Your courier service is worst.before some day my two products get back to u by your courier service named Your Amazon Transportation Services...this is ####### bad.The man have the phone nmbr given by amazon [protected], which is coming invalid every time and that man's actual phone nmbr is [protected]..this is my delivery person as ur executive from amazon.but this person's behaviour is worst.We r paying u not to give us wprst behaviour.Those man is a ####### rat..he is telling me direct that my package cannot be delivered while the delivery date is today.

      I have been charged delivery charges on my orders. I have ordered all products together but order reached me separately with delivery charges which shd not be there.
      In third order[protected] i. E maybelline compact on product printed price is rs 150 but amazon charged 175 + delivery charges.

      Please note i am amazon prime customer and have trust on it as i have been using its services from long time. This delivery charge was never charged to me on my earlier orders.

      Kindly levy delivery charges and pay cash back.

        This is regarding my order no.[protected] and order no.[protected]
        First order is for the accupressure sandals which are very heavy and bigger in size. I put on the sandals and it is hurting too.

        Regarding 2nd order the cream is horrible and the packing of the container, the label pasting and overall the look is horrible. Please do not send such things to the clients. The cream is not even in the box. There is no tape or any concealing
        Agent applied. It was open container and dirty looking

        So please take these two items back and refund my money.

          This is the worst experience i had with amazon. I ordered iphone 6 gray 32gb with exchange offer, when delivery person checked my asus zanefone2, he didn’t accept as glass was broken.
          I even agreed to pay the mobile exchange cost, but he mentioned amazon don’t provide this option which is pathetic. Now i left with two options either i have to fix my phone and then give it to amazon else i need to cancel my order.
          First option was not feasible for me, as i got 2200rs discount for exchanging my phone, and when i went to shop to fix the broken glass, they asked me to pay rs3800. So, from every point of it was just my loss.
          This is the second time i am being disappointed by amazon, last time when i ordered study table, mrp was written as rs.2200 by seller, and i paid rs3000 to amazon.

            Hi,
            This is regarding my order #[protected].
            This is really frustrating. I agree i could not informed the product fault within 21 days (Within the return policy) as i sent the product as gift to my parent, but i reached amazon within a month. Spending 10k on a product and
            If it does not solve your purpose of spending 10k really matters.

            I received the product back after getting serviced 2 times but the issue still persist with the phone.

            Issue:
            1. The receiving end cant hear me properly.
            2. Network issue.
            3. The hands free does not work.

            I received the product from service center after 25 days but no use.

              I have ordered samsung on5 pro on 9th of august, 2017 during amazon's great indian offer sale. The delivery date they provide on or before 16th august. On 14th august they attempt a delivery but i am not available on that date so security personnel request to the delivery person to come on 16th august.. The delivery person did not come on 16th august.. And he make the order return with out my permission even he did not call me a single time about the delivery issue.. I called amazon customer service several times but they did not helped me to resolve the entire issue. They suggest me to place a new order but the price of the product is gained. And this is not a proper solution. So please help me if you can.. Thank you.

                I had ordered a t-shirt for my friend considering its her birthday on sunday from amazon global store. While choosing the t-shirt i ended up purchasing 4 other items for my self and the bill came to 5k plus change. The t-shirt order got cancelled and i endeded up with 4 other items that i ordered and the entire amont was debited from my a/c including the t-shirt. I called up amazon on[protected] spoke to a rep who advised that i will have to call post 10:30 and speak to the globle store team, did the same, the rep was good on the call said that the order was cancelled and was not sure of the reason so i explained the entire situation and advised that i dont need the refund just place the order so that i get the product on time. He said that it was not possible, i asked to speak to someone higher. Spoke to a lady "swati v" not sure if she used a psudo name as she was very relectunt to provide her full name or emp id. She said that its my mistake that i ordered the globe store product and the product together and advised that the same is mentioned on the amazon website as well. Advised that there is no such instructions mentioned on the website she said that she will guide me to the info and placed the call on hold for couple of times and then came back saying that there is no warning as such on the website but the reason for the order getting cancelled is that i combined both the orders in one bill. It was a sad experience that i had with the supervisor that she was not able to answer my queries and just wanted me to accept that it was my fault because of which the order got cancelled and wanted me to get off the call. I have the call recoding of the entire conversation and i would be uploding the same on all the social networking platforms so that consumers know the level of customer service thats provided by amazon. And for my friend i will have to look for the same t-shirt from some other website because i am not placing any more orders from amazon for sure.

                    I ordered a curtain yesterday and it arrived yesterday but the delivery boy said that he didn't have 30 rupees change so he said that he will bring the change in 5 minutes but he didn't return the whole day. I called him so many times and everytime he said that he is coming but he didn't come the whole day.
                    I request amazon to kindly look into the problem and take action as soon as possible.

