Hi,
This is team backlink. We are fresh and new seller on amazon. We have completed all the processes related to create an account on amazon.
Submitted all the documents and gst details on amazon portal.
Now our products are in active status. But the main problem that we are facing right now is the account launch issue.
From past 12 days, we are trying to contact amazon and register 5-6 cases regarding this issue. But no help was provided from amazon side.
Is this the way they are dealing with new seller?
Its very shameful for a giant e-commerce website like amazon that they are unable to resolve our account launching error.
We were told by a amazon seller support team that there are a technical error in our account launching process and an amazon internal team member will call us and resolve our issue.
But its very worst that 12 days passed and no help was provided.
What should we do now. A good help will be highly appreciated

    I had purchased an esquire mop which was delivered to me on 14/8/17. I am a resident of flat 44/1b, ceedeeyes chennaipattinam, ammapet, 603108 and this is located near tiruporur. As i found the product not up to description i had requested to return the same on 18/8/17. Your people approved the same and directed me to follow the procedure for return, they had not offered to pick up the same from my address and gave me the only option of shipping by self for which rs.100/ as courier was offered by them. Now i have been running from pillar to post to courier the same from here. Professional courier people are servicing our area but they said that anything returned from here to amazon is not accepted by your office looking after returns. This amazes me! When we order things, you accept and deliver with alacrity while it is return, this game is being played by your people. I demand that you make some arrangement to take delivery of my product and send to your return office and let me get the refund. As a consumer, i think this type of discrimination to those who are not residents of the city area is condemnable and shameful. As a multinational organisation, i expect better treatment from yoiu.

    Hi, The period within which the return will be accepted has been restricted up to 25/8/17 only and I expect the problem to be resolved before that to enable me to be compensated .

      It's increasingly noticed that amazon don't deliver products on committed time in prime membership but at 8 pm you will get message that you are not available in home. Such surprises you will read by sitting in home. Just to prepare a false kpi or sla, why should amazon transportation service team lies and make the customer invisible. Many a times we order products in amazon because they commit a date like "tomorrow" and we need urgently. Amazon failing or lie in commitment or will it really make its logistics team to work hard...

        I buy hp 15 ay543tu 15.6 inch laptop with pre loaded m&s office 2016 home & student edition x000n89b4n my order no. Was[protected] but my laptop hard disk was not working. I want to replace this laptop. If it's possible so do as soon as. And i also order one mouse but the delivery of that product is yet pending. I m waiting for your reply.

          What the hell is this. This packet is not recived to me last 3 days and today you text me this packet delivered me at my updated address raniyan. This is totaly fraud i want my packet you are give me wrong tracking detail. This packet delivered at different address in[protected] not in my updated address.           And after i talk to coustomer service he say forget your problem and placed new item and he say this is not my problem. I can't solve this so plzz help me

            I am continously following up with amazon and they are denying that product has delivered the product but i have never reveived my product in my app it is still on the way.

            I have called you 100 times and email many times and chatings but every times i have got rejection. No one is listening to me. I need resolution. I am waiting for the response very curiously this is my first and last shopping with amazon.com

              I bought one jean pant worth 619 on 18/07/2017 and refund initiated after faulty item received at my address and i sent back the same item via amazon courier delivery agent... I m still waiting my refund which is not processed by amazon till today... Please help me to get refund for the faulty item... I order size 34 but size is too small to my size and again the seller again sent me 30 size and i sent the item to seller via amazon india delivery agent and the item was recived to the amazon store for verification and they told me that they received the item. Im waiting my refund of 619 on my account which they still not forfeited in my bank account

              Im forced to file complaint as i called amzon customers many times and sent them emails but the problem is not resolved.

              They replied that they will talk to sale dept for processing of the refund

              I failed to get my amount and i need ur help to get amount not the item anymore as my expectation from them is very low now

                I have bought oppo f1s with one year screen protection (Onsite go) items from amazon india. There is issue with my mobile phone screen. When i downloaded amazon invoice from amazon site. There is no imei number mentioned in that invoice. Hence, i couldn't be able to claim from onsitego for screen replacement due to fact that imei number issue. When i called to amazon india customer care. They asked me sorry for the inconvenience and said that issue will be resolve within 7 working days. I am following since last two months. However, amazon india has not been given correct invoice with imei number. I have loosen my faith and confidence from amazon india.

                I don't know how do i proceed to get proper support from amazon.

