Hello - i am from dubai. I created an account yesterday giving my uae mobile number and purchased a laptop which is to be delivered today. The transaction was successful but when i logged in today to track the shipment it says that the account is locked and the msg is sent to my mobile on the process for unlocking the account. Till now no msg received. I could not call your india toll-free number from uae. I only had the us number who took 12 minutes to connect to india and the executive in india took another 20 minutes to tell me that she cannot access my order since the account is locked. I don't know the status of my order. If my account is not verified why did you accept the transaction. If the laptop is not delivered today then i don't want the laptop. Who will compensate me for this 32 minutes international call and other inconvenience that is caused. I see that this as a big scam and will expose my experience in all social media! I did a big mistake by purchasing through amazon!!!

Amazon India is a big scam!
Purchased a laptop online on 17th Aug from Dubai expected to deliver on 18th Aug in Delhi. Funds got debited from my account on 17th.
On 18th I tried logging to my account, the account was locked. Till date laptop not delivered funds not refunded, made multiple international calls and online complaints but no response. Only message I get account locked nothing can be done even refund cannot be processed. They collect the money and lock your account. BIG FRAUD. BEWARE OF AMAZON INDIA.

    I had place a request to return product as on same day when i received the product because product was not good.. I had order gorillapod flexible mini tripod (6 inch height) but the stand was not proper it was dropping when i place my phone in that tripod. I place a request for returning the product on the same day i received it 4th august 2017, but yet nobody had came to collect the product nether i can check the status of return and now its reflecting the the window is closed for return...

      I bought redmi 4 on 13 august and it was delivered on 15 august. From that day it was goving problems like phone heats up while charging and while using and battery also drain quickly. Like as i kept my redmi 4 at night 30% battery and when i saw in morning it was 24%. I was shocked how is this happening. As it has 4100mah battery. I tried to return it on amazon but i failed. I downloaded smart check app and tried to return it but can't. It was showing wrong pin number. Please its a humble request to you to return this redmi 4 or replace with a new and better one.

        I ordered lg q6 in an exchange offer and made the payment the delivery boy came by 9 in evening which i never expected and he checked my exchanging phone and he said the panels are broken it wont be excepted still i will share a picture of the phone to his superior and he said he will arrange a call back and i didnt hear from him nor he was anwering my call now it shows on my amazon account that the product is in dispatch i spoke to customer care she said it is returned back to seller and will get a refund but the status is still showing in transit.. Its quiet annoying it feels there are no one to help i[censored] pay before it gets delivered all i need is my money back.. Or else a email or text message stating my order status..

          I gave a complain immediately after i received a message that the product has been delivered from then customer car people said they will slove the problem but no one did instead of that one customer care guy had behaved bad with. Sir i need my product i can't lose my 2400 bug as that money is not easy for me to earn. If it has been delivered then my signature must be there with the courier guy but it's not there. Please resend my product

              I had redeemed 6000 rs gift voucher to my account and amaxon with informing me deducted that amt.

              Kindly let me know on what basis have they taken my money this is a case of day light robbery by amazon...

              Amazon people say it has expired were as my point is money added to my account how can it expire as money dont have any expiry date.. A 100 rs today will remain 100 rs after 10 years also..

              This money of mine has been deducted without informing or notifying me.

              Can a bank just deduct your money from ur account claiming they have expired.

              Amazon customer care people kept on giving assurance we are looking at it.. And will let u know after serval call and mails i am tired of their response and lathergic approch..

              Do we add money to our pay balance soo that amazon can take away our hard earned money..

              Its not a small amount rs 6000 has been deducted from my balance

                  Purchased Iphone under EMI for 12 months on november 2016
                  But my statements are not showing the amount converted to EMI..But till date EMI is not converted & my bank also confirms transaction was not under EMI.

                  Now Amazon refuses to take my complaint stating that i need to contact bank for EMI conversion & they cannot help me.

                  We are still paying the minimum fue amount to the bank for which bank is charging us some financial charges as they expect us to pay the whole lumpsome amount.

                    To deliver immediately and assure that they will deliver by the end of the day and in the evening at 8.16pm
                    We receive the sms we could not deliver the order and as we could not contact on the phone. As soon as we recieve the sms we have contacted both the agents who did not response to our phone calls. After paying the
                    Amount and waiting for a long period we are unable to get the products.

                      Hi team,

                      I had placed an order through your website for a biba salwar suit on 12th august 2017. The same was ordered through online payment and confirmed. Today the order is cancelled without any prior notice when i am suppose to receive the shipment. When i spoke to your customer service team i am informed that the same has been cancelled by the seller as the product was damaged. Fist of all this is not a custom order made for me alone that i damaged cannot be replaced. I see the product is still available online then why is the same not shipped to me. This is very unprofessional way of running the show. There is so much publicity and marketing carried out for the great indian sale n blah blah blah but when it comes to meeting the commented products you fail miserably and this is not the first time such an incident has happened to me. I request you to kindly have the product shipped to me at the same price it was sold were my money was stuck with you for several days before the order was cancelled. Looking forward to hearing from your team.

