I have received a lux soap instead of lenovo k8 note handset on 10 sep 2017 on 11sep 2017 i have complaint to amazon. They told me within 3-4 working days they will investigate and resolve the issue. Then they told me by mistakenly they wrote 3-4 days it should be 3-5 days for resolve i. E 18th sep 2017.

On 7th working day i. E 19 sep 2017 (5:33 pm) i called them regarding this and they told me "again i have to wait maximum 72 hours for update/resolve and if they unable to give me update they they will replace/refund my amount".

But today when i called them i. E 22 sep 2017 (10pm) again they are telling me to wait and denied to refund/replace which is committed by them on! 9th sep 2017.

Please resolve the problem and refund my money.

    The product i received is very worst product i ever seen, it hanging continually and when i open any app or any folder the screen showing blank also it is heated while charging also note that mobile battery is leaking continually
    So i sent message in customer care in amazon as well as on face book its near about 30-34 for refund my money back
    Mr. Shaumuk from amazon give me confirmation your refund is under process attached screen capture for your reference
    After that mr. Sarat from amazon send message it is confusion happen
    And they we give replacement for same
    Such a experience happen with me before 3-4 times
    But this time amount is more
    I am totally frusted, irritated for this,
    As this company is fraud so don't want to deal with again
    These people just playing a game with customer and cheated us
    Please take some corrective action on amazon and refund my money back

      I had purchased a mobile of moto g5 plus (32gb, fine gold) on 9th aug 2017 and product was delivered on 11th aug 2017, but due to some reset problem on product we were raised a request to replace the product, and subsequently amazon pickup boy was picked the product with giving a track no as[protected] in return, my mobile imie no :[protected].
      We have been talking with customer executives a lot of times but didn't get any positive support from their end, it is very ridiculous to inform that we already lost our patience level.
      It is very bad service from amazon, every time we called and explain the detail scenario about the problem to each and every customer executive, and every time they casually handle the problem and uses the worst word like "we have updated in the system", "refund has been initiated in the system"like that many more, but are they not even update our problem in their system, and in fact amazon system also having a lot of issue, so please look in to this matter and replace my product as soon as possible.

        I have purchased redmi 4 black on 10th july 2017. My payment mode was cod. Amount of product is rs.8, 998
        I have attempted amount by using credit card. The courier boy was swiped the card three times but failed all the time. Meanwhile, amount was debited from card one time but courier boy said transaction failed. I have recieved message for failed transaction and refund amount to my account as well by amazon.
        Then, i have provided cash against the order and product recieved. But my payment was not refund to my account.
        After that i contacted to customer support, they reviewed my order and confirmed that double charge has been paid against the order. They assured that my refund was definitely transferred to my account. I have provided enough time to resolve my issue. They assured me every time whenever i contacted about the issue. But issue could not be resolved.
        Amount of product is rs.8, 998 that charged as double payment.
        I have provided sufficient info regarding the transaction from my bank.
        But issue could not be resolved till now. I have lost trust in amazon.
        So, i need your kind attention regarding the issue.

          I received a defective iball 5.1 speaker system and on contacting customer support, was denied a doorstep pickup for replacement. Due to spinal problems, it is impossible for me to get the product to a courier to send it back to amazon. As a regular amazon customer, i feel horrible with this kind of service. So basically i'm stuck with a defective piece if hardware that i spent inr 6000 on.

            Dear team,
            I had ordered an iphone 6 32gb, which turned out to have a make defect after i switched it on. The incoming call voice can't be heard at all on the device. Ever since i am trying to register my complaint but the amazon or apple aren't responding.in-fact they haven't yet registered my complaint. There are no call number or email id available for complaints. The return policy states that the product could only be returned within 7 days. Kindly help urgently. I had bought it on 16th september and i am trying to reach out to amazon sine last 3 days but no response. There are no email id or direct contact service number where a complaint could be registered. I feel cheated and looted by the amazon and the service provide by selling the defective product. After taking money they don't respond to the customer. Please help me.

                  I had ordered fastrack watch, on 18th sept from prime account. I haven't received it yet and it is shown delivered already. What kind of service is this i don't understand and also what is the use of prime if you don't get order delivered on time??? This kind of service do you give to your customers.

                  Don't try my patience if you don't give any revert i might msg it on social media

                      I booked 2 nokia 6 phone and make payment with credit card but ur payment gate way not accepted the payment.
                      Both the time money debited from my credit card but not confirmed my order.
                      Relating to this issue. I call customer care and told that i am unable to do payment.
                      With credit cards.
                      He just told me that we initiated cod option on your order.
                      At that time my order confirmed.
                      As i know that if payment not made with in 24 hours order will cancel.
                      But customer care told me that cod is confirmed.
                      So i do not go for payment option.
                      But after some time.
                      I got sms ur order cancelled.
                      How this happened with me.
                      If it customer representative clearly told me cod is intiated and fill the form.
                      This is very very bad service from amazon. For this we check my call with ur customer representative.
                      If he clearly told me if payment not made. Do other way.
                      Then i used netbanking. Debit card.
                      For making payment. So my order never cancelled.
                      But ur customer representative clearly told me that cod is available on your order. So it's not my mistake.
                      And if order is confirmed on cod.
                      Then how??
                      Amazon cancel my oredr.
                      This is very ridiculas service from amaon.
                      So. This is mistake done from ur side.

