I have a ordered oppo f3 mobile 14.08.2017. That was guarante 2day delivery and pay extra 80 rupees. Then that mobile package delivered to me 16.08.2017 morning time 9.19am. When i opened this package found a only oppo mobile box not mobile in the box. Then i contact him by mail through and i mention this regarding. Then i found a mail your account is closed. Then i contact him by help line number but he answered me we have no details share you because your account on hold. But i again and again contact him but same answered. Still now i am fully helpless. Please help me.

    Dear amazon,
    It's very disappointing to write that it's the worst response from your end regarding delivery of my product inspite of me being a amazon prime member.

    Overview: while booking the order, the delivery date was shown as the next day, however, later the delivery date was changed to the other next day (20-aug-2017) after ordering the product.
    On the evening of 20-aug-2017, i got a message from amazon that the delivery couldn't be done as you were unable to reach me. First of all, my phone number was working absolutely fine and secondly, i was available at the delivery address the whole day. That means i got a false message from amazon.
    I immediately contacted the customer are over call and after a long detailed analysis, your representative assured me that the product will be delivered by the night the same day. Eventually that didn't happen and disappointment from your capability could be seen.
    The next day (21-aug-2017), i contacted amazon myself instead of being contacted by you. And again the representative gave me a hopeless answer as if they don't have any control over the deliveries and their priorities. At this time itself, i'm waiting for the product to be delivered.
    The incapabality of amazon to have control and command over product deliveries is concerning and there is no use of charging extra money for prime membership if this is the performance of your team.
    And please do note that the false messages from amazon is really concerning and annoying at the same time. This happened with another recent order with id[protected].

    Waiting and counting when these issues are resolved.

    Some more information on this issue:

    The contact number of the amazon delivery agent shared through SMS on 20-Aug-2017 was not in use (out of service).

    The contact number of the amazon delivery agent shared through SMS on 21-Aug-2017 was not reachable for quite sometime, then when I asked him to priotize the delivery, he said that he will take more 1.5hrs to deliver the product.

    See Amazon, this is the customer values and priorities. What benefit did I get by having Prime Membership and even though I contacted Amazon Customer Care on my own and yet the product delivery prioritization could not be ensured by your team.

    The product is of high financial value.
    The same thing happened with me . I had ordered Oneplus5 and i was told the same thing it was out for delivery and will reach you by 8 o'clock but till now they didn't turned up and at the end i got frustrated and i cancel the order.

      I ordered one mobile in flash sale from amazon after trying for couple of weeks. But that product got returned automatically after 2 failed cods. First time delivery got delayed and the guy came when i left my office in the evening. Second time, delivery guy's card machine was not working. After that i got a call from amazon asking me about suitable delivery date and time. But the order was marked as 'returned' automatically on the date which i chose as delivery date. Both cods got failed due to amazon's mistake.

        I have purchased eureka forbes trendy zip vacuum cleaner and one of the accessory is missing (2 in 1 multipurpose brush/ nozzle). I informed them about this but they saying they cant do anything as the return window is expired.

        Its not even a month but they are telling i should have contacted them within 10 days. Surprisingly their website clearly does not mention the refund days on the product page rather you have to dig down to know the return window time which normally no one clicks on refund policy before purchase.

        I want them to replace the missing part or take return or refund my money.

        They are cheating the customer by misleading and not mentioning the information upfront.

          I have already ordered one dress but it's too larg so return back but i can't get my refund. My refund request 5 or more month passed but i can't get refund and i have already do every procces to refund and but it's all in vain. I can't give any message about my refund but every time your i get consolation not really. So i have request agaist please give me refund. Refund price is not small, it is 959. So please give me refund. Below image you can see my ordered details.

              Sir,
              I've bought omron compressor nebulizer ne-c803 on 13th feb 2017. But unfortunately we didn't unbox it till may month, because we were busy in our child's open heart surgery. When we unboxed it & used less than a week. Fumes are not at all coming just sound is coming. Now my child is suffering from severe congestion moreover he is an operated child we should take care of him more, but this nebulizer is not working. Kindly change this one with a better model, we are ready to pay more but need the best product. We've bought many products in your site but this one is disappointing us. Kindly do the favor.

                I ordered a tripod from amazon on 14th august. That was supposed to get delivered by 16th of august.
                Till today 21st of august i have not received and calls or any product as such.

                Everyday i am receiving a message that the package is out for but they never tried to contact recipient and every time they are updating the status as there was no one to receive they couldn't deliver the product which is a lie.
                Mail after mail they are assuring that they are very concerned about the product and wants to delivery by 24 hours, but still no call received for delivery.

                  You did not any take step in delivering my order properly with my order of samsung on 5 pro (Gold) after calling to the customer care 4 times after the last delivery date???
                  I need that phone immediately.
                  This is my worst experience with amazon.
                  Already the damage protection licence has come on that particular date.
                  I am totally harassed.

                      Amazon india not taking back his product, as not working, i have mailed saveral time, no return call from there side, they can only delivery item, for any return it's custoner responsibility, that too with amazon prime customers.

                      Plz provide return pickup from my location, otherwise i will not receive order which i have already placed and pending for delivery and will definitely ask for refund and also report this thing to consumer foram that amazon is only delivering item and not taking pickup for the same detective item. Always give me mail by tomorrow regarding pickup or else i will be forced not to accept delivery of rest of my orders. Also provide complaint referance number for same.

