I have purchase iphone 7 from my friend sattu jadeja amazone a/c on 13/05/17 payment deduct frm a/c. On 13/05/17 ref no. Sbi pgiu[protected] ag amzon - ord no.#[protected] it was cancelled by u but pymnt deduct from a/c rs.55, 598/- till today i have not recd in ac bank told that we have pymnt to amazon so pls if you not recd the amt rs.55, 598/- on 130517 pls confirm mail to below email [protected]@gmail.com as early as possible this problem continue from last 2 month bank blaim to amazon mumbai pls confirm if you not recd pymnt as early as possible

    Placed order for 2 havells ceiling fans on 2nd july, waited for 15 days after which amazon refund the cash saying they cannot ship the product without any reason.

    I sent two emails to your seller rajesh electricals, to which they never respond. Called your customer service four times but did not get any help. Yes, they processed cashback after i waited for 15 days, which is unacceptable.

      I have ordered philips vivo juicer order no.[protected] which delivered on 3 june same day i made request to change it but till date item is with me. You have done all the drama that you are filling a-z claim then you denied that seller is not ready to take. Then again you filled gi team then this also cancelled. Now on 17july after calling you told you are again filling a-z claim what is this all nonsense i think you are in support of seller not to customer. If you are really concerned your reputation then return the item it is of no use to me.

            I am not getting my refund fro 1 month. Every time i am calling it is being said that it will come within 3 days but nothing is refunded.Amazon is biggest beggar i have ever seen.

              On 17 july purchased blow torch of price 1050 approx. After paying full amount received your msg that my order can not be completed and cancelled. Today also got cancellation msg but in evening 4pm around got msg that my parcel is out for delivery. Cannot understand your confusion. Also you shud give at one valid customer care number all are unavaible. Very bad behaviour from amazon

                (14july) first, i contacted vodafone regarding special offer and they said different offer.
                Then, amazon said will check and advised me recheck with vodafone. (18july) so, i visited vodafone store in basweshwara nagar. They, said no such offer and even said we cant help if you raise complaint to amazon.
                18july 2:40pm, amazon customer care (Harsha) said we cant help you, should check with vodafone and cant raise complaint regarding this (He said this).

                I requested him to raise complaint number regarding this, he said we cant!

                Please advise on this. This how you wash off your hand when responsibly comes? Say its not my job? This how amazon policy works?

                  I had ordered a product in the month of may which after 2 weeks i got a call saying that that product is going to be delayed i said fine then again i got a call saying that this product has been dispatched which i did not receive in the month of june also then i get another call saying that we're sorry we cannot deliver this product we will give you a refund and you will receive the product so i have been waiting from may till july 2 received one product why is that so that is the reason that i have stopped ordering from amazon because i am not happy at all

                    Wrong product sent by amazon. I have ordered inbuild plug sytem adaptor, but received wired plug system with very bad quality. This occured third time that wrong item delivered. Product shown (Picture) on site and product recieved is totally mismatch. Why they making fool customers by sending wrong items.

                      Hi team,

                      I have purchased an order as on 29 june 2017 the order id: #[protected] which i have paid 4499 inr via amazon pay balance account and rest of the amount of 1251 inr via net banking but the order gets cancelled and 1251 has been refunded to me on the same day to my bank account but the 4499 amount has been stuck by amazon and its still not being refunded to me in amazon pay balance account a lot of call to the customer service all executives are used the same solution sir please wait 2 business days sir please wait another 2 business days then again asking to wait 5-7 business days then again wait 24 to 48 business hours again asked to wait 2 business days now again asked to wait 3-5 business days i mean all the executives are making me fool to wait to get my money neither they are giving me my refund nor they clearly said that i will never receive my refund anymore. I am just fed up to contact the amazon customer service team. Please now i come to you to help me out.

                      Amazon service is very bad . They cancelled my ordered without any information. I called so many times but they blamed courier company Delivery and vice versa. I am fed up with both. I already paid for the product . Please do something. I will complaint to consumer court about this.

                        Amazon u have disappointed me this time. I ordered portronics speaker.. I got defective product.. Dn instead of replacing that speaker you refunded me the money n that too in the amazon account. Now what m i supposed to do with that..? M finding nothing worth purchasing. You are requested to add that money to my account instead of amazon account.. Don't loose you customer for the sake of 1250 rs. U can check my list of products n its for d first time that i m soooooo disappointed. Kindly look into the matter

                          I ordered "apple certified anker powerline 3ft lightning to usb cable" from amazon india. I paid inr.750.00. But they delivered me some "nine"company cable. When i complained to amazon india, they replied me that they can't provide anker product. Moreover, they told me, for the refund i have to send the wrong product to their address, and when they receive this product, they would refund my money. This is very tedious process for me. Its like i am paying my energy, my valuable time, my money for their mistakes. Also nearby, where i live most of the courier service is not available. Please look into the matter.

                                My shoes hast to be delivered on 1O July but it doesn't ...and now today is 12 and my shoes are not delivered till now ...so I want that Amazon should give me some claim for the problem I face ...I HV to go to shimla ...and because of that I cancelled my trip ...so i need claim for that.
                                I have ordered a subject and they have cancelled it from there end, still they have not initiated the refund though i have paid it by net banking.

                                  Purchased a tent "coleman instant cabin, 4, double hub [protected]" from amazon and my order no was[protected] but instead of tent you sent me some rabbish kind of different item. When i reported your customer care they told me that they will come to pick the order but they didn't. I kept on calling them for month but nobody came to pick this item. At last they asked me to send it through india post.
                                  I couriered the order to return address by india post. Now they are denying to refund my money. You are very big fraud and scammers. You usurpered my 13000 rupees. You are not even ashamed to do such kind of activities with the customers.

                                  I want my money back at any cost. Either you return my money or send me the tent which i have purchased.

                                  You cannot fool me like this and take my money.

                                  I have sent you the item and i am attaching the delivered status of the courier.

                                  You simply send me the legitimate item or refund my money.

                                      I have ordered xiomi redmi 4a on 13 july 2017 order#[protected] which should be arriving on 17th july but unfortunately, when i checked the website, it is showing undeliverable. On talking to customer care, they don't have the valid reason for not delivering the phone. This has happened with me the second time and i think there is some scam going on in amazon in which they are selling off the phones directly in grey market on some premium and not delivering it to the customer.

I was received a mobail on 5th july 2017 and i was complained 11th july 2017 for defect on this mobail and the technesion was got my problem online and they advised to me that replace or refund then i decided to refund this and he told me that it will be pickup the nex day but no one came and i had complaint day by day regular but no one solved my problem
