I ordered one plus 5 (8gb +128 gb) midnight black phone from amazon on 27th jul'2017. I received a courier from amazon on 31st jul'2017 but when i opened a packet i was shocked to see that it had an invoice of one plus 5 but containing a iphone 6s 64gb rose gold box which was sealed open. When i opened a box it had iphone gold color and not rose gold.. I raised a complaint and informed to amazon on the same day and they assured me that the wrong product will be picked up on 1st aug. Since then i am chasing amazon madly and atleast called up 30 times but they everytime they take a pickup request and then reject it later on without even informing me. I specially took 2 days leave from office as the phone cost is too high i. E., rs.38000 but amazon is not willing to pickup that phone and everytime giving me an excuse that their courier company i. E., amazon transport service are rejecting the request without any reason.

I think amazon do not have any intention to sort our this issue and infact not even giving me either a replacement product or my hard earned money.

They were not able to arrange the replacement on time and gave me a confirmation on mail that they are refunding the money. Basis which I ordered a same new phone from amazon itself. Now they changed their words and saying that we will not refund you the money and can only initiate replacement. I need to know what will i do for a replacement as i already ordered a same phone on their refund mail confirmation. This case is not resolved and reopen this case

Hi

My name is maya I am ordered naturi glow bleach keshar gold and wine bleach. 20th July 2020 but when i opened a packet i was shocked to see that it had an invoice of one keshar gold and wine bleach but containing a papaya bleach and dimond bleach which was sealed open. raised a complaint and informed to amazon on the same day and they assured me that the wrong product will be picked up on 23rd July. But there is not replacement and retur options. What can I do if you provide me wrong products??. Kindly cancel this product or return beacuse I was paid for kesar and wine bleach. I am trying 50 times on Customer care but not able to contact.

I think amazon do not have any intention to sort our this issue and infact not even giving me either a replacement product or my hard earned money.

    Sir i am md shamim and i have bought an backpack from amazon.in on 21 june 2017 i placed the order but due some reasons i returned the order to amazon.in on 27th june and they told me that i will get the amount within 2nd july but i haven't received it so i contacted them then they told that i will get it within 4th july but that time also passed and i not got the refund. Then i contacted the and the given me the refund reference numbers, they are
    #[protected] and #[protected] for rs 445 and rs 50 respectively, and told me that to contact the bank's customer care and give them this numbers and they will locate your refund but when i contacted them they told that they cannot give any information through this and i have to contact amazon.in but amazon kept on saying that they have processed my refund and i have to contact the bank for that. But it's my money and it came from hard work so i tried the bank customer care once more and told that somebody sent me money (I told somebody not amazon.in) but it is not in my bank account yet then they asked me the medium of transaction then i told neft so they asked me the utr number but i have no utr number so i contacted amazon.in but they told me that there is no utr number and the refund reference number is the same as utr number but when i checked the internet the utr number is alphanumeric but the refund reference number is numeric so once again i contacted amazon.in and asked the utr number but they are not ready to accept and always telling that their billing team will contact me and the billing team is only telling that they have processed the refund and giving the refund reference number.
    I am unable to help myself.
    As a human please help me to get my money back as early as possible.
    Please help me sir/mam.

      This is not fair.

        Sir/madam
        I ordered pop up toaster from amazon. It did not work properly so i called amazon's customer care on 26th july 2017 regarding my concern. The customer executive told me that we will send a person from amazon to your home and he will picked up your product. So i packed it.
        After 3-4 days i do not got any response from them.
        So i again called them on 2n august 2017, the amazon customer executive told me that we have not any records regarding your talks with amazon customer care executive held on 26th july 2017 and the deadline for raising return or refund is also passed. But our team will contact you within 24 hours. But till now i do not got any response from them.
        Please help me. Amazon is trying to deceive their customers.

          Sir, i have ordered a sony cassette player dated 12th july 2017, i pay for this 13065rs by debit card. Damage product delivered to me dated 29th july 2017. Many call for return this product to amazon customer service. But not a single satisfied response by the amazon. Very poor service by the amazon. Pls help me.               I had returned the item 1 month ago but still there was no email or message. I tried to cancel but it was showing 0 rupees and i thought that the money won't be returned and my money is wasted. I tried to call customer service but they were recording voice and i have not any reply from them either. The cost of headphones was 2000 rupees and next whenever i get damaged product then i will directly ask for refund and buy the product from flipkart.

                The product was ordered on 21st july with expected delivery on 25th-26th july. I had asked for a delayed delivery on 30th-31st july as i was unavailable. Even after multiple escalations delivery of the product looks grim. The customer care assures of the delivery in 24hours or a call back in 3-4 hours and neither has happened so far till 5th aug.

