Dear amazon,
It's very disappointing to write that it's the worst response from your end regarding delivery of my product inspite of me being a amazon prime member.
Overview: while booking the order, the delivery date was shown as the next day, however, later the delivery date was changed to the other next day (20-aug-2017) after ordering the product.
On the evening of 20-aug-2017, i got a message from amazon that the delivery couldn't be done as you were unable to reach me. First of all, my phone number was working absolutely fine and secondly, i was available at the delivery address the whole day. That means i got a false message from amazon.
I immediately contacted the customer are over call and after a long detailed analysis, your representative assured me that the product will be delivered by the night the same day. Eventually that didn't happen and disappointment from your capability could be seen.
The next day (21-aug-2017), i contacted amazon myself instead of being contacted by you. And again the representative gave me a hopeless answer as if they don't have any control over the deliveries and their priorities. At this time itself, i'm waiting for the product to be delivered.
The incapabality of amazon to have control and command over product deliveries is concerning and there is no use of charging extra money for prime membership if this is the performance of your team.
And please do note that the false messages from amazon is really concerning and annoying at the same time. This happened with another recent order with id[protected].
Waiting and counting when these issues are resolved.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Tarun.Roy23 Some more information on this issue:
The contact number of the amazon delivery agent shared through SMS on 20-Aug-2017 was not in use (out of service).
The contact number of the amazon delivery agent shared through SMS on 21-Aug-2017 was not reachable for quite sometime, then when I asked him to priotize the delivery, he said that he will take more 1.5hrs to deliver the product.
See Amazon, this is the customer values and priorities. What benefit did I get by having Prime Membership and even though I contacted Amazon Customer Care on my own and yet the product delivery prioritization could not be ensured by your team.
The product is of high financial value.
Amazone prime customer also get pathetic service...
Amazon needs to investigate the investigation...Waste of time..!!