                        I ordered a one plus 5 from amazon.in which was suppose to get delivered by friday 18/8/17. On friday i get an update that the package is delayed because it has reached to a wrong courier facility. When i contacted the customer care they promised me that it will be the first thing which will happen on 19/8/17 morning. Entire day i waited at my house but the package was not delivered. I called the customer care again and they told me the same thing again that the package has again reached a wrong facility. I spoke to mr. Rashid khan from the escalation department and he told me not to cancel the order and sent me a confirmation mail that my package will be delivered on sunday at any cost. I waited for the entire day again and when i contacted the customer care they told me to wait till monday because the package is still not out for delivery. As a common man i really needed my phone urgently because most of my work is on calls, whatsapp and social media networks like facebook and instagram. I costed me financially and mentally so i want to file a legal case against amazon.in and demand a compensation for the same.
                        I demand my refund plus a compensation for this mental harassment.

                          I have not received my refund for the shoe order and also my watch got cancelled and the refund is not received. I am very frustrated chasing the customer service who are not able to provide any resolution. This is ridiculous and you i am loosing trust on amazon services now.
                          Please check on this and do it immediately. I have provided all my information on the chat earlier, called the team and they did not seem to help me.
                          I really like amazon and would like them to take care of there customer and there money. If you cannot arrange for refund then give the watch and arrange the refund for shoes that has been returned. I am okay with it. I really look forward to hear from amazon because this type of treatment is not at all excepted from amazon

                            I purchased xiaomi fitness band strap from amazon.in. But it did not fit to my gadget. So i when i requested for return, they gave me a time schedule of pick up. But no body came to pick up. I cancelled the previous request and made a fresh request. After 3-4 days when i called customer care, the cc executive tells that you have to send that by yourself. During my return process first time, i gave the wrong address for pick up. An courier person came to pick up, but i denied as it was wrong request. When i made a fresh request, they are telling me to send by yourself. Even they threatened me that your id will be blocked. I even told them do whatever u want to do. 300₹ is not a big concern for me. But ur cheating strategy is really matters more to new and innocent customers. I want that strong action should be taken against these type companies who try to harass customers in this way.

                              Amazon seems to have changed the way you purchase products on their website. Earlier upon adding a product to the cart, the moment you select delivery address it would show the final cost including shipping charges.

                              However now they have changed it totally. You do not get to see the final cost until you hit the very last moment in product purchase process that is even after you enter the credit card number.

                              This is cumbersome. The final cost should be displayed well before making final decision about purchase and certainly before one enters the credit card details.

                              Hope Amazon is intelligent enough to understand this customer perspective and make positive changes in their buying procedure online.

                                Hi,
                                This is team backlink. We are fresh and new seller on amazon. We have completed all the processes related to create an account on amazon.
                                Submitted all the documents and gst details on amazon portal.
                                Now our products are in active status. But the main problem that we are facing right now is the account launch issue.
                                From past 12 days, we are trying to contact amazon and register 5-6 cases regarding this issue. But no help was provided from amazon side.
                                Is this the way they are dealing with new seller?
                                Its very shameful for a giant e-commerce website like amazon that they are unable to resolve our account launching error.
                                We were told by a amazon seller support team that there are a technical error in our account launching process and an amazon internal team member will call us and resolve our issue.
                                But its very worst that 12 days passed and no help was provided.
                                What should we do now. A good help will be highly appreciated

                                  I had purchased an esquire mop which was delivered to me on 14/8/17. I am a resident of flat 44/1b, ceedeeyes chennaipattinam, ammapet, 603108 and this is located near tiruporur. As i found the product not up to description i had requested to return the same on 18/8/17. Your people approved the same and directed me to follow the procedure for return, they had not offered to pick up the same from my address and gave me the only option of shipping by self for which rs.100/ as courier was offered by them. Now i have been running from pillar to post to courier the same from here. Professional courier people are servicing our area but they said that anything returned from here to amazon is not accepted by your office looking after returns. This amazes me! When we order things, you accept and deliver with alacrity while it is return, this game is being played by your people. I demand that you make some arrangement to take delivery of my product and send to your return office and let me get the refund. As a consumer, i think this type of discrimination to those who are not residents of the city area is condemnable and shameful. As a multinational organisation, i expect better treatment from yoiu.

                                  Hi, The period within which the return will be accepted has been restricted up to 25/8/17 only and I expect the problem to be resolved before that to enable me to be compensated .

                                    It's increasingly noticed that amazon don't deliver products on committed time in prime membership but at 8 pm you will get message that you are not available in home. Such surprises you will read by sitting in home. Just to prepare a false kpi or sla, why should amazon transportation service team lies and make the customer invisible. Many a times we order products in amazon because they commit a date like "tomorrow" and we need urgently. Amazon failing or lie in commitment or will it really make its logistics team to work hard...

                                      I buy hp 15 ay543tu 15.6 inch laptop with pre loaded m&s office 2016 home & student edition x000n89b4n my order no. Was[protected] but my laptop hard disk was not working. I want to replace this laptop. If it's possible so do as soon as. And i also order one mouse but the delivery of that product is yet pending. I m waiting for your reply.

                                        What the hell is this. This packet is not recived to me last 3 days and today you text me this packet delivered me at my updated address raniyan.