                        I purchased a book on amazon.in, however i received a wrong packet and requested for an exchange but amazon asked me to return the item and place a fresh order. I returned the wrong order 3 weeks ago and have still not received a refund. I contacted amazon several times but it refused to help me. Their website has no policy to help the customers and it displays incorrect information that the refund has been made. They have refunded my money and have additionally deducted rs. 499 from my account without my permission.
                        I have been harassed and fleeced.

                          I am not able to log in to my amazon account associated with pankaj. [protected]@gmail.com. I have repeatedly changed my password but after logging in with new password it says incorrect password. On talking with customer care they the account is locked and refuse to give a proper explanation. This was my only amazon account and i need it regularly for placing important orders.
                          Therefore i request amazon india to resolve this issue soon so that i regain access to my account as soon as possible.

                              I cancelled one of the product of amazon on 29.6.2018and still not got refundable amount of 999. They provided me reference no.851127 and my account no. Is[protected].

                                I ordered an iphone 6 gold 32gb from amazon that was delivered to me on 20th september 2017. I've been facing so many issues with this phone in just two days time. Whenever i make calls the other person is almost inaudible. There is a problem with the earpiece. Also whenever i take videos or record audios on the phone the sound is as good as not there at all. Within two days i have faced so many issues god alone knows what's going to happen six months down the line. I ordered a phone from amazon because i assumed it's reliable. They provide the worst customer service and despite making multiple phone calls to their customer service executives i haven't been assisted with a solution to this. Previously i've ordered two phones from flip kart and i have never faced any such hassles. I wanted a decent phone and now i have to deal with all this unnecessary headache. I want a refund at the earliest.

                                  Today as i was checking "the great indian festival sale" on amazon. I wanted to buy 2 products
                                  Ambrane p[protected]mah power bank (Black-grey) which actually cost is 999 and the sale price is 899
                                  Bajaj majesty swx400 700-watt grill sandwich toaster (White) which actually cost 1299 and sale price 799
                                  I added these products in the cart but as i was making my payment the price changed from the sale price to actual price.
                                  I tried this multiple times but the result was the same
                                  They are fooling people like this

                                    The product order was place on august 30, 2017 with the assurance of delivery within 4 days, i. E. Sept 4., 2017. On sept 3, 2017 the delivery date on an ad-hoc basis was pushed to sept 8, 2017. Post awaiting the product, it suddenly stated that product had been returned and the refund would be initiated in 4 - 5 days. So we waited and post writing a lengthy email to their customer cell, started receiving standard messages apologizing for the delay and again it stated that the refund will be initiated in 4 - 5 days. "again no refund".

                                    Question is:
                                    1. Why is there no method to talk with a customer service executive.
                                    2. There is no method of escalation and the amount is not small.
                                    3. If there is a delay or the product is lost in transit, it should have been intimated in advance.

                                    This gives into an extremely shoddy and lackadaisical approach as the customer is left with no option and amazon.in can utilize the money and does not bother of refunding the same.

                                    We don't shop with their vendor partners but its amazon.in that displays their capabilities to provide in time and promises a great value.

                                    All i am looking at is an immediate refund, no 4 - 5 days, else i will have no option but to push for a legal settlement and am sure this can be achieved if desired.

Reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.

                                      I have filled wrong cridet cards detail by mistake when i finded it i just canccelled and now. My account is on hold
                                      My account also has been kept on hold from past week . I didn’t do anything just did login my cousin’s account on my phone to reopen his account coz he wasn’t able to .

                                      Haven’t been able to get any positive response from the team they just keep stalling and no resolution . My wallet even has balance in it which i am able to use
                                      My account is hold with out any reason mobile number [protected] i called customer care so many times and telling that we will do the needful.

                                      Why Amazon doesn't care about customer genuine complaints, i[censored] hold the account what is the use to Amazon think big Amazon. And sort out the problems on time think big for good business with out any reason ur holding accounts!! I remember i put my account number in 3 Amazon accounts may be the reason u have hold my account pleased to request do the needful and re active my amazon account
                                      Your not allowed COD option to my account i have called so many times to customer care but haven't dolved this single case what kind of service you have and in the world amazon in top place but in my case Amazon in the last place in this world.

                                      Still u have a time to rectify my case, all customer's have COD option why not me only accepting upi payments why what is the reason on that as customer care executive telling that there is no any issue with your Amazon account but iam the facing the issue COD option is not available for me only that is my question to you, and if you can solve my problem please do the needful ASAP and ZAP.

                                        I received an sms that the bosch washing machine i ordered was delivered to me, but it has not been delivered. Even the website shows that it has been delivered, but it has not been delivered. The time for the sms is about 7.10 am on september 22 - usually there is no delivery so early in the day. Amazon has no customer care number, there are just pre-set feedback areas on the website, which are not adequate
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
