. there is message that--
this is to inform you that a package from your order, with tracking ID[protected], shipped via Amazon Transportation Services, could not be delivered as no one was available to receive it.

this is wrong information given by your courier agency. actually he has not come to my office and it is his crude behavior. courier people do not take any pain to find office. my office is in very prime locality and it is on main road but he has not come only due to his igo problem. he called me and i explained address but he was not ready to come as I told him that when we give perfect address why they call repeatedly to disturb client.It is upto you to have more business or reduce business. This was experienced by me 2-3 times. i really unhappy with amazon servies. now i will not purchase anything via amazon and i will suggest all my friends in group not to purchase through amazon due to improper courier service people.

    I ordered a laptop order no.[protected] on 20 June 17 and delivered 23 June 17. But which laptop ordered by me not delivered. I contacted and complained. I submitted pic of that laptop to Amazon. I contacted many time to Amazon call center. But they assured me problem will solve 24- 48 hours but after 5 day on 27 June17 they said to me order will not be replace. But I don't want refund. Please solve my problem otherwise I have to go to consumer form. Please maintain reliable of Amazon.

      Hello, I bought Redmi 4 mobile through Amazon. There is heating issue during calls. Amazon has sent technician to check the issue. He came and just checked the battery temperature in idle mode and not during calls. I called to Amazon and they are telling to schedule revist of technician. Meanwhile, I'm getting headache due to the heating issue during calls.

        I booked a moto g4 play Rs 7499.00 date of 19/6/2017.
        And my order would be came on 26/6/2017 but it didn't come.
        I called a customer care of Amazon they told your phone will be come tomorrow
        But the next day also it didn't come.
        Daily i did call to customer care and they told your phone will be come tomorrow
        But the next day also it do not come till 29th June..
        When I check my order status it is showing your order is Undeliverable.

        When I did re-order they are taking 500 hundreds rupees extra

              I ordred laptop of rs 54990 but recieved something else. Order no[protected] delivery date 23 June 17 order date 20 june 2017 through Psb atmcard. After contacting toll free they suggested to refund whereas I got many text messages of getting order replaced but now they are denying for same. I dont want any refund. I wish to get the same laptop at the same price I ordered. In case I wont get the same I m indirectly compelled by amazon team to approach consumer forum.                   Hi, i received my order on 22nd june, 2017 and return request was approved as the two rode was missing and the wrong wardrobe cover was provided.

                  Now amazon is saying that they cannot collect the products from the delivered address, noida and suggested me to send the products to third party seller address. While order the products i was never ever informed about such policies. Its been more than 15 days since i made the return request.

                    I had given a order of vivo y66. Order no[protected]. But it is already used before. They took new handset price and give used handset. And now they dont refund my rupees. So please help me as soon as possible. I had contact with them but they told that i have to bring written complain from service centre. Why i will bring this where as i had bought new product. Moreover the service center is 70 k. M away from my home.

                      I ordered a phone, lenovo z2 plus, from amazon.in on 20 june 2017. The estimated delivery time was shown on 27 june by 8 pm. At 4:32 pm on 27 june, i received a text from amazon saying that the product shipment has been rejected at the time of delivery and is returning to the seller. I did not rejected any shipment and in fact i did not even received any phone call from the delivery agent. Then i called the customer care service of amazon regarding the issue and they guaranteed me that i will be receiving the product and will have to wait for 3 more days. But today, on 28 june, when i checked the the delivery status again, it showed that the product was rejected again and is back to the seller. So i called the customer care service again, but this time they told me to place a new order, and the price has increased. Now i will be facing loss if i order again. I don't know why the order was getting cancelled, and for twice. I did not received any phone call from the delivery agent regarding the delivery. I kept waiting for the product, and it never got delivered. The order number is[protected]. And the amount is rs10, 999.

                        I ordered smiledrive flexible jaw mount from amazon and made payment in advance with my debit card, delivery of which was due between 24-26 june'17. After contacting amazon for many times product is not yet delivered nor the refund has been given by company. I want my product to get delivered to me as i paid for it and paid rs50 extra for delivery.

                              Hi,
                              I have purchased philips beard trimmer cordless and corded for men qt4011/15 on 22/06/2017 and made payment of rs. 1945 through hdfc credit card. Even though i got payment and order confirmation message in amazon website after making payment, in orders tab status was showing payment failure/order cancelled. On 23/06/2017 i have purchased again the same product and paid rs. 1899. After my credit card statement got generated, i came to know that, payment has bee made twice for the same product (File attached). Order no. For order made on 23/06/2017 is order #[protected].
                              Kindly process refund for double payment made.

                                I have been an Amazon customer for a minimum of two years and then i found a video on youtube to get free products on amazon. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OKkf8GbMra8
                                I tried this on my account out of curiosity and then my account got locked for security purposes.
                                I explained the situation to amazon account specialist via an email reply which i got from amazon which read as follows
                                "Hello,

                                There was a problem processing your order. You will not be able to access your account or place orders with us until we confirm your information.

                                You can help us resolve this issue by replying to this message with the billing name, address, and phone number registered to your card. Please reply from the email address registered to your Amazon.com account.

                                Once we have this information, we will reply within 12-24 hours.

                                I also have an amount of around 8200 INR in my amazon pay balance but my account got locked rendering it useless.

                                I tried this method for educational purposes only and not for any fraud or theft. I even explained this to amazon representative but i didn't get a positive reply. I need a proper response from them about my account and please unblock my account so at least i can use my balance

                                  I have booked a phone on amazon india on 20th june. I have opted one day delivery. When i did not get my phone i complained in amazon on 24th june. Where i got assurance that i would get my phone shortly. After 24th i have called there daily and daily i got the same response that i would be getting my phone shortly. Even on 27th june i got the same response. But on 28th june suddenly they told that my phone has already delivered to my address on 25th june only. But i did not get any phone delivered to me. As i have opted cash on delivery option i doubt they sold, y phone to some one else, as it is not easy to book this product. It has very limited window of booking (1or 2 mins only). I feel, i m being cheated by amazon. I did not purchase other phone because this product is better in market at this price.

                                    I had purchased epson l220 colour ink tank system printer from amazon. But the mother board was defective which we came to know when epson technician came for installation. They without our knowledge replaced the mother board and took the damaged part. Also gave us no documents.

                                    But since we had purchased a new printer why should we accept replaced parts.

                                    I am trying to make amazon understand this. But they are continuously harrasing us

                                      I had placed order on amazon order reference order #[protected] and made an online payment of inr 2999.0 with transaction id [protected] towards payee emvantage payments from my icici bank account on jun, 25, 2017 at 14:26 hours.

                                      However the order is now closed by amazon for payment non receipt. Kindly let me know where is my money? My account is debited but amazon says not received. Pl help and refund my money.

                                        I have ordered a mobile phone and today i have got msg regarding this but delivery boy still not deliver it and i have tired lots of time to call him and when he pick phone he replied very bad manner and told me u can pick your parcel at particular place but when i reached there and call to him he didn't reply.
