    Hello sir,

    I had booked nokia 150 from amazon india on 6th aug 2017 through netbanking. Its delivery was to be done 14th aug as per the mail & message received from them after the order. As i didn't receive it by 15th aug. I cancelled the order that day. When contacted amazon customer care, they said that the refund to be done within 4 to 5 working days from the day it cancelled. I cancelled the order on 15th aug. That means i should have got my money back by 21st or 22nd aug. More than a month passed now, still i have not received my money.
    The irony is that i couldn't contact their customer care now as whenever i called them and selected refund option, the automated response was that, as per their system i don't have any refund case pending.

    I don't know what to do know.

      I have purchased motorola handset which has defect hence replaced by amazon. Noe second handset also has issue so got confirmation for refund. But at the time of collection courier person is coming with old or first imea number and hence replacement is not possible. Have written them many time and also made call but no solution. Courier person came 4 times with wrong number.

        This is regarding the rs.10000 cashback for lg g6 mobile of rs. 51999 purchased from amazon india on 25/04/2017 with my hdfc credit card order #[protected].
        The cashback was supposed to be credited back to me by 31st august 2017. However, this is not done yet.
        I've been in touch with amazon customer service team since then, however every time they ask for 2-3 business days extension to check with their payments team. I never hear back from them. I've to call/email after this period and the cycle repeats. So far, it has been 25 days and i haven't received my money back.
        I would like this to be done asap!!

        Summary of interaction with amazon:
        1) 31st august - officially last day to receive the rs.10000 cashback per your offer, also confirmed by iyappan m. On 19th august.
        2) called on 1st september - pavithra m. Confirmed that it would take another 3-5 business days and abhilashkumar a. Confirmed that it would be delivered by 7th september.
        3) called on 7th september - omkar confirmed that it would be delivered by 11th september.
        4) on 12th september - santosh s. And uday. G and on 13th september - megha k told me that i'm ineligible for the offer since it was running between 26th april and 1st may.
        These guys were referring to the rs.7000 cashback offer running between the above mentioned date. However, they failed to check that there was another offer running only on 25th april for lg g6 between 9 am to 9 pm within which i had purchased the mobile and i am eligible for it.
        5) megha realized her mistake and confirmed on 13th september that she would personally follow up with me within 24-48 hours for the same.
        6) after this riaz and vishnu from amazon resolution team have been in touch with me doing the same thing again, i. E. Asking for 2-3 business days extension again and again.

        Now, i want to take this company to consumer courts for penalizing.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I had purchased a coolpad note 4 on sep 10, 2017 to gift him mobile on his birthday and received the order on sep 13. The speaker was not working and launched the complaint for the defective of the via telephone and chat (Swati m) on sep 15. Your executive told that the person will come and pick up the instrument. There has been no communication till sep 18.

          I had got the replacement on sep 22 but again the instrument was defective. My plan of gifting the phone to my papa has already shuttered. I had again called to your customer care on sep 22 for giving the defective piece. From amazon, rahul was on the call. This time i had asked for the refund of my money as i was quite disappointed and irritated with the behaviour of your executive. Even i requested rahul to connect to your seniors, he replied that our seniors are not sitting ideal for resolving your problem. I also requested for the call back but he bluntly replied no and disconnected the call.
          Next time when i called to customer care for reporting the defective piece, your customer care associate connected me with your so called mobile expert mr kishore. Mr kishore told me that your technician will visit and check the instrument and then he will let me know when the instrument is defective or not. As all the family members are working and it was difficult for us to wait. We have requested to send the person on saturday before 11.00 am. He disconnected the call by saying we cannot help you in this and that is your problem. Then again launching the complaint. Even he was not ready to provide us the complaint number or sr number. He told us that we never provide the same.
          Afterwards, i again called to your customer care and abhay has helped me to connect some senior (Yash) to discuss about the issue. Mr yash was of helping nature and explained me the total process. But i found one flaw in the return policy of amazon and what the customer care says that if there is any defect in the mobile phone then you need to install smartchk app for the android phone and the technicians will visit only iphone and other non-android phone. I had told the same to mr yash and he told me that if your android phone is not working then it becomes non android. It is very hard to believe. But anything is possible with amazon india at the end here amazon is the king and not the customer.
          Again on sep 23 i called to your customer care and launched the same complaint and your technician had visited my place and check the instrument. He also found that the instrument was defective and told me that i will get the call in the next 30 minutes. But as usual amazon is least bothered about the customer and there was no call and information for the pick up of the instrument.

