Sir one person give me offer to buy a mi redmi mobile form amazon and said that he give me 20% off on the mobile because he works in amazon. I buy a mi redmi mobile after that he use my amazon account to cancel the order reason to said its box is empty after it i dont no the all amount refund initiate to my account. Now he said that 80% of the amount give me back through paytm transfer. He daily call me. But i cannot give the money. Firstly i give this information to you. He said that he buy many apple iphone mobile, tablet etc from this trick
Sir if you take responsibility of my privacy about this fraud i will said there name and mobile number..

      Order no[protected] date 8.8.2017 tracking aw[protected] in.
      Item lying with nsh courier, bhubaneswar since 16.8.2017. The last date of delivery is today 23.8.2017. My place balugaon is about 100 km distant from bhubaneswar. My other items sent by you to this address well delivered to me through other courier. I am not contacted yet by the courier. I am doubtful. Please look into my problem and advise me.

I know using unknown credit card is fraud but i've got by an website as a gift so i taught to use it. Kindly do the need.

          I have purchased one plus 5 mobile last 25days before. And i started using mobile 2days before am facing heat issue while charging. Am not satisfied he item. I want to return the item and i need refund. I called to your customer care they said no chance to return my item. Its not even 30 days from i got delivered your item. Kindly help me to return and refund my money back to my account.

            I am using amazon account from a long time and was happy with the services. But before sometime they hold my account and then i called multiple times for reason and they ask for some details for some verification. I mailed him with all information which i have and asked for clarity. But they always sent same mail. I dont know why they asking for card statement which i don't have. We can use multiple address and multiple payment methods through amazon so why they are asking a card specific details. If i don't have details for particular card so they should provide a way to unhold my account but they closed my account.
            If they are not able to verify my account then at least they should provide a way to take my money back from amazon account.
            I checked on internet lot of people faced same issue and they havent received money back from amazon.
            I think this is kind of fraud if they are holding account and not returning our amount.
            Please take some action or amazon should provide a proper and easy to return customer money.

              I ordered 2 bedsheets from amazon india. On 19th august the status showed delivered while i never received the product and called amazon immediately. They said they will resolve it in 72 hrs. On 23rd aug i called again and its not resolved, this time only to hear from amazon leadership team that i should contact the seller directly. How is that fair. I paid amazon and not seller? And why should i have to contact anyone, that's amazon's job. When i asked the person why the complaint has not been resolved in 72 hrs when they claim to do so, he threatened to disconnect the phone saying that i am being unprofessional.
              They have the worst customer service, staff that cant understand english and cant talk in english and is always asking you to be on hold for almost 20 minutes sometimes.

                A refund has been made by amazon on 9th of aug 2017 regarding a product which i've ordered through the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                  Refer to my order #[protected] for panasonic mixer. Initially amazon promised the delivery on 23 aug 2017. I was following up with the escalation team and they were promising the delivery. During my continued followup on 21 st aug when i raised a concern that if the product is not dispatched on 21st aug then the committed delivery of 23 aug also looks difficult. At this point, amazon, unilaterally cancelled the order. I understand that such malpractice is followed by amazon to show the good statistics on delivery performance. They continued to request me to book a new order. I called the helpdesk on 22 aug and found the executive to be very rude to the extent that he pretended not able to hear the conversation when i asked to hand it over to floor manager. He said that nothing can be done now and just book a new order. This is a mental harassment while dealing with amazon team.

                    I have placed a order (Order #[protected] with amazon.in for bpl led tv. Tv has been received on 19th aug. We were waiting for installation support information from amazon but no luck yet. Its been 5 days already and package is not opened. What is the use of delivering when there is no installation support provided for these types of products. I checked with one of the amazon customer rep and he confirmed that it would happen on 21st aug without fail. You people are liers. I am planning to return this item if it doesn't happen today. Such a pathetic service. What is the use of hell offers when there is no further support what ever is promised.

