      Hi,
      I have purchased philips beard trimmer cordless and corded for men qt4011/15 on 22/06/2017 and made payment of rs. 1945 through hdfc credit card. Even though i got payment and order confirmation message in amazon website after making payment, in orders tab status was showing payment failure/order cancelled. On 23/06/2017 i have purchased again the same product and paid rs. 1899. After my credit card statement got generated, i came to know that, payment has bee made twice for the same product (File attached). Order no. For order made on 23/06/2017 is order #[protected].
      Kindly process refund for double payment made.

        Hi My name is Lakshmi Manohar Janaswamy.
        I have been an Amazon customer for a minimum of two years and then i found a video on youtube to get free products on amazon. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OKkf8GbMra8
        I tried this on my account out of curiosity and then my account got locked for security purposes.
        I explained the situation to amazon account specialist via an email reply which i got from amazon which read as follows
        "Hello,

        There was a problem processing your order. You will not be able to access your account or place orders with us until we confirm your information.

        You can help us resolve this issue by replying to this message with the billing name, address, and phone number registered to your card. Please reply from the email address registered to your Amazon.com account.

        Once we have this information, we will reply within 12-24 hours.

        If needed, update your information with the card issuer.

        For your security, we restrict access to your billing details to a team of account specialists. Our Customer Service team cannot access these details or provide you with more information on this issue. They can only verify that we sent this request.

        We ask that you not open new accounts as any order you place may be delayed, and your customer experience may be adversely affected.

        I also wrote an email to [protected]@amazon.com but still got no reply.

        I also have an amount of around 8200 INR in my amazon pay balance but my account got locked rendering it useless.

        I tried this method for educational purposes only and not for any fraud or theft. I even explained this to amazon representative but i didn't get a positive reply. I need a proper response from them about my account and please unblock my account so at least i can use my balance

          I have booked a phone on amazon india on 20th june. I have opted one day delivery. When i did not get my phone i complained in amazon on 24th june. Where i got assurance that i would get my phone shortly. After 24th i have called there daily and daily i got the same response that i would be getting my phone shortly. Even on 27th june i got the same response. But on 28th june suddenly they told that my phone has already delivered to my address on 25th june only. But i did not get any phone delivered to me. As i have opted cash on delivery option i doubt they sold, y phone to some one else, as it is not easy to book this product. It has very limited window of booking (1or 2 mins only). I feel, i m being cheated by amazon. I did not purchase other phone because this product is better in market at this price.

            I had purchased epson l220 colour ink tank system printer from amazon. But the mother board was defective which we came to know when epson technician came for installation. They without our knowledge replaced the mother board and took the damaged part. Also gave us no documents.

            But since we had purchased a new printer why should we accept replaced parts.

            I am trying to make amazon understand this. But they are continuously harrasing us

              I had placed order on amazon order reference order #[protected] and made an online payment of inr 2999.0 with transaction id [protected] towards payee emvantage payments from my icici bank account on jun, 25, 2017 at 14:26 hours.

              However the order is now closed by amazon for payment non receipt. Kindly let me know where is my money? My account is debited but amazon says not received. Pl help and refund my money.

                I have ordered a mobile phone and today i have got msg regarding this but delivery boy still not deliver it and i have tired lots of time to call him and when he pick phone he replied very bad manner and told me u can pick your parcel at particular place but when i reached there and call to him he didn't reply. I am waiting there more than 1 hour but he didn't reply or pick a phone. Then i went courier office but still i didn't gety parcel till now..

                  I have placed an order on 22nd june and amzaon shows that it will be delivered by today (27/06/2017). Since today morning im taking continue follow up of this order and i stay at home due to this delivery and at the last moment amazon messaged me that delivery attempt failed. How is it possible??? Just give me the proofs o[censored]navailability at delivery address.
                  Very bad experience of amazon till now.

                    Getting this offer everyday and the family members just play quiz. Please refund the amount whatever deducted.

                      I purchased a product from Amazon on June 3, 2017 (order Number[protected]. Due to size related issue I tried to return the request on June 10, 2017.They send me a message that they will pick up the product from my address. After so many days (after connected with customer helpline several times) they told me to cancel the return request and apply for again to initiate the process. As per the discussion with them I again apply for pick up return. They have also provide me a Return Instruction but as they did not picked up my product I again called them. One of the representative told me that my product never be picked up however they documented that they will pick up my product.

                        I referred my 2 friend and on 24 june the referred amout have to be added but it wont.
                        I tried to contact amazon care and they told me to wait for midnight, which i do.
                        But till midnight the amount wont be added.
                        I call again and they told me to wait for 24-48 hrs more which i do.
                        But then also i wont got my credit and when i call again they again told me for wait for more 24-48 hrs.

                              Sir 7 days before i called ur customer care service due to i want to watch skemi gadil orignal 1227 red model but ur customer service nothing to do something after that i can chat with ur amazon assistant jamuna she told me i can solved ur problem and provide u this model no watch. After that again i can chat with devendra he assurance i can do definitely and 24 hours after we can provide this watch so 12 hours completed. But nothing to do something so i request u do something

                                I have ordered a phone on 13th jun (Order no #[protected]. On the same day, i have placed another order for back cover and tempered glass for the new handsets. I have received the cover and tempered glass but yet to receive the phone. The phone was supposed to be delivered on 19th june and then again 23rd june but still i have not received the phone. Now what i have understood, the order will be cancelled. I am very very disappointed. I don't know what to do with my cover and tempered glass.

                                      Courier service or courier boy doesn't deliver the parcel for products purchased from amazon india.
                                      This is the second instance i've faced in last few months where i even did not received the call and got the message as attempt to deliver fail.
                                      When i checked the reason i got to know that the courier boy tried looking for address and failed to find which is not true.
                                      These courier boy doesn't do their job properly and make such excuses.

                                      We want amazon to take strict actions against such fraud to save amazon business.

                                        Sir i purchased 2 moto g4plus handsets and one of your employee mr mayank gupta he said that he suggest me that you will received 20% cash back of mobile sets with in 60 days of mobile purchased. Even he placed ordered and i made payment with my credit card. Now it's 5 months has been completed. I didn't received any cash back and now he is not responding. Please do the needful. It's a big fraud.
