Sir,
I have ordered a mivi duel usb mobile charger on 23 jun 2017 by cash on delievery, after delivery when i opened packet i got two usb cables in place o[censored]sb charger then i ordered of cancellation and next day the usb cables were picked up by your return boy. After few days i checked on your site, no replacement was initiated, then i cancelled the order and still i have not recieved my refund.

    I have ordered syska extension 1 month back from amazon app which was missplaced by courier guy and now i am following up with amazon and they are not refunding my money. And even they do not have any update.

      I would like to inform u that I've booked a product from your website on 27th of June 2017 and the delivery date is 4th of July 2017 . But Haven't received the product yet. Whenever i call up the delivery boy i always get very poor response from his side. He said "we can't deliver your product just come to us and collect your product ". And said me to collect my parcel at his place . I'm very much disappointed from Amazon as i was not expecting this kind of response from your side. I was Waiting for my product as amazon customer care told me that it would deliver today. At 8 pm I received a notification that my product was delivered and signed by me but I had not received the product yet . This happened to me 2nd time. Please look forward to my complaint take some actions and reply me as soon as possible

        Myself booked lenovo vibe k5 mobile through net banking (Order id[protected]. Today at 13|30hrs courier service asked me to take the product from 3km far from my shipping address, but i told him to deliver to my `shipping address. On evening from amazone informed that the stock finished and asked me to give debid card no. To refund money.
        I think it is totally cheating, pl look into the mater. It is illegal to inform anyone
        Debid card no, how they can ask me.

          Optimum nutrition(ON) 100% wheygold purchased from your site, as regular consumer but 1st online purchased quality & taste which i used to feel earlier buying from Irla outlet is not upto the mark & from 27th june i consumed twice & my stomach got upset, its an request to check & control the supplier genuenity & "loyalty to customer, just for sack of marginal it harms consumers health & not getting right thing for which we are paying.

            My account was locked from last 10 days and I also phone, mail and fax to amazon all documents and proof but not solution from amazon side.I try to contact customer care but they tell that they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in and [protected]@amazon.in but they not open my Account. And the Reason is that I purchased an induction stove from amazon but i received the broken product so I apply for refund request and after 2-3 days i received my full amount of product on my Amazon Pay Balance, then after I am going to purchase another induction stove but amount is low on my amazon pay balance so I add money on Amazon Pay Balance through my Debit Card and its shows processing and after 1 hour my account was locked and I received a mail from Amazon that you have to give some information through fax, information that amazon wants from me

            -- A copy of your statement for your VISA ending in 52, including the billing address
            -- Your name, phone number, and the email address registered to your Amazon account

            I mail and also fax all details mention on mail but still my account is locked, my money is also stuck and I couldn't shop anymore from this account, I am very fed up from amazon service that they couldn't help their customers, I was not did any illegal thing that you my account locked and also I give you all information.I'm also attached you all proof on this mail that was mention on amazon previous mail

              Hi All,

              This is not the first time I am facing issues with amazon. It happens every time with me. I have ordered a microwave from Amazon that was expected to be delivered on 4th July 2017. I am working but stayed at home to receive the item and waited for the whole day and the site shows Out for delivery status with arriving soon till 8p.m. Just at 8 p.m they changed the status to courier was unable to contact the recipient for delivery. I tried contacting the number provided to me of the delivery boy, but the number was reaching busy at all time till 8p.m as their service is till 8 p.m. When I call on the number at 8 p.m and asked the reason, the delivery boy said that he was on leave and the company hired new resources for delivering
              and some other might be using his ID. I asked him to deliver my package asap on the next day maximum by 10 a.m as I have to leave for my office and there would be no one at home after that. He said that he will deliver my package separately on time. But the next day i.e today on 5th July I am still waiting for the item. There has been no updates either from Amazon or the courier service. I tried contacting Amazon customer care, and they said that they have no information about the courier service. I ordered this item to gift someone, and took office leaves, Can't they update the correct information. And why they don't verify the number before updating it on the site. And this is th common issue I face every time, no one never contacts me for the courier delivery and suddenly a message appears that courier service was unable to contact you.

              Is this the way to handle the customers. I asked customer service about the issue and they said that you can raise it in consumer forum. They don't even care about it.

