Amazon is asking to ship back the faulty product to seller by myself and not providing the return facility to take back the item..
I have received a faulty product from the amazon and now amazon is asking to ship the product to the seller back by myself as it is seller fulfilled product and it is not sending its executive to take the return of this product..
I have requested them several times to send there executive to collect this faulty product, but they are not willing to send there executive and insisting me to ship it by myself, as i have purchased the product from amazon and not thru seller directly, so morally its amazon's responsibility to take back the product and not ask customer to ship it back to the seller, this is completely unethical way of doing business, i am not happy with there treatment and behaviour, please help me in getting my refund
I just want amazon to take back the product, as i am not going to ship to the seller since i have not purchased the product from seller, i have purchased it thru amazon and not thru seller
That's not my responsibility to ship back the product to seller, i have not purchased it from seller, i have purchaed it from amazon
So ethically and morally amazon should provide the return for this
And then amazon should return it to the seller
Why should amazon ask the customer do all this headache
Please take back your seller's product and give me back my refund
I am not going to ship it
