Hi all,

I had recently purchased from amazon now
Order id:[protected]

The offer said the mrp was 620 and since as of the deal they are giving it to us for 120. So i made the purchase
The item as per description should have been a box of protein bars of 6 with total weight of 499g

When the item got delivered i received
A single piece of protein bar which costs as per mrp on label of 110rs and weighs 67g

Please see all the attached images of all the details of sale and received product and bill.

When i tried to contact amazon customer care, they said it was a catalog issue and they are ready to refund 120rs.
Also customer care people says that they can sell it at more than mrp like they sell goods less than mrp

All i am saying is that i had ordered for the same product last week on 22nd aug but the order was canceled saying that the item was wrongly displayed. So i told customer care to remove it so that no other customers face the same issue.

Now after 1week on 27th i saw the same deal and thought it was genuine as thinking that amazon would have corrected it as per last complaint of mine.

So why did they not cancel order this time and sent a product which is of low mrp than bill and they are saying same thing again after complaining

Do they need 1 week to just correct a item's value or its availability? Or are they trying to fool customers in buying the item by displaying it at low cost and billing it at higher?

All i want is now that i need to get the deal which i had placed on 27th.
Which is protein box of 6bars which has mrp of 620 and as per deal the amount is 120rs

Or i would have to go district consumer court if i dont get justice here

    My name is sunil ranjan bhol email id is [protected]@gmail.com which is registered with amazon seller account. My amazon account is locked from 15 days without any proper reason, i have to get payments from my account which are also blocked.
    After one day i see my account is locked. I try to contact customer care 4time but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me maili told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request.

      I purchased a tv from amazon india for 1, 17, 053 order #[protected]. I received the package on 28 august 2017, when noticed the price on the box the mrp mentioned is 1, 09, 990.

      I also noticed they are launching the product again and are selling for 1, 09, 990. I called customer care support and asked to refund the difference they refused and asked me to go ahead and write a complaint in consumer court if i wish to and they can't do anything about the mrp.

      I also wanna mention this that the product was priced at 1, 50, 000 then they showed on the website that after discount it is priced at 1, 17, 053 and now they are showing it at 1, 09, 990.

          Dear sir,

          A piegon juicer purchased by us on your site on date 23.10.16 has stopped working about a month ago. We contacted the seller helpline and raised a complaint. The product is still under warranty. A service engineer arrived after 5 days of the complaint and took away a defective part saying that he will replace it in couple of days. But its been over 20 days since then and the part has not been replaced yet. On calling the service engineer on his mobile, he rudely just keeps saying that the replacement part has not yet arrived from the company. And on contacting the helpline also we are being said the same thing that they will revert back in couple of days but they never do so. We also sent a mail to them regarding the same (Copy of mail forwarded to you herewith)

          We feel totally frustrated, harassed and cheated by your seller.

          As the seller is using your online platform to dupe innocent customers like us, it is totally your responsibility to blacklist such dishonest sellers and it is also your liability to either refund us the full price of the product or get it fixed as it is under warranty. I also spoke to your customer service agent - mr. Salman today, (Who was reluctant of disclosing his full name - dont know why) and who just kept on arguing with me and kept justifying the seller's action and unprofessional approach. It will only proves that you are hand in hand with such sellers in allowing them to cheat customers through your organized platform by giving false information about warranties which they never intend to fulfill in the first place.

          We are your old customer and request you earnestly to resolve this issue or else we will have no other option left other than taking help of police/court.

          Dear SIr,

          We have registered a complaint for our Pigeon Pure Juicer on 05.08.17, but unfortunately till date the juicer is still not repaired from your end.

          Around 7-8 days ago the service engineer had taken a PCB board / some chip for replacement but has not reverted till date and not even answering our calls. The helpline no.[protected] is always unavailable or does not connect.

          We are facing problems and request you again for immediate repair. We feel totally harassed and helpless in this regard.

          We are also thinking of giving zero ratings in Amazon site for your product if you dont fix our product and give us proper response.

          Its been 16 days since we raised the complaint at your helpline.

          Hope to get a positive outcome of this mail.

            I bought an mobile lg q6 from amazon on 11th august. The item was delivered on 12th august. However in the very first use i found that the mobile has heating issue. So i contacted amazon then they replaced the mobile and gave me another mobile of the same model on 19th august and promised me that if the replaced item will have the same issue they will return the product and refund my money. However the replaced mobile has the same issue. Then i contacted amazon again and they initiate a return request for my mobile. But
            They initiate the return request with the imei no of the previous mobile which was already replaced by the new one. Now the delivery agent has the imei no of the previous mobile and i have the imei no of the new one. So the delivery agent is not picking up the item for return as imei is not matching with their data. Amazon is saying they will send an email to the corrier department with the correct imei but they are playing with me since 20th august. Everyday i creat a return request and the delivery agent comes and cancels as amazon is not updating the correct imei no nor they are sending any mail to the corrier department. They have assured me many times that the pick up will be done with in 24 to 48 hours with the correct imei number many times. But actually they are playing with me. I am going to lose the 15000 rupees as amazon is not picking up my item.

                I am trying to return and refund this product for last 10 days. Whenever i call the customer care, they say tht they will arrange for pick and afterthat refund will be initiated. But same thing happened four times. It is very diffficult for a working person like me to sit at home and wait for courier boy. Please get my money back. I am very frustrated.                   Sir, i was book at 13 july 2017 one plus two stanstone black mobile phone ₹16.590 by amazon order number#[protected]. When i received it and used i found it's battery working not good than i complaint on amazon customer services on 27 july 2017. Customer care suggest for replace and refund. Than i sent mobile phone by return amazon address by indian post at 14 august 2017and delivered status show in indian post tracking information 22/08/17 and amazon accept it and mail me for refund at 24 hours but now i got no refund. So please kindly request to refund my amount.