            Dear sir,

            Recently on 21st sept 2017, i ordered a portable bluetooth speaker of jbl brand @inr 1799 (Red color). It was supposed to be delivered on 23rd sept 2017 at metro office in howrah (West bengal). Kindly note that, the delivery individual from amazon has updated the product as delivered and received by 'me' but neither, prima-facie, have received the product nor i have got any call from amazon during the time of delivery.

            Regarding the same, i intimated amazon customer care but they have replied that they are looking after the same. I have enclosed a snapshot of the delivery status for your records and reference.

            Further, a similar type incident had experienced in the previous order. I ordered karachi biscuit of worth inr 600 on 30th aug 2017 (Order no.#[protected], and it was supposed to be delivered in 6 days but after few days the amazon site showed the product as delivered. Neither i received the product nor anyone helped me in tracking. I called and registered a complaint in amazon but no body took any action. Further, after a period of 15 days in furtherance to the scheduled delivery date, prima-facie received the product in an unsealed state. More than 60% biscuits were missing. Few photographs regarding the same are enclosed herewith for your records and reference.

            In the view of above, i kindly request you to take necessary urgent immediate steps to resolve the aforesaid matter at the earliest.

              I am struggling with amazon customer care executive & esculation team since last 3 days, spoke to many executive but no one ready to take care of my issue and worst is they not let you speak to senior on floor. It is worst exp then ever... They confrimed me a commited delivery & charged me extra but i haven't received any call from courier person even still waiting for me courier. After many converstaition & escalation team had confirmd me at last that courier will be delivered on redirect address & its is not in amazon policy. They are making me fool wiht different-2 statment., they charged me extra for timily delivery & paid in advanced but they did not deilver it,
              Plz help, me plz me i had paid in advance with timly delivery cost. There is no support from amazon team. Plz intervene in this issue

                I have ordered biba women's straight kurta (Winter c12090_maroon_​42) on sept 8 2017. Money deducted from my account but it is not in order or in dispatch. Please track order or refund money. Amazon had done this 4 times and money not refunded.. We are loosing trust on amazon such fraud is not good for a reputed online services
                Please resolve or i file fraud complain.

                  You people at amazon are a bunch of liaers and looters in the market. I ordered a macbook air on 21 sept from my hard earned money. The order had to delivered on 22 sept according to amazon but it did not deliver to me on the entire day, nor did i receive any call the entire day from amazon. Late night i got a call from amazon that we will not be able to deliver your package today as its too late, i insisted to the person to deliver it today, and his reply was that he will call me back, i called the person several times but no one answered. Next day i got a call around 12 saying that we are coming to deliver the package and i said please come after 3 pm so that someone can recieve it as my mother comes home after 2.30 from work. I did not receive any call after that, and eventually did not know that it got delivered.
                  I came back around 10.30 to the house after work and after having dinner opened the box. The box was not in a good shape. After opening the big box which had amazon brand tape. I saw one more box in inside with air ploythins around, which were already deflated.
                  As i opened the inner box which just had a tape with no amazon branding, i got shocked to see no macbook inside but two registers.
                  I got so much tensed to see the entire stuff, i then noticed that the plastic that was on the outer box was torn and the bill inside the plactic was also torn.
                  I have taken photo graphs and video of what has happend. I am lodging a police complaint and putting the entire issue on social media too.

                  Your customer care doesnt give any concrete answer on the the issue. This i complete torture. I want the product for the money i have payed.
                  This i utter looting the consumers, you are thieves sitting in coporate offices.
                  Revert on the issue.

There are lot of complains for non delivery against this seller. Please let us know the correct information for our order. We tried contacting seller but the seller details are not updated.                           I diksha gurnani, had received an order which wasn't placed by me and it had my number/address/name correctly written on it, i hadn't received any kind of sms regarding the placement of my order either. Please it is my due request that i should be provided with the information about where/when/who placed the order on my behalf. This delivery was uninformed and was done using a fake id on my name. I would like amazon to deactivate that id

                            Dear team,

                            I want an answer. Screen shots attached and the complaint has been sent to national consumer complaints board for further resolution.

                            These are the facts. Assured delivery on saturday 23rd august 8.00pm for a samsung on pro 7 handset was promised at the time of purchase. The delivery executive calls me at 6.35 pm (Mobile ‭+[protected]‬) on 23rd september 2017 saying he will deliver the item tomorrow and hung up on me without stating the reason for the delay.

