Totally cheated by your customer care also regarding the matter discussed in the trailing mail.

Amazon, the name I believed, also cheated in this issue without any proper address from your side.

Last a mobile costing Rs. 14, 000 in a matter of three months worked managed working and finally the mobile is dead finding no service point. Without a mobile for a fortnight for a business man like me a great loss of business hence i purchased a new one from local showroom with assured warranty of one year.

The amazon's customer care I contacted was the worst repeatedly stating the same story again and again and I put down the mobile with lots of frustration.

Thanks a lot your wonderful service to the people of India.
I believed amazon because of the reliability created by my friend returning from US.
Finally we came to know amazon.com was wonderful but so much of cheating found in amazon.in

    I ordered a oil dispensing pump on 11 August 2017 which I got today (14 Aug 2017). I paid rs 275 for the product. When I checked the product for details, to my surprise it's MRP is rs 180. Kindly look into the matter so that I get my refund. Valid action must be taken against seller and company as well. I am attaching the picture of the product with original MRP and screenshot of the product I ordered.

      I bought body weighing machine in the month of june 2017
      It was against cash delivery. It was bought for my mother Anuradha Bhagwat
      and was delivered at her address C 203 Neelkanth Complex
      Parsiwada Sahar Road Vile Parle E Mumbai 400099

      I had booked the machine with a cost of if correctly remembered between Rs
      733- 780.
      My mother used it only twice and when she tried 4 days back it's not
      working. The display is blank.
      We had thrown the box and the bills.
      Surprisingly i am unable to view my orders on your web site. I had
      purchased books worth 6000 in March and wall stickers this month.
      nothing reflects.
      Having checked the product now I observe that it does not have company name
      logo or anything. it has chinese write up that means we have been cheated.
      I want to return it and want the money back.

        I had ordered a mobile phone (moto g5) on amazon at 7th aug. The expected delivery was 10th aug. On 10th aug, i received a mail that your order has been delivered but I hadn't received the package. I called the customer care and they said there is a problem but i will get my package in 2 days. Its been 10 days and my package is not yet delivered.
        I have called the customer service and even talked to the senior supervisor, yet there is no response. Nobody seems to know what the problem is. Either the courier service people are at mistake or the amazon people. Whatever the matter is, as a customer, I want a good service as soon as possible. I am so frustrated with the service, I had no choice but to have an official complaint against the company and their services.
        I have asked for a refund, don't know how many times I have to complain for that.

          I had purchased Lenovo Z2 plus from Amazon sale on dated 9.08.2017 and got delivered and duly made payment on dated 13.08.2017. When I tested the phone than observed that voice is crackling while receiving call as well top left corner touch is not as good responsive as other part of screen, I have to made several effort to touch left corner top to get job done.

          The main problem is with voice crackling and not clear, regarding this on dated 14.08.2017 I have made complaint to Amazon C. Care though he was quite helpful, however, regretfully informed me that their is no policy of pick & drop and I have to return my phone first and thereafter few days new phone would delivered to me.

          It was not acceptable as I already sold my old phone and now don't have any addition phone for use meanwhile as well its quite difficult to live without phone now-days.

          Now, I am at quite confusing situation whether have to live with defective phone or bring it to service center and opened a brand new phone for repair. This also not acceptable when their is already a 15 days replacement policy of Amazon.

          On other hand, similarly once my brother received defective phone from Flipkart and got replaced thru pick & drop policy.

          I don't understand why Amazon is hesitating to such policies at-least for mobile phones.

              i ahve purchased one samsung galaxy j2 mobile and the company has supplied defective/duplicate product. I have submitted complaint to the company as follws:

              this is very shameful that you have supplied defective/duplicate/assembled product to us and rather than take back the product from us you are making us fool by giving wrong address of the service center in agra (cr tv plaza, s1 mahatma gandhi raod, wazirpura, sanjay place, agra) for taking letter from service center regarding defective product.

              We are very much dissaponited with the service of amazon. First off all, why you are asking us for taking letter from service center for defective product. It is your prime duty to take back your defective product without any delay, demur or protest.

              You are advised to kindly take back the product immediately from shipping address i.E. 189, defence estate phase –ii, bundu katra, gwalior raod, agra – 282001 (u.P.) and refund our full amount in our account otherwise will have no option left other than to take this matter in consumer court and you will be solely and fully responsible for this and you will be liable to pay all amount along with legal expnses and compensation for our mental harrasment due to your act.

              Further also note that you have hearted our feeing very badly as i have gifted this mobile to my grand father sh. Munna lal singhal, who reside at delivery address.

                I have placed an order for Rakhies on Last month, but still i haven't rcvd the parcel and also not rcvd any positive response from Amazon & Supplier. After Rakhi over i have requested to Send Parcel Back and return my Money, But still no response, I am a regular Customer of Amazon, if issue not resolved and my amount not rcvd back I will boycott Amazon and also share the same to my known persons that amazon is a fake company, once people purchase the product prepaid Amazon peoplel not deliver the product to there Customer and Amazon people not take responsibility of there Customer once you paid first.

