I ordered a bluetooth speaker and there was offer so i got one big speaker and a mushroom speaker the big speaker is not working properly it is showing that battery is low even after i charged it for 1 hour and also it has two speaker s on both sides but 1 is not working properly so i request amazon to plzzzzzzzz listen to my complaint and replace it by other. So plzzzzzzzz amazon can u replace it

    I bought a product shipment no[protected] which was supposed to be delivered today and also got message from e comexpes. The delivery boy called that i am coming but the product is not delivered. Before this so many products i bought from you all are successfully delivered.
    I will be grateful to you if you kindly look into the matter by which i can get my shipment no[protected].

      I buy a LG mobile in Amazon, this product box is dispatch in delivery time, this lg mobile set is gsm and cdm supported .but when I incerted any sim, LG Tribute phone was showing the sim is invalid.
      So this phone is not supported any sim.this lg tribute Mobile was delivered by Amazon India. This product is 1 year warranty, Aspar agreement with Amazon, they are liable to take any product back if it has any dispute on the time of delivery. But they are not
      responding to my calls and is not taking the product back too. So I want refund or a new phone.

        I ordered this gadget on 22nd june and paid via net banking. They gave the estimated date as 28th june. I waited till then. On 28th june, in midnight 10:40pm, i m getting a message of "delivery sucessful". I never recieved the product and talked to the customer care immediately. They said that there maybe some fault and please wait till 1st july for the deliveryman. I waited and called them back for issuing a refund to me. They said we have processed your refund on 6th july and it will be processed till 5-7 business days. After patiently waiting till 11th july, i called them back for the status update. They told me to again wait till 13th july. This was too much! Now they are giving me the reference number and saying that your bank has a fault in issuing the refund. I called up my bank and asked them about the same via reference number. They said we need utr number and the details about the account from which the refund is being sent. The amazon people arent willing to even tell me neither utr number nor their account nor even my account details to which they have processed the refund. I even visited my bank to check whether there are any transactions misplaced but there were none.
        I m really disappointed after all this happening. 33000/- is a big amount and amazon has to refund it asap. Dont let your name be banished in the society please.

          I had ordered iphone se 32 gb from amazon india. The product was delivered today, but the charging cable and sim removing pin are missing. I chatted with amazon representative for a return, but they are saying that they cannot do so. They are advising me to order the missing products separately, send them the receipt and after that they will send a refund. This is horrible service, since i received an incomplete order, i expect them to provide what they promised. I am expecting a return of the product with a full refund. I have attached the email conversation with the executive here.

            Your customer service is more worse than your products. Better go and get trained on soft skills. You people u able to schedule return of the defective product which you have sent. Harrasing me like anything with your # stories. Seriously managers are worse than advisors. Shame shame amazon. Though i given many feedbacks you still dnt bother to help me out. I never seen such a cheapo service ever. Poor customer service. Chi. I insist an immediate action on the same. You can check my trasactions on the account [protected]. I will definitely spread how worst service you provide especially managers are useless.

              This is in reference to amazon order : samsung evo plus grade 3, class 10 64gb
              Microsdxc 100 mb/s memory card with sd adapter (Mb-mc64ga/in), ordered on
              11 july 2017 order#[protected] / delivered today dated 7/15/17,
              Though *memory card was missing from the packet.* the amazon and memory
              Card packing was opened before delivery and repacked the amazon packet with
              Transparent tape. It is indicative in the attached images. I have called
              The customer care for the condition of the packet as the delivery boy
              Didn't waited and ran after the delivery. Customer service said that i have
              To repack it in the same torn condition and return it back.

              I have repacked the torn memory card packing alongwith adapter in amazon
              Packing and will return as soon as i get the courier man from amazon.

              Kindly investigate as i don't want to loose my money because of amazon
              Delivery team.

              I am a amazon prime member and have repench on taking this service. This
              Is because of their prime delivery team who remove the product from the
              Packing and cleverly repack it with transparent tape.

                I placed 3 items in the order using amazon pay balance. But i received a note that chose a different payment and asked me to pay remaining rs 6.44. I paid the balance, but even after that it was returning the similar message. Since i got fedup i cancelled the order. Post that rs 6.33 is refunded, but 318.67 is yet to refunded.
                I have emailed them 5 times in the past 1-2 months on this. Everytime they mention 5 business days to resolve. But nothing happens.

                This is some pathetic customer service from amazon india.

                  I had placed a order for loxxo new edition case for samsung j7 prime - shockproof silicone soft tpu transparent auora flower case with sparkle for samsung j7 prime back cover on 9th july 2017 and delivery was on 15th july 2017, however i got a message in the afternoon stating the order was rejected at my end. How can i get such a message without refusing the product, neither the delivery boy called me on my number. When i called the customer care regarding this i got a very causal answer saying my number may be not reachable hence the product got rejected. Such a bad service on the part of deliveryboy as well as customer care executive. Kindly train your emloyees on how to delivery the product and to handle the customers

E., on 7-7-2017 and the expected delivery was on 13 july 2017 but it is late by two days and iam so disappointed by your service..                         I bought a samsung mobile under a promotional offer of amazon. Which said if you load you account with amazon pay balance and purchase the product you will get 15% cashback and maximum cashback would be 150/-. And in this case i am eligible for 150 rs, cashback but now amazon is not picking up my call. No balance has been credited to my amazon pay balance till date.
                        I hate amazon for their fake promotional offers and late deliveries.

                        I want my pay balance asap and at any cost.

                                Hi.. Dis is satya prakash singh n my order no is[protected]. And i have received the product on 13july but n the bag is damaged and when i placed a request to return. I have been told that they can't pick up d bag as this family is not available. I have to go n courier the same. And if the same problem was der why i have been given with the damage product.
                                I want the product to be collected from my place as m nt going to post it and want the money to be credited in a day. Or else i'll be writing to consumer court.

                                If the pick up facility is not available why the he'll i have been given with damaged product.

                                I want some one to contact me on urgent basis and money to b refunded.

                                    I had placed a order of redmi 4 and amount of 8999 on 27-jun-2017 at amazon.in...when i was opened the package this was damaged on screen so i was return it on 1-jul-2017..But my amount is not credit yet after two attempt of amazon initate the refund.they were only said they were refund his side into bank account..you asked the bank where your money.when i went bank they said this is not his fault..i m only waiting my refund..but no one given solution not amazon as well as my bank..my bank is punjab national bank in kurukshetra.plzzz help me..

                                      Maine shoes order kiya. Shoes damage nikla to maine return kiya. Fir one month ke bad maine castumer care ko call kiya unhone bola ki aapka refund ho gaya hai. Maine account check kiya to koi bhi refund nahi ha tha. To mauine call kiya to unhone batmiji se bat kiya aur bola ki apna amazon account close kar. Koi refud nahi milega.

                                      Kya yahi hai rule.

                                        Had a very bad experience with amazon customer care. The orders with guarenteed delivery were not delivered. My orders were cancelled without providing any information to me. Wrong contact numbers of amazon executive were shared. The customer support team also was of no help. I need compensation for such kind of terrible behavior.
                                        My number has also been blocked by amazon team. I have ordered more than 20 items on amazon and they either get cancelled or undelivered by them.
                                        The courier information is also not shared properly.
