I placed an order on 9th of aug 2017 and they promised me in written that i would receive my product on 11th of aug but i am still waiting to get it on top of everything i called customer support desk so many times and they promised about confirmed delivery but they failed, in fact i am giving up on amazon. I would request all of you that do not order anything from amazon.

Fake and pathetic services with false promises.

    Hi amazon india team,

    I had placed order for oneplus5 mobile hand set on 12-aug-2017 and order number is[protected]. During the sale i had got the phone for 32999/- rs and after 3months i would also get 15% cash back on my sbi debit card.

    When i was placing the order, i had chosen two-days delivery option by paying 80/- rs extra. The he expected delivery date was wed aug 16th 2017.

    All of a sudden i got a message that "your package with onplus5 could not be delivered. The package is being returened to the seller". I don't understand how can such a big retailer can just go ahead and cancel the order without any confirmation from the customer at all. When i spoke with the customer care they told me that there is nothing that can be done now and kindly re order the phone. Now i am under loss of 1500/- rs approx if i have to place order again. I feel is not a petty order to be cancelled right away.

    Also when i told customer care agent about to complain in consumer court, they told i cant do anything and let me know if you want cashback.

    I kindly request you to look into this on priority and resolve the issue by trying to re deliver the order.

    Let me know if you need any other details. Looking for a positive response from your end.

    Also i am frequent customer of amazon india, but truly first time i am feeling cheated by amazon india

    You are one lucky man, atleast they returned your product before it reached your house,
    I ordered one plus five online payment on 9 august 2017 and guess what they delivered?
    A dummy/fake iphone for 33, 000rs and now they need another week just to make sure it is a fake, well done amazon.

    i hardly think that your complaint will be resolved as they have only 4% satisfaction rating according to the site, anyways i had the same issue today where the agent didnt show up and i got the same message as yours. upon contacting support they were helpless as usual and said please order a new product. this has happened quite a lot in past 6 months.
    i also contacted the delivery agent and according to him he came to my house but no one opened the door, its hilarious that how can this happen if i am there all day.

        I was ordered back cover of oppo a37 f on august-1-2017. but the company does not delivered the product yet. when i called them. they told that it has some damage so they returned to delhi. also they promised to return the cash to my account. but i have not received yet. what i need to do?

          I had called amazon in november 2016 with regard to the damage mobile received and the customer service associate said that the tempered glass is damaged if i wish i can visit the service center to get it removed they cannot take the mobile back later in april the camera stopped working and i visited the service center they said that the lcd is damaged was directed to the amazon customer care they deny the call received they say that they din get any such call at all had got call hangup many times hence gave up even tried work with same phone however it heats up has the camera now working however not as clear as it is supposed to be again today the escalating team hangup on me it was 14thousand that i paid and no one take the blame invoice i'd[protected]

            I have a account in amazon... Few days back they had released offers page in their website i tried to book a product during the offers but after adding my gift card nd procced to check out i got to know that my account is blocked i tried to contact customer service to solve issue but the customer service said even they don't know why my account is blocked i tried for more days i was keeping to call customer service but they dint respond they cutted the call i waited more then 7-8 days... But i was getting a mail that they we asking unnecessary details for unblocking... No one contacted me to solve issue during offer i was trying to book products by that time my account was blocked during offer but after offers end today i got mail that ur account is unblocked u can use it... After offer ends how i can use it now they wr cheating customer saying that gvng offers nd blocking there account is thz the way to give offers.. I attached my details of booking nd. Unnecessary details asks from amazon.. Please take serious action against this... I tried from 8/8/17 by that time offer was gng on.. But they dint unblocked my account today they did becoz no offers running today.. Nd one more thing in website they have made amazon app contest i[censored] download you i'll have chance to win but after downloading app you can't see the offer page i have attached the images

              R/sir,
              I would bring into your kind notice about irresponsible act being taken in the above subject matter. Customer care representative is providing informations to mislead the customer about cancellation of product. On 12th august 17, i have been advised that product will be cancelled within 24 hours thereafter i have also been confirmed over phone on 13th august 2017 that being a representative of amazon, i will personally follow up and arrange to send back the product to the seller by asking to courier team. But, it is highly surprising to note that on tracking waybill no. Of blue dart courier major fulfilment centre i. E. Bhiwandi, ovali and today it's appearing that shipment further connected from ind warehouse routed trhough but the same has not been sent back to the seller and i have been constantly misleaded by the customer care executive that आप चिंता नहीं करें मैं पर्सनली फॉलो उप करके सेलर को प्रोडकट जहां भी होगा वहां से वापस जाभेज कर 24 घंटे के भीतर आपको सूचित कर दिया जाएगा। this assurance is being given from 12th and 23th august 2017 but regretfully said that no concrete action has been taken in planned manner to arrange for sending back to the seller and resulting shipment is still continue on the way to the delivery address and my refund is unnecessarily getting delayed. My following conservation with customer care executive can be cross checked which will prove itself the irresponsible action and misleading assurance given to me in the above matter.

