#[protected] on august 27, 2017 from seller magicdeal storefront. It was supposed to deliver before sep 7, 2017. But i didn't receive the order yet, and whenever i call amazon helpline and ask about the order they tell the same thing over and over again that seller will contact me in next 2 days but i get no response from seller. Yesterday i received a feedback email from amazon about the product that leave your feedback how was the product. I was like i didn't even receive any order yet and why am i getting this feedback email because usually amazon send the feedback email after the product has been received by the customer so i wondered and called them just today. The agent named rakesh asked me the concern i explained him everything and he said i will send your email to seller you'll get reply from seller i said no this is fourth time you're telling me the same thing but it is not helping i wasn't getting any response from the seller. I asked him to help me and asked him to tell me the reason behind it that why i didn't get the order yet. He was like so quiet i said respond me on this don't just stay quiet he was like he wasn't getting me he was just listening to me but not answering me. I asked him to let me speak with his supervisor but he didn't transfer my call instead he hung up on me. They hung up every time they don't really help the customer i never get the chance to speak with the supervisor i don't why they let me speak with their manager or supervisor. I don't understand why company hire such person who are not able to communicate with the customer, i mean the agent like this who can't handle the customer what they are doing there. Is it because of the improper training? Why they hang up the call without any reason? What am i supposed to do i've been calling them from last couple of days but getting no updates on the product no messages no emails i mean what is this? I paid them the money 680/- online through my debit card. I am totally dissatisfied with the services and the respond i am getting from their agents. I have no time to spend it with them every single day i have other things to do i am a student and do part time work as well i have to study the work everything so i cannot spend more time with arguing them guys so please i want a strict action against them. This is not the first time it is happening with me. But this time i want you to take a strict action against the company and the seller.

                          I have oredered scott international black sweatshirt in amazon on 07/09 and my estimated delivery was 12/09 and i agreed for the same and ordered the product. And when checking the tracking details on sunday i was shocked. They updated my tracking detail like the order was delay in delivery on customer request which i never asked for any delay in delivery. For the same issue i have chatting with two agents from amazon pavan and pancham, they never solved my issue and answerd my questions till end and they telling like it was technical issues. For technical issues in their database why customer should be blammed. Finally they never answered my question and disconnected the chat. Waste of time for 2 hours. Don't believe amazon.

                            On 02/09/17 i bought a lenovo k8 note mobile phone from you. I have discovered that the phone has the following problem.

                            1. Heat issue while plugged in charge
                            2. While handling the phone causes heat problem.

                            I made a call to amazon customer care, they told me to go for smart check app to verify the mobile issue. They don't you have trust on privilege customer instead they are trusting the app. We are the one going to use it.

                            They are concerned only about the amazon policy and not on the customers end. Moving forward its better to stop purchase from amazon due to unfavoured on the customer end. Its all raise a red flag and stop purchasing from amazon and let them concern about their stupid policies.

                            Atleast some peoples will avoid purchasing in amazon beacuse of me and they should be aware of this.

                            Spread this info much as can to your friends, neighbours and relatives. I am going to post this in all the pages, consumercouncil, shutter mouth, twitter etc etc.

                              I added rs.10000 to my amazon account a month back planning to buy a laptop for myself but when i tried using it i got an email from address verification team asking for statement of the bank which i submitted multiple times still no response please help me with this.

                              I have tried contacting them multiple times still no solution from their side.
                              Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              I orderd my son pencil box 23th August and today is 5th september till now it did'nt come . The last date was showing in the mobile was 4th september amd it not came . I have done the payment by online baking . If have a lose i will file a case against amazon in consumer forum . so keep atrack of that .
                              I am ordered on plus 5 on 25 th august 2017.
                              My order number is #[protected]
                              estimate arrival time was from 25 august -29 th august 2017.
                              Still not recieved till date
                              i am not at all satisfied with service.
                              So please cancel my order and refund my money.
                              I have call to customer care so much time they have also not responded properly

                                I ordered mi 4. (3gb, 32gb) on my address the have confirmed my order after 3 days they sent me mail undeliverable and justify me the product was damage then i orderd second time mi 4 (4gb, 64gb) on same address the confirmed again after 3 days the cancel and mail me your order ia undeliverable i asked through them why? They told me there is address issue without notify me they cancel my order to be very dishonest service mi done a big mistak to give him online sell service flipkart or snapdeal is a better then amazon in online selling service.

                                      One sari was delivered to [protected]@gmail.com but due to bad quality of fabric it was returned on date 28/08/017 and details of bank account was provided but till date amount has not been credited to account. It is requested to looked into and early response in this matter is accepted otherwise l will have to move to Consumer forum.