                      I have ordered a cooling pad, but it was not of appropriate size as mentioned in product details, so i returned it to the address provided by the company, but still not got the refund money (Rs 1575) and shipment charges (Rs 500). I have attached the copy of mail in which the details are there in pdf format. The mail contains the address provided by "amazon.in" and proof of returning the product to that address with images of product and courier invoice.

                      It's been 1 month from the date of product purchased, i have also filed a claim for refund, still no action taken. I want my money back immediately.

                      So please take serious action urgently.

                      Amazon is not returning my money and on the other hand the seller is calling me repeatedly and pressurising me to take the replacement product. But the product is not as described, so I want my refund. You please take some serious action.

                        Hi this is aamir suhail from chennai yesterday i recieved the kit from amazon thorugh cod payment my order no is order #[protected].
                        I have recieved my kit but when i check the components with the list i am missing the jumper wires m/m=30, m/f=20, f/f=20, also i have got only solder paste but not the solder wire so i am quite disappointed by the service which you provided for the item so request you to kindlysend me the missing items to me so that i can carry out the projects because without wires u cannot connect the components to your hardware

                          I bought a power bank through amazon from sastaprices. My order no. Was #sp[protected] dated: 11/08/2017 on cod shipment. So the product was delivered on 17/08/2017. But the power bank which was said to be of samsung make turned out to be non functional of local make. The produt details on the cover of the product was "bluetooth with free 25000 power bank" which itself was a clear case of cheating. My complaint is against amazon of jeff bezos, because we ordered for the product bestowing good faith on amazon. So it is amazon itself which has to make good our loss of money and for the mental hardship on receiving a worthless and non functional power bank.

                            I don't believe amazon being the next big thing in market, has employees like Sindhu. I am talking about my experience with this guy on the second last call being horrible. This guy's arrogance and rude behaviour would surely let this company down anyways sooner. I seriouly want amazon to take a step further and train employees in a proper manner that can lead to more positive conversations. I myself manage an ecommerce company but my reps are never allowed to talk to our customers the way he did talk to me!!
                            This guy being precise told me not to call amazon again n again if my query was being handled by an executive. Has amazon gone deaf to not check their recorded conversations!!
                            The only problem was that i got a text saying that my replacement will be delivered till october 9th and i understand that it could be a technical fault. Instead of handeling this issue with ease, this guy answered me as if he owns amazon. Now come on, even the ceo would be as calm as a sheep.
                            Even i apologize if i used slangs over the phone, but i am really frustrated because amazon has let me down the third time in regards to their cell phone division. This is a third phone that i have encountered an issue with and getting a replacement.
                            A negetive review just because of this guy is a must.
                            Tell me amazon, why would i continue to sustain a trustfactor i[censored] have guys and products like this.

                              I had ordered shalin india bamboo flute bansuri, set of 2, fipple & transverse, for amateurs. Order #[protected]. This product was supposed to be delivered on 19 aug 2017 as per the text messages that i am getting. Since then till now (22 aug 2017) amazon is just refreshing the system stating they are not able to contact me and failing to deliver the product on a daily basis. I am calling customer care on a daily basis and informed to wait for 24 hrs, i should get my product. All false promises.
                              This is the 3rd time that i have ordered this same product. Earlier two times the order has been canceled without reaching out to me stating it has been damaged in transit. What is the use of your shipping department if they can not take care of the customer's product for consecutively two order and are failing to deliver the order as well.
                              The shipping department is updating the information that they are unable to contact me... How??? On what basis they are saying it??? Amazon is able to call me on the same number when i am contacting them to track the order and everybody is able to call me. Do not know from which planet shipping person is trying to call me.
                              Still i am not sure that am i going to get this product or not after waiting for more than a month including first two cancelled order.

