    Hello I am rukhsar akhtar I bought a suit from amazone its order id is[protected] but it is in veey poor quality so I returned it to to amazon .they told us that they return money so we went to bank nd ask but they said they didn't get any money in your account then we ask amazon they said they returned it. But yet I have not gotten my money back so plz solve this matter and make them to return my money .they told that they transform it to our bank account but yet we haven't get.
    It's very disappointing after that we haven't purchased anything from amazon .solve this matter so that we can again start shopping with amazon.

      Amazone said i will get my cashback by 06 june 2017, but i didn't get my cashback till the date so i complained about it to amazon. They said that issue has been transferred to higher authorities and will resolved in 5-6 days but it has been like more then 15 days not yet issuing my cashback and it's really frustrating... I have repeatedly inquired and emailed for the same but to no result. I had not expected such poor service from such a renowned online store.

        Amazon provides very poor service, delivery boy didn't attempt to deliver my package, but they updated on amazon portal that they attempted but the customer was not available they never called me regarding the delivery, funny thing is the courier company/executive is not receiving phone of amazon customer service supervisor. I called to amazon and spoke with one of the supervisor, he said let me call to courier agency, after 5min hold, he told me that they are not receiving phone call, i asked him to transfer the call to his manager but he told me that he is higher person here to take call, he said he will arrange a call back with manager, i never get any call from manager or amazon and even i didn't receive my product yet, i booked that order on 6june.

          Amazon is asking to ship back the faulty product to seller by myself and not providing the return facility to take back the item..

          I have received a faulty product from the amazon and now amazon is asking to ship the product to the seller back by myself as it is seller fulfilled product and it is not sending its executive to take the return of this product..

          I have requested them several times to send there executive to collect this faulty product, but they are not willing to send there executive and insisting me to ship it by myself, as i have purchased the product from amazon and not thru seller directly, so morally its amazon's responsibility to take back the product and not ask customer to ship it back to the seller, this is completely unethical way of doing business, i am not happy with there treatment and behaviour, please help me in getting my refund

          I just want amazon to take back the product, as i am not going to ship to the seller since i have not purchased the product from seller, i have purchased it thru amazon and not thru seller

          That's not my responsibility to ship back the product to seller, i have not purchased it from seller, i have purchaed it from amazon
          So ethically and morally amazon should provide the return for this
          And then amazon should return it to the seller
          Why should amazon ask the customer do all this headache
          Please take back your seller's product and give me back my refund
          I am not going to ship it

            The complaint is on the recent purchase of a venus study table bearing the order number[protected] by bharath.

            The product has been delivered and still the installation team has not come to install which they have promised to the next day.

            We request the team to extend the dates for returning of the product as we still do not know the reasons for such a delay in a small installation job like this. The hometown customer care was contacted and even after following up it by raising complaints to them thrice on the same subject there is no response.

            Expecting your kind support on this issue and thanking you in advance.

              I have ordered lenovo z2 plus on 19-june-2017. I am suppose to get the product on 20-june-2017 but it dodnt happened. I got the courier boy mobile number on my registered mobile number @ 8 am on 20-june-2017. I tried calling the courier person from 2 pm, but no response. I called courier person somany times till 6.30 pm. (I have paid the amount for the above order)

              After making somany attempts i reached customer support and got the replay that it will be delivered before 8 pm.

              As the delivery address is my office address and my office closes at 7 pm, still i waited for the courier till 8.30 pm but nothing happened.

              Next day morinig i received sms that delivery attempted @10.30 pm, but no one called me @ 10.30 pm.

              I am writing the whole story because this has happened befor also. I dont know whats wrong with amazone.

              I dont have any words to express. I dont know how to convey the message to amazon.

              Being a prime customer i am not getting the proper support from the amazon. Its better to opt some other online services like flipkart/snapdeal.

                Above product was ordered vide no.[protected] dt 13.06.2017 and same was delivered on 18.06.17 at given address. After opening the pack, found a hairline on cover. After wearing it on phone, a crack is clearly visible on back of cover where hairline was noticed. It means item thus delivered is damaged one.
                Requested to look into the issue and get it replaced instead. Pl expedite. Ur response in this regard is awaited.

