I am an amazon prime customer, purchase alot of product via amazon with
Satisfaction. But this time the product is not delivered directly to me,
Instead they gati courier service deliver the product at one of the town
Branch, i clearly mention my office address that is in balaramapuram
Branch, but they deliver the product one of the city branch, it is around
15 kilometres from my office. One of the courier boy just call me and say
That they can't deliver it to my preferred address, then why amazon just
Assign these stupid courieer company for the delivery, anyway i am very
Disappointed and hesitate this time, in my all amazon experience, it is
Pathetic. I just got amazon update message about the delivery
The courier person don't call me after delivery so far, the irresponsible
Authority
Please never repeat this type of vulger delivery process to any customer,
It tarnish the good image of amazon due to some stupid courieer's bleady

    Inka customer care services bhi achha nhi he ye kabhi call attend nhi krte t tha customer ki puri bat ko sune bger phone disconnect kr detection he.
    Me ye jan na chahta hu ki agar uska dam gst ke bjese ghat jata to kya vo mera order cancle krte.

      Product - rakhi
      While placing order it shows that the order will be delivered in 3-4 business days, so i placed the order and make payment. After payment done in order details the delivery date was changed and it was 8th august.
      Rakhi festival is 7th and the order will be delivered on 8th august.
      I tried to contact amazon to request but they says the order while in transit it was missed and will be delivered on 8th only.

        I have placed the order #[protected] from amazon.in on 24th july. And its showing in my account that it has been delivered on 29th july. But i did not receive anything. I am calling and sending emails to amazon india. But they are not doing anything or investigating the matter. It was a rakhi gift so i wanted it to get delivered at least on 5th august. Now amazon people are saying that they can't deliver the product. As they have delivered it to someone else. But i want all the products to be delivered to me.
        I have questions :
        Why did the courier boy not call up the given cell number before delivering it???
        How can they deliver the prepaid products to anyone else???

          This is regarding my order#[protected]
          I have ordered a product on 2nd of august 2017, as it was mentioned that prime customer will get the product delivered on next day as i am a prime customer so delivery should be next day i. E.3 aug but unfortunately it was not received yet but amazon website shows it delivered on 3 aug.

          When i called amazon customer care on 3rd august around 7pm they asked me to wait for today product will recieve but no luck : (

          Next day again i called and asked about product delivery i got answer that i have to again wait for 24 hrs.

          This is what amazon is making customer fool and taking money for prime membership and not able to deliver the product on time.
          Certainly it needs to take serious action against this type.

            I got a call from amazon and they said that you are selected in amazon as supervisor they asked me to pay security amount of 1550 for uniform and call letter transport fee they are cheated me after paying again they are asking for madiclaim deposit then i got it, it's fake after that they are not responding. I think they are fake people from amazon recruitment team

              Purchased a guggul product from amazon. The product turns out to be a fraud product and not the one ordered. Amazon not even publishing my review on product, saying product cost less than 1500..
              The seller promised to supply pure guggul resin but supplied some fake resin which emits a highly toxic stench.
              The seller will befool many more if not stopped

                  They are forcing me that please share your cvv number without it we can not process you refund amount whenever I have done payment through net banking.

                        I had purchased oneplus 3t gunmatel from amazon. I had given order on 28th april 2017 and product was delivered on 2nd may 2017 after three months i,. E is 2nd august i hve complaint on amazon and was given false address of service center. I had purchased this of rs 29999. And now they are repling to go to service center. I want new piece. Not satisfied by answer given. This means we keep on following them after purchasing a big amount mobile phone, i had called on amazon talked with mrs pooja.

