    From amazon india on 22nd jan 2017. I am yet expecting same from seller. Contacted seller 4-5 times since then to refund, but there is no response from seller and nor from amazon.

      Redmi 4 32gb was delivered on  30th may.

      Only after few days i put the sim in it and observed that in this phone sim card is not detecting and the phone automatically got switch off some times.
      I tried to initiate a return, but for mobile phones amazon asks to download the smartchk app from the orders/returns page and test with it. But i mistakenly installed on my old phone. Called customer care they told to install this on new phone. Tried a lot  but end up with  the error - invalid pin.
      I called the customer care several time they told you installed smartchk on old phone. Thatswhy it dont detect on new phone.

      And they can return only through this smartchk app.
      Feels like cheated by amazon.. And think this was trick to reduce the return of the defective product.

      The product has a return by date of june18.
      I just want to return a product that has issues and get a refund.

      I feel amazon is intentionally delaying the process so that i will not be able to return the product by june 18.

      Tired of the usual replies that i get from their customer service executives.

        Continuously following up for refund of a very small amount rs.355/- but there is no respond from your side. I am a regular customer & i think i have done a great mistake to purchase from your site and if i will not get my refund then i will file a case on consumer court and will instruct to all my colleagues through our over all plant in india not to purchase any product from amazon site.

          Order was promised it will be delivered at 12:40 after being delayed twice. Even after paying extra for urgent delivery. Has already been delayed twice and was supposed to arrive yesterday.
          Amazon should not gurantee delivery if it cant fulfill its promise. Even the delivery guy contact details not provided even after asking twice. Pathetic service by amazon. Call center executives only pacifies the customers and gives false promises. Pathetic, unthruthful, unreliable

              I placed an order of one plus 2 chargeable cord on 11 june for which i already paid via debit card sum of amount rs 334 tax including.. But the status was showing that package is returning back to seller. For that i contracted customer care department and i was told that the order is cancelled on 17 june 2017 reason being the product was damaged in courier.
              Sir i request you to please take action regarding this otherwise this could effect the goodwill of amazon.

                  I ordered a novel from the online portal amazon.in. I recieved the novel today and discovered while reading that a page of it is torn as you can see in the picture. The novel is called taming the french tycoon and is authored by rebecca winter. It is a mills and boon publication.
                  I'm not able to read the whole novel cuz of that torn page. I've also attached the invoice provided along with the novel showing 15th june as the delivery date but it was delivered to me today ie on 16th june. The order was paid in advance. But i'm gonna need your help to get the novel exchanged.

                    I purchased a lg 32" led tv. They assured me via mail that they will give me the cash back of the installation after i pay to the service engineer of lg. Now i had to pay rs. 2385/- for the installation. Now they saying refund is not possible. I have the mail and bill copy, both i have send to amazon email. Though they denied to give the cashback. I called several times to amazon, even mails much times, they said the same things. They issuing my mail id mismatched, but i received & send from the same email id i. E. [protected]@gmail.com.

                        Hi,
                        I am swapnil shete. Recently i have ordered one product curiosity electric egg boiler.
                        So,, i received the product, one day prior to delivery date. But when i opened the package, the product was different. So i immediately contacted your help center[protected] and asked to replace the item with my original item. As the initial delivery e address was my office address and product was already at my home, i requested them to change the pick up address to new address. Meanwhile amazon sent the replacement as my original product and it was in transit.

                        But, even though i change pick up address, the mail sent by amazon as a confirmation, was still showing my original address. So i contacted help centre again and requested them to change the pickup address again, but pick up guy never showed up and product is still there in my room.
                        The replacement package amazon sent was supposed to be delivered on 15 june 2017, but in the morning at 9:00 am i received communication stating that the product can not be delivered and it is being returned to the fulfillment centre. As on 15 june 15, 2017, the product delivery got cancelled, why?, i don’t know.
                        Now, the problem with this whole thing is that, there was no clarity of communication throughout the system. Every time i called your help line, your associates assured me that they will take care of things, but they never did. Every time i asked them to talk with superior management, the answer was, we are the highest chain in communication. Being loyal customer of amazon, and amazon claiming itself to be a world class firm, this kind of service is not expected. I have suffered and i directly accuse amazon to harass me mentally in this regard.

                              It’s highly unpleasant; i have to suffer a lot to get refund of my money.                                 I had ordered a moto g 5 phone as a gift for my son on 4 june 2017. The phone arrived on 10 june 2017 (Order #[protected].

                                At the onset itself we found that the speakers of the phone were not working, so i filed for a return. After numerous calls to the customer care, they suggested i do a smart check on the phone. I asked them to send in the technician. When the technician finally arrived on 14 june he concluded that the phone needed to returned. When i contacted the customer for the 'nth' number of time they asked me to mail the report given by him on [protected]@amazon.in. I received no response from them, so i called them up again and then the so called returns and refunds department representative tells me that the phone i bought for rs. 11999/- was not eligible for refund or exchange but could only be replaced by the same model. When i insisted i needed a refund, he said no one in whole of amazon could give me a refund for the product and that i would have to take a replacement only.

                                This is a fraudulent way of adopted by amazon which is forcing faulty products on the customers.

                                  I ordered a camera on 5th june 2017 from amazon and paid online through credit card. The expected delivery date was 10-15 june.. I was given a tracking code of india post which was invalid from the beginning and later on i tried to contact to the seller but i got no response. I needed the camera on urgent basis but i kept waiting. Later on amazon initiated the refund process but because of the some fraud sellers on amazon i wasted my time and amazon is nothing but sorry to me. I need compensation for my 10 days of waiting and eventually i got nothing because it was a fraud since the beginning. I'm attaching few pics of the order.. P. S. The seller was "sp store"

                                      It was delivered to me on 10th may, but it was a different bed sheet, not the one that i had ordered, for it is a low quality, low price, different print and different colour sheet, so i had spoken to your customer care the same day that is on 10 may that i had received a wrong bed sheet and i want to return it and want my money to be refunded as this is totally your company fault, your customer care executive had assured me that he will send some guy to collect the bed sheet the next day i. E on 11may and get it returned and refunded. But nobody came to collect it. I had again called your customer care to check why the guy hasn’t come and again the same reply he will come next day, but nobody had come the next day also, its been 5days now.

                                      This is my first shopping from amazon and this is the service, i had received from your company, your customer care exe. Are making fool of people.                                         I am listed for Amazon Easy Ship. I scheduled a pickup on Jun 13. Your guy did not turn up.
                                        I again scheduled another pickup on Jun 14. Your guy did not turn up.

                                        So on June 14 I complained to you, over chat, email and call. I made it very clear and your rep agreed that the order will NOT be cancelled and that someone will pick it up for sure without fail today (June 15). I was asked NOT TO do anything from my dashboard. Now I get an email saying that the order is cancelled.

                                        This is ridiculous and I think I will sue Amazon for falsification of information, mental abuse and hurting my reputation.

                                        Do you think you can reverse the cancellation and ensure that the order is delivered?

                                        An amount of $10.99 has been charged from my SBI Credit Card ending xxxx6302 towards Amazon Prime Videos.

                                        I am not at all interested in this. Therefore, this amount may be reimbursed to my credit card.