                      Samsung galaxy tab e sm-t561 tablet (9.6 inch, 8gb, wi-fi+3g+voice calling), pearl white (New) i return this item on friday but still now i din't get any information regarding this so will you please tell me or inform me about the collection of my item from my home, how much it will take time and how it will be collected from me. Do they call me before they come for collect my item. Or it's just a false statement that they will collect it. I am in dark and worried about my lose. I want to bye a camera by this payment so there is no lose for the company therefore please help me to full fill my needs.

                          I purchased diplomat epbax system fro amazon n 2nd ay 2017.
                          Due to renovation work was in process i tried to install the instrument on 16th june and i found it as damaged.
                          I called amazon customer care but they gave a very casual answer that i have to contact the seller. Now the seller is itself an online seller of kind of product. I tried to contact the but they are not answering.
                          It is really unfortunate that amazon is mediating for kind of seller who is selling damaged products and not answering.
                          I strongly recommend people to avoid shopping from amazon as they are cheating people by selling cheap and damaged products.

                              Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

                              Dear sir

                              A refund of 649 rupees and 548 rupess was successfully processed on 1st july 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my hdfc account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                              I have called the hdfc bank of india customer service and also emailed all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                I ordered this phone from amazon online and got it on 15th june, 2017. However to my dismay i got a mobile which had problem on charging, it started hanging and the phone was vibrating. So immediately i contacted the customer care to return back my product and initiate a refund. On 16th june, a pick up was scheduled but when the pick up guy came to collect the product he denied to take it back. I dont know what kind of nuisance is this.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I have placed an order on 22-march-2017; but the amazon did not deliver the item till 18-may-2017.

                                  After some days (2-jun-2017) when i asked again amazon wrote me "the order has been delivered".

                                  Amazon has delivered the order to wrong person.

                                  I wrote to amazon many times to provide the name of the person who received the order but amazon did not share the details.

                                  During this time my investigation was being continued and after couple of days i found that order in the office admin.

                                  When i open the packet i found wrong item.

                                  Now i want either replace the item as per describe in the website or return the order,

                                  But amazon making excuse and wrote me :
                                  "the seller does not have to accept a return because the return time frame has passed."

                                  I wrote to amazon that the return time frame has passed because of you and you (Amazon).

                                  I request you kindly look into this matter.

                                  Amazon is selling Smuggled goods and without 'MRP. Price Tag'.
                                  This product is also without MRP. Price Tag and I paid very price for it.
                                  The same product is available in just half price (See the attached picture).

                                  i ordered a pendrive from amazon.in and received a cheap card reader in the package delivered ... even the order status is showing that my order is not yet delivered, though 2hrs have passed since I have received my order ... i have called to customer support of amazon.in and i hope i get my refund soon .                                     I placed on order with amazon.in on 27th april 2017 - costus igneus, insulin - plant 2 no - order #[protected] thru "nursery live"
                                    The plants never arrived and when i checked, the status shows delivered - but no one at my home or neighbours received it.
                                    When i try to post a complaint on amazon portal, i get a reply mail, repeatedly saying that

                                    "message not delivered
                                    There was a problem delivering your message to [protected]@googlemail.com. See the technical details below, or try resending in a few minutes."

                                    I consider that amazon is cheating a loyal customer with a double whammy - (A) by not delivering a material for which i paid in advance and (B) not allowing me to complain.

                                    This is highly unethical and pathetic behaviour. Why amazon treats its indian customers differently?

                                      I placed an order in april for an apple watch, but i received the package in tampered condition and the product which i received was fake.
                                      I sent snapshots to both seller and amazon. They said they will do the refund in 3-5 working days.
                                      Its been 3 months the issue is still being escalated, whenever i call they give different answers and they say they will arrange a call back for me, but i get a replay through email from buyer guarantee team.
                                      The issue is still pending the amount is around 34000rs/- huge amount. Still awaiting the refund no proper solution from amazon whatsoever frustrated.

                                        This was third class experience on online purchase. Amazon sold faulty product to me worthrs 27000. No one responding on custmer care of oneplus. Went three times service center and done formatting but still problem remains.
                                        I thing amazon started cheating customer. If not than pls help to replace my 7month old phone.
