    I purchased crocs olivia II women's ballerina shoes from the amazon site on the 1st of july 2017. Following delivery i realised it was not the same product i ordered and asked for a return pick. The pickup was scheduled twice and no person came for it. After i rescheduled the pickup a third time for the 8th of july 2017 someone came and picked up the wrong package without informing or calling up two days prior to the scheduled pick. I informed the amazon team immediately and was assured that the package will be returned . However after 6 follow up calls and explanations to 6 different ppl i was told today on calling again that the item will not be sent back as it had been disposed off. I would like to know why this has happened after repeated assurances everytime that the item will be returned. Eveything about this item was messed up right from delivery to pick up. I am a prime member of amazon and have been ordering from amazon for a long time. This experience has been very unpleasant and the responding amazon team have been extremely irresponsible giving vague replies everytime. This has also cost me financially and my confidence with shopping with Amazon is shaken. I would like someone responsible to please get back to me on this issue as soon as possible.

          Respected sir/madam,

          Today[protected] @ 2:37 pm) one transaction (Rs. 5000/-) done by some unknown person through amazon.
          I was called to the amazon costumer care to cancel the order made by the unknown person. But they are asking about that unknowns mail id or phone number. I don't have any information about that unknown person details. But i have only transaction code (433274) which is done by that unknown person. I requested to the amazon costumer care to cancel the payment with the help of transaction code. They are saying we cant do anything without providing that unknown persons mail id or phone number.
          Herewith i would like to know that why amazon not responding while i having a translation code?? Why they are not canceling the order??

          I am requesting to help me in this regard.

            I purchased two shirts from amazon, its return was scheduled ob 16th of july 2017, 4pm to 7pm. No body has turned up to collect these products. Again it was rescheduled on 19th july, still ididnt get any communication from courier or pickup agent. It was pathetic situation. I dont understand the buisness doing policy of amazon. I never experienced such type of things from other online shopping portal.

              Dear sir,
              My name is s. N. Siddrthbabu [protected]@gmail.com which is registered with amazon. My amazon account is locked from 20 days. Reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
              After one day i see my account is locked. I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong. I also try to fax my own credit card details but fax no which they given give transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request.

                  Placed order for 2 havells ceiling fans on 2nd july, waited for 15 days after which amazon refund the cash saying they cannot ship the product without any reason.

                  I sent two emails to your seller rajesh electricals, to which they never respond. Called your customer service four times but did not get any help. Yes, they processed cashback after i waited for 15 days, which is unacceptable.

                    I have ordered philips vivo juicer order no.[protected] which delivered on 3 june same day i made request to change it but till date item is with me. You have done all the drama that you are filling a-z claim then you denied that seller is not ready to take. Then again you filled gi team then this also cancelled. Now on 17july after calling you told you are again filling a-z claim what is this all nonsense i think you are in support of seller not to customer. If you are really concerned your reputation then return the item it is of no use to me.

Today also got cancellation msg but in evening 4pm around got msg that my parcel is out for delivery. Cannot understand your confusion.                               (14july) first, i contacted vodafone regarding special offer and they said different offer.
                              Then, amazon said will check and advised me recheck with vodafone. (18july) so, i visited vodafone store in basweshwara nagar. They, said no such offer and even said we cant help if you raise complaint to amazon.
                              18july 2:40pm, amazon customer care (Harsha) said we cant help you, should check with vodafone and cant raise complaint regarding this (He said this).

                              I requested him to raise complaint number regarding this, he said we cant!

                              Please advise on this. This how you wash off your hand when responsibly comes? Say its not my job? This how amazon policy works?

                                    I have purchased an order as on 29 june 2017 the order id: #[protected] which i have paid 4499 inr via amazon pay balance account and rest of the amount of 1251 inr via net banking but the order gets cancelled and 1251 has been refunded to me on the same day to my bank account but the 4499 amount has been stuck by amazon and its still not being refunded to me in amazon pay balance account a lot of call to the customer service all executives are used the same solution sir please wait 2 business days sir please wait another 2 business days then again asking to wait 5-7 business days then again wait 24 to 48 business hours again asked to wait 2 business days now again asked to wait 3-5 business days i mean all the executives are making me fool to wait to get my money neither they are giving me my refund nor they clearly said that i will never receive my refund anymore. I am just fed up to contact the amazon customer service team. Please now i come to you to help me out.

                                        I ordered "apple certified anker powerline 3ft lightning to usb cable" from amazon india. I paid inr.750.00. But they delivered me some "nine"company cable. When i complained to amazon india, they replied me that they can't provide anker product. Moreover, they told me, for the refund i have to send the wrong product to their address, and when they receive this product, they would refund my money. This is very tedious process for me. Its like i am paying my energy, my valuable time, my money for their mistakes. Also nearby, where i live most of the courier service is not available. Please look into the matter.
