Free sketch pen set of faber castell has not given with the protinex grow (400 gm) pack supplied by you on[protected]. Please send it earliest as my child is very much disappointed 😞.     I have purchase a mobile through credit card on 03/07/2017. My credit card was debited twice for transaction of rs. 5998/- which was incured only once. First transaction was failed and cancelled. Transaction failed massage has received on my mobile no. [protected]. After 45 days when enquired to sbi credit card for not credit in my account, then he told me that he has not any information provided by amazon. Thereafter he debited of rs. 889/- as fine.in this connection i have complaint on amazon customer care then she told me that send complaint along with screenshot of debited amount (5998/-) of credit card. Now, i am enclosed herewith debited double bill of rs. 5998/- of credit card & bill of purchasing of mobile for necessary action at your end.

      My order #[protected] for a shoe rack has been cancelled by amazon although they took payment through debit card.
      They said that they refund the money in my account but still now they haven't.
      They also removed that order from my order section and i am not able to contact them reguarding this
      They did a fraud by cheating.
      Don't know why a company like amazon is doing this type of cheating.
      Earlier they returned my order of a book by saying door closed but they didnt even contacted me.
      Cheater amazon, return my money or i will go to court.

        Hello, my name is sachin, i had ordered a product from amazon which is[protected], and i received a wrong product from the seller. I was very disappointed to see that, and in addition to that amazon person said that we don't provide the pick up for this item its seller fulfilled but after some other option discussions, the pick was arranged by her from, the professional couriers. Which was supposed to be picked up today, but after i checked the website, there is no any sign of pick up request, no status no tracking nothing. So i feel like i'm mislead again by amazon.

        I had purchased iphone 6 32gb grey mobile i used sbi debit card to purchased this mobile but cash back not yet received for purchase. Please tell me when will i get my cash back amount, kindly let me know as soon as possible. Order no[protected] order date- 11/08/2017. Thanks.

          Dear sir,
          I placed a order on 17th aug. But still i didn't receive my packet. When the person his come he always ask me mam giveme a payment in cash or otherwise i am going to cancel your courier. If i am placing a order that time its not mentioned that you have to pay in cash not by other types. Now its a very bad experiences i am facing with amazon.

            I have cancelled my product from 20 days before but i am yet to get my refunds.

            Whenever i ask for my refund i got the same reply like, its a seller based product, seller need to initiate the money then only we will refunds you.

            Its between amazon and seller, i didn't pay to any seller, i paid to amazon and amazon is liable to pay my money back.

              I have placed the above order with offer of cash back by using yes bank credit/debit card. Purchase was made by using yes bank debit card. I am sorry to write that cash back is still awaited from ur end. I made several calls, mails etc but nothing could be done.

              I was assured to resolve the complaint by 31.07.2017 but nothing could be done.

                My name is jay singh & i have purchased a mobile "redmi 4, black, 4 gb ram & 64 gb memory" from amazon which was delivered to me on 16 aug 2017. My order no was #[protected].

                I have raised a replacement request on 17 aug 2017, which was accepted by their company & pick up was scheduled on 18 aug 2017 between 3:00 pm & 6:00 pm as per confirmatory email send by their company. But no one turned up to pick up the same.

                Since then, i have spoken number of times to their company customer service executives (Ravi, hitesh, saurabh... To name a few) & requested for the replacement.

                Pick up was rescheduled on three occasions ie. 21 aug 2017, 23 aug 2017 & 24 aug 2017 between 3:00 pm & 6:00 pm, but no one turned up ever.

                I have a request for pick up of the product & its replacement after prolonged harrassment.
                Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I have purchased philips 7000 series beard trimmer but in this series i have not received the precision cutter and the product code is BT7206

                  I have ordered samsung mobile, the delivery date was 23rd aug, evening i got message on mobile that your product has delivered. After that i called sevaral times to amazon, customer care just said you will get delivery of your product.

