Oder id[protected] product returned as on Jun 4, 2017 due to product default
today is 19/06/2017 yet i have not received my refund

cheque provided as on 13/06/2017 cheque no. 049674 was rejected
i requested them to transfer by neft yet i have not received any refund or response from them....

I purchased diplomat epbax system fro amazon n 2nd ay 2017.
Due to renovation work was in process i tried to install the instrument on 16th june and i found it as damaged.
I called amazon customer care but they gave a very casual answer that i have to contact the seller. Now the seller is itself an online seller of kind of product. I tried to contact the but they are not answering.
It is really unfortunate that amazon...

My place the order 4th april17 item name jsny shoot n score arcade basketball and received very late that time is 19 th may (After days) same day i complain material item wrong size received that cost rs around rs 7 thousand my booked material cost rs 15, 155/-and item was damaged condition how to use i complain every day customer care (Phones) mail also still my problem is not solved,

A refund of 649 rupees and 548 rupess was successfully processed on 1st july 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my hdfc account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I ordered this phone from amazon online and got it on 15th june, 2017. However to my dismay i got a mobile which had problem on charging, it started hanging and the phone was vibrating. So immediately i contacted the customer care to return back my product and initiate a refund. I have placed an order on 22-march-2017; but the amazon did not deliver the item till 18-may-2017.

After some days (2-jun-2017) when i asked again amazon wrote me "the order has been delivered".

Amazon has delivered the order to wrong person.

I wrote to amazon many times to provide the name of the person who received the order but amazon did not share the details.

I placed on order with amazon.in on 27th april 2017 - costus igneus, insulin - plant 2 no - order #[protected] thru "nursery live"
The plants never arrived and when i checked, the status shows delivered - but no one at my home or neighbours received it.
When i try to post a complaint on amazon portal, i get a reply mail, repeatedly saying that

"message not delivered
There was a problem delivering...

I placed an order in april for an apple watch, but i received the package in tampered condition and the product which i received was fake.
I sent snapshots to both seller and amazon. They said they will do the refund in 3-5 working days.
Its been 3 months the issue is still being escalated, whenever i call they give different answers and they say they will arrange a call back for me, but i get a replay through email from buyer...

This was third class experience on online purchase. Amazon sold faulty product to me worthrs 27000. No one responding on custmer care of oneplus. Went three times service center and done formatting but still problem remains.
I thing amazon started cheating customer. If not than pls help to replace my 7month old phone.

I ordered the khadisure bhringraj powder 100g from amazon.in, order #[protected] ordered on may 21, 2017.

The seller promised to deliver the product by 2nd june but he never did. I tried contact him several times via email but every time he told he is delivering the product which never arrived. He keeps giving one or other reason of not delivering the product and has still not yet delivered. br...

I ordered 6th edition of quantitative aptitude book. But i got 7th edition. I told them to returne and refund. But they told me for self return and they would refund. But self return service is not possible for me. Many more problems there in self return service. If return is not possible by them then why do they issue book in my pincode? Amazon should have return order service like other site. And i want to refund order....

From amazon india on 22nd jan 2017. I am yet expecting same from seller. Contacted seller 4-5 times since then to refund, but there is no response from seller and nor from amazon....

Only after few days i put the sim in it and observed that in this phone sim card is not detecting and the phone automatically got switch off some times.
I tried to initiate a return, but for mobile phones amazon asks to download the smartchk app from the orders/returns page and test with it. But i mistakenly installed on...

Continuously following up for refund of a very small amount rs.355/- but there is no respond from your side. I am a regular customer & i think i have done a great mistake to purchase from your site and if i will not get my refund then i will file a case on consumer court and will instruct to all my colleagues through our over all plant in india not to purchase any product from amazon site.

Order was promised it will be delivered at 12:40 after being delayed twice. Even after paying extra for urgent delivery. Has already been delayed twice and was supposed to arrive yesterday.
Amazon should not gurantee delivery if it cant fulfill its promise. Even the delivery guy contact details not provided even after asking twice. Pathetic service by amazon....
