I ordered the product on 12 jul 2017 and the expected date of delivery was 19th july but still i am waiting for the product. I contacted the customer care and they told me that i will receive the product on 22nd before 8 pm but again a false commitment. This was not expected from amazon. I am very much dissatisfied. They always try to make us fool by doing false commitments.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have ordered product Honor on 19th and standard delivery date was 27th but I needed it by Sunday 22 nd and cross checked the same with Amazon support agents whether they can deliver it by Sunday or not and they assured me delivery by Sunday and asked me to go ahead with placement, now instead of shipping it through Amazon transportation services as per my knowledge they shipped it through Indian speed Post and thus keeping the package idle without moving it and it taking hell.lot of time and these delivery agents Dipu, Fatima, leader ship team member Shiva making false commitments N behaving in a rude manner by cutting chats..I am loyal customer to Amazon since its inception and have made purchases worth so many rupees now this kind of cheating and behaviour by them is not at all acceptable and m seeking an apology letter from Amazon and also request appropriate action should be taken against the above mentioned chat agents and myself or my acquaintances never going to buy anything from Amazon, u broke my trust
I even have chat transcripts and recorded call to show how it agents behaving ...if I haven't made such false promises I would have bought the product from somewhere else
These people are taking the customer as granted and somewhere we are also responsible for this. We never take action against them we should drag them to court and ask fir compensation. They cannot do the same in the US as people out there will make there life hell.

      I placed online order on 16 july 2017 at 11:21pm under one-day delivery at rs. 100 (Additional charges) for delivery on 18 july 2017. The payment was accepted instantly and mail received stating that the product is arriving at 18 july 2017.

      There was no calls from amazon regarding non-delivery, mails received regarding regret for non-delivery on time may take some time.

      Further no contact number available on website and on invoice. Then i called at 3.00 am on 23 july 2017 regarding issue. They told me to cancel and order fresh one. One employee told the stock is not available and second one said its technical glitch at warehouse. Total confusion. Where a customer should call and whether information provided first time are correct or not. Backup of conversation is also not provided. Two different employee sharing separate details about policies and availability of product. How one consumer get relief?

      Then i opted chat option. Mr. Preeti said take inr 150/- gift voucher and we cannot issue more than this on this order. And he left the conversation after a while except giving me option of re-order and 150/- inr offer as additional benefit.

      I ordered the product for my nephew's birthday falling on 18 july 2017, basis commitment received i ordered the product and at the it caused personal humiliation and disturbance in relations.

      I want to file complaint for humiliation and personal losses caused to me due to non-delivery of product on time.

        Highly disappointing portal for ordering gifts its my son's birthday and he wanted a simple spinner thou not very expensive shipment that's why i am still awaiting. The tracking system tells me it would be delivered today 22/07/17 now it 23 jul still same is awaited post birthday. Even after calling customer care no. And requesting for delivery on 22 jul '17 and explaining the plight of my son as he's waiting for his spinner. I believe emotional request fell on deaf ears and to a very robotic system.                   I had purchased a playstation4 game online from amazon india which was delivered on 15th july 2017 and my daughter started playing the game. But, the afer playing for about 30 minutes and error 'error ce 34878-0' started popping up and the game restarted form the begining without saving, every time. As, the game was new and it was less than 1 houre after delivery i contacted amazon india over phone and later over mail wherein i had sent photos of the error screen for better understanding and believeing the problem. But, they initially said that it is a non-replacable item and later on realising that it was an hour since delivery of the product wanted me to contact the seller directly which i did, but without any result.

                  Now, i feel cheated of rs.2000/- for the game which is faulty and despite of accpeting the fact amazon india is neither replacing the item or refunding the money which is an unexpected behaviour from a reputed organisation from amazon india.

                        Amazon given me samsung on5 pro defective and now now not replacing it and within 1 month otg of also stopped working. There is tieup between amazon and samsung to sell the defective mobile phones to us by offering us a discount. While communicating them they just say that we are now closed please contact to samsung regarding this and samsung have only one line visit our service center and if a person visit service center then our rest of the phone also gets more problem then previous time.

                                After chasing numerous times and contacting amazon customer service, i have to say amazon india has one of the worst customer service. I placed order last week and funny enough the status says it is delivered. Fact is i haven't received anything. Amazon said they have complained the courier service and asked them to contact me. So i just checked what the contact number is. And to this i get a reply "i am really sorry for the inconvenience that we can't able to see the courier number which you received."
                                I am not even going into the grammatical mistakes here but this lady called dhivya was totally clueless. I live in the uk and i cannot even compare the service between the 2 countries.
                                I am still sitting here without a sign of my order. Doing countless chasing of my order.. Still unsure if i will ever recieve it. At this point i am not bothered about the product just want the money back.

                                  I have placed an order in amazon and the material was suppose to deliver on 7th july but till date it is not yet delivered. Every time when i contact customer care their response was we will get back to you. Amazon people are not able to track the material and now they dont know where the material is. Customer care executive is forcing to cancel the order and place a new order.

                                  Worst service from amazon and if they cant deliver what they are offering and they dont have any control over their supply chain then why they are doing business?

                                    Dear sir, i have ordered gym items from amazon india online shopping website of rs 1340/- on 6/07/17. i have received the item on 11 jul 17. after opening the item i found my item damaged and making it useless for me. i immediately started return process but i was asked to return the item by my self paying for the return courier. i contacted to customer care many times but i have been denied for the door pick up facility. finally i left helpless and decided to file complain against amazon india in consumer forum. i have full faith in your system and i am sure that justice will be done.

                                      I want to raise a complaint against amazon.in the company has started fooling there customers with the cashback offers. I made a purchase with order id: #[protected] and was suppose to get the cashback amount by end of june and its been 20 days now and amazon.in is blissfully sleeping. Wrote an complaint email to the team and in reply received a promise that your amount will be credited tomorrow and after that again went to sleep and no communication so far. So guys my sincere recommendation to all pls do not make any purchase from amazon.in when they try to lure with such cashback offers else you will be fooled.

                                        I ordered an intex it-2616suf-os 4.1 multimedia speakers (Order #[protected] from amazon on 17-july-2017. The seller was cloudtail india private limited. I received the speakers on 18-july-2017. Invoice number - del2-247386. Invoice details - hr-del[protected]. The speakers are damaged so i requested for replacement on the same day and scheduled the pick up for 19-july-2017 timings 10am-1pm.
                                        No one came to pickup the product on the scheduled time so i called amazon customer care. According to them they forwarded the complaint and told me that the pick up will be done on the same day (19-july-2017), but no one came so i called again in the evening. They told me the same thing. No pickup was done that day. Next day (20-july-2017) the same thing happened. I called amazon 4 times, hearing that the pickup will be done today itself, we will take strict action against amazon delivery and all those excuses.

                                        Now they are saying the pickup will be done next day (21-july-2017).
                                        Now i do not believe amazon is doing any effort to replace the product.
                                        I have attached the scanned bill.
                                        Hoping amazon will do something after this complaint.