                  1. If product is not at all delivered why it is showing as delivered
                  2. Do you know how much pain we need bear if it showing product delivered but not yet receivied to us
                  3. Why there is followup action on courier for this
                  4. Why i need to wait till 25th aug

                  Really very bad and frustrating service.

                    I ordered action shoes and seller sent me damaged product. When i asked to returned it, amazon said that we are not providing pickup facility at your place. Even though it was delivered at my home address with delivery charges.

                    Amazon people asked me to courier my-self and not provide pickup facility.

                    They forcefully asked to send return item by me only. And on-site it is returned that free return.

                    They forcefully asked me to use damaged product

                    I have not get my shoes...I order on 3rd August ..and it was shown That it would ...be delivered by 9 to 12 August...Today 18 August came...why I don't get...I did online payment...Next tym i m not sure that i would order on Amazon...That's not service...plz delivere urgently...I needed it...plz deliver it...please..please..please..
                    I have replaced my product because of wrong delivery and still the replacement is not done one one can come to return the object which i was buy and I sent request immediately on site. I am waiting for 2 days still its pending.

                      Amazone harassing me from last 1.5 month, and i am very frustrated from this issue. Detail mentioned below:
                      1) they does not know the value of time, i have purchased 2 duppatta on dated 20th june, when we received, i found that this is not as per my requirement. Then i request for returned, they accept my request and they picked this product from my home, and they refund this amount in amazone pay not in my account. This is first issue. I have paid for this product from my card but the refund this amount in my amazone pay.

                      2) then i purchased samaira toys 37 key piano keyboard toy organ with dc power option on dated 29th july 2017 order #[protected] and received this order on dated 03rd aug 2017 and i found 3 key is not working. Then a discussed with customer care for return this product and also on special request for this pickup between 07 am to 08:30 am because of my office time is 09:00 am, they accept my request and raise the pickup request for 04th aug 2017. On 04th aug i wait till 09:00 am but pickup boys not came that time then i called customer care and they told me that you just join your office and again raised the pickup request for date 05th aug timing 07:00 am to 08:30 am but the same issue occur on 05th aug, i wait till 10:00 am, pickup boys called me at 02:00 pm for picked my product, pickup request raised for 07:00 to 10:00 am slot but pickup boys called me 02:00 pm then i denied to give the product because at that time i was in office. And the same day i was going to my home town to celebrating my son birthday and i have purchased this product for him but due to amazone team i was unable to present this gift to my son. After when i came back and ask the customer care once again and they suggest me that you dispatched this product from your side and we will pay this amount in your account then i added the account no. And also dispatched the product and send the courier slip to the customer care, they paid this amount but not in my account but they paid in my amazone pay.

                      3) then i purchase bruton cubic-1 shoes for men on dated 13th august order#[protected], but received small size, when i discussed with customer care regarding this issue, they told me that we can replace or refund but dispatched this product from your side because this area is no pickup zone. I said all the detail where pickup team picked my box but they are not ready to pick my box.

                        I had ordered a phone cover for my phone on amazon and paid for it online but the seller delivered the product to wrong address that i had never provided. I had provided a delivery adress of chandigarh while as it got delivered in kolkata. The amazon service team mailed me that the item has been returned to them due to incomplete adress which is wrong since i have already recieved a few products from amazon on the same adress. Now i have contacted the seller through amazon and it mailed me that my product has already been sent and is not accepting his mistake and not even refunding my money. Also the amazon team isnt helping me. Kindly help me in this regard.

                          If you check status for last 06-08 products which were dispatched through amazon transportation courier are not delivered to my address. Every time customer care assured me that local courier will call me before tagged as undeliverable. But never happened.

                          I am getting condolence mail every time when complaint. But no results..

                          Also my money got trapped in your amazon pay balance account which is not withdrawable.

                          I dont have any hopes that now amazon is able to serve me. Kindly give my money back so that i can close my account.

