I ordered a product online through amazon to be delivered at my location - hazaribag, jharkhand. This wasn't my first time and i have been a loyal customer over an extended period of time. Due to quality and performance issues i want to return the product but they are not providing return pick up service now stating unreasonable excuse. The engineer came and chrck and told that no issue. The phone is not getting heating up now.

I dnt understand why they are not taking refund

Right now i have all the proof regarding fraud amazon transportation services.

1. My booking date 8th aug 2017. Delivery date as per prime membership 10th aug 2017 as per amazon, also i will replace my existing mobile phone. So as per amazon i format my mobile once i received the sms from amazon on 10th auh 2017 morning from amazon to same day delivery attempt.

2. When there is no any update with amazon courier...
