As i simmi charly was trying to purchase a washing machine from amazon for monthly emi and as i climed buy i clicked debit and the asked me the details of the debit card and as i entered the wrong details for many times the said that my card is blocked for online transaction and to unblock should contact coustermer care then said that to contuni with other method of payenen click continue
I had done online payment on AMOZON of Rs.2199 on 3/11/2017 and it got declined.
Amount has not been refunded in my credit card N0o.[protected].
Pls do the needful in this matter.
I will order a headphone to amazon and it were given a wrong item, I am return to amazon, and amazon were not given a refund successfully.amozon please give me refund to my bank, I will contact with Amazon and it were say refund successfully but it were not received at my bank

        I had ordered from amazon on 5th july.
        The delivery date was mention 17th july. On 17 i call them and they told it will deliver within 24 hrs.

        I waited another 3 days then again call them on 21. Same line repeated and told me that it will deliver in next24-48hrs and date has been changed to 25th july.

        Call on 25th, they told me that they will contact seller. Seller replied that will be deliver after 10/15 days.

        Amazon representative told. When i told that the call is in recording mode —
        "do whatever you can do"

          I had ordered parrot toy it was supposed to come today and shown out for delivey and they return it saying that i am refused to take it but actually no one come, this not frist time with me they done it with me at earlier order also, if they cant do thier job or provide service effectively they should shut their online site, as to receive the order i stay at home today and i dnt got my order, i dnt no where i can complain for it i had made call to their customer care and i dnt get satisfaction answer.

              The amazon.com online shop has spamed the product and the shipping address faulting the service viz, malpacking, malbilling, shroting the packed product at sub itmes escaping during quries and deleting the transctions and item order in web site stating the buyed product history non avilable after 6 months item was: tata dth.

                Dear team,

                I have purchased a product in amazon.in and placed the order (#[protected] on 13th may 2017 paid the sum of rs. 8550/- online. I am told that the order will be delivered to me between 1st - 16th jun 2017 but my order is not delivered until now.

                Initially, i contacted amazon customer care about my concern and they told that they intimated the seller about this and they will reach me with an update. All the time, they promise me some date but my order is still not delivered. Now, i am not able to contact amazon customer care, the automated voice response says that they can't fetch my order details. I have been contacting the seller through email since then but i am receiving no proper response.

                Are we in stone age? Why is that a order made on 13th may 2017 is not delivered yet though i made payment online? Why a customer has to reach them for the update all the time?

                I am much frustrated and wanted to pull both amazon.in as well as the seller for legal actions. Request some to guide me through it.

                  I ordered Fast Track Objective Arithmetic book on july 3rd on amazon and paid money online.My amazon ORDER id is #[protected].
                  it was said that the estimated delivery would be july 10 to 21 by the third party rk book.But item not came on 21 july even 25 th of july.
                  Item is not delivered.

                    Had ordered healthcare product (Liquid) the product was all leaked out. I immediately contacted customer care, the executive confirmed me refund initiation and asked me to share snapshot of the product. I did the same. And discarded the product because it was all leaked.

                    Did not receive refund, enquired for the same and now they ask me to return the product when i have already discarded the same.

                    Highly unprofessional.

                      I had placed a order of oppo on amazon on 15th july at 17341/-. Estimated delivery was said to be 22 - 24 july. I started following up soon after (18 calls till 24 july) because i was unavailable at the address after 22nd. The item was finally dispatched on 18th and no update status after that. Now they have raised refund (Without asking me). I ordered from amazon because luckily i found the same product at a lower price than any other website. I kept asking them to check the status so that we could take a quicker action. But nothing happened.

                      As soon as i received the refund message i contacted customer service to file for replacement and not refund. They offered my a 500 amazon voucher, but i wasnt looking for a bribe. I was wanting to buy a gift for someone from my hard earned money (The phone was 80% of my salary).

                      None of the cs team member contacted me to update me on the product. The mental strain i have gone through in these days was really too much. 2 calls daily to let them know that i am still not getting any updates and requesting them to check and let me know. One executive even mentioned it is in the area of delivery. But there wasnt any.

                      I am highly surprised along with being disappointed that amazon has gone to having such a laid-back attitude.

                      I have boughted led Tv on 12 July, it is delivered on 14 July.i have taken appointments for Tv installation on 16 July between 3pm to 4 pm no one came or called.Details are given below

                        I i have purchased a 3m safety goggles, in amazon web site the price was 149₹ for hard coated goggles and other one is 80₹ normal one. So i have selected 149₹ and paid shipping extra total 199₹ and item got delivered.. When i opened it had mrp tagging on it which showed 80₹ on its packing... Amazon is cheating

                          The product i received yesterday i. E. 23 july 2017. The product i started today. The mobile got on. But did not display anything except battery life and network. The mobile cannot be operated and on amazon return policy they say to follow steps in which second step is to open url from the problem phone. So now the mobile i purchased is not atal operating how will i use the url to complete step two of reeturn. I just want that proper mobile shall be supplied to me or refund my money back.

                            I had ordered a product with id[protected] and the last date shown for delivery in the website was 24 july 17. But to my dismay, the product status was updated as delivered on 21 july whereas the product was not received by the addressee... Even without delivering the item or taking any confirmation, it had been shown as delivered.. And i contacted the customer care twice on phone and also mailed them complaint mails twice.. But i did not get any satisfactory response. I need a fast refund of the amount paid for the product.

                                  I ordered wahl 9484-400 u-clip pro home pet grooming kit by wahl on 02nd may 2017 under order #[protected] for rs. 2, 918.68 and paid in full by credit card.

                                  Thereafter i cancelled the order on may 05, 2017. Subsequently, company sent the item, but i did not accept the it, as i had already registered cancellation of the order.

                                  I have not received the refund of the amount till date, though more than 2.5 months have elapsed. My calls are not answered on amazon helpline. I feel cheated by the company.

                                    I have ordered a product from amazon (Study desktop table (Wood) and it was showing a delivery time of 7 days time which was 19/july and it was delivered on time but after delivering the same the installation time what they are asking is crazy - aug 10.
                                    Who will wait for more than 20days to get the bought product installed?
                                    I have tried my level best to get the support but the cx staffs were very adamant and dont even ready to give even a try!!
                                    Later i paid from my pocket and get the same installed -
                                    Market place seller was royal oak...

                                    Very unhappy with amazon!! Why they are allowing such market place sellers to spoil the online retail giants name while other giant is investing more and more in how to better the customer experience.

                                        Hi, i had to cancel an order of a fit bit fitness tracker which i placed order for on 28th of june 2017. Till date i didn't receive my payment (7, 499) reversed, i had called amazon customer service several times they have no clue where the payment got stuck. As per their request i contacted my credit card bank and raised a dispute on this problem [protected], my bank clearly states that the amount has been authorized to amazon sellers. But the merchant disagrees to it. I need this issue resolved and get my money back.

                                        I got my CC statement, highlighted is the debited amount. The reverse still didn't happen yet to my card account.

                                        While complaining and transfering information about the amazon acoount which is on hold from 6 months . we had 2 fake call telling that they are speaking from amazon costumercare and asked us to share our details with them . while this communicaton my daughter gmail account has been hacked . the fake number are :+91 [protected] and [protected]
                                        It was the pathetic experience with amazon. and the customer service team is the worst itself... the called jeofrey or smthn similar named hangs up the call. and the escalation desk is incapable of helping and they told they cant create any complaint regarding that.