              I am never gonna use this site again for any order. Very Very poor service and there is no information with the customer care as well. all are helpless in Amazon, how they can help their customers.

                Dear Sir / Ma'am,

                Good Morning...!!!

                This is with reference that my order number[protected] has been placed on 1st July,
                As i have to go outside the city on today evening for a meeting purpose that's why i have ordered this product on prime membership for which i have to paid Rs. 500/- and and early delivery extra amount of Rupees 99/- and got confirmation from Amazon that my order will be delivered by 3rd July.
                But i have waited for my order till 8:30 PM Yesterday in the office. Still haven't received any call from the vendor about delivery.
                Its my first experience to order with Amazon and it was quite terrible. Even i have called to Amazon Call Center on 3rd July after 4 PM to track my order.
                They have advised me that my order will deliver by 3rd July only, But yesterday 8 PM i didn't get any hope to get the order on time so I called again to Amazon Call Center 5 or 10 times for tracking the product.
                My office usually closed by 6:30 PM but due to this case i have to wait till 8 PM.

                As of today's case once I reach to my office I track my order online it was showing me that attempt of delivery has been taken but could not understand the matter,
                I called to amazon customer care regarding the same and had a word with Ms Priya about my order. She informed me that our courier boy went to your given address but no one was available there.
                Now i dont know when that delivery boy came to my office infect I was in the office till 8 PM. Even he didn't call me if he was near to my address.
                Its very shocking till today i didn't receive my order.

                I dont think so I have got any benefit to order my product on prime membership with pay extra money. I have already paid the money for my product in advance approx 46K,
                I think Flipkart and another online shopping portals are far better than Amazon, Last time I have ordered Samsung S7 Edge through Flipkart and it got deliver by next day.
                They have shared the contact details of the courier boy it was easy to me to deal and get deliver my order on time.
                But the contact details of courier boy I have received from Amazon its coming continuously out of reachable.

                Even my Manager has ordered the product on 24th June and got the confirmation to be deliver by 28th June but till 4th July she didn't receive her product so due to frustration she has cancelled it on 5th of July.

                I have to postpone my meeting for tomorrow because i have already paid the amount for the product and its better to receive it by my own. I am requesting to please make it deliver by today only.

                    Two instances where.once.it said product returned as no one at home when actually there was every.possible member available at.home the entire day. Another instance where.it said product delivered directly to customer but i.didnot receive any product. Deterioration of services. Very.very bad experience.

                      I ordered Honor 8 lite to give as birthday present to one of family member and amazon delivered me Honor 8 instead.
                      CCE at amazon are very unhelpful and talk aggressively, now they are saying it takes 10 days in solving issue.
                      so now i have to give bday present after 7 to 10 day after birthday when they deliver me actual product i ordered.

                        I ordered a product and i was told that i will get on June 10 th. Neither i received the product nor i got the Refund Until today. The cost of the product is Rs 4507. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                          I had placed an Order for Mobile phone on February for which I made a payment through Netbanking, but later I found that I, by mistake, also purchased Amazon Prime membership worth Rs. 499 (ORDER #[protected], so I contacted to customer care through online chat and made it cancelled. It got cancelled instantly and I was told that I will get refund within 4-5 working days. Till then I have contated 5-6 times to customer care but even after 4-5 MONTHS of follow ups, I' m not getting the refund.

They send the item by Amazon transportation service.But Amazon transportation service is not available in that area.So they can not deliver the iteam. But when i was order[protected]), i got the same problem and i request them please send by India post.they said yes, they do. and i was assured by their costumer care that they will deliver my product on the Given address before ordering this order[protected]) . But they cant, They said, refud me. And the costumer care assistance are fraud. They only satisfy the customer by word not in work.

                              I purchased a MacBook Today worth Rs 1, 00, 000/- INR + with SBI-Net Banking as payment mode and they have blocked my amazon account stating they need address verification details. Unable to fax them from my home due to unavailability of FAX machine. I FAXd them using Online FAX service my E-statement with details and they still haven't responded to my FAX or my emails. Customer service also doesn't helps after numerous calls. I have emailed higher level authorities of the same but even after that I am unable to get my issue resolved.

