Amazon.in Order #[protected]
The payment for this order was debited in my account on 31-3-17
As per amazon the had some issues in the payment gateway so order got cancelled
But i didn't receive any credit in my account..
After repeated follow up with amazon they have stopped responding
My bank is saying they have not recieved any credit back
What do i do now?...

1. Device is not working.
2. Parts of device is falling off.
3. Authenticity of device is hard to judge, because 1.product name is no where written in packaging or device. 2. No product manual provided
4. Batteries provided were not even packed. It does like somebody already rejected this product and dealer din't even bother repair it - just handed to another customer. Allthough...

On 14/42017 I ordered an item on Amazone and after that I changed my mind and cancelled the item before it shipped. But still I didn't got my money back.
When I call the customer care they told me you will get your refund within 5 days. But not yet I didnt get anything

Amazon chat agents disconnected my chat without any intimation, they have also removed my order from my order history using different language.
Even call support also doing the same.
I wanna complain a case against them....

I am having issues with the bag. So the agent was promised me 100/- so I rejected it and asked for 200/- because I stitched it for 250/- yu can check my whole chat conversation.
