I placed an order through amazon using my friend's amex card. Due to discrepancy in billing address. My account is locked. From past 5 days, amazon customer care is showing me hell.
I tried to contact account specialist team, but they are for no help. Customer care executive said, that we cannot place a call to account specialist team.
List of emails i got from amazon asking for below details:
Day - 1: a copy of your statement for your visa ending in 03, including the billing address
@customer: my card was amex but still they are asking for visa
Day-2: a copy of your statement for your amex ending in 02, including the billing address
@customer: suddenly a mail asking for amex statement
Day-3: a copy of your statement for your visa ending in 03, including the billing address
@customer: again they are asking for visa statement
Day-4: a copy of your statement for your amex ending in 02, including the billing address
@customer: i have mailed and faxed as they requested all the details
Day-5: mail saying that fax is incomplete and send us the whole details including order id. As my account is locked i cant access the order id. And in previous mails they never asked for order id after sending all the valid details they are asking for order id.
I have mailed the right details every time and faxed the statement of requested card for 3 times. Still they are saying to give me the order id. My account was blocked after ordering, i didnt receive any sms or email. So from where should i be getting the orderid.
When i reply to the mails i receive, there wil be no reply for my query, just a auto system generated message.
I have saved all the mails, and recorded all the customer care calls.

Now i am asking you resolve this. I have 15000 amazon pay balance locked in my account. They cant just block my account. Atleast they should be cancelling the order and give access to my account.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