                            I want to return this product. As i was saw in you tube video about oneplus 5 camera quality it's not as well as. When i click the picture and after clicking the pictures i saw the pictures in zooming the clarity was split. I could not satisfied with this product. And after i investing my 38 thousands i could not get good camera quality so why i could keep this product... So i want to return this product.. As per amazon india terms and conditions i couldn't satisfied with product they would refund the product in 10 days. But when i call with costumer service they said that engineer will visit at my home and check the phone if they can not find any problems then we can not return your phone. And i saw camera clarity to an engineer but he said that camera hardware inbuilt as it is.in the phone i couldn't find any problem then i can not return your phone. Then i call at amazon india again and i said them that i couldn't satisfied with this product so want to return oneplus 5 they said that if an engineer couldn't find any problems i can not return this product. Then i said the phone will use by me not by engineer. And to buy a product the money was invested by me not by an engineer. So after i said that they cut the phone. My purchase date:14/08/2017 and i receive the phone at 18/08/2017. And phone replacement date last date is 28/08/2017. Please help me to find out the solution.

                              Sir first i have order iphone 6 on 11 august and i have received message about delivery bt in actually i haven't received any prdouct so i was requested to customer care and he said that for your solution it take 3 day so i have wait 3 day and he create replacement order which fine now at this time my order delivery is 22 aug bt yet i haven't received any order and no traking details bt i was went to my near by amzon warehouse and i got information that where exactly my order is! My product is amzon warehouse pune and it will take 2. Or 3 hr to get my delivery address so i request you to do something as soon as possible!!! And try to delivery my order tomorrow!!

                                I have a amazon prime account. I have ordered two pairs o[censored]cb sleepers on 20th august 2017 and it said product will be delivered by 23rd august. On 23rd august, i received a message as well as mail that your product is out for delivery and will be delivered by amzagent ([protected]). Then i received a message and mail that product was successfully delivered and was handled to customer directly which is not the case. I called that agent and asked without delivering the product how come you updated the status by yourself saying delivered. He said madam, i will deliver your product in a day or two and that was trying to hide his fault and suddenly he cut the call. Then i called customer service and explained the whole thing. They said your product will be delivered by 6pm but and status will be taken care off but nothing such happened.

                                Still status on my account says product delivered but it has not been delivered.

                                  I am facing very bad experience about return solutions every time when i connect to ur costumer service they file returns and pickup will cancelled by some ur technical problem. I return my order on 10 aug 2017 and today is 23 aug 2017 and there is no solution. It's really very worst experience to amazon service.

                                    I have charges on my statements for 9 purchases and some with three charges on the same day that i did not purchase. I would like to get my money back as some of the purchases were $244.46 x 2, $204.16 and some for over $20.00. Yes, i did purchase personal checks in the last couple of weeks but nothing lately from amazon.

                                    Please help me get this resolved and my money back. If this happened because i have been shopping on amazon, then i will not shop with amazon anymore.

                                      I ordered for 5 euro men cotton briefs on[protected] and paid for the same on[protected] through e banking. My product was delivered today[protected] at around 12-30pm. My parents received the order and were told to pay the whole amount for the product ordered and already paid by me. Upon conveying the delivery guy with the information that the product was already paid for he simply refused and claimed the whole amount for the product. My parents had to pay him the whole amount in cash and when he was later contacted about it he informed us that his company will refund the amount he took as payment.

                                      Is this any way of giving service..
                                      The person concerned has now switched off his mobile number.

                                      P. S. I am an old customer and a big fan of amazon's service and today i am heavily disappointed with the way i was charged twice to pay for my product.

                                      Kindly resolve the issue with urgency.

                                        I was ordered samsung on 7 pro.. Today
                                        (23/08/2017) i saw "out for delivery".in evg time approximately 5.00pm my status was updated as "package was handed directly to customer". But i did not got item to my hand. I was called to deliver agent ([protected]) and it's saying "switched off". After i was called to amazon customer care and they are just saying "please wait". I don't know what's going, seems to be fraud.. I did not get item and positive answer from amazon..!
