I got this product today itself in noon time. But i want to make a note of this that i am unable to charge this lamp. When i opened rest other products every thing was fine but from the initial timing, this lamp is not working properly.

    This is regarding my amazon order #[protected], i have purchased this order on 11 july 2017 and due to some technical problem with my order i decided to return the product to amazon. Due to this reason i have submitted return request from my amazon account within 10 days and the return was also accepted by amazon.

    The return was accepted but they never send any executive to pickup the product and now when their 10 days return policy is expired they are denying to take the product back, this is not the 1st time i have faced pickup issue but this time they have crossed all limits.

    Today instead of taking backup defective product within their 10 days return policy time they are now advising me to contact manufacturer.

    They dont even care when i said we will contact consumer court, please check the same and i am deeply requesting you to do the needful.

      Hello team,

      I nishan patel bought a lg refrigerator on 26th june during pre gst sale.

      During that time on 26th june before placing an ordr for this refrigerator we contacted amazon customer care 2 times to check that weather this refrigerator is eligable for 1000 rp cash back or not? They said yes it is eligible for cashback if you are buying from cloudtail india.

      Then we placed the order but its been a month and we have not received cashback yet.

      Moreover we contacted your team last week regarding this they said it will get credited within a month. Its more than a month and yet not got credited.

      Today when we contacted customer care they are saying that only this refrigerator is not eligible for cashback. And they are saying that scarlet orchid is not eligible for that but scarlet dazzle was eligible for cashback. So your representatives gave us incorrect information and now no one is taking responsibility for our cashback.

      So i want to raise complaint regarding this your representative misguided us on that day and now we are not getting cashback so i want you to take action against this and we want our cashback or we want to return this refrigerator because we got cheated by your team and suffering loss of 1000 rp.

        I have ordered a lice comb two months back.. Still the product is not delivered.. I have approached customer care three times.. Their only response is we are processing ur request and it's getting declined.. I have never seen such a worst service.. This is a new form of cheating customers by this.. There is no option for me to contact the seller and if i see the order status, it's always showing the dispatched status.. I order in amazon bcz of the genuineness of the order..           I had bought a mobile cover few days ago... I just ordered lenovo k5 note back cover and i got some other phone's cover... And i am really unsatisfied with this... Please get me the cover i ordered... I just had a great belief in you people and your products so i just ordered my favourite printed cover but i didn't get it... Your products had been really good just before i got this cover which i doesn't ordered..

              While the piece is excellent one of the legs supporting it is missing instead of 4 supports at the bottom only three have been given

                I have ordered a product order #[protected] on dated 15th july'17 and i have returned the product on dated 21th july'17. But till date i have not received refund of rs. 545. This kind of poor service is not acceptable. Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis. I have already been contacted with customer service 5 times regarding this matter. But assistants not satisfied me.
                They are told different things on different days.

                  I purchased & upgraded with, all-new kindle oasis with leather charging cover, 6' high-resolution display (300 ppi), wi-fi — 27 jul 2017 number:[protected] dated 27 jul 2017

                  I have been using kindle book reader for a long time. I had purchased kindle paper white on 17 feb 2014 & kindle voyage 13 march 2016. These can be easy checked from documents held in your office.

                  I gifted previously held kindle to my grand child as gift.

                  I am 79 years old, bed ridden but still enjoys reading books. From the day one the newly purchased kindle started giving me problems. Today is 01 august & effectively only 4th day of purchase of kindle oasis. The software does not respond & almost every day i have been chatting with consultants. They know very little & i have been doing hard reset by pressing on/off button for 40 seconds.

                  Please be kind to recall this item. Send me kindle voyage 3 g - 6 inch high. I shall be highly obliged & grateful. An early confirmation will be highly appreciated.

                      I bought honor 8 mobile from amazon and got delivery yesterday evening. But the phone turned out to be used. It was full of call logs, sms and browsing history and even gmail account was already configured in name of one mr. Reddy. I still cant believe that fulfilled by amazon products can turn out to be used. I am going to highlight this through twitter, facebook and other social media channels so that people become aware and dont fall victim to such fraud. I am also contemplating case in consumer court for causing me mental harassment.

