I have bought an led tv on 17th oct 16 with order no:[protected] &[protected] via citi bank credit card and was eligible for an cashback of rs.2000/- which was to be credited back to credit card account on or before 20th jan 2017 and i am yet to receive the cash back. I tried contacting customer care for 13 times and i am yet to receive the cash back. There is no response or update from the customer care team...

Please help us in getting my money refunded as they have delivered fake product., order id:[protected]. I placed an order (Order#[protected] on 20th January 2017 during Great Indian Shopping Festival of Rs13, 999/- through Amazon App.
According to the cashback policy I should get 15% caskback and maximum of Rs1750. But when I got cashback on 19th April 2017 then I got Rs1399.90.
