I ordered a phone, lenovo z2 plus, from amazon.in on 20 june 2017. The estimated delivery time was shown on 27 june by 8 pm. At 4:32 pm on 27 june, i received a text from amazon saying that the product shipment has been rejected at the time of delivery and is returning to the seller. I did not rejected any shipment and in fact i did not even received any phone call from the delivery agent. Then i called the customer care service of amazon regarding the issue and they guaranteed me that i will be receiving the product and will have to wait for 3 more days. But today, on 28 june, when i checked the the delivery status again, it showed that the product was rejected again and is back to the seller. So i called the customer care service again, but this time they told me to place a new order, and the price has increased. Now i will be facing loss if i order again. I don't know why the order was getting cancelled, and for twice. I did not received any phone call from the delivery agent regarding the delivery. I kept waiting for the product, and it never got delivered. The order number is[protected]. And the amount is rs10, 999.