                And the worst part is one of the executive when requested for an escalation on the issue says "only the voice would change and the resolution would not". I personally feel this is the rudest possible statement one can make to a customer looking out for a resolution.

                  I have booked honor 6x mobile on july 19, it was not delivered, later i contacted them and checked, they replied that the product was missed in transit and the order got cancelled. Later i asked them to refund my money.

                  Even after 20 days from date of order, i have not recieved money.

                  I personally called the customer service and asked to refund. Till date i they have not refunded the amount.

                  If there was an issue they have to upfront notify us, until and unless we reach them they are not ready to convey the issue, even after paying money. More over on 24 July requested them to refund the money . Till date it was not done.

                    My order #[protected] is not delivered but in amazon web site it shows delivered to customer. It is not at all delivered to my address and none of my neighbors collected this. It was shipped partly. One via indiapost which is delivered and another was via amazon transportation which is undelivered but amazon claiming it as delivered. I want refund for this immediately.

                    I am never going to order from amazon again.

                      I bought lenovo vibe k5 21 june 2017. Because of delay problem i cancel that mobile.17 july they refund my money but in my account that money does not come.                         With a certain order i placed first i got mail seller is not able to deliver, later person to receive is not available. Than i went to amazon app to cancel order, there was no option for cancel so i placed refund request. On the day when return (As not delivered till now so return from mid place or seller only) should have been initiated i got mail order is delivered. Customer care are not able to see those mails, means customer care of no help only job to check mail and tell you. My money is blocked. Waiting to get that back

                          I am an amazon prime customer, purchase alot of product via amazon with
                          Satisfaction. But this time the product is not delivered directly to me,
                          Instead they gati courier service deliver the product at one of the town
                          Branch, i clearly mention my office address that is in balaramapuram
                          Branch, but they deliver the product one of the city branch, it is around
                          15 kilometres from my office. One of the courier boy just call me and say
                          That they can't deliver it to my preferred address, then why amazon just
                          Assign these stupid courieer company for the delivery, anyway i am very
                          Disappointed and hesitate this time, in my all amazon experience, it is
                          Pathetic. I just got amazon update message about the delivery
                          The courier person don't call me after delivery so far, the irresponsible

                            Inka customer care services bhi achha nhi he ye kabhi call attend nhi krte t tha customer ki puri bat ko sune bger phone disconnect kr detection he.
                            Me ye jan na chahta hu ki agar uska dam gst ke bjese ghat jata to kya vo mera order cancle krte.

                              While placing order it shows that the order will be delivered in 3-4 business days, so i placed the order and make payment. After payment done in order details the delivery date was changed and it was 8th august.
                              Rakhi festival is 7th and the order will be delivered on 8th august.
                              I tried to contact amazon to request but they says the order while in transit it was missed and will be delivered on 8th only.

                                I have placed the order #[protected] from amazon.in on 24th july. And its showing in my account that it has been delivered on 29th july. But i did not receive anything. I am calling and sending emails to amazon india. But they are not doing anything or investigating the matter. It was a rakhi gift so i wanted it to get delivered at least on 5th august. Now amazon people are saying that they can't deliver the product. As they have delivered it to someone else. But i want all the products to be delivered to me.
                                I have questions :
                                Why did the courier boy not call up the given cell number before delivering it???
                                How can they deliver the prepaid products to anyone else???

                                  This is regarding my order#[protected]
                                  I have ordered a product on 2nd of august 2017, as it was mentioned that prime customer will get the product delivered on next day as i am a prime customer so delivery should be next day i. E.3 aug but unfortunately it was not received yet but amazon website shows it delivered on 3 aug.

                                  When i called amazon customer care on 3rd august around 7pm they asked me to wait for today product will recieve but no luck : (

                                  Next day again i called and asked about product delivery i got answer that i have to again wait for 24 hrs.

                                  This is what amazon is making customer fool and taking money for prime membership and not able to deliver the product on time.
                                  Certainly it needs to take serious action against this type.

                                    I got a call from amazon and they said that you are selected in amazon as supervisor they asked me to pay security amount of 1550 for uniform and call letter transport fee they are cheated me after paying again they are asking for madiclaim deposit then i got it, it's fake after that they are not responding. I think they are fake people from amazon recruitment team

                                      Purchased a guggul product from amazon. The product turns out to be a fraud product and not the one ordered. Amazon not even publishing my review on product, saying product cost less than 1500..
                                      The seller promised to supply pure guggul resin but supplied some fake resin which emits a highly toxic stench.
                                      The seller will befool many more if not stopped
