Hi

I am santha ram. I ordered an apple iphone se 32gb for rs 21109 in amazon app on 31 aug 2017. The order number is[protected]. The transaction was done from my visa card ending with last 4 digits 1509. The payment failed for some reason. But the money was charged from my bank account. When i raised a complaint in my bank account, i was replied that the transaction was successful. The bank asked me to contact amazon. But when i comtacted amazon, they said that they didn't receive any amount for that order. I attach the message proofs and mini statement proof. Please help me.

    I had brought moto g4 play at the cost 7999/- on dated 14th may from amazon.in and there was offer that if you are purchasing it by credit card then you will get 15% cashback that will be credited up to 11th august 2017 and i brought that mobile from credit card as as per there sale there was 15% cashback which will be credited by 11th of august 2017 but the thing is i have completed to the site so many time but they are not providing cashback return to my account and now they have cross the limit even they are not receiving phone call from my side as the recording said we are unable to fetch your product so the my question is when will be my cashback return to my account because it was a 50 days time now the date is 20th september 2017 i have called them so many time but they are not giving my cash back to my account.

    Please help me getting a cashback return to my account.

      On the day of 10th august 2017. I got a sms from my hdfc bank saying that, amazon prime membership has raised an debit request of 699.98rs towards card validation. And the same day i called thrice to the amazon customer care contact persons in multiple ways and asked them to please check on this. They simply said no sir we didnt see any transaction details for this on our side. We will wait until it gets reflected. And then the very next day i asked them about the same, and everytime i call them new guy picks up and i need to explain the problem clearly to him. Then i start asking him about the auto debit request. They told me to send the screenshots of the sms and hdfc bank statement. I have saved the bank credit card details in my amazon account for quick transaction. I didnt opt for any prime membership. If i would also i would have got a mail or sms saying prime membership has been activated and we raised an request for the debit please confirm. But didnt confirmed with the customer. I dont know the prime membership cost 499rs. But why in the name of god they raised an debit request of 699.98rs. I call them everyday and ask about the same. I sent them the screenshots. They said to wait for four to five days inorder to confirm the billing team about the transaction happened. But noone is able to solve the problem. I contacted the abroad customer care number and all they did is saying the same thing again and again to send the screenshots and a mail having the detailed info of the bank card number from which the money got debited, the date and time and all. I did the same thing. For my suprise my phone bil to call this amazon billing customer care number costed me 686rs. Because they told me to be on hold so that they can check and confirm and the call goes on like 40 or 50 minutes. Its been a month and iam contacting the customer care of amazon and explaining them every time and keeping mails and checking up regularly for the problem they made not by me. And a week before a guy from the amazon customer care says you are a amazon prime member thats why they charged this amount. I said in reply "how can you order prime membership without billing from the customer" and "how can you raise an debit request without indicating customer abou the same" and main question "why did you charge me 699.98rs when amazon prime membership cost 499only". He was totally speechless and he told me i understand the problem is from our side only then. Sir will you please check your account once if you are getting prime benefits or not. When i tried to check for my surprise my amazon account says "you are not a prime member". I dont know why amazon treats their customers like this. The person said sir please send me the screenshots of your bank statement and sms for one last time and i assure you in four days your money will be refunded. And i believed him for one last time and did the same explaining the problem and attaching the screenshots in the mail and sent to [protected]@amazon.in mail. He said he got the mail and forwarding it to the billing desk team and higher official to get it done. And today i got a mail saying, "for this problems kindly log in to your amazon account and contact customer care". Seriously the entire problem went for a month and now they are asking me again to start from the beginning. I need a clear explanation and my refund along with the phone charges too. That is 700 for the debit u made and 686 for the phone charges and money for the mental stress i had because of you. For the technical problem amazon has why should customers be treated like this. We are busy in our own lives and because of this kind of things we need to take up mental stress. I need amazon to answer these all questions and come up with a clear and quick solution for this. Or iam going to sue the company for the mistakes they do and play with the customers.

      I have purchase lg g6 on 25 april under 10000rs cash back offer on hdfc card. Till 31st august i was getting assurance from amazon that refund amout will be credited to my account by 31st august and now they are telling me that you are not eligible for offer so u dnt get the refund.

            I am sorry to inform you that no replacement support received from amazon for the below product even having 2 years complete replacement warrenty is their. The item become faulty in 15-20 days from the delivery date of product. Called number of time at amazon but not get any support for replacement. I am living at noida and not know the process of replacement & from where i will get the replacement of below product:

                  Devendra refused to give his last name and arranged a call back from his manager even after telling him i was ready to wait n be on hold. He also did not give me his manager's name. Could not solve my problem. Threatened to hang up on me.
                  I ordered via "prime" on 4th september 2017 which were prime products and it said will be delivered 2 days, however i received a msg saying will be delivered in "2weeks" on 18th sept. What is the use of me paying rs. 500 for a prime membership when i don't get my products the next day.. Why mention a delivery of next day when you cannot fulfil it?? Even now it says if i order in the next 9 hours, the product will be delivered tomorrow..