                      Order delivered at wrong address whereas the correct address has been specified while the time of booking. So we are very much disgrace on this delivery. The product has been paid already.
                      Hence the delivery person didn't care about this delivery, but we don't need any apologizes for this silly mistakes. The team also asking excuses and one day more timeline to track the product. This is very very reckless activity.

                        This is the worst service i have ever faced in my life. The guy who came for installation, just did some installation and went back although the product is not working. I have been talking to the distributor to resolve my issue but he is not resolving my complaint. Instead he saying why did i buy from amazon i should have bought from him directly, also, he says there is no warranty i should pay come what may every time. When i told him about warranty, he says i should take product to the service center and he will not send anyone for resolution. When i asked him about service center address he says its a small shop with windows. It is ridiculous the way you treat your customers. Very disappointing experience and moreover the issue is still not resolved.

                          I complaint to your company for change my coolpad notepad5 (Royal gold 32gb) on 23.08.2017. My order no. Was[protected] and the delivery date was 21.08.2017. After handling the set it is getting much too hot to deal with. However i complaint you to change my mobile (Coolpad notpad 5) and in exchange of that you were requested to deliver to my lenovo k6 power. But till date no information i got from your end. Why? What's the matter? What is my fault? Would i complain against you to consumer forum?

                                Amazon prime is scam, worthless for delivery time that they promised. I signed up for prime and then placed an order that had next delivery and amazon's delivery staff screwed me over. I placed an order on 25/8/17 at around 2 am, order #[protected] and the delivery estimate was before 6pm on 26/8/12. I waited all day and tracked the status until i got a message around 4:30pm with the delivery agent's phone number, i called him at least 20 times between 4:30pm to 8:30pm and he never answered and kept cutting my call. I raised several complaints, 6pm - 1st rep told me it's not 6pm because of some residential and office timings, which made no sense, 8pm - 2nd rep said the status still shows out for delivery, i have updated your contact details, it will be delivered, 8:45pm, 3rd rep, sir i can't guarantee but there's a possibility it will be delivered today, we usually deliver up until 8:30pm, she didn't realize i was calling her at 8:45pm and she asked me to still wait, 10:30pm - 4th rep, i will arrange for the delivery the next day 27/8/17 before 12pm. Next day 27/8/17, a delivery agent named parvez pasha shows up at 10am, i give him the phone i'm exchanging as part of the order and he finds a crack at the bottom of the screen, he calls his supervisor and tell him there's a small crack but the 95% of the screen is scratch free and is working fine, he then informs me someone else with more experience to make a decision will come in about an hour or 2 and check the phone and make the delivery. I wait up until 3:30pm and nobody shows up. I called amazon customer care again and was informed it's been escalated and i will get the delivery by today. I waited up to 5pm and still nothing, i called again and was informed its being escalated and the rep said he will call me back in 30 minutes with an update, he followed up only to inform me the package was "rejected" for delivery (I'm writing this because nobody ever came to make the delivery) and is being returned to the fulfillment center in chennai so i have to reorder the product and a refund will be initiated. So prime was a scam, except for the video streaming, delivery promises are false. Your delivery staff are incompetent and are liars. I have cancelled the amazon prime order as well because it isn't worth it. People tell me this is odd for amazon to do this, but only i know the experience and i hope i never have to buy anything from you again. This is the worst online shopping experience i have had in the last 10 years.

                                    I dont know is this going to work because i paid 738 rupees for 2 products and it was blocked by you, after some time i got a message you amount was refunded (August 3) on product code:[protected], but when i check my bank balance there is no amount refunded after some hours there is another mail from amazon as address verification. After some time there is another mail by saying my card is not valid i will add that mail right down

                                      I bought a laptop keyboard protector from amazon. It was shipped via ats, it reached to my neaest courier hub on friday around 2pm. I contacted amaon to deliver it if possible within that day but i know damn well about this rascal ats. I awaited that day. Even on saturday it showed out for delivery but none came to deliver it. Even my other order placed at the same time got cancelled. This is the service of ats now. Even customer representatives of amazon are of no use, just rascals. My order no. Is order #[protected].

                                        Hi jeff,

                                        Hope you are doing well, i am writing this email just for your information hope you understand and take action on it.

                                        This is regarding my order (Order id :[protected] i have booked on 22 aug 17 and the expected delivery was on 26 aug 17. Today i called customer care in the morning for order update as per customer care the product will deliver today by 8 pm any how no need to worry but till not deliver so i called customer care again at 8 pm and i spoke to some one (I don't remember the name of the person) as per he raised the complaint with courier team but when i asked him about the complaint number he said we don't get the complaint number we just update the team over the email and when i asked to keep me in cc or forward that email to me so he gave me ans like we don't have any cc and bcc while sending email, i got surprised and i ask him how its possible so he keep me on hold and did not speak for 15 min finally i disconnected the call.

                                        Again i dial the customer care number and i explain everything again to ramesh he checked details again and said we can't deliver the product now it will be deliver on monday currier team already attempted it when i said every time i got this information and not got deliver even the last expected date and if the currier person contacted me over the phone why i did not get the miss call alert and ask him to transfer my call to senior person so he transfer it to rohan (Some one manager) and he told me to wait till monday i said i am not in pune to collect it if you guys are not able to deliver the product why you guys decide the expected date i wast my whole day today and did not even go outside. I also inform to rohan i am not in pune for next 15 days please contact to currier person and get it deliver, instead of contacting currier team he continuously ask me to wait till monday and said if you are not in pune then cancel the product on monday i ask him to send email like that but he is not ready to do that even he was not transferring the call to authorize person and finally he disconnected my call.

                                        I just wanted to know is this way to provide the service? And providing solutions like that?