                            I spoke with amazon customer services immediately and on the first call i was assured delivery on the same day and the person who promised to call me back never did. So i called again at 9.45 pm after waiting for around 3 hours and i get the same answer from the delivery executive that escalation protocols are in place and it will be delivered the next day within 24 hours!!

                            Does amazon have proper control over their logistics and delivery process? If so why is it that this has happened on an assured delivery item which uses the amazon courier system and is not dependant on third party vendors?

                            Secondly how is it that the tracking status shows attempted delivery when the executive never attempted to deliver the product??? I am still not in receipt of the product!!

                                I bought a phone in exchange of another phone which is actually meeting all the conditions of exchange.. Still the delivery person refused to take the delivery since the power button was little bit jam which has nothing to do which the functionality of iphone. I tried to contact customer care also but no resolution was provided. Hope amazon follows its own policies and terms.

                                  I sri subhabrata pati, from bankura, west bengal, like to bring the fact to the notice of this forum that i placed an order with amazon to purchase a trousers, order no:[protected], worth rs 1450 around, and i paid the entire amount from my card at the time of placing the order, since the cash on delivery isn't available at my location. The last date for scheduled delivery of the product was 23rd september, 2017, and it's still undelivered. The product was shipped via ecom express courier service, with the tracking number[protected], and the sent the package at a wrong postal address.
                                  I got in touch with amazon customer support several times to resolve the issue. I requested them to issue a full refund against the order which wasn't delivered within due course of time. But they have closed my amazon.in account so that i can't contact them.

                                      Please read the whole thing first and please tell me why should i avail services of amazon?

                                      Starting with day 12th september 2017:

                                      11:01am: got a message from amazon stating that my product muscle blaze raw whey protein - 1 kg is out for delivery along with the number of the delivery agent.

                                      11:02am: [protected] amazon agent - i called him with my registered number to guide him and tell him that i am not at home, but my mom is at home and she will receive my product. Agent said ok and he will deliver it when he will be there at my location.

                                      5:15pm: got a message from amazon that they were not able to deliver my product because agents were not able to contact me. Here i agree that i was at fault because the number on my shipping address was different and my registered number is different. The number on the shipping address was with my mom and it was not working, i realized it after i got back home.

                                      5:53pm: i called the customer care team. I explained them the whole thing and they made the changes in my contact details. But i told them that its quite unprofessional because i gave a call to the agent from my registered number which is working fine and he didn’t saved it as my alternate number. But, its fine number was updated and i thought that my product will be delivered the next day i. E. 13th sep.

                                      13th september 2017

                                      6:31am: amazon message your products are arriving today

                                      7:39am: [protected] amazon agent who was suppose to deliver my product on 13th sep

                                      9:57 am: called the agent, again informing him that i will not be at home, he already have my updated number which was updated last evening. But the agent said that i was late at work, and someone else took your order to deliver. I said "ok!, please tell me the number of that agent so that i can guide him". Reply from that agent was "mujhe ni pata". Which personally i felt really rude.

                                      10:30am: i again called the customer care team to check with them where my package is and by what time will i receive it because i will come back home during that time so that the delivery of my products i paid for will be smooth. They assured me that my product will be delivered to me by 1 pm as it is already out for delivery. I told him that if not i'll cancel this order.

                                      12:39pm: i received message that my product couldn’t be delivered because team was not able to contact me. And the delivery attempt will be made tomorrow again.

                                      Here i again called the customer care team, to ask them what is going on? Even after getting my number updated twice i am not been able to get my product and while talking to them i again got a message after 4 mins that my products has been delivered. While on call i told them that now it says that my product has been delivered and i am here talking to you guys. I also asked them that who did the agent deliver my products to for which i paid for in advance. They had no answer and they asked for me to wait till 8 pm today and my product will be with me by then. This was the second assurance of the day.

                                      7:49pm: by this time i was again pretty sure that my product will not be getting delivered to me today as well. So i called customer care team yet again. This time my call got transferred to the escalation team directly and i talked to khushboo first, i explained her the whole thing and she assured me that she will be escalating it further. I told her that i think this issue is out of her hand and i would like to talk to someone higher up then her. So she transferred my call to anubhav who told me that he is the floor manager.
                                      I had a very good conversation with anubhav about why should i not cancel my order and how much amazon value their customers. He influenced me with his words and assured me that tomorrow i will make sure that your product gets delivered to me on highest of priorities. I said ok, i will give you a 3rd chance to resolve the issue and get my product delivered to me by tomorrow i. E. 14th sep between 11 and 1 pm. And he also told me that i will not have to call the customer care team or delivery team again and we will contact you back from our end. I was satisfied with the answer and i said ok.