                                I have purchased some goods (Baby Diaper + Soap) from Amazon on 26th May with order number ORDER #[protected]. Assured delivery date was June 12th June. Daily wise i use to track the order & finally i see around 10th June its reached the final Warehouse, Kharagpur location . I though it will be deliver with in another 2 days as my place of delivery is located 60 km way from Kharagpur. around 12th June i got a message from Gati that your order from Amazon out for Delivery . I thought it will be deliver on that day which is 12th June, but my surprised, again i got another message on that day evening that due to concern person not available your order has been reschedule for Delivery, but nobody contacted me neither anybody visited my house. i called to amazon customer care they told don't worry it will be deliver. Next day Gati Currier person called me & told i cant go to your location & asked me to come to a location which is around 17km way from my house, i said its not possible because i have some other work to do. Then he said i will return it back & will not deliver. I call to the both customer care amazon as well as Gati both promise me to deliver the product but after 5 days i saw a message that due to unavailability of concern person & address your order is returning back which is not true. Gati was passing the wrong update to me & amazon. I requested to amazon many times not to send any item via Gati KWE, register many complain to Amazon because i already faced two times where product has not been deliver by Gati with faulse reason & update but again they have send via Gati with my recent order #[protected]Tracking #:[protected] & i am very much sure this time also they will not deliver . when i am writing this complain today, also i got the same message for my recent order that my order is out for Delivery. I am asking to Amazon such a reputed organization don't have any mechanism to block a courier partner for a particular customer. If not then i can see a total failure of such a sophisticated software which is using by Amazon. I am totally dissatisfied with the service & problem resolution by the Amazon customer care

                                  I ordered redmi 32gb phone on[protected], paying in advance, but received an excuse that parcel had been damaged hence not deliverable.
                                  On[protected], again I ordered same phone but received same excuse.
                                  On[protected], again I ordered same phone, with same stupid result. (This time I v made a fool of myself, by ordering it through amazon pay mode. The result is I got my refund in amazon pay, where my money is unusable since I Couldn't order the phone today during sale)
                                  Amazon India had been my first choice for years now, but, the experience this time, especially with the phone, and the customes care people, has been bitterest. Please ensure the delivery of the phone (which can not be damaged all the three times, except due to the conspiracy) or refund my amount to my saving account. Amazon you gave me a lifetime lesson not to trust you in future.

                                    I booked 2 orders 1st[protected] & 2nd[protected], both orders i did not received and the amazon order status mention - i received both the orders. I already payment done at the time of order booking, and i called to customer care from last three days, they said received ur both order or at the time of order u also show ur id proof... Its totally fraud,, no courier boy came at my house, and i did not received any type of courier or not shown any type of my id proof,,,,,,, is amazon company is doing fraud with all the customer.. This is my worst experience with amazon india... As compare to amazon,,, flipkart is giving best service to our customers... I buy so many products from flipkart, it was amazing experience with flipkart, 1st time i buy 2 mobiles from amazon but this is my bad experience i never go with amazon in future... Amazon doing fraud with customer.. I am doing complaint under as consumer form again ur fraud doing with me..

                                      I bought a led tubelight (Pack of 2) worth rs. 1720,, in whihc one is working and one is not wokring.. So,, i rasied the request to replace or retunr,, they asked me to self retunr it and you will be given the refun but the courier wala is not accepting,, because it is glass item,, seller is telling if i dont reciveve it safely,, i am not responsible.. I requested amazon for retrun help,, they said they will contact seller and come back but they are not ehlping,,,, 4-5 times i have aksed them.. Pls tell me what to do..

                                        I hold prime membership. But most of my orders where not delivered on time. One or two times are fine, but Amazon keep on repeating. Find the below orders which i faced same issue:

                                        1) Order#[protected]Placed on 30th June, Received today)
                                        Took 5 Days to receive

                                        2) Order#[protected]Placed on 20th June, Received on 27th June) -- Took 7 days to receive

                                        3) Order #[protected]Placed on 12th June) -- Not received even after 10 days, so i cancelled.

                                        4) Order#[protected]Placed on 25th may, got 29th may)

                                        5) Order #[protected]Placed on 16th may, 24th may) -- 9 days it took.

                                        All the above orders are prime eligible orders, but none of the orders i received on time. Worst service to the Prime customers. What answer amazon can give?
                                        I request amazon to cancel my prime membership and refund me the amount(Rs.499)

                                        Loop any higher officials if in case customer care couldn't solve my issue. Disappointing service.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