              Besides this, email has been sent by amazon about assurance that cancellation of product will be made once item shipped.

              Today, i have got astonished when i contacted customer care at around 12.51 pm that shipment will be reached to your nearest station after that on getting refusal from your side then it will sent back to seller and reaching the same, refund process will be initiated. Vital question is here that when i requested for cancellation within 5 minutes of placing order on 12th august 2017, how it further proceeded and if proceeded why not its stopped and sent back to the seller (Major centre crossed during these days as per blue dart tracking waybill).

              Amazon which is world wide leading online shopping company and such delay occurred and misleading information provided to customer is not conducive for the customer to remain trustworthy with amazon for good servcices. Now item has now reached which crossed major warehouse and fulfillment centre of amazon/courier but could not sent back the seller for processing refund and avoiding delay.

              I request you to look into the above matter meticulously to resolve the grievances by refunding the amount without further late and also take all the remedial action to avoid reoccurrence in future.

              Kindly also link this issue that any cancellation is accepted within half an hour after placing order whereas I submit request online within 5-10 minutes but no cancellation has been made and arrange to despatch the material for delivery and unnecessarily delayed the refund.

              On 17th August, 2017, I was advised by Amazon customer representative (Ms Azra S.) that the process for refund will be initiated once shipment is directed to send towards seller from your station i.e. Jabalpur. She also assured me that "I will personally follow up the issue with all the concerened and will arrange to send back." But, it is regretfully said that this was sent back to the seller to follow up with the blue dart courier personslly by me over phone on 18th August It was also confirmed by them thst no information received from Amazon representative about sending back/cancellation the order /shipment. On going through the matter this will transpire that am being misleaded/misguided by he Amazon customer representative right from the beginning I.e. 12th August

              Now, commitment made to process the refund just after directing the shipment the courier is not being fulfilled by Amazon as shipment is already returned on 18th August 2017 at around 3PM then message of Amazon came to my mail, (This may please be noted that shipment was sent back on constantly follow up with the blue dart courier personally by me not from the side of Amazon customer care executive whi h was also confirmed by Blue dart representative.

              In view of the above, all the delay taking place in the matter is on the part of Amazon which create lot of embarrassment, mental agony, financial crisis to the customer either by advising falsehood assurance or not acceptance cancellation even after placing the requst through online as well as contacting customer care representative just within 5 to 10 minutes after placing the order in the mid night of 12/13August 2017, matter may please be escalated at appropriate level to compensate it

                Hi team,

                I had placed a order for a mobile hand set on 10aug with exchange and order number is[protected]. During the sale i had got the phone for 10, 040 rs and after 3months i would also get 15% cash back on my sbi credit card.

                When i was placing the order the expected delivery date was wed aug 16th.
                The problem started when all of a sudden i received a message that it will be arriving early by monday aug 14th. Since i was out of station i called the agent and requested him to come on monday or tuesday and he agreed to it, s somehow i was back on saturday night and had given the phone to exchange on sunday itself to my mother.

                All of a sudden i got a mail that order is returned to seller and refund of amount is being processed. I don't understand how can such a big retailer can just go ahead and cancel the order without any confirmation from the customer at all. When i spoke with the customer care he told me that there is nothing that can be done now and kindly re order the phone. Now i am under loss of 6000 rs approx if i have to place order again. I feel is not a petty oder to be cancelled right away.

                The order was not tried to be delivered on sunday nor monday when the phone was available.

                I kindly request you to look into this on priority and resolve the issue by trying to re deliver the order. I m sorry to say this i have lost faith on the brand for this will be my last order of this order doesn't go through.

                  Missing 2 color pencils from box of 12 pencils

                  Sir: my oder date: 11th aug, 2017; received on 15th, aug, 2017:
                  Out of two boxes, box of pencils one box was wide open and two shades of pencils are missing namely 1. Lght blue pencil and 2. Dark green pencil; total of 10 pencils. Other box contained 12 pencils and it was closed. The container was opened very carefully by me but how shortage occurred is beyond my imagination as this is the first time in my record/history of purchase from amazon.com in usa and amazon.co, in.in india.
                  Rest of the two things in the package are okey and satisfactory.
                  May i request you to look into the matter as how shortage occured. Please let me know any procedure to be followed as i am to leave for usa in a short.