                  I am a seller with amazaon and was charged 236 rs shipping charges for product costing 249 rs including tax and shipping charges 65 rs charged from customer including tax. I was charged 236 rs, this neither makes any sense nor logic. Regularly i was charged for 76 rs but on particular order dimensions were wrong by default but weight was correct 27 gms, hence i escalated many mails to amazon regarding this, they looked into the matter and told me that dimensions were wrong. But those dimensions were over paper only, and courier picked up was of less dimensions and weight. Any other courier company checks weight first but amazon do not check weight. But when there was wrong dimensions put up on paper why did they picked up courier from me, they could have rejected it. This shows careless and cheating. I am not earning single penny from amazon and they are pulling money from sellers like this way. Above all amazon charges its refferral fees on total product cost including tax and shipping charges which is wrong again. They are earning much more than seller.

                    Sir i have ordered roxx steel thermsou 1 leter on 30.07.2017. I have received items on 04.08.2017 but wrong items received. I have contact customer care. Customer care advised me wrong items replacement ho jayega lekin aisa kuchh nahi huya. Delivery man pic up karne ke liye aaya but inkar kar diya. Wahi delivery man jo diya tha. I have contacted customer care many times. Hamesh ek hi anshwer ki ho jayega sir don't worry. But abhi tak kuchh nahi huya.
                    Mai ekdum paresan ho gaya aur ye maan liya online amazon pe cheating hota hai jo mere saath huya hai.
                    Order kiya huya items nahi dekar wrong items low quality wale aaplog de dete hai aur order kiya items ka bill chipka dete hai. Paise pure lekar chale jate hai.

                    Sir i have four to five times shoping amazon.

                    Amazon ne mujhe kaphi harass kiya hai.

                    Isme khaskar jhuthe hai customer care wale kyokee wo hamesha customer ko stupid banate hai.
                    Mai isse pahle bhi aapko email kiya hu lekin kuchh nahi huya phir bhi dobara email kar raha hu kyokee amazon ne stupid bana diya.

                          Ourselves amitava mukhopadhyay / mousumi mukhopadhyay are your regular on-line customer since 2013.

                          We regret to inform you that we had booked one item vide docket no. [protected] of blue dart courier..

                          The courier not been supplied the said item at my door step.

                          The concept of on-line purchase system should be delivered at door step only & it is also under purchase agreement.

                          But there is now the breach of contract.

                          We have not collect the same item from blue dart courier office.
                          Hence it should be return to your address.

                          As a customer, it is our request not select such courier who does not able to send the articles at doorstep of the customer which defame your portal & it has an direct impact on faith of million of indians

                            I have ordered lakme absolute white intense wet and dry compact (Rose fair) on 16th august. And i received my product on 18th august. But when i opened the product was totally damaged because i think it was no rapped properly on the box so that the product has totally damaged. The material of compact turns to dust. It is very expensive for me because i'm a student. I have already paid so please make arrange for replace it. I don't want refund, i want a same product as a as possible.

                            Need a positive response as soon as possible.

                              Amazon products are worst now. They are selling products with the other name. They are selling plastic products with another brand name. Recently i bought plastic basket from csm brand. It was some aristo brand and selling this item with csm brand. Don't buy anything from amazon now.. They sell with fake prices and fake brands... It can happen with big items too... So be aware before purchasing any kind of products from amazon. May be they sell nayasa or milton brands with other names... Be aware please before buying any products from amazon..

                                  Hi team, this is regarding my order (Order i'd:[protected], tracking i'd:[protected] mi max 2 which i ordered on 17th august and also have activated amazon prime for fastest delivery. However before placing order i inquired about everything and personally requested for delivery on time and for which i bought amazon prime on suggestion given by one of the cce and scheduled delivery on 18.

                                  But unfortunately my phone no. Stopped working in the morning so i immediately called up customer care executive and updated my #2 other alternate no with them. With that i also explained about the criticality of delivery and requested to deliver the product on time. After that i was keep on taking follow up of the product but still the product was not delivered today.

                                  I called up 8 to 10 times today to customer care executive and everytime amazon ensured me about confirmed delivery, but at the time of delivery the product was not delivered and gave a silly reason that my no was not reachable.

                                  I personally provided my 2 alternate no to cce and continuously taking follow up but still product was not delivered and gave an excuse that my no. Was not reachable.

                                  This is very pathetic and when i called back after 8'0 clock to know the status of the delivery they said they will deliver my product on monday. Then what the use buying prime and wasting rs.499.

                                  What kind of services is amazon is providing to their customer. It can be acceptable if i was not taking follow up but after taking follow up for several times my product was not delivered.

                                  Tomorrow, i have an off and amazon executive advised me to travel 25km to my office on my off day and incure to waste my money of rs.700 to rs.1000 on travelling.

                                  I already wasted my money of rs.500 on prime and another rs1000 would take it to 1500 extra for a product just for the negligence of amazon cce and their courier services.

