I ordered the book `princess remembers`by gayatri devi as a `prime member. The initial total billing breakdown given to me was as follows - 1) book price=rs 356 2) minus 209 gift coupon 3) balance =209 & i was asked to pay a total of rs 147/only but after credit card detail billing came to rs 356/
Why this discrepency? I did not make the payment due to this wrong billing.
Please amend bill payment to the correct figure & i will then make the payment. D r chaturvedi

    I am a regular amazon customer since 2015 and i have never come across such a delivery boy until today[protected]. The delivery boy called over phone and wanted me to come to the place where he was. When i refused and ask him to come to my residence he started using so much abusive and vulgar words that i could make a police complaint on him. He didn't tell his name. He called through mobile no.[protected].

    It is very unfortunate that the largest corporate seller like amazon do not have any grievance redressing section. It seems amazon is under the 'mercy' of these indecent delivery/courier people. When complained to the customer care the call center man simply said sorry. He assured for the feed back but nothing i have heard from them till now

    amazon delivary boy they misbehave and way of talking not good.I had order phone he said came to another place they almost 10km distantace to my adderss .we are oder the product from amazone bcoz of home delivary system .why should i go...way of talking very bad .he directly cancled my order without my permistion.

      I have placed an order for lakme nail color remover, 27 ml [pack of 4] and have taken screenshot of the same but amazon has sent only 1. I was quite surprised with that hence i get back to check order details but i found they have edited the listing as well. I have contacted customer care over chat this person has clearly refused the case and asked me to send the screenshot when i sent the screenshot he accepted that it was a technical glitch but was not agree to provide missing quantity or balance amount to place the order and have not even provided any solution of the issue.
      Is it not the case of cheating when amazon is showing something to sell and then sending something else and then not accepting the mistake and not providing the difference of amount in paybalance to place the order or sending missing quantity. This person over chat told me "amazon did not issue the compensation for any issue".
      Wow... You can cheat people but can not provide compensation. I was asking to provide the missing quantity or provide balance to place the order.
      Really very shocked and surprised with this.

        I ordered redmi 4 cost 11000. I did nit like the product they did not take the return request and did not refund my money.
        [protected]. Till the time i did nit get any call feedback refund related calls from amazon. Even i forwarded my concern to ceo and jagograhak also. They are just making money and saying apni dukan apni dukan dukan means sirf apni dukan not customer dukan.

          I bought a seagate backup plus slim 1tb portable external hard drive with mobile device backup (Black) from amazon - india on 30-72016 for rs.4299.. It worked for about 6 months and then in between would not open in the computer and now in the last month it is not getting detected or opening on any computer. I think they sold me a defective piece and i am extremely upset as i had a lot of backup files on it. How do i get it it repaired/replaced?

            I have ordered the Intex Sunset Glow Baby Pool, Multi Color tub (Order#[protected] on 19th july 2017 of size 114cm*24cm but amazon has delivered the tub of size 86cm*24cm on 24th july 2017, immediately i had initiated the return pickup schedule & the schedule time has been set for very next day i.e.25th july 2017, but still today i.e. 31st july 2017 after 7 days no one has came to pickup the product, in these last 7 days i had sent the 5-6 emails & 4-5 phone calls to amazon india help desk & every time i get the same false answer as product return will be done in next 24hrs, god know which time format the amazon india is working.
            This is openly cheating to indian consumers, how come the seller can ship small size of product ?? can't he read the order assign to him properly ?? and as he ship the small size product & also try to sell his old used, damage product to customer, who had so much of fate on amazon india...

            Hence i request you kindly take the stronmg action on it..

              This is to inform you and your executives that despite my repeated requests of orders being mixed up there was no positive response from yoir side with executives only asking ne to wait.. I had ordered two products the last four digits of thw orders being 6737and 1942respectively.. Order number 1942was delivered to me at my wrong address and d courier boy took rs 650frm me despite d invoice amount being rs 238.. Whereas order number 6737 haa not been delivered to me at all with your executives asking me to only wait.. I have waited a lot nd requested them to send me the product at my address but despite your system showing the product was out for delivery no one contacted me for the delivery which is not expected from amazon.. The executive said me the product will reach me and i havw to pay only 238as i had paid for the 650rs product.. I request you to either give me rs 412 as refund or i will be compelled to take some action against amazon india for false claims and poor service.. Rest be assured i am not opting for shopping on amazon and nor am i recommending amazon to any of my relatives or friends..

                  I have loaded money in amzon pay balance of 2000rs on 12 may, 2017. They have put my account on hold on 13th may, 2017 stating that they are suspicious about my credit card activity and asked me to fax those documents. I mailed them that fax is difficult for me but without reading my mail, they replied same. And, facing so much of inconvinience, i faxed them all the documents they need. And followed them again, they asked that credit card company has not authorised the transaction. I called amex customer care and they told me that they have authorised the transaction. I asked to amazon people that how can money was loaded to amazon without authorisation of bank. I provided them all the information about fax and everything, now they are sending me the same mail to fax the same documents. First of all there is no way to directly talk to the team who has the authority to put any account on hold. Second, they dont read my mail and reply the same thing. Please help as amazon customer care is not helping.
                  As you can see in attached document there mail on 13th may and 26 july are same and i have provided every information. They have harassed me, i had to put a lot of energy which was futile as they dont respond accurately. Please let me know if you need any other info.

