      I bought a product - received not genuine rusted product - asked for return - they said ok - asked again several time different days - they asked me to be patient - not yet returned - now i consumer complain...
      And now to make my # complaint attractive i am writting this # to make my complaint long enough to attract wtf is this.. Cant u guys understand in simple language...

        I had purchased a playstation4 game online from amazon india which was delivered on 15th july 2017 and my daughter started playing the game. But, the afer playing for about 30 minutes and error 'error ce 34878-0' started popping up and the game restarted form the begining without saving, every time. As, the game was new and it was less than 1 houre after delivery i contacted amazon india over phone and later over mail wherein i had sent photos of the error screen for better understanding and believeing the problem. But, they initially said that it is a non-replacable item and later on realising that it was an hour since delivery of the product wanted me to contact the seller directly which i did, but without any result.

        Now, i feel cheated of rs.2000/- for the game which is faulty and despite of accpeting the fact amazon india is neither replacing the item or refunding the money which is an unexpected behaviour from a reputed organisation from amazon india.

              Amazon given me samsung on5 pro defective and now now not replacing it and within 1 month otg of also stopped working. There is tieup between amazon and samsung to sell the defective mobile phones to us by offering us a discount. While communicating them they just say that we are now closed please contact to samsung regarding this and samsung have only one line visit our service center and if a person visit service center then our rest of the phone also gets more problem then previous time.

                      After chasing numerous times and contacting amazon customer service, i have to say amazon india has one of the worst customer service. I placed order last week and funny enough the status says it is delivered. Fact is i haven't received anything. Amazon said they have complained the courier service and asked them to contact me. So i just checked what the contact number is. And to this i get a reply "i am really sorry for the inconvenience that we can't able to see the courier number which you received."
                      I am not even going into the grammatical mistakes here but this lady called dhivya was totally clueless. I live in the uk and i cannot even compare the service between the 2 countries.
                      I am still sitting here without a sign of my order. Doing countless chasing of my order.. Still unsure if i will ever recieve it. At this point i am not bothered about the product just want the money back.

                        I have placed an order in amazon and the material was suppose to deliver on 7th july but till date it is not yet delivered. Every time when i contact customer care their response was we will get back to you. Amazon people are not able to track the material and now they dont know where the material is. Customer care executive is forcing to cancel the order and place a new order.

                        Worst service from amazon and if they cant deliver what they are offering and they dont have any control over their supply chain then why they are doing business?

                          Dear sir, i have ordered gym items from amazon india online shopping website of rs 1340/- on 6/07/17. i have received the item on 11 jul 17. after opening the item i found my item damaged and making it useless for me. i immediately started return process but i was asked to return the item by my self paying for the return courier. i contacted to customer care many times but i have been denied for the door pick up facility. finally i left helpless and decided to file complain against amazon india in consumer forum. i have full faith in your system and i am sure that justice will be done.

                            Hi!

                            I want to raise a complaint against amazon.in the company has started fooling there customers with the cashback offers. I made a purchase with order id: #[protected] and was suppose to get the cashback amount by end of june and its been 20 days now and amazon.in is blissfully sleeping. Wrote an complaint email to the team and in reply received a promise that your amount will be credited tomorrow and after that again went to sleep and no communication so far. So guys my sincere recommendation to all pls do not make any purchase from amazon.in when they try to lure with such cashback offers else you will be fooled.

                              I ordered an intex it-2616suf-os 4.1 multimedia speakers (Order #[protected] from amazon on 17-july-2017. The seller was cloudtail india private limited. I received the speakers on 18-july-2017. Invoice number - del2-247386. Invoice details - hr-del[protected]. The speakers are damaged so i requested for replacement on the same day and scheduled the pick up for 19-july-2017 timings 10am-1pm.
                              No one came to pickup the product on the scheduled time so i called amazon customer care. According to them they forwarded the complaint and told me that the pick up will be done on the same day (19-july-2017), but no one came so i called again in the evening. They told me the same thing. No pickup was done that day. Next day (20-july-2017) the same thing happened. I called amazon 4 times, hearing that the pickup will be done today itself, we will take strict action against amazon delivery and all those excuses.

                              Now they are saying the pickup will be done next day (21-july-2017).
                              Now i do not believe amazon is doing any effort to replace the product.
                              I have attached the scanned bill.
                              Hoping amazon will do something after this complaint.

                                I received a product which is too small and quality of product is not good. After that i initiated the product return request. Pickup guy came to nearest to my house but did not locate my address so went back. And then amazon customer service guys - prasana / samue on chat confirmed that i can return it back through my own courier partner and they will refund the same along with courier charges. Now its been more than 7 days but every one is making me fool and playing with it. Can anyone provide the solution? I received a call from amazon today and karthikeyan who was so rude and unprofessional told me that refund can not be done. Is it my mistake to accept the order from delivery boy when i was not interested in making payment of small product. After they false commitments given by amazon customer centre. See, i want refund else i will take it to the consumer court.

                                      I have ordered babes woman's combo of 3 mojaries on date 07/07/17 by order no.[protected]. As my order wasn't sent complete set of mojaries, i have returned the order and added my bank account for refunding the amount. But instead of submitted to my bank account your company shifted my refund amount to amazon account without my permission. This is totally illegal and the harassment to me who is your frequent customer. Therefore i request you to kindly refund my amount in my bank account, otherwise i have to move explore my further legal right as a customer. I hope amazon company will understand my problem and will refund my amount in my bank account.

                                        I had purchase one plus 5 mobile phone from amazon on 15/07/2017 vide order no.[protected] i receive the mobile on 18/07/2017. But while operating i saw that the phone is having display problem while scrolling up and down so i called amazon customer care for returning the phone as it is the policy to take back the product within 15 days but i was told that they could not take back my phone and told me procdurem to download app in which they would check my phone and then reply, its a big cheting on the part of such a big company to dupe people. Even on that app i had seen so many comments of how amazon is fooling the people by refusing to take the product back. This is a very bad way on the part of such a company. Thinking of options to file a legal case.
