    Bought a amazon exclusive LG Q6 phone on 10th Aug. Phone heats up like anything but the amazon CS team refused to take it back saying that it has changed its phone replacement/refund policy.
    The CS team says they agree with the problem in the phone but from their end they have no right to process the refund. How ridiculous is that.
    Have contacted the CS team on FB and twitter but they have chat bots to handle the complaint. They jus keep writing and shuttling the case from here and there to surpass the return period.
    Amazon india taking the customers granted as the litigation process in india is lengthy and they run their unethical business freely.

      Without delivering the product to me, the amazon agent (Phone:[protected]) updates the status as delivered, and always gives it to some other neighbours, without informing me, when i questioned him, he is replying that he would do the same thing again and his words are not acceptable. He is speaking without manners. We have already paid for the product also through amazon pay.

        On 3 aug i ordered a redmi 4 mobile and it delivered date is 8 aug but on that date it not delivered. On next i called in ur customer care no. That my mobile not yet received. Ur executive said to me sir ur order on a way and delivered in 24 to 36 hour later. I said no problem and next day i again called ur executive yogesh on 10 aug at 12:06 p. M. And ur executive said to me that ur product had lost our courier company and it not delivered. Place cancel ur product for refund ur money then i said ur executive place cancel my order for refund my money. But currently no anyone taking any action for refund my money. My order no is[protected]. Every day i called ur executive and all of them misguide to me and someone says to me that i put a mail for refund ur money. But no-one take any action. Please refund my money asap. I buys a new mobile redmi 4...

          Worst shopping site ever.. I have ordered 4 items on 9th august which was expected to deliver by 16th august. As per status on 13th august (Today), i got a message that 3 of my items with tracking id #[protected] are out for delivery and in evening at 6pm i got a message that i rejected the items and items are being returned to amazon. But no body neither even contacted nor reached at my home for delivery. I immediately called customer care and asked the reason but they didn't even knew contact number and details of their amazon transport office in yamunanagar (Haryana). Then i somehow managed to find their office with help of ekart services. When i reached their office, they said my items are packed and ready to dispatch for return. I called customer care and made contact of transport service executive and customer care executive but all in vain. I struggled for an hour on call and personally with amazon transport services executive but nobody listened to my problem and told me that nothing can be done. I need to reorder. Why should i reorder? It's not my fault. No courier service send the pack immediately back if they are not able to contact and find customer address. I have personally seen their delivery boy was listening from two other customers for the same. Amazon transport services is the worst service ever. These products were very urgent to me but nobody gave a resolution. And now i have to wait for my refund. My experience is very bad with amazon. I will never ever suggest anybody to shop with amazon and will try my best to degrade amazon wherever possible due to big loss i faced because of amazon..

            I had ordered a book entitles "essentials of ecology" fourth edition. Order (#[protected]. As i was ordering the book, i could judge by the cover of the book that it was the third edition, though on the page it displayed 4th edition. After placing the order i got apprehensive and immediately sent an email to the customer care. The correspondence via email is given below.

            I received the book on 11th august and paid an amount of 5670 rs. However when i opened the package i found that it was pale, old third edition of the book. I did not expect this from a company like amazon and even when i had given prior information to the customer care. Please look into the matter and deliver the 4th edition of the book as ordered.

                I received my moto g play order last month, due to non working of touch, i returned back. Again i received my same phone on july 31st. Due to my unavailability at home, i could not check the till 12th august. I came to know that memory slot is not working. I called amazon customer care and seeking for help. He said, this is against our policy, the return request should be initiated before 12th august. May i ask you one question, i could i know about a phone that is not working before seeing it?. If your policy is not bending for customer, how could you still getting orders from inefficient dealer who cheated me twice. If i am the victim, what you have taken steps to punish the dealer?

                    Have ordered a product - Rawlings
                    Sporting Goods RIF ASA Softball, 12" it had description with 12 items but have received only 1 item of the order. Remaining 11are not received. We had tournament in next month and have ordered the ball for same purpose but they have sent less items than what is mentioned in the description. It's affecting our practice as we don't have required balls to practice. Resolve this issue ASAP as we can't expect delay here.

                      I trusted amazon, but after this order i am really afraid to order any item through amazon in future.

                      First, of all the item did not receive to my address. I was forced to get it from parcel office.
                      Second, this product "made in china", is not working, the bottom fan is not working in my first use.

                          Pls look into this order. Either your systems are not in place or there is some insider job kind of thing

                          Ordr placed and payment done -2nd aug
                          3rd aug amazon shows item dispatched. However no tracking status available since it is thru indiapost. But 1 consignment number is given which is not traceable @ indiapost tracking courier: india post, tracking #: ed[protected]in.
                          On 11th august when we asked seller @ amazon to ship faster, he replies on mail that courier was returned by indiapsoon after, when we contacted cc amazon, they say as per their information the consignment was returned by customer.
                          Here, seller and amazon are giving different reasons. But, actually, the customer neither returned the consignment nor he could confirm with india post that the consignment was ever shipped.
                          Till 12th august tracking status @ amazon shows "arriving 14 aug"
                          Now that product is out of stock with the seller. And currently similar product listed is around 5 times costlier.
                          Amazon should not encourage such sellers who take amazon customers for a ride.

                            Dear sir,
                            My daughter Mrs Lakshmi Ishwar bought COOLPAD NOTE 5 Lite vide Invoice dated 11-May-2017 to give me her father Mr. Jayaram Srinivasan on his birth day on 24th July 2017. I started using the brand new phone subsequent to that.
                            I started using the phone subsequent to[protected]. On my third charging fortunate for all the charger started burning and fortunate for we all its started burning in my hands and I was able to pre-empt a major disaster.

