I have been trying to contact amazon since 10 days regarding this, and nothing is happening.
Here are the details regarding this:
My previous transaction from my amazon.in account with this email was on 17th august with order #[protected].
I have placed a replacement request of the same on 29th august which was picked up on 30th august. My account was kept on hold on 29th august which i didn't know and returned my product. Now i am unable to access my account, my replacement or refund was stopped and the account was kept hold and asking me to provide details on a payment method.
The problem comes here:
I have been asking to verify an amex ending with 05 which i neither owned nor used. My latest transaction was done with an indian bank rupay debit card ending with 5480 with the name registered on bank "ryali janaki rama ankith".
I have been contacting amazon since more than a week and nothing is done till now. I even sent an email explaining everything to jeff on [protected]@amazon.com, but still, it's the same. I got a response but no improvement at all.
Now i am so fed up with amazon and i don't even want my amazon account back. I just need that amount which was held. Refund the amount of 15079 inr to the original payment mode. I don't even need that replacement now because i can't even claim guarantee as my account was kept on hold.
Just refund the amount with order #[protected] to the original payment mode within 48 hours. If i don't receive an update regarding that order within 24 hours, i'll file a consumer case against amazon. I am ready to face it.
If you want to verify the payment method that i have used in my account, i can do it. But not that amex ending with 05 which i never used.
Payment method i have used in my recent transaction with order #[protected] is:
Registered name on bank: ryali janaki rama ankith
Bank: indian bank
Card number: ending with 5480
Billing address: 53-17-43/6, krishna college road, behind automotive, maddilapalem, visakhapatnam, 530003.
And to verify that it is a genuine payment, here i can send my id proof and bank's passbook as well.
I don't care a damn about my amazon account right now. I just need the amount of order #[protected] to be refunded to the original payment mode. I can assure you, that i will never use amazon again. I am totally fed up with it.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
