Hello,
I am complaining about did not get cashback as amazon promised. I had purchased moto g5 on 13 may, 2017 from amazon.in and payment done from my city bank debit card. On that day there was offer of 10% cashback if you paid by city bank debit card or credit card so as per this i should get cashback. After that i also received mail that you will get cashback till 11th august, 2017 but still did not get.
Before 11th august i had word 2 to 3 times with their customer representatives told me get it by 11th august 2017. After 11th august still did not get cashback then again contact swamy t (Customer represnetative) on 17th august, 2017 to then they asked me to send last month transactions and i had sent you and they told me that we have escalated this issue you will get update in 7 business days. Then i had contacted again payel (Customer represnetative) on 24th august, 2017 and she told me as per calculation saturday sunday did not count in business days so you would get cashback sure on 28th august, 2017 and still did not get. I had again mailed on 1st september, 2017 and this is mail from amazon:


I am really frustrated with this and i am facing this issue second time on amazon. First time cashback was credited to my wallet but they did not credit in my bank account as they promised. Please find below order details and also check invoice which i have attached:

    I ordered my huggies wonder pants and it was to be delivered on or before 11sept but inspite of successful order the product not delivered and they asked for additional address which i provided to customer care and he assured for its delivery on next day. I also gave to contact numbers but inspite they didn't delivered and instead said courier boy called you but call didn't connected. I want to acknowledge you previously i got several products delivered at the same address as i am regular customer of amazon.

      I'm entirely frustrated and fed up with amazon. I filed a complaint regarding i received a refurbished product of my dell laptop. The dell autorised bill says that the laptop was purchased in nov, 2015 but i bought on aug, 2016. Now the laptop suffers from serious issues. I'm taken to the warranty they said you'll gonna loose your 9 months of warranty. Then afterwards i contacted amazon for this issue. They said myself to wait for 3 working days. I too wait for 3 working days i didn't get any notification from amazon side. Then i call to amazon once again i repeat my entire complaint. They too says me to wait for 3 days. It's keep on going. And half a month passed. Now too today i called it's repeats the same.17 days has passed. I'm having work on my laptop. But i can't able to get service and your side not responding.. What can i do now.?
      It's totally disgusting. I also attached all the proof of the laptop which is refurbished.

        It's not allowing me to do.
        I[censored] can't allow users to buy product, then why its showing add to cart or buy.
        It's totally wrong commitment.

          I was billed for amazon prime membership without authorization. I would like to be reimbursed and my name taken off any membership list that they have. I do not wish to be a member of amazonprime, nor do i wish to use any of their services at this time. At one time in 2016, i was offered amazon prime membership for a limited time for free. I used their internet services for a particular series, "all or nothing" during the summer of 2016. I never wished to continue their services or make further use of the website.             Received the different product what i shown in my order image as well the size also different. Ordered size no is 7 but i receive the small (6) size product.

            I tried to return and raise the return request but no one came for taking the product. And they will not refund 50 /- for deliver charge what they taken from me at the time of delivery. They should give full amount what they are taken from me.

                Ordered one plus 5 phone on 30st august, 2017. Estimated delivery was 4th september. No update from amazon. Where is my phone? They are unable to deliver phone or even give an update of where my phone is. Everyday i am calling them, they are saying give us 2 days we will get back. I have all the emails yet no one has replied back once also. The product was shipped also and recevied at bhiwandi hub but yet has not been delivered. Pls help me out

                        I had order motto g5s plus mobile phone on 9 sep 2017 and payment is done using debit card. At that tym the order was successful and amount was deducted from my obc bank account which was 16079. Bt after 5 min they cancelled my order bt till now they didn't refunded my payment back.. Whenever i call their customer care they tells that the amount has been refunded by them on 10sep they provided me a reference nmbr nd told me to contact my bank. Bt whenever i call my bank's customer care they tell that they didn't received any refund.. Please solve my issue regarding my refund as soon as possible..

                          Hi.
                          I bought epson l220 printer through Amazon. The page epsonprinter.support/epson-l220 on epson website clearly mentioned that this is a WiFi printer and they gave the instructions to configure WiFi.
                          The printer that I got didn't have WiFi.
                          I complained to epson, they say that it doesn't support WiFi.
                          I told them to check on this page. They checked and hung up the phone after holding for 15 mins.
                          This repeated many times
                          Then one of their managers Mr. Santosh called up and said this page does not belong to epson website.
                          I said can you send me a mail saying that this isn't epson's website page. He refused saying he cannot give in written and I should trust him.
                          After that they removed the page.
                          What kind of cheaters are they and wondering how amazon is supporting them.
                          Amazon says you need to get a letter from then then only we can work on your issue.
                          I am loosing my trust from amazon!!

                                Order#[protected] have one item used one. It is shopee electric heat bag hot gel bottle pouch massager warm for winter aches reliever rectangle shaped (Assorted design & color).

                                I have requested for return request but since more than a month money is not refunded. Item was collected from amazon team immediately after the return request placed. It has been more than a month money is not refunded.

                                  I purchase mobile samsung j7 prime 9 feb 2017 my phone is duplicate my ears not work i consult to dr so dr says your mobile problem and ur any ears problem for your mobile fault this phone is heating problem any problem so pls replace my mobile, other wise your not replace my phone so i complaint to consumer court because your company fake product sale out.

                                  I bought I kolhapuri and Maharashtrian ladies chappals from sushito, both of them are damaged.I resend those products towards your prescribed address in refunding procedure. But they did n't refund the amount back. So refund my amount amount back.
                                  I order zebronics ups but delivery not good and zebronics ups MRP 1999 but Amazon taken 2199 why ? What tax your collecting 400 above you taken .I did not want this product please take back and send my money to my Amazon account wallet .

                                      Purchased oneplus 5 midnight black 128 gb & received cheap clone of iphone 6s plus. The courier boy who came to deliver did not even came inside my premises, handed it to the guard and went away. When i opened the packet, i was very disturbed to see the clone of iphone 6s plus. I immediately called amazon customer care centre, but it was a hell experience. Nobody helped, just went on asking for, aadhar card, images of the product delivered, invoice and all things which do not make any sense.
                                      Firstly, it was bought to gift someone on his birthday, and the entire mood was spoilt, and even after complaining they just harrased us, i think the name of amazon shall be changed to holdon as they keep on placing our calls on hold, making unnecessary excuses and wasting our time. I have all emails and calls recorded which will proove how they harass their customers.
                                      Ultimately they harassed us so much that we have instructed our corporate lawyer to prepare a suit of fraud and harassment of rs. 20 lacs and file it in the consumer commission on monday, 19/9/2017.

                                        I bought a pair of shoe worth rx. 500 and sent that back for exchange for sizing issue. They did not return the exchanged item till next 10 days then i cancelled the order and asked for the refund. Now its more than 17 days and i did not get either the exchanged item or money or any response from them. When i tried to contact them, they said that, they will not provide a refund because its against their policy to provide refund against an item, so they can not help aand better if i forget about this.

                                        I paid in cash for this order and also planning to submit this case to consumer court.
