Hi,
I have ordered gold coin from amazon and it was delivered on may 6th.
The delivery agent did not call me and had delivered the item to the security guard. When i saw the item delivered message on my mobile and contacted the security guy, to my shock we saw that the delivered item does not contain the gold coin. The package is tampered.
I have complained amazon customer care and i am not getting response.
Can you please help me to get my refund.

    I would like to explain you the whole situation at a glance and i hope this mail reaches someone who would be able to sort out things.

    So from the first instance i was willing to buy a gift for my wife for her birthday which is today and i was referred to buy that from amazon by a friend of mine.
    As i wasn't aware of shopping from amazon he helped me out and informed me that i would receive the package by 10th of june. I was awaiting delivery and did not receive any calls from you so expected a delay in delivery and wasn't worried about that because i had no issues as there was still time for her birthday, after getting back from work was surprised to see that there was a mail sent to me saying that the product is delivered. I didn't knew what to do so i called my friend and informed me not to worry and asked to contact the customer service and helped me out. I did the same thing reverted back to the email sent to me and i got a reply from an agent named geetika at 12:55 am on 11/06/17 saying that sometimes the carrier will accidentally scan a package as delivered when it's still on its way. So when these happens the package is usually delivered within the next few days and she requested me to wait till 12 th of june as you guys need to investigate this issue and if the investigation team isn't able to figure out the package by 12th she promised me for a replacement which means you guys would send a new product again i was relaxed with her mail and was disappointed as well that there might be a delay gifting that to my wife even then i was just hoping for something good to happen. I went ahead and replied to the same mail and got a reply from mr. Ayush asking me to wait for 24 hours and i did that too and when gave a call to you guys on 11th there was a person from the escalations desk named manikanth and he was so good to me but he asked me to wait till 14th of june and i explained him the whole scenario and asked him to check my mails for the written confirmation i had from that particular agent and he checked that and informed me that as you have a written confirmation we would​ keep up our word but asked me to wait till 12 june end of the day as mentioned in the mail and informed me that he would follow up with me regarding the same and promised a call back as well.
    I did not receive any calls from that person and when i gave a call there was person who answered my call and informed me that there is a specialist team which deals with this and transferred my call to another department and that's when i literally lost trust in you guys as i got connected to a person from that team named bhargavi.
    She did not have a valid answer for any of my questions and she sounded so rude and she asked me to wait till 14th june only after that they would be able to take any actions and today i received a mail from some person and he is asking me to wait for 3-5 business days... The time is just being extended day by day and am feeling cheated but at this point i really needed someone who could see the situation from my perspective as well.
    My friend informed me that amazon customer service is the best he experienced as far and this is what am experiencing now. As it's over the day has come and it was a surprise for my wife and now everything is ruined.
    I spent all my savings with you guys and now am cornered. Now there is nothing that can be done to make this day better but need to borrow money from someone for buying her the same because i don't have enough money.
    I wanted two things to be clarified.
    Don't you guys value the words which you given in written and why don't you cancel this and refund money and then do whatever investigation you guys have to do. Why am i being penalised here??
    How long do i have to wait.???

      Bought this sewing machine online, it work for one day that too i tried very simple stitch as i was beginner.
      I am unable to fine shops to repair it. Feeling very bad..
      After seeing fullfilled by amazon i bought this product.. Very worst product..
      Help to repair or replace new one..
      Warranty option is also not available..
      How can we believe amazon.. I always feel amazon is best comparing other.. But this made me to feel as worst..
      Why are they giving such a worst product..

          I ordered an iphone se and order id order #[protected]. Some how it was cacelled and now they are not giving me my refund. Refund was intiated on 20th of may. I already filed charge dispuit and than also they are giving me fake promises billing tram is not understaning my concern and gives me fake promises please look in to my mater i need my refund as soon as possible. I clearly mentioned that i attached autrization latter and bank statement to amazon people so i've gone through all the process so please help me as they are not doing any thing. Order amount is rs.26798

            This is in regard of my subject order was placed in amazon on 6th of jun was supposed to deliver by 12th of jun.

            But till time i have not received my order, have tried to contact amazon cs but no body is giving me correct feedback.

            On amazon website my order is shipper under #
            Courier: amazon transportation services, tracking #: [protected].

            But till i have not recieved any single call from anybody.

            This type of service from company like amazon is not acceptable.