                      Hi i am a resident of rohtak, haryana. I bought a mobile that is samsung galaxy j7 from amazon.in on 14may 2017. I ordered the phone during the citibank credit card offer according to which i will get 15% of the amount after 3 months of the purchase. Now the 3 months are passed and i called amazon and now they say that the offer was not available on that mobile. But when i ordered the mobile it was mentioned there that i will get 15% as cashback.                             I placed an order some days ago for the following item:
                            Alexvyan®-genuine accessory:- 10"inch cable ties 250 mm*4.8 mm white nylon zip wire organizer self locking tie (100 nos). The price on the website was shown as rs 240 with free delivery.
                            I received the product on 14 aug 2017. Imagine my surprise when i discovered that the mrp of the product was rs 165. The seller - alexvyan bros - had concealed the mrp by sticking a sticker on top of the printed mrp so that he could charge rs 75 more than the mrp. This looked like a deliberate and not accidental act. This amounted to cheating the customer and is also illegal. I therefore requested for a return.
                            I also posted a feedback as follows:
                            "the seller has deliberately stuck a sticker over the mrp printed on the plastic packaging so that the customer should not see it and he can charge whatever he wants. This is a deliberate act of cheating and amazon needs to come down heavily on such sellers who have no ethics."
                            Amazon has rejected my feedback advising me that i can only write about the product and that any shipment related issues should be posted on a different page. The price of the product is related to the product itself and not to the shipment. Why then is amazon avoiding publishing my feedback regarding the cheating practice being indulged in by their sellers. This is not an isolated incident. This has been happening in the past also. So, is it that amazon, or people in amazon, are turning a blind eye to such practices in return for favours or inducements from such sellers? Why is amazon trying to protect such sellers?
                            Amazon needs to answer such questions. Amazon needs to also realise that if they choose not to answer such questions through their own channels and avoid publishing unpalatable reviews, then they are forcing customers to go to the social media.
                            They need to remember the old adage:"if satisfied, tell others; if not, tell us"

                              Please note that i ([protected]@gmail.com) have placed an order for stationary exercise bicycle, on two occasions within a period of one week. On each occasion, after a period of 3-4 days, we have been informed of cancellation of the order by amazon. Having been high - end, loyal customers of amazon, both in india as well as abroad, we find such irresponsible behaviors utterly disgusting. If an appropriate response is not received in good time, we shall take legal recourse for justice as well as make this arrogance of amazon know widely through social media.

                                To amazon,
                                The biggest scammer of online retailing,
                                I ordered one plus five (Online payment of 33, 000rs)- more than the salary of the customer care executives we are forced to talk to for resolving the issue, on 9th august 2017 and amazon delivered a fake/dummy iphone on my address on 13 august 2017.
                                Now they apparently require time i. E 5 buisness days=10 actual days to investigate the matter.
                                I've been asked to wait patiently by the very same call centre people,
                                Amazon has the guts to stab its customers with fake products and instead of apology they ask you to wait for them to confirm what can be done. So basically after 12-15 days of ordering the product, they'll tell me the product i recieved is fake and hopefully they'll refund the amount in another 10-15 days.

                                P. S - i've already sent them photos and videos o[censored]nboxing the surprise, i'll post them online too
                                I'll also register an fir just in case they try to sue me for being a bad customer.
                                So much for customer satisfaction.

                                  I placed an order on 9th of aug 2017 and they promised me in written that i would receive my product on 11th of aug but i am still waiting to get it on top of everything i called customer support desk so many times and they promised about confirmed delivery but they failed, in fact i am giving up on amazon. I would request all of you that do not order anything from amazon.

                                  Fake and pathetic services with false promises.

                                    Hi amazon india team,

                                    I had placed order for oneplus5 mobile hand set on 12-aug-2017 and order number is[protected]. During the sale i had got the phone for 32999/- rs and after 3months i would also get 15% cash back on my sbi debit card.

                                    When i was placing the order, i had chosen two-days delivery option by paying 80/- rs extra. The he expected delivery date was wed aug 16th 2017.

                                    All of a sudden i got a message that "your package with onplus5 could not be delivered. The package is being returened to the seller". I don't understand how can such a big retailer can just go ahead and cancel the order without any confirmation from the customer at all. When i spoke with the customer care they told me that there is nothing that can be done now and kindly re order the phone. Now i am under loss of 1500/- rs approx if i have to place order again. I feel is not a petty order to be cancelled right away.

                                    Also when i told customer care agent about to complain in consumer court, they told i cant do anything and let me know if you want cashback.

                                    I kindly request you to look into this on priority and resolve the issue by trying to re deliver the order.

                                    Let me know if you need any other details. Looking for a positive response from your end.

                                    Also i am frequent customer of amazon india, but truly first time i am feeling cheated by amazon india

                                    I ordered one plus five online payment on 9 august 2017 and guess what they delivered?
                                    A dummy/fake iphone for 33, 000rs and now they need another week just to make sure it is a fake, well done amazon.

                                    i hardly think that your complaint will be resolved as they have only 4% satisfaction rating according to the site, anyways i had the same issue today where the agent didnt show up and i got the same message as yours. upon contacting support they were helpless as usual and said please order a new product. this has happened quite a lot in past 6 months.
                                    i also contacted the delivery agent and according to him he came to my house but no one opened the door, its hilarious that how can this happen if i am there all day.

                                        I was ordered back cover of oppo a37 f on august-1-2017. but the company does not delivered the product yet. when i called them. they told that it has some damage so they returned to delhi. also they promised to return the cash to my account. but i have not received yet. what i need to do?
