I don't believe amazon being the next big thing in market, has employees like Sindhu. I am talking about my experience with this guy on the second last call being horrible. This guy's arrogance and rude behaviour would surely let this company down anyways sooner. I seriouly want amazon to take a step further and train employees in a proper manner that can lead to more positive conversations. I myself manage an ecommerce company but my reps are never allowed to talk to our customers the way he did talk to me!!
This guy being precise told me not to call amazon again n again if my query was being handled by an executive. Has amazon gone deaf to not check their recorded conversations!!
The only problem was that i got a text saying that my replacement will be delivered till october 9th and i understand that it could be a technical fault. Instead of handeling this issue with ease, this guy answered me as if he owns amazon. Now come on, even the ceo would be as calm as a sheep.
Even i apologize if i used slangs over the phone, but i am really frustrated because amazon has let me down the third time in regards to their cell phone division. This is a third phone that i have encountered an issue with and getting a replacement.
A negetive review just because of this guy is a must.
Tell me amazon, why would i continue to sustain a trustfactor i[censored] have guys and products like this.

    I had ordered shalin india bamboo flute bansuri, set of 2, fipple & transverse, for amateurs. Order #[protected]. This product was supposed to be delivered on 19 aug 2017 as per the text messages that i am getting. Since then till now (22 aug 2017) amazon is just refreshing the system stating they are not able to contact me and failing to deliver the product on a daily basis. I am calling customer care on a daily basis and informed to wait for 24 hrs, i should get my product. All false promises.
    This is the 3rd time that i have ordered this same product. Earlier two times the order has been canceled without reaching out to me stating it has been damaged in transit. What is the use of your shipping department if they can not take care of the customer's product for consecutively two order and are failing to deliver the order as well.
    The shipping department is updating the information that they are unable to contact me... How??? On what basis they are saying it??? Amazon is able to call me on the same number when i am contacting them to track the order and everybody is able to call me. Do not know from which planet shipping person is trying to call me.
    Still i am not sure that am i going to get this product or not after waiting for more than a month including first two cancelled order.

      I had ordered fu-zone combo of 3 men's denim blue casual shoes, denim blue loafers and denim blue loafers shoes (Fu-sh-cmb3-bl-dbl-dblk, size: 8 uk/ind. My order #[protected]. I received the product out of which one pair of shoes in wrong size i. E.9 uk/ind.
      I arranged the return of the same product and selected the 16:00 - 19:00 slot for pick up of the wrong product. Pick up tracking id:[protected].
      God knows for what reason pick up person has called me early 08:00 in the morning although i had selected different slot for pick up. I call him up when i was free. He said, again he will come back in the preferred time slot.
      All of a sudden, before the preferred time slot, i received the text and email that pick up of the product has been canceled. : (
      What is idea behind selecting the preferred time slot if you are going to come according to your wish and if customer is unavailable (As they are supposed otherwise we would not have selected time slot), you cancel the pick up and let the customer suffer with the product they have.

      Really pathetic.

        Dear sir,

        I am brinda roopak, resident of delhi and a customer / frequent buyer of products from amazon since years, be it for buying books, electronics, accessories and other merchandises.
        I appreciate the customer support and services i have got from amazon in past.

        But this time, to my surprise, i am facing some frequent issues.

        On 12 august 2017, i ordered for a mobile phone model no. Oneplus 5 (Slate gray 6gb ram + 64gb memory) in exchange offer against my old phone that is sony xperia c (Details of which were mentioned while placing order), via order no. Order #[protected].

        A pre-payment of rupees 29995/- (Twenty nine thousand nine hundred and ninety five only) was made from sbi debit card to avail a further cash back of 1500/-.

        As per the order status it was suppose to be delivered by 18th of august 2017. But without any prior information the delivery personnel came on wednesday 16th august 2017, around 11:oo am in the morning. Being it a working day and no prior information from your end, no one was there at the address to receive the order.

        Any how the delivery personnel called up after reaching the given address, i requested him to deliver the same in the evening or next day morning on which he agreed. But no one showed up, also i tried to contact the delivery personnel but he switched off his phone.

        On the following day i received a computer generated follow up call from amazon regarding the delivery of the product i ordered for, through which i was confirmed that the delivery will be made on sunday 20th august 2017 between 8am to 11 am in the morning. But again to my surprise no one showed up. Finally i called at the customer care number to know what is the problem.

        At the customer care the representative after listening to the issue patiently, informed me that the status of the product is showing undeliverable, due to some technical reasons at amazon's end.

        "also she assured me that the product will be replaced and will be delivered soon and i will receive a confirmation call regarding the same supra mentioned issue within 24 to 48 hours."

        Again to my shock and disappointment i have not received any confirmation call till today, instead now the current status shows refund.

        I am very disappointed with the fake promises made by the customer care representative and the delivery personnel.

        Kindly provide me with the same product and the same deal which i availed, as the problem was from amazon's end.

          Hi i have ordered lg q6 in amazon.in. After 7 days of promised date of delivery, they cancelled the ordered saying they lost the package in transit. I said, to send the same product again to my address as the product is still available in website. They did not cancel the product after the promised date, they took 7 days and said they will cancel and now they said me to re-order the product from my end where i will not get any offer on that product which was there at the time when i placed the order. They said they will not give any offer now. They kept my money for 7 days after the promised delivery date and after using it, they cancelled without my permission. I need the same product again. Please ship the product as it is in stock.

            It had to be delivered on 21st august, but the logistics people auto updated that customer was not available to pick (Instead i had advised them to give to security guard in my absence).
            Next day i am still waiting and the amazon agent as well as delivery boy are not picking up my calls & infact cutting the calls.

