As I have purchased a phone from Amazon on 29 August 2017, But i was facing issue with the phone so I raised a complaint to customer care, after much difficulties i they provided me a replacement on 6th Sep. After using that phone for two days, again i was facing the heating issue, then I followed your instruction and gone through Smart Check App. Even there I was able to see that the heating temp was about 53degree. So I called to customer care and requested for return and refund, also they agree for that and it was promised that the return will be picked on 9th Sep, but they failed again scheduled for 11th Sep again failed, again it was scheduled for 12th Sep, again they failed,
Today when pickup courier boy came he refused to take the pick up as there was a mismatch in IMEI no, so they did not take the return, so when I called to customer care and they told me to wait for more 24-48hrs. Don't understand why there is much delay. Also, the courier boy told if again he finds miss match in IMEI number again he will not pick the phone and I don't understand why you people sending the 29 August 2017 received product because already I have taken replacement on 6th Sep.
You people are not trying to solve my problem and making more complicated, feels like you people don't want to refund so only this many drama,
Now also you people have any respect for customer please take some action and initiate my return and refund, I am Completely frustrated by this service.