                    I have been also gone through the same situation ...it happened with me today the product i received thinking that it was from amazon but when i opened the product it has the very bas quality ...this type of spam should not be happen if someone taking the support of amazon then it is also the responsibility of amazon to look foward for it.

                    It was not the fault of amazon as someone have used amazon for this purpose i have also gone through this and amazon have refunded my whole money in my pay balance and i request you all too to have faith in amazon and if possible contact amazon to solve your problems they will surely help you .Thank you!

                      Product delivered by ecom express courier. As soon as it arrived, i opened and saw that i've received false product so i immediately called customer care and the guy told me that return the product but as it was opened. Courier boy was not ready to leave as the parcel was opened. So then amazon executive told me to pay the courier boy and email the photo of product and invoice to [protected]@amazon.in which i did, so that as he promised me that he'll initiate refund process later on. But i haven't received it yet. Not a single mail related to refund.

                      got refund in amazon balance. i would like to urge amazon to tighten their seller registration procedure to prevent such fraud person from looting innocent buyers.

                          Maine aasanjobs.com se ek physical gift card jeeta tha. But mujhe uska procedure pata nai tua konsa code daalna hai so mai baar baar gift card id daal rha tha jisme kuch error de raha tha. Then maine customer care call kiya aur pehli baar mein mujhe customer care executive ne bataya ki aisa koi card nahi. Then 2nd time jab maine baat ki toh maine customer care exective ko gift card id aur code dono diya wo bhi uske maangne pe. Tab maine scatch kar ke bata diya tha, actuaply mujhe laga tha wo password hai par ye nahi pata tha ki gift card code ko hi daalna hota hai amazon pay balance mein. Aur fir jabse maine gift card code customer executive ko bataya uske baad maine dubara apne account mein code daala toh wo de invalid dene laga i mean wo likha tha ki your card has been used. Aur ye problem meri aapke customer care executive se baat karne ke baad hi hui. So i have complaint regarding your executive. Kindly check my recorded call. So i could a proper solution and also my 1000 gift voucher back. Isliye mai apne gift card ki detail bhi bhej raha jisse ye na ho ki gift card valid nahi as per one of your customer care executive.

                              I ordered a speedo endurance swimming brief costume prepaid the amount of money with including delivery charges. And received a product totally fake which don't even deserve 100 rs! I'm so disappointed. They say the product is non returnable now when i received it, before i buy it wasn't showing it's non-returnable it's kinda trap. But how can they cheat a regular customer. Please help is it's a big loss. I bought it with 699/- product price and + 70/- total 769/- and it's i realize i wasted all of my money please help for a replacement or refund at least thank you

                                To whom so ever it may concern,
                                I have taken this earphone on 21- jun - 17. And at that it cost me rs.1200, now today is 5- sept-17. Its only 2&12 month and its left side is not working, i am really felling frustrated and frankly robbed right now. Sir, is this a way a customer should feel after dealing with amazon. Honestly sir. I am from average earning family and it have taken me fortune to gather those rs 1200. Which i have invested in trusted company like amazon and phillips. Which makes it more unbearable for me right now. Frankly i am 22 years old. And if this is away your company reacts with consumer. Then i can surely say you have lost a customer today.
                                My order no is #[protected]. I loved the earphones. So either you repair it or take this and give me new one asap. Kindly please do the needful.

                                  I have ordered a Moto E4 on 29th August'17 vide tracking #[protected]. It was showing in the app that it will be delivered by 5th September. But seddenly on 3rd September, Sunday morning i have got a sms that my package would be delivered on that day. But till then we have already left home for some work. I have called and confirmed the courier service to deliver that on the next day i.e 4th September monday. But the status of the delivery got changed that, "Delivery Attempted, customer not present" without visiting my place. I have raised a complaint yesterday regarding this. And got a reply from your end that i will be getting the package by today (5th September) by 5pm. I have called your customer service today at 12 noon. They have also confirmed that i will get that by today EOD. But at around 6:30 pm when i have called the courier service he is telling that the package has been returned to the hub, i have to reorder it. But in the app it is showing that the package will deliver today. What the hell ia going on? I have complained so many times regarding 1 delivery, after that it is not getting delivered. And the status is getting updated without notifying me. Is this a service we expect from Amazon? I know even after this complaint nothing will change. But stop harassing customers like this. We are not taking things for free. We are paying for it and not getting proper service. Without notifying the customer you people are updating that delivery attempted, customer not present. Now i will go to your grievance cell and compliance department regarding this.

                                        After going through the advertisement in your online site i had purchased a screen guard for my mobile xperia xp ultra and had paid 350 rs for the same. After delivery when i took the same to a near by mobile shoppee for fixing it over my phone, to my utter dismay it was seen that entire screen guard was damaged, it was fully scratched piece which could not be used. The shop executive informed that it cannot be used and can only be thrown away. Sir believing your advert only i had ordered by paying 350 rs and got this damaged piece. As the same cannot be resend please consider my request and kindly refund the amount at the earliest as i had lost my 350 rs.

                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I ordered a charger and it got delievered on 16th august 2017 and on 30 august i realised its not original and when i complaint my problem was not rectified b y themand they provided me fake number to contact to. Thay don't have authenticity of genuine material