            I have both (Name & number) of above logistics person.
            There is no point in delivering in coming next days as i am not willing to shop on amazon.com due to such poor service.

              Hi sir, yesterday[protected] i ordered lenovo phone with accessories. And paid through master card. (Issued in singapore) today want see the stauts not allow to signin. "your account has been locked for security purposes. A text message has been sent to your mobile phone with instructions on how to unlock your account." order numbers end with *9936 & *7520.
              Help to unlock to view my status.

I receive a message every single day from u guys stating the order is out for delivery and still no update. Are u people concerned about ur customers at all????

                    Your delivery agent ([protected]) was suppose to deliver my order no.[protected] to my sister at her office today. He made a call to her to receive the package on main road or else he would leave. On being requested by my sister to come inside the office building he refused and left without delivering the package.
                    Request please look into the matter and ensure delivery of the package. Such staff do bring ur otherwise prompt services to shame.

                      I am tired to copmlaining you and none of the response i got. You marked deliver this order while i have never received and i have submitted the proofs and tracking no. Which you provided is incorrect. I have mentioned each and evertying thing on twitter also but there also you were neglignce. I have never faced such kind of issue from anyother one. This is my frist experince with you and that ia very wrost. I was not expecting that you are so irresponsible for customer complaints i swear i will never buy you again

                          This has reference to order id no[protected], complaint was logged on 14th Aug & reversal was approved on 15th Aug but no reversal has happened yet, on daily basis a msg comes that your reversal is reschedule for tomorrow but no courier has came to pick the faultily product .

                            Hello,

                            I ordered karcher wd3 vacuum cleaner from amazon on 20-aug-2017.
                            We got the delivery of the same on today, 21-aug.

                            But, the karcher wd3 machine has cracks when i opened it.
                            I have attached a photo and a small video on the same.

                            We need a replacement on an urgent basis or we need a refund of the same.

                            It is just unacceptable to have a product with cracks when you buy a new one.

                            I never authorized this charge for anything digital. I would like to cancel, please. My credit card has been cancelled, so there shouldn't be any new charges on it from now on. No new charges after 8-13-17. The last 4 numbers of credit card are 1202. Please do not charge anything else on this card, as they would be rejected.

                                My spigen back cover was dispatch for delivery on 20 August 2017, but I did not received it on Sunday and more over I received msg from Amazon that the product is successfully delivered.
                                I contacted Amazon customer care they promised it will get delivered by Monday i.e. today but still not received my package.
                                Today I got call from courier service for verification that the product has been delivered or nt, when I asked them what happened they said the delivery boy is missing from yesterday i.e. sunday, 29th aug. And even they are not able to contact him.
                                Really fed up with Amazon delivery system .when contacted the customer care they said they can't track the courier service THEN HOW COME YOU CAN UPDATE THE DELIVERY STATUS i.e. ITS BEEN DELIVERED.
                                Such excuses did nt expected from Amazon. Really had a bad service from Amazon.
                                Instead of buying from you people I would have buyed the same thing from FLIPKART and it would have been delivered by now.

                                For more info check your system I have complained 4 times to customer care executive.

                                I have attached screen shot of the Amazon app and also the text msg got from Amazon.

                                  I ordered a oneplus 5 on 19th august around 10 pm. For delivery options i selected one-day delivery option as i wanted the phone as soon as possible. As i am not a amazon prime user i had to pay rs.100 extra for that delivery option and i had no offense. I paid rs.100 and confirmed the booking. The delivery was expected by today, 21st of august, monday. Today it was not delivered. Now, if i didn't want it today why would i pay rs.100. I would have paid rs.80 for two day delivery, or nothing for free delivery by wednesday. This is not acceptable at all. I wait the whole day keeping all work aside. Now my day is wasted as well as my money. Now i want them to give my money back. I was too much frustrated today! And now it is showing expected between 21st aug to 24th aug.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    This is to bring to your notice that I am one of the customer of Amazon but I am highly dissappointed with the delivery service of Amazon.I have bought a Voltas 1.5 ton AC (order no.[protected] be delivered in Agra and there is no update on the delivery of the product.If I call amazon customer service the only answer I get is due to bad weather( when it is not raining in Agra) but I received a message from blue dart(Amazon delivery partner) on 18th august that the product will be delivered by 19th august.I have no clue where my product is.I have waited for the product for 10 days and I am not sure till when will I get the product.I hope some action would be taken or else I will cancel the order by tomorrow and would never like anyone to shop from Amazon.

                                      This is tushar rodge from pune due to negligence from delivery boys i didn't received samsung on5 pro black of
                                      Rs 6990. Which was scheduled 21st august 2017. Didnt received a single call. Even i spoke with customer care still the problem didn't got solved. I received mssg that sent back to seller. Why should the customer suffer due to delivery issues. Plz solve my issue and i need the same smartphone at the same price which i ordered.

                                        I had ordered oneplus 5 on friday where i had selected one day delivery as i want it any how by saturday as i was leaving out on sunday for some work. Unfortunately i did not received the product infact i was been told its out for delivery till midnight of saturday and at around 11.30pm the status changed to delivery attempted i dont know to whom the attended?

                                        Due to poor services provided by amazon i have to cancel my order for oneplus 5.

                                        The incapabality of amazon to have control and command over product deliveries is concerning and there is no use of charging extra money for one day if this is the performance of your team.

                                        And please do note that the false messages from amazon is really concerning and annoying at the same time. This happened with another recent order with id[protected]

                                        Opend amazon.in from browser it asked if you want to win an iphone download app.When i downloaded the app their was no such offer and
                                        When i tried to search it the app started to crash and now its not opening. It's a spam and false method used to increase no of downloads.
                                        I tend to take strict actions against it as soon as possible.
