I placed the order almost 2 months back in the month of august and the estimated delivery was on the 13th of september. During this period of 1 month between placing of order and the delivery date, i sent multiple emails to amazon to enquire about the tracking details which were invalid. On the 13th of september, the day i was supposed to receive the product i called amazon and spoke to a ms. Ranjeeta from the leadership team who informed me that the tracking details were invalid and that she will look into the matter and speak to the seller. She also assured me that no refund will be processed without my prior permission/acknowledgement. Lastly she said that i will be contacted within 48 hours from the amazon team with a solution. It has been almost ten days since that conversation. Yesterday i contacted amazon again via email and i specified that i do not wish for a refund and if that is the only solution then pay for the difference in my amazon pay wallet so that i could purchase the same product at the current price. Alas, i got a response from the amazon team saying that an a to z claim has been approved and refund will be processed.
Amazon kept my money for almost 2 months. I tried contacting the seller on multiple occasions but i do not get a response from his end. I paid good money for the product, money that i could've invested elsewhere. If refund is what i desired then i would've done that 2 months back. If the product was lost in transit then i demand that another one is reshipped immediately. Why am i being subjected to such fascist policies? I feel like a victim of a large scam and am being duped as a customer.
I demand that amazon pays for the difference in the current price of the same product so that i can buy it immediately.

    Hello,

    As advised by mr. Sandeep from escalation team, i am writing this email out of frustration and against my will for horrendous experience i had faced hoping you would help me. Before i brag on, below are the order details so i do not get a reply from you guys saying we do not have your order details and i end up wasting more time:
    Order detail:

    Ordered on 3 october 2016 / order#[protected]
    Here we go:

    1) my adapter started giving me some trouble so i initiated the return via amazon but since it was not under amazon a-z return policy, i was directed to contact seller so i contacted seller via your messaging system through this order only on 28 aug (Did not contact privately, mind you) but no reply from seller.
    *i understand that you guys can not cover for entire life and at times we have to contact the seller but this product is still under 1 year so as i mentioned above, i contacted seller via your messaging system through this order only (Did not contact privately, mind you) but no reply from seller.
    2) again i contacted seller using the option "contact seller " next to this order from your messaging system (Did not contact privately, mind you) but no reply from seller again.
    3) i contacted customer support via phone and the guy on the phone named sonesh advised me to contact again and he will also contact the seller. Again i contacted seller using the option "contact seller " next to this order from your messaging system (Did not contact privately, mind you) but this time i got a reply from lap gadget on 04 sep saying i can return the product and they will replace it. All the details were mentioned in the email and you can check the email in my message box from my account.
    4) before i returned the adapter, i spoke to chirag from lap gadget whose name is mentioned the email which i received from lap gadget and he advised me that i have to bear the return postage cost. Also, once they receive the adapter, they will send the replacement.
    5) as you can guess now, i returned the adapter and provided the return details to them via messages (Check my sent message on 08 sep) once they received it, chirag from lap gadget told me that though it is a lap gadget product, this is not sold by them and they can not do anything about it. This is sold by tech deals so i have to deal with amazon or tech deals. Also, chirag told me that they will send the adapter back to me the one i returned to them.
    *two things here: 1) who contacted lap gadget and send wrong email to this seller who did not sell this to me and 2) even if the wrong email sent to them, this # did not check whether, this adapter was sold by them or not and it is under warranty or not before asking me to return it for replacement.
    6) now it is 11 sep and issue is not resolved yet. My frustration level is creeping up as you can understand. Still i contacted customer support via phone and the guy on the phone named abhishek advised me to contact the seller and he will also contact the actual seller not mistaken one. Again i contacted seller using the option "contact seller " next to this order from your messaging system (Did not contact privately, mind you. Abhishek also told me, if i do not get a reply from the seller with in 48 hours then i can contact again and they will help me out definitely which was lie. Let me tell you how it was a lie.
    7) no reply from seller so i contacted customer support via phone and the guy on the phone named harshith really pissed me off. Nevertheless, after 40 minuets on phone, he could not provide me any resolution and at last provided me an email to contact the seller "tech deals". The email he provided me was [protected]@itechdeals.com (By the way, this email address is wrong and it belongs to some company in us which i came to know later). When i asked to provide phone number of the seller and he said just google it. Now i was so annoyed and irritated by this guy, i asked him to connect me to complaint department. After so many hold, finally mr. Shuja from leadership team came on the phone and after explaining everything, he told me that he will coach the team mate and he will file the amazon a-z return on my behalf (Another misinformation) and i will get the email with in 24 hours. Instead i got a call from mr shuja saying i need to contact buyer-guarntee team so they will help you. Hence now i have contacted them hoping some one will help me and get me out of this mess but no reply.

