I am still waiting for the refund for order:[protected]. At the time of purchase, I sent different emails to seller to be sure about delivery date. He confirmed the 15th of May. Finally, they shipped the sofa on 15th. So I cancelled it. I called Amazon India CC and talked to them, and to the furniture team and escalation. They lied to me by saying: "don't worry Sir, we will call you back before 24hrs". I am still waiting. And the so-called A Z claim was filed 1 week later than expected and promised... So the refund is not with me. They keep saying they proceeded with it, but the true is that the money is with them, not with me.
And about order[protected], the seller sent the sofa in a completely different shade. I phoned him and he said that the delivered shade is what I ordered. So I proceeded with the return.
And the last surprise is the suspension of my account, although I have always paid my orders, I have never accepted a parcel not addressed to me, etc.
It is impossible to get an appropriate answer from Amazon India, irrespective of my lack of payment problems, my almost 2 lakhs spent with them during the last 6 months. I do not know how they allow such cases to happen.
I am planning to escalate my issues to a more global level, as other countries, if contacted their CC, they try to assist and offer help as they understand this is not possible.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Dipishika had never gave me alternate options to get my product delivered, she gave me false assurance, incorrect information, i contacted support multiple time, I spoke with Divya senior manager and with Jhsnkar, I am happy with Jhankar conversation but not happy with Dipshika, she deserve a training, if you want to be a good customer centric company please make a change and give some training to Dipshika please, I want my product free of cost now, as it is cancelled by Dipishika. I never asked to cancel why she cancelled my order, as she promised me that I will definitely get my order delivered, this intentionally done by Dipshika and Rajendra please I want strict action against Rajendra. I want strict action against Rajendra and Dipshika. Please send Dipshika for retraining's as she deserve training, she does not deserve a job of customer service escalation advisor please.
