I have ordered an item consisting of four books order#[protected] that was ordered on 1st september has not yet received.. I got another message of getting on 3rd october which is late by one month of duration... If it is taking this much time it is better to go for other online purchasing websites... Apart from that it is also saying false message showing delivered on 13th september but i have not yet received the product.

I have ordered another product ordered on 2 september 2017 order#[protected] has the same problem..

If you are unable to deliver the product... Then it is better you tell that we can not delivered to the mentioned address on exact time.. So that i might have tried alternate solution for me.

    I bought a lenovo z2 plus mobile phone from amazone on 26 th septmber 2017. Two times i recived defective product. The phone is heated up to 55'celcius at five minute net use. Amazone said that redy to refund cash second time. They said that will pick up phone on 9 sep. Dint take then said 11sep. Dint take now they said soon will. Now they dint take that defective phone till. And i lost my cash. I want a compensation from amazone

    Now i want a compensation of 50000 rupees for wasting my time cash and my life. Becoze the chance for blasting phone is very high.
    I have a sum of Rs. 6000 is in Amazon wallet ([protected]). As i have requested to transfer the same in my saving bank Account no. [protected] of SBI which is linked with my Amazon account. the customer care executive has assured me that the processing time for the same is 19 days. please do the same and oblige.

      I am purchase one iball laptop on 1.9.2017 and defective laptop delivered on 6.9.17. Laptop receive and open box but no power on then 5 to 6 hours charge but no power then inform amazon laptop condition on 7.9.2017. Amazon person go to service center and check laptop. Service center talk to no authorised this seller so i am not any support this laptop. I am many time call amazon's but no any support. So please what i do i am fully frustrated amazon support

      I have done recharge of rs.399 on 18/08/2017, from amazon pay, order #[protected], there was offer of rs. 90 cash back on first recharge with in 1 week, but still i have not received the cash back.

        I ordered electronics device order no[protected] at akola maharashtra location. My order is cash on delivery but your delivery boy not issue parcel on cod, he told me if you not paid your money by atm card then he dont issue parcel to me, two boys came for delivered parcel one boy age is 8-10 years and other 17-18 years both boys have no id proof. And one of them have no manners to talk with customers he quarreled with me on that issue, so i contact to head of your distributer of akola, but he dont give satisfied answer, he told me if you have not able to paid by atm then he dont give parcel to me, but my order is cash on delivery. I took vidio recording of all incident if you are not take action on them as early as possible then i upload this vidio of this incident on social networking site.
        If your reputed company not able for cash on delivery service so remove option of cod from amazon portal. Thanks.

        Very disappointed by the service..had order ganesh fruit and vegetable juicer twice on dates 27th August and even on 6th september when amazon delivery agent failed to deliver the product..my ordered product was missing as told by agent and told on calling customer service.

          Dear sir,

          Currently i am in south africa and i had been using amazon india services for long time. Last month (18th-aug) i placed an order of 4 items (Delivery location was dhanbad, jharkhand, india), out of four items i received two items first. Normally amazon dhanbad courier services are very bad in terms of behavior and ill practices, and i complained about it via amazon chat support. Knowing this they (Courier people) immediately returned my remaining two items. I contacted amazon support and they noted the issue and requested me to raise a new order. I clearly asked amazon team to confirm if they are not able to deliver the order then i will use alternative but amazon team assured that they are personally monitoring this and it will be delivered on priority. Also i requested to keep the order with them at least for a day and my family can go their and collect that in case they find any difficulty.

          Based on the assurance received by amazon team again i placed an order for those items. As soon as order reached dhanbad they again returned the order saying that product was damaged, without informing anyone. I was keep monitoring the order and asked amazon support team to request courier people not to return the order even if damaged but nothing work. Every time they return the order saying that package was damaged.
          This time amazon team placed replacement order and again i got all false assurance. This time again they returned the order. I reported the issue and got same final reply from amazon that it will not happen in future.

          Now, amazon should answer me below questions:
          1. When i asked to confirm whether they can deliver or not then why they have given false assurance.
          2. There was some feeling and emotion attached with the order which i sent as gift for some occasion. Who has given rights to amazon to play with someone emotions.
          3. Who has given right to amazon courier to blacklist me when i raised very valid compliant.

          I contacted amazon and they are again saying that it wont happen in future, also they confirmed that they cannot do anything. I feel like tortured and cheated. Everyday i waste time to deal with new amazon people no one is listening me me.

          Request you to help me on this serious issue. I will be very grateful to you. I have all communication mail with amazon, will share if required.