    4) now i have got the adaptor back from lap gadget saying it is fake product and seller is also not associated with them and seller was saying the product under their name but it is not their product.

    5) i contacted you guys again and i was promised on the phone and via chat and even in email, if i provide seller denial letter saying they can not replace due to above reason, you will refund me product amount.

    6) i have provided the seller denial letter and i was asked to wait 5 day as the issue has been escalated to seller escalation team. Not a single response from them or you in 5 days.

    6) i contacted today and the guy named "vikas" confirmed that seller has been removed coz he was dodgy and the product is not from lap gadget as it was fake; and he offered me only 500 rs amazon gift card and after arguments he disconnected d call. I called again and the guy named "sandeep" offered me 700 rs after more than an hour discussion and said can not do anything else.

    P. S:

    1) harshith confirmed that i got the incorrect email due to your technical issue.
    2) why false promises made by two of your agents

    So now my issue is

    1) you guys do not have tech deals contact information and i can not find on google as seller was not genuine so how can i contact them to resolve the issue because i need replacement or full refund.
    2) i want the replacement product as soon as possible or alternative solution up to my satisfaction as i already provided seller denial letter and you promised you will refund me if i provide it.

      I had ordered a cellphone moto g 5s on 19/10/2017. It is delivered to me today on 21/10/2017 (Paid rs.100/- extra for fast delivery) we got shocked to find a phone size stone in the roughly packed packet. We called up the courier person immediately and asked him to come back. He said he is coming but he didn't turn up. We called the customer care which was picked after half an hour and they said they will investigate the matter.

      I want my refund back tomorrow itself. Its the look out of amazon what they want to investigate. We have all the proofs and we are going to file a complaint everywhere and also hoing to upload the pics on every social handle to let people know what a pathetic state amazon has.

      Shame!!!

        I booked a videocon d2h hd digital set top box with a offer of 1 month super gold hd free for rs 1720/-. However after installation of the settop box on 17/09/2017 by videocon guys i could only find rs99/- flexi pack on my tv which is a minimum plan on videocon d2h. Also it is valid till 09/10/2017 which is not even 1 month as offered by amazon.
        When i questioed the videocon guys about the same he answered that you dont have sufficient balance hence you get rs 99/- flexi pack that to till 09/10/2017.
        When i tried to contact the customer care of both amazon and videocon both are either busy or not available.

        but till now no one is tacking back the item

          Amazon claimed that my product is arriving today but still i have not received it and it's showing me delivery of today. The amazon transportation services does not even provide the courier person's contact number to whom we can contact and enquire about the product status. Despite of contacting customer service twice but no reflect. If the product can not be delivered on time then why the hell does the company claim false commitments of the product arriving today.

          The complaint which i posted i confirmed the false information.
          the delivery are always late take more than 6-7days.
          The book jimper puducherry cost rs 530 i paid it through netbanking.
          actually the email conformation got it.
          the delivery man who come to give this book got rs323 on cod on delivery.
          i back the money rs 530 which in paid through net banking.

            I ordered an asus laptop from amazon.in the product description, it was mentioned that a gaming carry bag is included along with the laptop. But i did not receive any bag. I have contacted amazon multiple times but they are not resolving the issue. Whenever i contact them they say contact us after 3 business days or contact us after 5 business days. Like this, it has been going on for 2 weeks.

                  By mistakenly you have transferred my shipping charges of rs.600/- in amazon account which i have already confirmed before
                  Delivering the courier to you and it was promised on phone that i will get both my amount refund in my bank account only and received mail from your side also but till date i have not received my amount yet.

                  I am totally mentally harass by amazon team as they are giving false commitments also. I will not received my money in my account within
                  24 hrs i will complain in consumer forum. If any terms and conditions mentioned need copy of the same on urgent basis.