                                      14th september 2017

                                      Today i didn’t get any message from amazon about who will be delivering my product, nor the number of agent. I am completely lost where my product is, not visibility of my product. And no one called me as well. But still i waited till 1pm. Hoping that the word of a floor manager would matter and someone will call me up to deliver my product. Status on my account still shows that the products has been delivered.

                                      1:33pm: you should appreciate my tolerance with amazon and giving a call to them from my side rather than this happening the other way around. But i again called the customer care team and talked to a wonderful girl, she again tried to help me out. And i again told my story to her as well as i told my whole issue to all the customer care agents who were trying to "help me out". She asked for one more chance to resolve the issue. But this time she refused to forward my call to the person who she must be reporting to. Last evening when i talked to khushboo she was also from the escalation team, and she did transferred my call to floor manager. I am not sure why today she didn’t transferred the call this time. She also arranged a call from someone from the higher team but that will happen within 24 hours.

                                      3:58pm: got a sms from amazon that my product has been returned to amazon and payment will be made, if i have paid for the product. And this message came when i again believed on the words of a person from escalation team that i will get my product today.

                                      Highly disappointing here i am giving you chances after another you guys are making fool of me.

                                      Now my question is do you guys really care for your customers? Because this incident i shared with you above was not the first one, this is actually the third time that i am facing the delivery issue, you can check that i have faced delivery issues with micromax phone which i sent to meerut and honor band as well.

                                      Please i would request you not to take the tolerance of the customers for granted. I have been a loyal customer to amazon and have been giving chances after another. I still don’t have any visibility of my product. I am now thinking to go to consumer forum because this is a legal dispute because i have paid for my product and still no one has been able to help me out. I am trying still to get this thing resolved and that is why i am mailing you and brining the whole situation to your notice. I am not sure how much recognition will this mail of mine will get. But i am still trying.

                                      I was not expecting this from an e-commerce giant of the world.

                                      Please try and revert me back at the earliest.

                                      After this incident, me being a fool gave them a chance to prove themselves. And bought mi phone.

                                      Still i face the same issue where i am not even aware my product is. During this case one customer care agent disrespectfully disconnected the call on me while i was talking to him.

                                      I have got all my products. Protein i received on 14th sep where the delivery date was early and was suppose to come on 12th sep. And i got after talking to the manager harsha from the escalation team of amazon and he promised me that this will not happen again.
                                      Shaker i got on 15th, again after much hassle i received
                                      Mi phone i got on 23rd at 8 pm. And he directly reached home without us knowing, where the product is whole day and whether we were at home or not.

                                      There were promises made at many levels as you can see in the whole incident. I did received my product but at the cost of me being harassed, fooled, cheated and disrespected by the team at amazon. I should be asking for compensation from them but instead i am sharing my experience so that no one else faces such issues. Very bad experience shopping at amazon even after being a prime customer and more then 25 items bought from them.

                                      My last communication with the amazon team was on 27th Sep 2017. They insulted me over the call when one CS agent hung up on me while i was explaining my situation to them and also by offering me 500 rupees credit for my pain of getting my own products.
                                      i wrote to them and said if you can compare the torture of delivering my product with 500Rs. i can compare the same with iphone 8 plus. which they will not give me and i am not that lucky.
                                      Since then they have not replied me back.
                                      I think there is no use of being a prime member as they will disrespect you one way or the other.

                                        I ordered a one plus 5 mobile from amazon which was scheduled to deliver on 22-sep-2017 (Prime one day grantee delivery). I dint received it till 23-sep-2017.
                                        So i called the customer care centre on 23-sep-2017 and they informed me i will receive this mobile by today (23-sep-2017). On 23-sep_2017 also my order was not delivered so again i called at around 10.30 om that i din't received my mobile today as well. The amazon representative hitesh was so rude and irresponsible, he started by saying why are you calling again and again to us, so i told him because i have not received the mobile and i don't have any information when i will receive it he told you will get it in next 24 hrs. I asked him that is what you told me yesterday as well but this did not happen. He told i am disconnecting your call and then disconnected my call. This attitude from amazon.in representative pissed me of.