                          Recently i suffered from fake delivery attempt status by amazon for approx 3-4 times. A message used to come saying out for delivery and no one came whole day. At around 7:30pm message came saying delivery failed saying some reason which directly blames that additional address information required which is not true because every item comes properly otherwise on same address. They txt next day that its out for delivery and failed in the evening saying other reason that is failed because we could not contact you
                          Again next time same happens so a ivr call comes to reschedule delivery so reschedule by giving time slot and day. The day was 30th july 2017 and time slot 11am-2pm but no txt that day on 31st july evening a call comes which i missed because of some reason and i called tht number back in 15mins (Honestly 15mins) so the man picks up the phone i ask who is it and tells my name so he starts shouting on me saying that the item will be returned i came 3 times now it will be returned i have come there 15 mins back you did not pick up the call tempo could not stand on the main road so i left. I said you reattempt delivery where are you now he says i am in office. I told him you see i will compain to amazon you have come just once now and gave fake delivery all these days he hangs up. So i gave a delivery feedback on amazon but no-one cares about me. This all was the second experience this has happened before also on 1 oct 2016 order of mine which also got returned to seller. And many other orders also gave fake delivery attempts but eventually got delivered. I even complained to amazon many times but all they say is we will attempt.in 2016 order i complaint that time also it wasn't resolved so this time i directly gave feedback but still no response from amazon india. This behaviour of amazon is frustrating and wastes my so much days. Consumer complaint is my last hope. And i am sure many experience the same but those many are less for amazon compaired to other many which dont experience this so they ignore i guess. Please help me on this. Delivery service needs to improve.

                            I got a call from amazon company and they said to send educational documents and resume for supervisor post. Then i received a mail from [protected]@gmail.com that i got selected as supervisior. Again i got a call to pay 1550₹ as security deposit and i paid the money later again they called and asked 2500 for bank account opening. I paid them but there is no response. I dont want that money but please catch those fraud and punish them.

                            when i posted this complaint am getting continuos calls regarding refund. and they are saying that bank must maintian minimum balance and asking bank details. i got areound 6 calls from different numbers saying that they are the senior refund department. i dont know what is the truth but if they are really interested to refund me send to my paytm account([protected]).

                              No attempt has been made by amazon for delivery?

                              Then why amazon is taking lame excuse by bull-# with the story that address was not found?

                                One of amazon associate wrote me a email by stating the i will be able to get red mi 4 phone in next sale. She over promised me and she said 100% i will get it. And she also she said call us 30 mins before the sale she will help me while booking the phone. I called mins before and none of associate helped me.

                                When i try to book the phone in next sale i couldn't able to get this phone. Past from 2 months i'm trying. But none of the amazon associate is bothered to keep their promise.

                                In this case kindly guide me what i need to do?

                                Even though mistake from associate giving over commitment they don't have any resolution apart from harassing the their customers and wasting their time. Worlds number E commerce company, learned how to cheat customers. They have found new constitution, Unethical values in India. Dear all if you receive any email from Amazon don't believe on this end of the day they can say they can't help you even after having confirmation in writing. And they don't have any resolution team who can act on this. Shame on you Amazon for being No 1 company.

After that you informed me that due to technical reason the order failed and you advice me to revise the order with in 24 hour. The revise order successfully placed on[protected]Order number #[protected] and an amount of rs.349 again debited from my account. As per your message you promise to refund the failure order amount of rs. 349/-with in two or three days. Even after one week, the excess amount is not credited to my account. You are requested to refunt the amount at the earliest

                                        Let me share my experience with Amazon India. My wife and I are in the US and wanted to send a phone as a gift to her sister in India on her birthday. We ordered the phone with a one day delivery. There was some kind of glitch due to which the phone was never delivered. We understand that sometimes things like that happen and so we called customer service who told us that as per policy we needed to wait about 24 hours and if the phone had not turned up they would take further action. So we waited and called back at which point they said we would need to wait for 48 hours before ordering a replacement. 48 hours later the waiting period was magically extended to 72 hours. At this point we were angry as the gift would not reach on time for her birthday. But we were told that after 72 hours a replacement would be sent and that it would have a one day delivery status. When we called back, customer care actually had the audacity to try and say that as per policy they need to wait for 4 days. After much arguing they eventually relented and generated a replacement. But the replacement would only arrive by standard delivery. When we pointed out that we had paid for a 1 day delivery and had been promised that the replacement would also be on a 1 day delivery, customer care said that they were mistaken when they said that and that when replacements are ordered it cannot be on a 1 day delivery service. It was really important that it reach as soon as possible and therefore I even offered to pay again for the 1 day delivery fee but everything fell on deaf ears. Eventually the person from the 'Leadership team' actually said that the conversation was going nowhere and hung up on me. Throughout this process Amazon India reneged on multiple promises and did everything in their power to make life as uncomfortable as possible. This is honestly the worst experience I've had with an online shopping company and customer service and there is no way we will be using Amazon India ever again. For everyone else out there if you're alright with things not reaching on time, being lied to and being taken for a ride then Amazon India is the company for you.