            Following is the sequence of incidents :

            Sept 1 : ordered for hotty potty - 9" sturdy toilet squat for my age old parent to immediately use i paid a faster delivery cost of rs. 100.
            Sept 4 : received broken material from amazon. Informed and immediately wanted a replacement, since the time line shown was not as i required i cancelled the replacement and asked for a refund.
            Sept 15: till than no response from amazon. I followed up with amazon customer service team to give me refund. They agreed and meanwhile the discussion i told him to collect the damaged/ delivered material. He told unless material collected he cannot refund. I agreed. Sms received saying it will be collected on 16th sept, with 2 reshedule of collection time on same day, on 17th sms received saying it will be collected.

            Sept 17 : collection boy calls me asks for the address, i give a known place for him to come and call, he is rude. Then again he calls for the address to be located i help him to reach my place. He comes and see the box and realise that the box is big for him to carry hence he puts the packing material around the premises and says i can carry it. Then he puts material in his backpack and says ok sir. When i ask for acknowledgement he says he forgot and has not carried. Being rude on his words he says i will not carry this and says he will report amazon to report some one else to carry this material.

            Same day i call up customer service centre mr. Bala picks up the material and after all discussion i wanted him to have this complaint registered he does not take it seriously and make note of the number and name i am sharing with him.. Phone gets disconnected.

            Again i give a call mr. Punit picks up the material and he says he will follow up.. And when i say i need the refund he says i will follow up, i will escalate.

            When i said i am going to do an escalation, he was comfortable saying go ahead...

              How can you update order status delivered before it is actually delivered? And 4 ur kind information let me tell you this is not the first time last time also you people have updated delivery status as delivered but the product is yet not delivered. Very poor service from amazon india. Also, the customer care toll-free number is useless. It is asking me to enter the mobile number and after entering the mobile number it, again and again, asked to enter the mobile number.

                      I have checked the package has reached the fullfillment centre of amazon.
                      They are not ready to pay my money. They are cheating on me.
                      I am attaching the supporting for the same.

                      I have returned the 2 shirts of tommy hilfiger purchased from amazon within their refund policy.
                      I have returned the same on 21st august 2017.
                      Every time i ask for refund, they say that the return package is in transit. Its been 27 days since i have returned the package.

                        I have placed order on 13th sept, 2017 to load balance of rs. 1600 through amazon pay, amount was deducted from my bank account on that moment but the amount was not added in my amazon pay balance till date even after 4 days.
                        In between i have communicated via chats and phone calls with their customer support executives. None of them provide proper resolution except false commitment. They asked me to wait 15mins, 30mins, 1hr, 2hrs, 3hrs, 24hrs, 48hrs, and again 48hrs respectively but nothing happen till now.
                        I need my hard earn money back imidiately either in my bank account or amazon pay balance asap.
                        Please stop making fool customers by giving wrong offers.

                        Still issue is not resolved. After a month they are showing payment failed and my money is not returned yet either in amazon pay balance or in my card balance.

                        I don't understand how could they are cheating openly like this way.

                        Please do something against fraud company like amazon.

                              I bought samsung c9 pro(oreder no-
                              [protected]on 29 Aug from Amazon worth of Rs. 31999. But they delivered defective piece which causing heating problem. So I again place order for replacement order no[protected] which I got very late after one week since I placed the order. But this time they did not delivered defective piece but dead phone. Since 11 the September I am calling each and every day but no one is coming to pick the phone for return. Amazon customer care are very rude and they simply convince me next day your phone will be picked up and assure for refund but on next day no one come. I am stil waiting for someone who come and pick up my phone so that refund procedure would be initiated as soon as possible other wise I may have to pay interest at around 500 to bank for buying nothing.

                              Can some one suggest what should I do for refund before credit card bill generation date which 22th September or If i may need to pay extra interest money to bank then in that case what legal action can be taken to get extra interest money from Amazin.

                                Sir,

                                My humble apologies to anyone who might consider me a whistle-blower and those who's interests, both business or otherwise, may be hampered due to my statements.

                                I would like to begin by questioning the law governing online sites where they are free to sell products, both legal and illegal, and why there is complete absence of any kind of Governance over these sites ?

                                The case in point is the likes of Flipkart.com which is openly selling Air Guns and Air Pistols under the category of Toys, Tablet Cases and Covers.

                                I must point out that as per Arms Rule 2016, issued by Ministry Of Home Affairs, this product clearly falls under the category of Air Weapons and requires an Arms Licence.

                                It must be noted here that under Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1960, in Section 11, indicts someone as a criminal who causes any person from causing pain, cruelty or suffering to animals. But invariably these airguns and air-pistols are used on helpless small animals, in particular birds and monkeys.

