ORDER #[protected]. I have requested for payment refund on but still not yet refunded. Request on 14/05/2017, and even i have contacted the customer care but they have not responding my request so please make complaint register and make my payment refund.

Today tampered/opened shipment was send to receive, which contains food material for human consumption. Not only the box was opened totally but also one of the goods of total number of goods two was missing. I do not know how amazon can be so irresponsible with such sort of pathetic behaviour and customer...

I was place a oreder for cell phone on 17 may 2017.
After some days i was called to help line for order delivery.
They called me product deliver with in 2 days.
On 29 may order cancelled witout my knowledge.
I was given advance payment and my delivery addresses are very well known by the company.
Beacause various product buying erlier at same address.
Company does not provided my product and nothing...

I have been ordered many items from Amazon and i am one of the prime member of Amazon. But i had an unfortunate incident with customer care which is highly disappointing.
I had placed an order for one plus 3T hand set around 23rd May 2017 with an option of exchanging old handset The delivery was scheduled on the close of the day on 25th, having received an Sms alert we immediately called the call center as we would not be at home...

I cancel a laptop from amazon (Order number:[protected], for which they initiated refund and provide me refund reference number ant told me to contact to bank (Axis bank).

I contact to bank and raised a complaint, but there is nothing going from bank side,

I don't know what should i do

Till 15 days over and money did not credited in my account, please help...

This distress mail is regarding an order which i booked on amazon.in.

I have booked the pickup myself twice and on both occasions the pickup
was not made.

First request made on 24 May and second on 28 May 17. Finally in all
this dilli-dally, the return window was closed.

So was this a tactic by Amazon to pass...

I ravikumar gonal had placed the below product online, but however i want to return and get the refund of the total amount for the reason phone specification is not good and i had ordered for 16 gb phone wrongly. Kindly return and refund the item as one off case/

I had called 2 times on the customer care, they were never helpful and last person suggested me that he will send me link through which i will be connected to mobile...

I ordered lg refrigerator on 25-05-17 on amazon and paid online of rs.14, 870... The product couriered by blue dart and during courier transport the refrigerator was damaged... So the transport website tracking said the product was damaged... So i contact amazon for my refund... The customer care large appliances team said that the refund was processed... But i don't get any emails about refund... But the courier team call for damaged product...

The packing of this product is very poor and it is already opened. The book is full of dust and edges are black. Seems like I have purchased second hand book. I have been calling these guys from last 25 day and asking the solution of this issue. But each time new executive receives the call and give different information. Initially They told me somebody will come to pick up damaged product....

I ordered for a motorala g play 4, i find the pack is very poor, the carton pack was partly opened and the seal was broken, so i did not received the item. so i suggest please take care.....

I had purchase AC from amazon on 23rd may but till now i did not received my product amazon is worst in delivering products.i paid total 27500 against ac and i have been sending mails for delivering my produuct but no use.worst servce by amazon do not buy any large appliances from amazon worst worst and delivery is in hyderabad not to a village...

A few days ago I had ordered Puma shoes from you. After 1 week the product was delivered, the product order which was given was of Puma brand and the product you have delivered is a non brand. You used to fraud me the product I had ordered with me. You gifted a gift to Coolidge and you ruined my reputation by cheating. You take this product back and let me solve it

I had ordered BLACK and YELLOW colored tops also three more tops of SIZE- M, but found "RED and BLUE instead with the three tops of SIZE- S"!

Why do you ask for sizes? When don't you intend to deliver the correct one? Also, the colors, why ask if you have a brain for yourself to select one and send?
I was given wrong sizes and wrong colors.
Orders come from north pole to south pole, who's authority it is to check...

I had order iphone 7 red (order #[protected] on 17th May which was during sale period (14th to 18th May 2017). The expected delivery was 23rd May which I haven't received till date. I got in touch with Amazon customer service but and they commit they will provide regular update. I had word around 7 Amazon executives and none of them have call back or email with an update.
