"apni dukan" no more "apni dukan"
I ordered one plus five for 38099 from amazon on 30th august, paying extra for one day delivery. Upon the delivery, i found the product was completely different from what i had ordered. The phone that was delivered to me was non-branded, not sealed, there was no mrp printed on the box, there was no charger infact. I don't care about that phone anyway. When i talked to the customer care executive, they promised me for a refund 'or' replacement. And i think when there is an or, there is an option. They asked me to wait for 5 business days. I continuously called them over the next few days and they everytime gave me the same resolution, either refund or a replacement. But on 3rd september, they completely denied the refund option and without my consent, they initiated a replacement. Now, they will take back the wrong phone, and will deliver the right product after few days. And between the period i will have no guarantee. My money is with them, the wrong product is with them and the right one is with them as well. How can i trust amazon again after this?
Friends, it is really very sad that an international company like amazon is contradicting the words they themselve said. I request you to never again order a phone from amazon.
