But the phone was getting heating up previously

I dnt understand why they are not taking refund

They say they are customer centric company now they say they cannot take back the phone

    Right now i have all the proof regarding fraud amazon transportation services.

    1. My booking date 8th aug 2017. Delivery date as per prime membership 10th aug 2017 as per amazon, also i will replace my existing mobile phone. So as per amazon i format my mobile once i received the sms from amazon on 10th auh 2017 morning from amazon to same day delivery attempt.

    2. When there is no any update with amazon courier i called up the amazon customer care. They trying to convince me for same day delivery and he says your product will reach you at 08:00 pm.

    3. I am waiting till 08:00m pm on 10th aug 2017 for my mobile phone because i format my existing mobile and i have no any messenger and google services at that time.

    4. As per amazon sms and web details, courier boy attempted delivery at 10:42 pm at dated 10th aug 2017, it's totally fraud commitment by reputed amazon india company. Because i have words with courier boy on the recording he can not do any attempt to my place.

    5. Amazon transportation services and prime membership both are fraud because they are proving the wrong delivery date and other-hand they blame on us with their customers.

    6. I was not communicable by emails and massesgs on dated 10th aug 2017 that's why i lost my so much information and updates of my company and relatives because of amazon wrong updation.

    7. The main issue is amazon transportation services blame me for attempt fail. However, this is gross lame excuse, attempting to traumatize me causing my reputation tarnished a way too harder. This is quite tantamount to mental harassment, as amazon resorted to the pretension of its own negligence by blaming me for attempt fail. I, therefore, demand that such deed falls into the category of the defamation case, something i'd definitely take to the court. Hence, i am going to sue amazon india for this gross accusation hurting my self-esteem beyond words to express. Let the honorable court derive justice for my prestige so grossly tarnished by amazon india.

        I was promised that the orders would be delivered within 3-5 days, but till date the orders have not been delivered. You have caused me much mental tension and stress and have acted as a catalyst in spoiling ny relations with my relatives. I intend to escalate the matter further.

          One of amazon associate wrote me a email by stating the i will be able to get red mi 4 phone in next sale. She over promised me and she said 100% i will get it. And she also she said call us 30 mins before the sale she will help me while booking the phone. I called mins before and none of associate helped me.

          When i try to book the phone in next sale i couldn't able to get this phone. Past from 2 months i'm trying. But none of the amazon associate is bothered to keep their promise.

          In this case kindly guide me what i need to do?

            Dear sir,
            My confirm order no[protected] cancelled even after several time confirmation over telephone also. I made payment of rs 41998/- the hold the money for a week, then send me a email that the order is cancelled due to pricing error by the saler. This is malpractice by the saler. I do not know that some one return money after salinng process is completed. This is not fair. I also phoned to your officer that why my product is delaying? They verbally guaranteed me that i will receive the product within decleared time.
            But unfortunately today i received the cancellation massage. This is very sad and irritating me.
            I again request you to send the product at my purchased value.

              I bought an Ajanta wall clock which was delivered in damaged condition.

                  With ref to Order ID:ORDER #[protected], I have placed this order on 11th July. I did not get this product yet. Everytime I contact customer care, they tell a new story. I do not want to cancel the product as I will miss cashback from hdfc bank. Please ship the product asap. Being a prime member, I do not expect this kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior with such a big website.

                  I have been told to cancel the order by customer care and they promised me to provide me cashback as amazon was not able to ship the product and fault was on your side. I cancelled the product and after that the customer care people are teaching me terms and conditions and saying i am not eligible for cashback.
                  My question is : why i was not informed by customer care team that i was not eligible and why did they assured me cashback??

                    I just placed an order with order #[protected]. Before placing an order for this item in your website it shows delivery between 'aug 16 - 17'. And i wanted to gift someone on the same day thinking that i will receive the product on these days as you have promised.. I made online payment.

                    After making the payment when i went to my orders list i was shocked to see that it shows 'arriving 17 aug - 22 aug'. What kind of promises you make on your website.

                    Why do you make false promises to your customers.

                    As i wanted the product on aug 17, i called up your customer service to request my money back.. They said it will take 3-5 days to get my refund back.

                    This was purely your mistake, you made a statement on your website saying you will deliver the item between aug 16-17, if you wouldn't made this statement i wouldn't have placed the order.

                    For your mistake, to get my money back, why should i wait for 3-5 days???. This was your mistake, when their is your mistake why should customers suffer and wait for 3-5 days to get their money back??

                    I want my money right now.

                    Am going to file a case against this.

                      Hello Amamzon,

                      My Self Saurabh Mishra and i am very good customer of Amazon that's why i choose Amazon Prime Membership for hessel free and fast delivery.

                      1. Amazon Prime Membership is totally fraud.
                      2. I book my mobile on 8th Aug 2017 with replacement of my existing mobile and also i got the confirm delivery on Dated 10th Aug 2017.
                      3. On 10th Aug 2017 i am format my mobile as per instructed by amazon. Also in morning i got the msz from amazon to same day delivery, but whole day i am waiting for my delivery there not any response from amazon.
                      4. Also i am call to customer care executive and i found un-behaved and unmannerly response.
                      5. Customer care executive says sir your package is not delivered today even i say i am prime customer then he says sir there is not any option. It Means Amazon doing Fraud with there customers they provide us wrong delivery date and take the orders from Us.

                      To all My brother and Sisters please don't take any prime membership it's totally fraud and nothing.

                      Seriously I shame on Amazon.

                          This was very shocking to see that the product which I paced order was different than what I actually received. This is not expected from company like Amazon. You are absolutely miss guiding your customer and trying to dump useless product over the customer. As I was gifting this Parker pen to my brother on his birthday it just disappointed him by receiving this gift. I want the same product which is displayed on the site as soon as possible.

                            I had ordered for gala spin mop few days back, and after one day i got updated message lik its dispatched after that got message out for delivery, we were waiting full day for the product but no one came to deliver.. At end of the day its updated like delivery attempted... Like this happened thrice for me in 4 days.. Very carelessness... I had called customer service twice still no actions from them...

                              I have ordered Swisstyle Analogue White Dial Women'S Watch Ss-Lr824-Wht-Ch Order #[protected] which has to be delivered on 8th Aug till now i have not received the product i contacted customer care 3-4 times there i will get the reply of "We will deliver it shortly" but till now nothing has changed still i have not got the product.
                              Worst Customer Service team, Delivery Team(Fraud Team) you guys dont have the details of the package at currently how can we believe this point..?

                                      A refund of 10998 rupees was successfully processed on 27july to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                        I purchased the wifi modem vide invoice number: in-134 invoice details up[protected] dated 23/7/2017 and order no[protected] dated 23july 2017. The 9v power adaptor stopped working just within 7 days of installation. May i request you to replace the adaptor immediately. If such is the quality of product, i am afraid you should sell such products.