                            I took up the matter with CoolPad noted authorised servicing agent in Alwaye who disowned his agency as specified by M/s Coolpad in its home page and gave opinion that I am not eligible to claim replacement nor repair.

                            I have forwarded a email complaint to COOLPAD. I am yet to receive a reply as my desire was for a complete replacement as a major (burning Problem) has happened with in 20 days o[censored]sage and more Particularly my third charging of phone and my presence of mind has saved a great caterosphy with mild damage to my hand.

                            If I fail to receive positive response from with in 24 hours from you and your merchandiser m/s COOL PAD (M/s Videocon) I am constrained to file an attempt of murder with local Police and complaint to consumer forum with right to publish the lousy products of Coolpad and lousy role of Amazon in promoting a lousy product to make quick buck.

                            I need a reply in 24 hours as I need not be cheated by you and my Legal, social media, consumer court will start on Monday (14.08.2017)
                            Please stop promoting lousy products and in turn your credibility is damaged.
                            I also reserve my right to claim compensation for non-performance of my mobile as I am a leading financial consultant. My loss of connectivity and you and your vendors so response may put you in more problem,
                            Only solution is either refund the amount or arrange to forward a new sets of phone as replacement or face my consequences

                              I ordered a product online through amazon to be delivered at my location - hazaribag, jharkhand. This wasn't my first time and i have been a loyal customer over an extended period of time. Due to quality and performance issues i want to return the product but they are not providing return pick up service now stating unreasonable excuse. They say that returns can be made only self-shipping - but it was not mentioned in the description page. Such details should be mentioned so that the customer can make a calculated decision. Online shopping means hassle free service at our door step - as a consumer i am being denied of the same. There are numerous courier partners available at location and yet amazon is shying away to arrange a pick up for my order. Terrible experience!!!

                                On 9 august i've ordered a sony headphone... My order number is[protected]...
                                There was a problem with amazon... The amazon app was showing my order has been delivered but i've not received any product and my order was on cod... I complain about this to amazon but still it says its delivered...

                                Since 10th of august i was getting email that my order is out for delivery i don't know what is wrong with amazon
                                Surprisingly on 12th of august delivery guy arrived i was out of station and then he started abusing (Slang words) me because i was not a home.
                                After that when i called him he said he have cancelled the delivery and hung up...
                                I strictly want to take action against him.

Your rep called me from cell [protected] around 1219 pm today asking me to collect the item from him as he cannot come to my home address to deliver. I told i have paid delivery charges and he is to deliver the item at the address. He said he will return the item for some else of his colleague to deliver by this evening. Meanwhile i was shocked and astounding to see a mail from amazon.in that my item was not delivered as there was no one to receive the item where as no one attempted after the above phone call.                                     I Shruti Jain ordered a product from your app via mobile no. [protected]. I would like to inform you about the misguidance you did to me and I ordered under that influence. Your add is showing as MRP of Rs.260 and in bracket saying saving of Rs.40 (screenshot attached) it was like amazon is providing me discount on its own, but in actual the MRP is Rs.220 only on which I can purchase from local market as well (screenshot attached) rather my local vendor always provide me discount of 10%. So probably I would get this product on less than Rs.200 which I got from you on Rs.220 under influence that you are giving me discount of Rs.40. Please do the needful as I really didn't find this ethical. You can call me in case of any clarification on the above no.

                                      Sir my amazon account name is muskan and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no. Is [protected] i have ordered roxx steel beverage flask 1leter dated 30.07.2017. Item delivered me on 04.08.2017 but baltra thermos 1leter send. I found wrong items pack so i have voice call customer care dated 04.08.2017 by mobile no.[protected].
                                      I say customer care wrong items delivered to me. Customer care said you can replacement items.

                                      I have replacement order dated 04.08.2017 and pick up meeting fixed on 05.08.2017 (01pm to 4pm) but not pick up items.
                                      I consulted customer care four to five times by [protected].

                                      Again voice call by customer care, he said delivery address not found so please address download on amazon website. I have downloaded adress on webisite after meeting fixed by customer care on 12.08.2017 01pm to 04pm.
                                      Deliveriman came on 12.08.2017 pick up items but refused returned take items. Sir i am very harrassed and unsatisfied.

                                        Hello all,

                                        This is in regards to the order placed on amazon.in with the order number[protected],
                                        I had placed the order on amazon before for jbl clip 2 waterproo[censored]ltra portable speakers (Black), worth rs 3490/-
                                        The product was supposed to be delivered by 17th july and has yet not been delivered. This product was a prepaid delivery, but till today haven’t got the product. And the customer agent (Mohammed, prabhjot singh-escalation queue, akshya, akansha and many more) say’s that the product is already delivered and they are checking on the status.
                                        I have called the customer care more than 50 times in the last 1 month. Every time they say ” we are working on it. Your money is safe with us”
                                        I have not received the product. Amazon neither returns my money nor do they deliver the product, and the customer care just annoys saying wait for 7 more days and you will receive the money back.
                                        The web site shows that the product is yet not delivered. And amazon customer agent say that the product is delivered. The people are really stupid. I am really frustrated with the service amazon is giving. I either need my money asap.

                                        I called the customer care now again, they are now saying a-z guarantee has been declined and they are now doing some other checks and asked me to wait for 7-14 days more, i am sick of hearing this 7-14 days, its already more than a month.
                                        I will never order any product going forward from amazon. And even will ask my friends not to buy any product from amazon especially with pre-paid amount.
