I Ordered Captcha oppo neo smart watch on 27 jun 17 Order no.[protected] with AMAZON INDIA. They delivered me defected peace I returned it on 29 Jun 17 and requested replacement. No replacement is initiated by this company and has gone in sleeping mode. Customer care doesnot help at all. Kindly look into the matter and intervene plz.

    I have ordered few items in amazon and items were supposed to be delivered on 7th august. I have not received the items but instead i received email and sms stating that the product has been delivered.

    It was more than 3 days extra where the product was not delivered

    The number mentioned in the message to reach delivery agent is wrong number which is surprise.

      Fir mai uske office jake apne parcel ko pick kiya and puchha ki mere address mr kya kami h to usne mujhse sai se bat nai kiya aur utla sidha bat kiya maine kaha mai complain karunga fir bhi use eska koi dar nai.

          Hi,

          I purchased apple iphone 7 on 29 july same got delivered on 31 july. But i received only iphone 4s i contacted their customer care and they told to send me the photos of wrong product and i have done the same on next day itself but till now none of their executive is responding properly and i have sent more than 6 to 7 mails and they are asking 24 to 48 hours time but haven't provided replacement... If they can't provide replacement then they should get the product back and refund my money... They are keeping my money and playing...

          Need a solution for this in priority..

            I am very sad to report that your delivery boy who was handling my cal was so rude that he cuts abruptly with out giving me any details of my enquiry. The ridiculous part is that he hears all my enquiry and cuts of the communication, it feels very bad and the rude approach really hurts and i felt that i have chosen a very bad reputed firm for my product which makes me communicate with such reckless persons who does't have any responsibility to update about my own product, i am not enquiring about any personal info of neither the delivery boy or the company. This is very disgusting and had a very bad experience to have associated with a company which has a end user
            Person who are so irresponsible and rude.
            The person who was handling the communication had a phone number of +[protected]
            Please check and see that there is friendly & responsible persons are appointed as delivery boys or atleast train them to be friendly and have some good manners while communicating with your customers
            I think this is the least you should be maintaining with your customers

              Hi team,
              This is to inform you that my wife rakhi aggarwal has purchased vr box from your amazon india with order id :[protected] dt 18/07/2017 for rs 448/- in the name of rakhi aggarwal, indirapuram, ghaziabad. From your seller [protected]@creative products pvt. Ltd. By checking we found that the quality of product is good and we have ask for product return. When the courier person came to collect the product, he told that i need 2 products as according to his sheet 2 products have been delivered. Therefore he left the product and re book for 2 day later. From that date we have contacted 4 times to your customer care and every time they told that with in 48 hrs your product will be taken back. But till date no body has come to collect the product.
              This type of service i am not expecting from amazon, who has create a milestone in customer service.

              Hoping my product will be taken back with in 24 hours, otherwise i have to escalate to higher authorities.

                Today is 9th aug and even after multiple attempts to contact amazon, i am unsuccessful in getting my package.

                What is their liability in case they are not able to deliver the package..

                  The issues is my registered mobile is left at home yesterday. Delivery person - name ravi ([protected]) - i have personally called 25 times and ever registered complaint at your customer care center through chat & phone & email. They have ensure that shipment will be delivered on 08th by eod.

                  I have personally added my contacts no [protected] but no one called me but updated fake attempt on website.

                  I have send this gift on birthday celebration. Because of amazon delivery service everything loss.

                  I will ensure that suggest every one no one should do shopping with amazon.

                  I have personally ensured by your guys by shipment delivered but i don't think any benefit would be.

                  Even i am ready to self collect shipment from your delivery hub. Neither you helped me nor you are providing any support.

                  If i will not get shipment then i will force to legal way now i will demanding harassment cases.

                      The courier guys are never interested to do their work. They are simply lazy, they just don't visit your home and mark the status as Address Not Found. I have this experience with almost all courier companies.

                        I have purchased an matrix vision pro308 epabx system 20th march 2017.

                        It stopped working from last june 2017, i contacted seller to provide invoice but it was not responding me, i get in touch with amazon they everytime make an excuse that they are working on it and it will take a week to get the things done.

                        But now its almost 60 days passed but i have not received any invoice nor anyone contacted me.

                          This unfortunate that i had received a dead xolo handset and had given complaint in amazon. They have given state that they representative will call me.. Now it is 72 hr i. E three day. Till now none from amazon called me.

                          I feel it is ture that amazon is selling dead set and taking customers for a hot ride.

                          I stronly feel amazon had cheated me..

                                Order no #[protected] marks and spencer women's cropped navy pant-the item was returned on 29th july and i still have received no refund. Amazon's national escalation team is useless and do not even know how to match products with the order and track their returns thereby harassing customers. Amazon must start to outsource their customer service.

                                [protected] marks and spencer women's body blouse - the item was delivered on 2nd july and picked up on 8th july but refund has not been received so far. Initially amazon told me that the product returned was old and duplicate. Now i am being told that i have returned a pant for a blouse. They themselves don't know what they are talking.
                                Since the payments for both the above orders was made online by credit card, my bank is charging me on late fees and interest charges.

                                  I had ordered a 5.5 inch mi note 4 @ rs.10998 but got a 5 inch one. I tried to return but no return policy exists. I called customer care but they plainly refused. I even told that kindly take this back n instead sent me honor 6x worth rs. 14000/- but they plainly refused. I am a regular n prime customer of amazon but deeply disappointed. Going against my friends advice of buying phone from flipkart i preferred amazon. Even flipkart returns the phone dn y not amazon. U customer satisfaction is a big zero. M feeling so cheated n the way customer care told we can't do anything.. U have to keep the phone. Its my hard earned money. I shall file a cheating case against amazon in consumer court. The seller is green mobiles from bangalore.

                                      I have ordered a godrej masterblaster handwash 800 ml. The product reached courier office at silchar on 04 august 2017. The courier local called me (From [protected]) in the morning to confirm my name and address. He said that it was not possible to deliver the product on friday but they will deliver it on saturday (05 august 17). On saturday i called the gentleman, he said he could not do so as he is on leave today.
                                      Today 07 august, the order status is "out for delivery", but i have yet to receive the product.

                                      Most unfortunately, every time he fails to deliver the product, i receive email and sms saying "delivery was attempted but customer was not available".

                                      If the product is not received in time after it has reached silchar courier office is extremely unfortunate.

                                      Please look into this complaint very seriously.

                                        This is a refurbished mobile and getting heat while charging and calls. Manufacturer says data/ apps were downloaded. Usually every mobile have Whatsapp, Facebook and misc.apps. I want to bring to your notice that on the Day 1 it got heated while charging with out any downloads and without sims/ Network interacted.