                    Wrong parcel given me key ring instead of pendrive. I booked pendrive but when i open the parcel i found a key ring and i already pay rs 799 to the courier boy when i call back to courier boy he doesn't pick up my phone. Please replace the same as soon as possible. It is totally hopeless matter from your side because amazon have good reputation don't spoil it.

                    Parcel is delivered to me but in amazon still show it will be delivered on Wednesday but courier company show delivered it is totally fraud with me plz give my money back or give by booked item to me.

                    Courier boy ph no [protected] and no bill was given to me with my parcel and i mailed to Superbsell seller. Company through amazon.in but no reply from there please give my money back. I paid cash on delivery and all details are attached if you need any more please contact me.

                      I bought product on 10th August and tracking status is just showing arriving from Bhiwandi to Mumbai since 2 days there is no change in status. After calling to cc team they are saying there is technical issue and due to which status is not updated. They are just saying that will send mail to concern team and will update you shortly. Please loom into the matter.

                        I have purchased shophar wall hook 6 leg from amazon on 17th jul 17. Product was damaged so i had placed return request. Since i have purchased from amazon, i called customer care and told then to refund my money. One executive (Name : sumit) told, some one will come from courier department and pick up my item to get refund. I have not received any call from courier department. Again i called customer care, now they are denying on this and telling me to parcel the product and the way they spoke to me was very bad.
                        They are not supporting at all. Very disappointed from amazon customer care and refund policy service this time.

                        I have booked hair oil vide order No.[protected] on 06.08.17 with cash on delivery mode. But while receiving the product your people were rejected the cash and insisted for card scratching. If I have no balance in my account how I can scratch the card. This type of behavior can damage the company name.
                        The courier service without even showing up at my place returned my ordered. Once I order the fresh one they did not pay me price difference or the promise of timely delivery. The customer services were not well coordinated. They even refused to let me talk to seniors saying u will get same response.

                            Bought a amazon exclusive LG Q6 phone on 10th Aug. Phone heats up like anything but the amazon CS team refused to take it back saying that it has changed its phone replacement/refund policy.
                            The CS team says they agree with the problem in the phone but from their end they have no right to process the refund. How ridiculous is that.
                            Have contacted the CS team on FB and twitter but they have chat bots to handle the complaint. They jus keep writing and shuttling the case from here and there to surpass the return period.
                            Amazon india taking the customers granted as the litigation process in india is lengthy and they run their unethical business freely.

                              Without delivering the product to me, the amazon agent (Phone:[protected]) updates the status as delivered, and always gives it to some other neighbours, without informing me, when i questioned him, he is replying that he would do the same thing again and his words are not acceptable. He is speaking without manners. We have already paid for the product also through amazon pay.

                                On 3 aug i ordered a redmi 4 mobile and it delivered date is 8 aug but on that date it not delivered. On next i called in ur customer care no. That my mobile not yet received. Ur executive said to me sir ur order on a way and delivered in 24 to 36 hour later. I said no problem and next day i again called ur executive yogesh on 10 aug at 12:06 p. M. And ur executive said to me that ur product had lost our courier company and it not delivered. Place cancel ur product for refund ur money then i said ur executive place cancel my order for refund my money. But currently no anyone taking any action for refund my money. My order no is[protected]. Every day i called ur executive and all of them misguide to me and someone says to me that i put a mail for refund ur money. But no-one take any action. Please refund my money asap. I buys a new mobile redmi 4...

                                  Worst shopping site ever.. I have ordered 4 items on 9th august which was expected to deliver by 16th august. As per status on 13th august (Today), i got a message that 3 of my items with tracking id #[protected] are out for delivery and in evening at 6pm i got a message that i rejected the items and items are being returned to amazon. But no body neither even contacted nor reached at my home for delivery. I immediately called customer care and asked the reason but they didn't even knew contact number and details of their amazon transport office in yamunanagar (Haryana). Then i somehow managed to find their office with help of ekart services. When i reached their office, they said my items are packed and ready to dispatch for return. I called customer care and made contact of transport service executive and customer care executive but all in vain. I struggled for an hour on call and personally with amazon transport services executive but nobody listened to my problem and told me that nothing can be done. I need to reorder. Why should i reorder? It's not my fault. No courier service send the pack immediately back if they are not able to contact and find customer address. I have personally seen their delivery boy was listening from two other customers for the same. Amazon transport services is the worst service ever. These products were very urgent to me but nobody gave a resolution. And now i have to wait for my refund. My experience is very bad with amazon. I will never ever suggest anybody to shop with amazon and will try my best to degrade amazon wherever possible due to big loss i faced because of amazon..

As i was ordering the book, i could judge by the cover of the book that it was the third edition, though on the page it displayed 4th edition.                                         I received my moto g play order last month, due to non working of touch, i returned back. Again i received my same phone on july 31st. Due to my unavailability at home, i could not check the till 12th august. I came to know that memory slot is not working. I called amazon customer care and seeking for help. He said, this is against our policy, the return request should be initiated before 12th august. May i ask you one question, i could i know about a phone that is not working before seeing it?. If your policy is not bending for customer, how could you still getting orders from inefficient dealer who cheated me twice. If i am the victim, what you have taken steps to punish the dealer?