                                The sellers often quote the Rule G.S.R.991, Schedule -II(3) under Arms Act, 1959, under which specific categories of Airguns and Air-pistols are exempt from licencing requirements.
                                However, in 2002, the Hon'ble Delhi High Court has quashed the exemption notification G.S.R.991 of the Arms Act, 1959. The order came on a Public Interest Litigation(PIL) case filed by the NGO People for Animals, headed by Ms.Menaka Gandhi.
                                Also, the relief application filed by the Air Gun Manufacturers Association, seeking stay on the High Court order, was duly rejected by the Hon'ble Delhi High Court in May, 2011.

                                The facts mentioned above clearly indicate the product in question, i.e. Airguns and Air-pistols are illegal to be sold in the present manner, and both, sites like Flipkart.com and the sellers are clearly engaging in a misdemeanor and violation of law, and must be booked under provisions of the Arms Act.

                                As per the Arms Rule 2016, certain norms have been mentioned under which sale of such products is possible and actual dealers and manufacturers are clearly following these norms as laid down by the MHA, Government of India. However, it seems that these online sites and their sellers are beyond any legal control.

                                I may not require to give similar details about hunting knives and swords being sold openly on these sites. Needless to say, these are clearly banned products and sites like Flipkart.com seem to be catering to the mischief-mongers, criminals and miscreants of our society, by openly selling and promoting these products.

                                I'm appalled at the fact that banned and illegal products are available so easily to people and I'm forced to question the mentality of both the buyer and the seller. Also, the role of Legal Governance over such matters is questionable.

                                A gun can only be used to shoot someone or something and I don't see any other utility of this product. Similarly, I wouldn't require a hunting knife or sword to cut vegetables in my kitchen, especially when hunting is illegal in our country. Yet, these products are bought and sold on a regular basis and socially responsible enterprises are providing a legal platform for these activities to flourish.

                                I hope this message assists in putting an end to such illegal and irresponsible activities, and provides a safer environment for our families and kids to shop online.

                                  I ordered one Nokia 6 mobile through Amazon.in which was delivered to me on 11th Sept 2017, I checked mobile and found a big drawback that in Hybrid slot I can't use 2 Sims & memory card together. I have a data of around 30 GB which I want to move to my new phone and I have 2 different numbers which I distributed to my clients, friends & colleagues so I have to use both the SIM.
                                  Also phone performance is worst, getting heated up, laging issue while playing the games. I complaint for this product and want refund of the money, I spoke to Amazon customer support supervisor (Mohd. Mustafa) who assured me that this time they are going to change the phone only if problem comes with another handset then they will initiate the refund without any question. I got another handset on 16th Sept and got the same problem & when I spoke to Amazon customer support they changed the words and said our engineer will come and test the phone and on basis of his feedback they will take necessary action. I never see such kind of pathetic customer support in my entire life. Amazon.in follow the policy which is beneficial for the organization not for customer. I will never buy any product from Amzaon now onwards. Worst company in the world..

                                    Hello,

                                    The World class shopping website“Amazon” is doing Fraud with me. They providing the discounts in the Products all are Fake. I have faced the Big issue recently. I am sharing the details below:order no[protected] i was searching online deal for 64 gb memory card since few days. I have Seen a sandisc 64 gb memory card in a very gooddiscount were showing in Amazon. I have ordered for this memory card . I have received the confirmation email for this order and delivery date were on 14 sept 2017. I used my card to pay for the item. But After few days I have received message for Cancelling the order. I have talked to Amazon they are saying there were Pricing error with this product by the seller. Who are the seller? I have ordered Amazon only I know Amazon and they are only the responsible for delivering my Product. What does this means, Amazon providing the discounts in their product any of them with Pricing error. How People can believe on Amazon. People should not believe on Amazon until they get the product in hand. Amazon can cancel any order any time..? This is totally unprofessional way they are doing.I have also tried to contact with Amazon and their Management team but always their executive sending emails such a template email. I want my product which I have ordered. Thanks.

                                      I am sure that I have not placed any order on olmarteshop but I don't know how and why they sent a cheap quality Saree. My papa recieved it. I had order a cotton silk dhakai Saree from Amazon. I have also tried to search order history but couldn't find anything. According to me the information have been leaking through Amazon. If Amazon is genuine then how olmarteshop know my address..so I think this is not fraud Amazon is responsible for this cheating...please help me get the amount(699)

                                        I ordered a Prestige electric chopper Order id[protected]. When I received it through Blue Dart, it's lid was broken at one place. I generated a return slip but no one came to pick it up. I had a chat THREE times with Amazon officials but without any fruitful result.Considering my Prime Membetship, I expect some decent and efficient response.Kindly let me know if it can be returned now.For your information I have not used it even once.