                        I ordered the book `princess remembers`by gayatri devi as a `prime member. The initial total billing breakdown given to me was as follows - 1) book price=rs 356 2) minus 209 gift coupon 3) balance =209 & i was asked to pay a total of rs 147/only but after credit card detail billing came to rs 356/
                        Why this discrepency? I did not make the payment due to this wrong billing.

                          I am a regular amazon customer since 2015 and i have never come across such a delivery boy until today[protected]. The delivery boy called over phone and wanted me to come to the place where he was. When i refused and ask him to come to my residence he started using so much abusive and vulgar words that i could make a police complaint on him. He didn't tell his name. He called through mobile no.[protected].

                          It is very unfortunate that the largest corporate seller like amazon do not have any grievance redressing section. It seems amazon is under the 'mercy' of these indecent delivery/courier people. When complained to the customer care the call center man simply said sorry. He assured for the feed back but nothing i have heard from them till now

                            I have placed an order for lakme nail color remover, 27 ml [pack of 4] and have taken screenshot of the same but amazon has sent only 1. I was quite surprised with that hence i get back to check order details but i found they have edited the listing as well. I have contacted customer care over chat this person has clearly refused the case and asked me to send the screenshot when i sent the screenshot he accepted that it was a technical glitch but was not agree to provide missing quantity or balance amount to place the order and have not even provided any solution of the issue.
                            Is it not the case of cheating when amazon is showing something to sell and then sending something else and then not accepting the mistake and not providing the difference of amount in paybalance to place the order or sending missing quantity. This person over chat told me "amazon did not issue the compensation for any issue".
                            Wow... You can cheat people but can not provide compensation. I was asking to provide the missing quantity or provide balance to place the order.
                            Really very shocked and surprised with this.

                              I ordered redmi 4 cost 11000. I did nit like the product they did not take the return request and did not refund my money.

                                I bought a seagate backup plus slim 1tb portable external hard drive with mobile device backup (Black) from amazon - india on 30-72016 for rs.4299.. It worked for about 6 months and then in between would not open in the computer and now in the last month it is not getting detected or opening on any computer. I think they sold me a defective piece and i am extremely upset as i had a lot of backup files on it. How do i get it it repaired/replaced?

                                  I have ordered the Intex Sunset Glow Baby Pool, Multi Color tub (Order#[protected] on 19th july 2017 of size 114cm*24cm but amazon has delivered the tub of size 86cm*24cm on 24th july 2017, immediately i had initiated the return pickup schedule & the schedule time has been set for very next day i.e.25th july 2017, but still today i.e. 31st july 2017 after 7 days no one has came to pickup the product, in these last 7 days i had sent the 5-6 emails & 4-5 phone calls to amazon india help desk & every time i get the same false answer as product return will be done in next 24hrs, god know which time format the amazon india is working.
                                  This is openly cheating to indian consumers, how come the seller can ship small size of product ?? can't he read the order assign to him properly ?? and as he ship the small size product & also try to sell his old used, damage product to customer, who had so much of fate on amazon india...

                                  Hence i request you kindly take the stronmg action on it..

                                    This is to inform you and your executives that despite my repeated requests of orders being mixed up there was no positive response from yoir side with executives only asking ne to wait.. I had ordered two products the last four digits of thw orders being 6737and 1942respectively.. Order number 1942was delivered to me at my wrong address and d courier boy took rs 650frm me despite d invoice amount being rs 238.. Whereas order number 6737 haa not been delivered to me at all with your executives asking me to only wait.. I have waited a lot nd requested them to send me the product at my address but despite your system showing the product was out for delivery no one contacted me for the delivery which is not expected from amazon.. The executive said me the product will reach me and i havw to pay only 238as i had paid for the 650rs product.. I request you to either give me rs 412 as refund or i will be compelled to take some action against amazon india for false claims and poor service.. Rest be assured i am not opting for shopping on amazon and nor am i recommending amazon to any of my relatives or friends..