                        Yesterday i got my amazon account blocked after purchasing 'one plus 5, midnight black 128gb' worth of rs.37, 999 + addition 'prime one day delivery' charges rs.100 which was purchased with a "sbi debit card", but after that i didn't got any 'order conformation messages' and where as "my money was been deducted from my bank account!"
                        The next day when i tried to log in, it was showing...
                        "(Your account has been locked for security purposes. A text message has been sent to your mobile phone with instructions on how to unlock your account.)"
                        And after that i couldn't log in into my account.
                        It would be very kind-full if i get informed by any message or email, that for what reason my account is being still blocked!

                              I have been charged delivery charges on my orders. I have ordered all products together but order reached me separately with delivery charges which shd not be there.
                              In third order[protected] i. E maybelline compact on product printed price is rs 150 but amazon charged 175 + delivery charges.

                              Please note i am amazon prime customer and have trust on it as i have been using its services from long time. This delivery charge was never charged to me on my earlier orders.

                              Kindly levy delivery charges and pay cash back.

                                First order is for the accupressure sandals which are very heavy and bigger in size. I put on the sandals and it is hurting too.

                                Regarding 2nd order the cream is horrible and the packing of the container, the label pasting and overall the look is horrible. Please do not send such things to the clients. The cream is not even in the box. There is no tape or any concealing
                                Agent applied. It was open container and dirty looking

                                So please take these two items back and refund my money.

                                  This is the worst experience i had with amazon. I ordered iphone 6 gray 32gb with exchange offer, when delivery person checked my asus zanefone2, he didn’t accept as glass was broken.
                                  I even agreed to pay the mobile exchange cost, but he mentioned amazon don’t provide this option which is pathetic. Now i left with two options either i have to fix my phone and then give it to amazon else i need to cancel my order.
                                  First option was not feasible for me, as i got 2200rs discount for exchanging my phone, and when i went to shop to fix the broken glass, they asked me to pay rs3800. So, from every point of it was just my loss.
                                  This is the second time i am being disappointed by amazon, last time when i ordered study table, mrp was written as rs.2200 by seller, and i paid rs3000 to amazon.

                                    This is regarding my order #[protected].
                                    This is really frustrating. I agree i could not informed the product fault within 21 days (Within the return policy) as i sent the product as gift to my parent, but i reached amazon within a month. Spending 10k on a product and
                                    If it does not solve your purpose of spending 10k really matters.

                                    I received the product back after getting serviced 2 times but the issue still persist with the phone.

                                    Issue:
                                    1. The receiving end cant hear me properly.
                                    2. Network issue.
                                    3. The hands free does not work.

                                    I received the product from service center after 25 days but no use.

                                      I have ordered samsung on5 pro on 9th of august, 2017 during amazon's great indian offer sale. The delivery date they provide on or before 16th august. On 14th august they attempt a delivery but i am not available on that date so security personnel request to the delivery person to come on 16th august.. The delivery person did not come on 16th august.. And he make the order return with out my permission even he did not call me a single time about the delivery issue.. I called amazon customer service several times but they did not helped me to resolve the entire issue. They suggest me to place a new order but the price of the product is gained. And this is not a proper solution. So please help me if you can.. Thank you.

                                        I had ordered a t-shirt for my friend considering its her birthday on sunday from amazon global store. While choosing the t-shirt i ended up purchasing 4 other items for my self and the bill came to 5k plus change. The t-shirt order got cancelled and i endeded up with 4 other items that i ordered and the entire amont was debited from my a/c including the t-shirt. I called up amazon on[protected] spoke to a rep who advised that i will have to call post 10:30 and speak to the globle store team, did the same, the rep was good on the call said that the order was cancelled and was not sure of the reason so i explained the entire situation and advised that i dont need the refund just place the order so that i get the product on time. He said that it was not possible, i asked to speak to someone higher. Spoke to a lady "swati v" not sure if she used a psudo name as she was very relectunt to provide her full name or emp id. She said that its my mistake that i ordered the globe store product and the product together and advised that the same is mentioned on the amazon website as well. Advised that there is no such instructions mentioned on the website she said that she will guide me to the info and placed the call on hold for couple of times and then came back saying that there is no warning as such on the website but the reason for the order getting cancelled is that i combined both the orders in one bill. It was a sad experience that i had with the supervisor that she was not able to answer my queries and just wanted me to accept that it was my fault because of which the order got cancelled and wanted me to get off the call. I have the call recoding of the entire conversation and i would be uploding the same on all the social networking platforms so that consumers know the level of customer service thats provided by amazon. And for my friend i will have to look for the same t-shirt from some other website because i am not placing any more orders from amazon for sure.