                                  I don't konw what you do and how do you plan but i want product at my mailing address by tomorrow any how.

                                  This for your negligence that i'm suffering.

                                  Please make this delivery at my mailing address tomorrow.

                                    I write in reference to order dated regarding the mobile phone (Lenovo z2 plus, 64 gb) which was ordered in the name of mr. Sanjeev kumar contact no. [protected] kindly note that i have made the online payment and the order was shown delivery date of 16 aug 2017, wednesday however, the order was not delivered on the date committed by the amazon. Thereafter, upon contacting the customer care, the executive promised that it will be delivered by 17 aug 2017, thursday (Afternoon). Today (18 aug 2017), upon checking the online status, it is surprising to know that status is showing order delivery is delayed on customer request. I would like to inform you that i have not made any such request. Further, i would appreciate if you could provide me the copy of such request stating that customer has requested the delayed delivery. It is very unfortunate that we have experiencing such unprofessional and poor services of amazon. Kindly reply at the earliest, else i may have to escalate this issue further.

                                      I am not sure where this email will go. But still I would like to complaint about what I am facing over here from last 2 days.

                                      I have ordered product HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2135 All-in-One Printer on 6th August and it was delivered on 9th Aug however, your website shows that its delivered on 8th which is not, I had call with customer care about the same on 8th Aug. Leave it the main thing is as below:

                                      I did not checked product on same day when it got delivered to me, I got chance to check the same on 16th Aug and I found that product inside box and box seal was already broken, Also cables inside box was missed, and I call customer service right away. They insure me I will get product replacement and updated me how replacement will work. Person I contacted on 16th Aug and who place the replacement order was Aravind C. He asked me preferred time to pickup the package, and I preferred the morning time on 17th. So he schedule it between 10AM to 1PM on 17th August.

                                      FROM HERE THE DRAMA IS STARTED BY AMAZON, Nobody came to pickup the package in schedule time. As per your policy my replacement not dispatch until my existing package reach to you. So I again preferred to call customer service and I got connected to Sadhika V. around 3PM IST. I discussed this issue with her and she said she will takecare of this issue and she assured that pickup will be complete by end of 17th Aug. Here check what she wrote to me in email :

                                      I asked him to follow up with me at 6:30 PM to check whether pickup is completed or not, I have recorded call with Sadhika as well as Ankan, Here attachment option is not available else I will surely upload the same I believe you have the same. When he did not make call at 6.30 PM I waited till 6.45PM IST, I again preferred to call customer service where DRAMA NUMBER 3 STARTED WITH PERSON ABBAS who claim he is from ESCALATION Department. But sorry to say he speak like parrot who repeat the same thing which was done by earlier 2 representative. That call was about 55 minutes and RESOLUTION ON THAT CALL AGAIN ZERO.

                                      Through out the day and call with customer care, I was telling them that I will be outof station from tomorrow morning till monday evening. This ABBAS provided me possible solutions as below :

                                      3. We can also try to create pick-up from the new address to which you are travelling.

                                      I understand you want the pick-up to be completed by 12am midnight however the courier team will be working by 8pm and hence my humble request to wait till tomorrow and will complete pick-up at the earliest.

                                      When I asked him to connect me to higher management he simply refuse it with reason policy, I asked him to dispatch my replacement and schedule your pickup whenever you got time he simply refuse with policy reason, I asked to refund my money he again refused with SAME POLICY REASON, If he is in ESCALATION DEPARTMENT AND HE IS DOING NOTHING FROM THERE WHY HE IS THERE, I WILL SAY KICK HIM OFF FROM ESCALATION DEPARTMENT.

                                      NOW< MY QUESTION TO YOU AMAZON AND WHO EVER WHO IS READING THIS EMAIL, I ORDERED PRODUCT ON 6TH AUGUST, TODAY IS 18th AUG and its 10:15PM, I DID NOT USED PRODUCT WHICH I BUYED FOR SOMETHING, AND ALSO I AM 100% SURE THAT I CANT USE IT UNTIL NEXT WEEK, WHAT IS MEANING TO BUY SOMETHING FROM YOU, WHAT IS MEANING TO ORDER SOMETHING FROM YOU?

                                        From 3-4 days delivery agent as well as customer care service are fooling me. daily they say they will come and in the evening they say tomorrow they will come. i am mentally tired now. i am facing problem of headaches. i want to register a case against amazon for making me mentally tired and fooling me on daily basis. this is mental harrasment. i have tweeted my problem also and getting same replies daily. i beg you help me out. 1500 rs doesnt matter for them but for me it matters. but more than i am not feeling mentally goood.