                  Very very poor and pathetic service received from amazon side and i will circulate this mail to my colleagues and my relatives, for me its only 600 rs. But for amazon i will make sure that at-least 100 customers.

                  Kindly treat this as most urgent.

                    I purchased a product from amazon (Product name - amazonbasics usb a to lightning compatible cable) on 5th of september and it's been just 15 days from purchasing and the charger is not working and it is not getting synced to the laptop and it is completely loose it doesn’t fit the phone properly. I spoke to amazon and they told that they cannot do anything as the return window is closed and they told me to contact the seller and gave me the number [protected] no one answers the call and no one is able to help me.
                    In just 15 days the product is not working that means it a fake and it is not getting fit which is a defected product. They have fooled me by doing this.

                      My account was locked as i did multiple orders of gift cards worth rs 90, 000/- on 19th sept'17. I was asked to fax my credit card statement & other details like name, address & email address. The documents were faxed to the number provided[protected] & was also sent to email addresses provided by the amazon help desk customer service executive @[protected]:

                      It’s been 48 hours & no acknowledgment of my emails or fax has been provided. Few small order worth 10, 000/- were cancelled but 2 of my orders worth rs. 75, 000/- is in processing state. My credit card have been charged however my account is blocked.

                      An extremely poor example of customer service shown as the helpdesk executive don't even have relevant access to check whether mail were received or not, to say nothing on turnaround time for request completion.

                      Please work on this request & get the orders going.

                        Hi all,
                        I got a offer from amazon (Super value) in which i had to buy minimum 1500 rs in that 450 rs would be cash back. But this international brands making people fool. I called it's customers care and they said it would be done within 48 hours but nothing happened. Again i called them these guys blocked my number. Now stop buying products from amazon. They are not providing original products as well as promotional cash back.

                          Around last two months i was not using my amazon account to buy any stuff as i did not needed and i think my cousins have done something that made me locked out of my amazon account i check to resolve this i came to a solution in amazon help, i applied all the tactics to resolve this case but nothing seems to happen and the error still shows. And due to this i was not able to buy products that i needed at that moment.

                            I had placed a order for a alice stylish backpack (Order no[protected] on 11 sep 2017. The probable date for delivery was 18 sep 2017. I have tracked the delivery position and it was amended as 19 sep 2017. But when it was not delivered, i have contacted with the guided mob no[protected] on 20 sep 2017 around 5.10 pm. One gentleman picked up and told me that it will be delivered today by half an hour and also asked me that whether the amount has been paid or cod. But even after telephoned several times after that they haven not responded and delivered. Today when i have contacted with that mob no, they are telling that the item has been deposited at office and suggested me to contact with them. Soon after i have got a message mentioning that "we could not deliver alice stylish backpack hand bag for girls as we could not contact you on the phone. Re-attempt on next working day". As i am going to kolkata on 22 sep 2017, pl arrange to deliver today.

                              I had purchased 01 no. 1plus 5 mobile handset online 12th aug2017, for rs. 27, 724/- by exchaging my moto g phone, and at the same time i had opted for emi scheme. But you have charged full amount of rs. 27, 724/- and charged the emi amount of rs.3, 575/- also. So kindly arrange reverse the either the full payment or emi amount.

                              Revert me back immediately on this matter very urgent.

                                I would to you that 18th sept. I have purchased from amazon and seller is emazing deals[protected]) and 20th sept. Over still now i'm not getting any conformation from your end by seller why i don't know???

                                Your response really don't make any sense to my earlier email. I asked your manager to reply me as an evidence of escalation. But still you don't bother to any words what i say here. I am still getting response only from customer service representative. Why the hell you neglect to consider any of my emails.

                                I would like to file my extreme dissatisfaction with ​amazon customer service.

                                I have been paying for a faulty amazon service for more than a month now and this is a reoccurring issue with your servers which keeps coming back it has happened in this months. Your inefficient team is not able to resolve this issue and no manager from your team is ready to take accountability to fix it​.

                                Who is going to pay for the faulty service? How do you compensate me for your service not working for almost for a complete month?

                                It's a totally miss managed service that vodafone is giving services also totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are charging money in regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not cooperative. They charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the employees, organizations because they don"t think about customer and they are only worried about their quarterly profit.

