Hi my name is john patel i m a frequent user and a buyer of amazon. But now it seems that they really do nt care about the customers.in 1 month this is my 3 complaint. Today i purchased a wd elements 2tb hard drive. While i was placing the order it showed on the web site that if i oderbin the next 4hrs n some minutes i receive my order tomorrow, now after placing the order it says that ill receive it on 18th july. So i spoke to amazon but they cant really help me.

    Dear team,

    I need your help to solve my issue on my amazon.in order[protected] and amazon is not accepting their mistake and refunding my rs:100.
    I've placed this order on 10th jul'17 and as per the "next day delivery service by amazon, the next day should be 11th and not 12th jul'17. I've not received my order on 11th and amazon is arguing that the next day is 12th jul. But this is not mentioned over the next day delivery terms and condition. Please help me solve this issue.

      I have purchases tp link wi-fi router with 3 years warranty from amazon. I have issue in product i go to tp link service center they ask me your product purchases from amazon so i don't accept in warranty. Then me contact to amazon customer care but he also not helping in my problem in 20 days. Very worst service from amazon. I suggest every one no one buy any one item by amazon

        Purchased asus laptop from amazon on 2nd july 17, made a cancellation request on 3rd. Till date no refund or return item received. 3 officers, namely, anita, pratobha and chinmay, have promised to resolve the issue within 48 hrs and nothing has happened since last 8 days. Salman k today has promised the refund within 48 hrs today. Again have to wait for 48 hrs.

            Customer service executive hung up the call being abusive

            I have a complain against ms. Sonal a customer care representative, she has been abusing me over the phone. I asked her to transfer the call to the manager or the supervisor, she asked me if there is anything else she can do for me, again when i asked her to transfer the call to the manager or the supervisor, she told me she told me she will not do that and she was extremely rude to me and i have lost my cool...

            I have purchase 2 of huggies new born combo pack (2 pack) on 8th jan' 2017 in 906/-. When i was purchased the product amount debit from my account but product not ordered. Show product cancel and amount refund within 24 hours but till now i have not received any refund amount.

            I have already raised the complaint in customer care but no one is responsible to solve my problem.

            Kindly resolve my problem asap and refund my amount.

                a person call me([protected]) from your side his way of talking is inappropriate kindly take action against him and he is also asking for my bank details and said that untill you provide your details your account has been as remain
                I have ordered two products from Amazon India. I used one and wanted to return another. I raised request for one item and every time courier boy come with reverse slip of two pickup items. One Item I have used so wanted to return only one. Customer care is not responding at all.

                  Hi,

                  I have ordered a product on 6th july and it was supposed to reach my office by 10th 5.00 p. M, since its my office time delivery must be done by 5.00 p. M. However, the delivery boy called me at 5.30 p. M for the product and i told him i am not in office and that to deliver it to me by tomorrow. After an hour i got a message from amazon and there they say that my product is successfully delivered and signed by me, directly received by me! I have not received any product and already paid for it through card.
                  I am surprised that anybody can fake your signature and pickup the product even the delivery boys can do that! Amazon has no security or safety for the delivery at all. Now they say it might take 36 hours to resolve.

                    I have purchased jainish jeggings for women's (Stretchable) though 02 order vide no.[protected] and[protected] on dated 29-mar-2017 under "buy fresh styles and get amazon pay balance rs. 500 offer" offer was running during 25-mar-17 to 29-mar-2017.

                    As per offer terms, account holder can get rs.500 amazon pay balance if they purchase any item from given specific page link. (Link mentioned in offer terms no.5). There is no any condition like minimum purchase amount required to get benefit of cashback. As per offer any account holder can place maximum 02 order and they eligible for max. Of rs.1000 amazon pay balance (See offer terms no.7)

                    I purchase 02 product with 02 various order id. So, i am eligible for rs.1000 amazon pay balance (Each of rs.500 for 02 order maximum).

                    As per offer, eligible customer will get amazon pay balance latest by 15-may-17 but in my account it was not credited till today. During this i have contacted to customer care but they denied my request for cash back, they said you are not eligible for cashback and satisfactory reply also not given, why i am not eligible, while no any condition violating by me. All supporting screenshot also attached herewith for your ready reference.

                    Please go through the matter and investigate the same to provide justice from amazon.

                      [protected] blue dart courier informed us that could not be delivered and is damaged while transit. I have initiated refund 6th June, till now nobody contacted me or not I have got the refund. Amazon's is not replying to my email.
                      There was a Contact Us page in Amazon.in site. You could contact them by Email/Phone/Chat. This page has been removed.

                          Dear consumer forum, this is the last place where i am complaining about my refund problem.
                          I have ordered samsung guru music 2 sm-b310e (White) mobile. Ordered on 27 october 2016 order#[protected]
                          And i have returned it back to amazon with all their term and condition.
                          But amazon never gave refund to me when i emailed them many times they replied
                          This mail is regarding our recent conversation for the refund status of the order#[protected].

                          Your refund of rs.1700 has been processed successfully on[protected] and the authorization code refund reference number for the transaction is 137629.

                          So, i request you to please get in touch with the bank if your bank doesn't provide the refund confirmation. You can go ahead and dispute the transaction as "refund never processed".

                          At that time, they'll see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund and will help you further with the amount.

                          Please do not worry as the refund reference number is an evidence for the transaction and surely the refund should be credited to you without fail.

                              I am placed a order for armaf body mist 250ml @390/- on dt.24/07/17, but 1st july i have been received a low price same band body spray which price (May be before gst) below 250/-. I am requesting to amazon so many time for replace the product and also request that if replacement is not possible then give me the excess amount, but they still avoid the matter and told me that the seller will contact you for the same. The said matter is not solved till date, whereas i am a regular customer of amazon. Please help me.

                                I had complainted against amazon.in regarding the fake product i had received. But i was waiting for the response and thinking that the complaint will be solved but i received a call from this no [protected] and this man claims that he is from amazon i agreed and had a conversation with him and then he said to tell him my atm card no and validity i said him my atm no and validity then he asked me to tell my otp no then i recognised that he is a person who promotes fraud calls. Please trace this guy as he is asking for my otp no. Amazon company hasn't yet responded to my complaint written earlier.

Nd the product displays a big product but received product is as small as a key. I prefer everyone to stop buying products from amazon.in as they are selling fake products.                                     I ordered a ifb washing machine from amazon on june 24, 017. The machine is defective (Broken). I have called amazon, dealer and registered number of complaints but have not received any action against it. This is very disappointing and i demand a strict action against the (Ir-) responsible people associated therewith. Hope hear from you soon amazon.

                                      On 8th of july 2017, my account was debited with an amount of 741.02 inr from amazon prime at 8:55am. As soon as got the notification of the deduction it was suspicious as no transaction was made by me. I called up the bank and they blocked my card and the net banking services for security reasons. When investigated further with the bank they informed me that this amount was debited by amazon because of their prime membership services. When i checked my account, i saw that no services was opted by me from amazon.

                                      I called up the amazon.in customer care and they informed me that the amazon.in prime subscription charges are 499 inr, however the amount of 741.02 inr is for amazon.com (Us website) prime subscription and i need to call them up to resolve this. I told them that i don't and never used amazon.com and its not possible as my card details are saved only in amazon.in. However, i called the amazon.com (Us website) customer care and they could not track the transaction. I again called the amazon.in customer care and they were not ready to listen to me and they said that we don not have a record of this and cant help you out.

                                      This is a complete misuse of customer card details and is clearly a security issue. I want my money back. This has led to a lot of troubles as i had to opt for a fresh card.