                                I had ordered fu-zone combo of 3 men's denim blue casual shoes, denim blue loafers and denim blue loafers shoes (Fu-sh-cmb3-bl-dbl-dblk, size: 8 uk/ind. My order #[protected]. I received the product out of which one pair of shoes in wrong size i. E.9 uk/ind.
                                I arranged the return of the same product and selected the 16:00 - 19:00 slot for pick up of the wrong product. Pick up tracking id:[protected].
                                God knows for what reason pick up person has called me early 08:00 in the morning although i had selected different slot for pick up. I call him up when i was free. He said, again he will come back in the preferred time slot.
                                All of a sudden, before the preferred time slot, i received the text and email that pick up of the product has been canceled. : (
                                What is idea behind selecting the preferred time slot if you are going to come according to your wish and if customer is unavailable (As they are supposed otherwise we would not have selected time slot), you cancel the pick up and let the customer suffer with the product they have.

                                Really pathetic.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I am brinda roopak, resident of delhi and a customer / frequent buyer of products from amazon since years, be it for buying books, electronics, accessories and other merchandises.
                                  I appreciate the customer support and services i have got from amazon in past.

                                  But this time, to my surprise, i am facing some frequent issues.

                                  On 12 august 2017, i ordered for a mobile phone model no. Oneplus 5 (Slate gray 6gb ram + 64gb memory) in exchange offer against my old phone that is sony xperia c (Details of which were mentioned while placing order), via order no. Order #[protected].

                                  A pre-payment of rupees 29995/- (Twenty nine thousand nine hundred and ninety five only) was made from sbi debit card to avail a further cash back of 1500/-.

                                  As per the order status it was suppose to be delivered by 18th of august 2017. But without any prior information the delivery personnel came on wednesday 16th august 2017, around 11:oo am in the morning. Being it a working day and no prior information from your end, no one was there at the address to receive the order.

                                  Any how the delivery personnel called up after reaching the given address, i requested him to deliver the same in the evening or next day morning on which he agreed. But no one showed up, also i tried to contact the delivery personnel but he switched off his phone.

                                  On the following day i received a computer generated follow up call from amazon regarding the delivery of the product i ordered for, through which i was confirmed that the delivery will be made on sunday 20th august 2017 between 8am to 11 am in the morning. But again to my surprise no one showed up. Finally i called at the customer care number to know what is the problem.

                                  At the customer care the representative after listening to the issue patiently, informed me that the status of the product is showing undeliverable, due to some technical reasons at amazon's end.

                                  "also she assured me that the product will be replaced and will be delivered soon and i will receive a confirmation call regarding the same supra mentioned issue within 24 to 48 hours."

                                  Again to my shock and disappointment i have not received any confirmation call till today, instead now the current status shows refund.

                                  I am very disappointed with the fake promises made by the customer care representative and the delivery personnel.

                                  Kindly provide me with the same product and the same deal which i availed, as the problem was from amazon's end.

                                    Hi i have ordered lg q6 in amazon.in. After 7 days of promised date of delivery, they cancelled the ordered saying they lost the package in transit. I said, to send the same product again to my address as the product is still available in website. They did not cancel the product after the promised date, they took 7 days and said they will cancel and now they said me to re-order the product from my end where i will not get any offer on that product which was there at the time when i placed the order. They said they will not give any offer now. They kept my money for 7 days after the promised delivery date and after using it, they cancelled without my permission. I need the same product again. Please ship the product as it is in stock.

                                      It had to be delivered on 21st august, but the logistics people auto updated that customer was not available to pick (Instead i had advised them to give to security guard in my absence).
                                      Next day i am still waiting and the amazon agent as well as delivery boy are not picking up my calls & infact cutting the calls.

                                      I have both (Name & number) of above logistics person.
                                      There is no point in delivering in coming next days as i am not willing to shop on amazon.com due to such poor service.

                                        Hi sir, yesterday[protected] i ordered lenovo phone with accessories. And paid through master card. (Issued in singapore) today want see the stauts not allow to signin. "your account has been locked for security purposes. A text message has been sent to your mobile phone with instructions on how to unlock your account." order numbers end with *9936 & *7520.
                                        Help to unlock to view my status.