                  I am a Consultant (76) ( B.S. Civil), Specialising in Structural DEsign. Now retired. I have been placing orders to Amazon.com since 20122 and Amazon.in since couple of years. And never but this FIRST time I have a Complaint of Short of Supply.
                  Tried to send this complaint to amazon.in but it was not accepted. Hope This complaint will get attention.

                      Hi my name is barkath, i have ordered redmi 4 (Gold, 64 gb) on3rd aug 2017 with order id[protected] with rupees of 10, 998.00.

                      The mobile which i got which was a faulty one and not able to use (Sim card) trey issue. I have called customer care india several time to returned the product as i have purchased the same mobile from local mi store, where customer care were denying for returned and support. Whenever calling to customer care they are redirecting to us to call between 10-7 pm and also there is no help further.
                      I need the mobile to be refund and my money back.

                      Amazon.in which was claimed as india's no 1 ecommerce service is a pathetic service provider and there is no customer-centric at all.

                      The website shows large number of verity product (Brand) were actually are 1st copy or duplicate which were sold by local retail seller from across india. Purchasing a brand product from amazon is like "to hit in the dark"

                      Customer care team were not a friendly zone to talk you will be beating around bush always.

                        I recently and the charger was missing from the order and then i complained to amazon so they issued a full refund but i did not receive the refund as they initiated the refund in someone's bank account which was linked to my amazon account. I did not add any bank account and also i did not deactivated it from my amazon account also my name was changed to some unknown person and again after that my name was changed to my own name so this is a complete fraud and the amount is huge i'm so worried and these guys always tell me that they have issued a refund despite i telling them that the bank account is not mine and also i did not add it. The associates on the call are so rude that they disconnect my call i am really fed up with this company who cannot even investigate in whose bank account the money was refunded i am very disappointed and angry right now i am also thinking to file an f. I. R in the police station regarding this issue with me.

                          I ordered first an item on 7th august a steelbird helmet, but the order is cancelled becouse shipment address is not serviceble... I again ordred same item on 9 th august, but i have got same mail in my account. The order is cancelled and the refund is complete with in 4 days...                             I have ordered 2 Philips ear phone from amazon they have charged me 60 Rs per pc delivery cost and instead of philips they have given me some sonilex earphones.

                            Now on requesting to customer care for giving me my correct order he is refusing that product cant be delivered and you have to take refund.

                            I want the correct product to be delivered or ten times of the price I have paid for them to be refunded.

                            This is an fraudulent behavior of Amazon and instead being guilty they are trying to bully us.

                              Hello sir, on 6th july, 2017 i placed a bluetooth speaker but so i request for it's return but unfortunately i was unable to on scheduled date so it went to it's office and returned it. After that i talked on customer center and they said that i will get my money back within 6-7 days but i didn't received it. Even on 14th august i again talked to customer center but there was no effect of it. S o i humbly request you to please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                We are long time purchase many item from my fever-ate online site amazon but today 15th august, we are unhappy to courier boy service. His behaviour is very bed he is not delivered packet on door & he is return with packet and he is spoken stay on road this is not hand over this packet & go throuh away. We are really upset regarding courier service & i shocked. Next time i thik we are purchase item from amazon or not. I request you please return my money asap. My order#[protected].

I canceled the item on 27 june 2017 and posted first complaint to amazon about refund not done on 28 june 2017, but after mail every 5-7 days as complaints they tell me to wait everytime as they are processing the refund but they dont take any action in real its been 49 days and yet they give excuses changing operators to respond they are just making fun of the customer, pls see to this my name is pranav misra, email- [protected]@gmail.com.

                                      Today i got message from amazon that "my package is out for delivery" afternoon courier guy name manish (Truecaller name) called me (12pm) asked for location details, i explained full address and i told him i'm waiting for him 4pm i called him to check where is he he said i'll be coming to your place, he didn't show up at all and at amazon it saying "an attempt was made to deliver your package on 14, august" there was no call no attempt i'm very disappointed they wasted my whole day and did show up and make excuse. I just wanted amazon to know that their courier service franchise is bringing their name to mud.

                                      Same thing happned with me, On my status it is showing that product has been delivered . But it is not delivered.

                                        I ordered Redmi 4A on 27th July 2017, But it is not delivered by courier service. On status it is showing that . It has been delivered on 1st August 2017. I complaint to customer care also nothing happned .