                Dear customer representative,
                I am very irritated by your service, i had ordered a rayban glasses yesterday that is 10 th june and received a mail saying payment has been accepted and now 24 hours later i receive a message saying order cancelled... And when i log in to amazon i find that the rates of the glasses has been increased from 3, 400 rs to 5068 rs... What is the meaning of this... Due to the price hike you have dishonoured your commitment of sending me the item... I am attaching the cancellation message and payment received mail... Be rest assured if you don't fulfill my order at the price i had paid for i will send the mail and all attachments to consumer court and if need be sue your amazon... I myself am a lawyer and so you better not mess with me.
                The following is the message "your order #[protected] has been cancelled because the payment couldn't be completed. You won't be charged for the cancelled item."

                I have bought this product @ rs 799. But on tag amount is Rs 699/- . They charged higher amount instead of actual price of product.. will never use amazone for online shoping in future.

                        I have purchased moto g5, on that day offer was there with details as below
                        1. Amazon pay balance of 550rs cashback for amazon prime members
                        2. 1000rs cashback will be credited by june 6th i[censored]se hdfc card for payment

                        But i got amazon pay balance 500rs, i called customer care multiple time for hdfc cashback but they not ready to provide cash back and asking for bank statement. To0 provide the cash back.

                          Now when I am chasing Amazon to return or replace it they are telling me the policies.

                            I had ordered a led indicator light from amazon on 24 may 2017. I got a call from amazon the next day and i was asked to cancel my order because the product was no longer available so i cancelled that order. They sent me a reference number 74332747146714577643209 regarding the refund but i have not received the money till now. I have gone to the bank also regarding this but they told me they have nothing to do with the reference number. Please help me.

                                I placed order[protected] for lenovo k5 mobile. Got mail saying that the order is cancelled and refund being processed. I did not cancel order.
                                Again i placed order for same item[protected]. The order was cancelled saying that the item is restricted one piece per costumer.
                                I have not place more than one piece order. The order was repeated as the first order was cancelled without my consent.
                                These order numbers are not reflected in my account even in the cancelled orders.
                                Is my money transferred twice been received by you.

                                  Hi my name is john patel this is my 2nd complain in 2 days.
                                  But again it is in regards to amazon india
                                  I had ordered a phone cover and a bottle of hair gel few days back. I have received a message today from amazon that the phone cover is delivered to me but i havent received it, so i called up amazon to inquire and spoke to megha, then i got to know that the pre paid item (Note 5 cover is delivered to some one else) and the courier has updated my name in the receivers name. This the order number[protected].
                                  This is the order number for gel[protected] i was suppose to receive it today but i havent received it nor did i receive a call from them.
                                  A few days back i had ordered mamy poko pants xl size diapers from my wifes phone. But havent received it yet please do something about it. Because amazon is treating us well. No value for money.

                                  This is third times when no one receive returned items for 3 different products. Last 3 months product is not collected by amazon. When for last poduct a sms has come that packet is not ready whereas nobody has come to collect.

                                    I bought a red mi 4 mobile which amount was rs.8998/-, unfortunately i gave the delivery boy rs. 10000/-. After his delivery i called him just 5 minuets to say that please refund me the extra amount. He told me that he will just come and after 10 day past he did not contact with me. I was complain by toll free number but till now it is not recovered,
                                    So please take some necessary action and refund me the extra amount

                                      I placed a order for a product "sony alpha a6000y 24.3mp digital slr camera (Black) with 16-50 & 55-210mm lens (Ilce-6000y)" on 8 june 2017. I paid fully by credit card. On 11 june 2017 the tracing detail shows the item was delivered and receipt was signed by me (Debashis sardar) whereas i did received the item at all, hence there is no question to sing in receipt, but they claimed the receipt was signed by debashis sardar. I fear courier service grab the item. It is cheating case was happened by amaxon.

                                        The following email is a false feedback given by Amazon's 3rd party supplier Mahindra Logistics in Bangalore, as package was refused due to being unsealed (Neither Bosch seal Tape nor Amazon Seal Tape was there)

                                        This is my Second such experience with Amazon /Mahindra partnership, The matter was reported to Amazon Hyderabad during previous order six months ago but it seems everything is already known to them. Innocent customers are being supplied products especially washing machines without any seal, atleast in Bangalore by Amazon Tie-ups.

                                        This complaint is lodged in Public Interest. Hop e to hear from you with a solution.