                    I had ordered one top from amazon on 14th july & it delivered to me within 4 days but it is defective so i requested for exchange more than 7 times through call & chat but they are just giving silly excuses that it will be exchanged but nobody is coming for pickup.                       My order no.[protected] dated 20 july 2017 was cancelled by amazon without my consent. I consider this as a ploy by amazon to dupe hapless customer's after luring them into lucrative deals for enhancing their market shares. This act is unethical and not expected from multinationals of their stature.

                      It is suspected that the information logged on their site are shared with fictitious companies because i received a packet on 22.07.2017 on cod basis for the same amount (Rs. 269/-) but after opening the packet it was noted that the product was not ordered by me. On assessing the details on packet it was understood that the product was sent by some fictitious organisation without any registration.

                        Dear amazon,
                        I placed the order in 7 th june. The delivery as mentioned was 3 rd july 2017. Till date the order has not been received. The tracking status shows that order is still on the way since a month.
                        The courier no. As mentioned by the seller has error, hence, can not be tracked with the courier tracking system.
                        I contacted the supplier, dk printworld. No response.
                        Request to kindly check why the order has not been delivered so far. Black list the dk printworld and reimburse rs. 213.81 (Akbar birbal stories).
                        This is first instance that amazon order has not been delivered on time and no response inspite of reminder.

                            Glad to know that amazon results are not good. With great expectations, i had paid for amazon prime. It turned out to be a farce. Amazon behaved irrosponsibly every time prime promise was not fulfilled. I had been ordering small and high value items. Amazon refused to refund the prime membership charges dispute repeated failures. I stopped ordering on amazon. It's some 10 months now.

                              I would like to bring to your notice about the refund of one of the items in order no.[protected], namely:
                              Kaira 0.3mm pro+ tempered glass screen protector for xiaomi redmi note 4 (Black)
                              Sold by: kaira accessories
                              Has not been completed.
                              The item was picked up from the following address on 14th of july:

                              Inderdeep sachdeva
                              Himraj furnitures
                              Near bus stand (Isbt)
                              Kangra, himachal pradesh 176001
                              India.

                              And there has been no updates by the courier for tracking it.
                              I have contacted the customer care service several times and i do not have any legit information on the courier and the refund status thereof.

                              I have received no receipt from the courier who came to pick up the package. The pick up was assigned to "blue dart" couriers.

                              Kindly initiate the refund of the said amount of rs 299 as soon as possible.

                                  I ordered redmi 4 product 10 days before. I expected the order in three to four days. I didn't receive it and was expecting that i would get that with 1 or 2 day delay.5 days have been passed i didn't get the product. I contacted the customer team they assured me that i will get that item within 24 hrs. I didn't and again contacted the support team. This time a new agent, i had to tell him the whole story again. Now he assured me the same. I had waited three more days. Today when i opened my phone, i received a text saying that the product was refused and it is on its way back. I was wondered how it could be refused as i have not refused it on my own. I contacted the very helpful (You know what i mean) customer support through chat. A new agent again, i told the story again. She listened to me patiently and analysed the situation and simply said the product was damaged and was returned back and place a new order. Whoa! What a story! My question is why they took 10 days to deliver and why they said it now. What actually happened internally. If they can't they should have tell me the same. And moreover they themselves refused the product. They have wasted
                                  My time by kept promising me that i will surely get the product. Assume it how you feel if they promise you anything. You will get clarity about the delivery of the product. But they do not stand on their words. Finally if everything goes wrong they simply say sorry for the inconvenience. Stupid activity by amazon. Lost trust. I am gonna delete this account and will not buy any products from them. This is my humble request for redmi. We love redmi products. But please don't make unavailable by involving these stupid marketers.
                                  And when i tried to post a negative review for the product, i was unable to do so. They are restricted me from posting it.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    My name is dheeraj gaur email id is gaur. [protected]@gmail.com which is registered with amazon. My amazon account is locked from 20 days. Reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i immediately cancelled that order.
                                    After one day i see my account is locked. I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in and [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong. I also try to fax my own credit card details but fax no which they given give transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request.

                                        I had placed a order for 4 led 9 watts bulbs and one led 20 watts tubelight with a battan (Strip). I received only 4led bulbs. I did not get the delivery of a tubelight as per above order. Kindly see that the delivery is made in time. Why partial delivery of the order is made? They would have informed me accordingly. It is gross mistake on the part of supplier clouldtail india private limited, thane, maharashtra - 421302.
