I have ordered a Moto E4 on 29th August'17 vide tracking #[protected]. It was showing in the app that it will be delivered by 5th September. But seddenly on 3rd September, Sunday morning i have got a sms that my package would be delivered on that day. But till then we have already left home for some work. I have called and confirmed the courier service to deliver that on the next day i.e 4th September monday. But the status of the delivery got changed that, "Delivery Attempted, customer not present" without visiting my place. I have raised a complaint yesterday regarding this. And got a reply from your end that i will be getting the package by today (5th September) by 5pm. I have called your customer service today at 12 noon. They have also confirmed that i will get that by today EOD. But at around 6:30 pm when i have called the courier service he is telling that the package has been returned to the hub, i have to reorder it. But in the app it is showing that the package will deliver today. What the hell ia going on? I have complained so many times regarding 1 delivery, after that it is not getting delivered. And the status is getting updated without notifying me. Is this a service we expect from Amazon? I know even after this complaint nothing will change. But stop harassing customers like this. We are not taking things for free. We are paying for it and not getting proper service. Without notifying the customer you people are updating that delivery attempted, customer not present. Now i will go to your grievance cell and compliance department regarding this.