                                Where is the proof that my case has been escalated. I am really struggling hard to write up decent words in my email. Because i just see that you guys continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very beginning i am telling you that you guys are pathetic and ​​ highly unprofessional​ ​saler team​. I am trying to find my way to complain you in public forum​ nothing more else.
                                ​

                                Please stop lying like this and making fool of the customers. It was a really bad experience for me this time. I’m a regular customer of amazon prime but i don’t think i’ll be able to continue shopping with amazon ever again.

                                It is really a very remorseful situation where in i have not received the product and you are saying we were not at home. Since morning i've tried your customer care minimum 7 times also you can track my previous interaction id were eagerly waiting for the product as i had planned a surprise for the family but could not complete the same due to your improper service and wrong commitment. We were at it is really pathetic at your part to play with people sentiments and emotions.

                                I lose my trust from on line shopping by amazon.in, also i want to complaint to consumer department for that.

                                What i am looking for against my complaint???

                                Your service not working for almost for a complete month?

                                It's a totally miss managed service that
                                Vodafone
                                Is giving services also totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say
                                These organizations are charging money in regular basis for not giving any
                                Facility, they are not cooperative. They charges for every damn thing and
                                They are cheating the employees, organizations because they don"t think
                                About customer and they are only worried about their quarterly profit.

                                Where is the proof that my case has been escalated. I am really struggling
                                Hard to write up decent words in my email. Because i just see that you guys
                                Continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very beginning
                                I am telling you that you guys are pathetic and

                                  I had ordered a fuss ball table on amazon almost 3 months back,
                                  System generated 2 order numbers. However received fuss ball table cover through bluedart courier, when i enquired about the board the customer service team informed it is coming through speed post and cannot be tracked. Even after long wait when the product was not received, requested cancellation and refund, multiple calls to contact centre as well but of no use,
                                  Now they revert i get is the product is delivered and refund rejected. They are referring to the fuss ball table cover, the pathetic customer care all the time says new request is being raised. Denied escalation to manger nor arranged call back.
                                  I want this resolved asap else will surely go legal and claim heavy compensation also take up strongly on social media.

                                    I had ordered a new oneplus 5 from amazon webs on 14th september 2017 and paid for it using my credit card.

                                    On 18th sep i received the package. To my surprise, when i opened the package it contained an open-box second hand iphone 6s.

                                    I immediately called amazon and filed a complaint. Then they informed me that there cannot be a refund on electronic purchases which they never informed me when i was making the purchase.

                                    I was assured the wrong product will be picked up next day and will receive replacement with correct product within 3-4 days.

                                    Next day the courier fellow turns up but refuses to take the product back. Again after a long round of argument with amazon support, i was assured the package will be picked up promptly the next day.

                                    Unfortunately its been 2 days now and there is still no pickup from them. My card has been charged already and i am left with no option but to live with the feeling of being cheated and frauded by amazon.

                                    I am now thinking of filing a police complaint against amazon.

                                      I ordered a nikon d3400 on saturday and they charged extra 100 for delivery on the next day. I didnt receive the order for the next two days although i got messages of our pakage saying its out for delivery. But i didnt get anythingand then it showed delivered. Suddenly on tuesday i receive a package but with the wrong contents, it had some cheap speakers instead of my dslr. I requested a return, the very next day a delivery man comes up and refuses to take it, i have no clue why the hell did he come. I complained again to amazon requesting to cancel my order but they have asked for a week's investigation time. I don't understand why i have to suffer for the mistake of the company. It was my daughter's birthday gift and now the surprise is ruined. This is harassment and they are not even cancelling my order. My money is stuck there and my time is wasted. They have no responsibility and its disappointing from amazon. I need my package or my refund as soon as possible.

                                        I have two card details for bank transfer but still cheque is issued without any prior consultation
                                        This lead to a name on cheque which is my nickname.

                                        It's been around 14 days now and yet another 5 days patience is asked, so that the cheque could reach me with my nickname over it.

                                        Amazine amazon once the cheque reach me and again a cycle of another 8 days + 3 days for the cheque to get approved will follow.

                                        So that means you are taking a whole month for a product which you can even finish now within seconds through bank transfer.

                                        But why will you bother when you already displayed on my account that the refund has been initiated and received on 18th se 2017.
