Really fed up of the service of Amazon and i think I owe an explanation for the below mentioned incidents

Took prime membership of Amazon for 499 rs on[protected]only for the purpose of getting one day delivery which was the promise by Amazon).
Deposit 10000 rs in pay balance(for faster service).

Booked a mobile (Redmi 4A/order #[protected] ) with a promise of one day delivery and paid from paybalance, ie on or before 7/7/2017 8.00 pm.

Got the following message @14.01 - Arriving today:your package with Redmi 4A (Gold, 16GB) will be delivered by AmzAgent([protected]).
(fooling the client started here.The number ([protected]) is giving a message 'temporarily disconnected'.

My office time ended at 3.30 pm but i waited upto 6.00 pm and the called up a customer care executive at 6.10, who told me to wait upto 8.00 pm as material is out for delivery.But she was not able to provide any contact number or the name of courier company.

At 8.15, again I called up customer care and got a reply that some times the delivery may get little delayed and will reach max by 9.00.He was also not aware of the name of courier company or any contact details.

At 80.30, I received an sms stating, 'We attempted to deliver your order with Redmi 4A(Gold, 16 GB), Which was totally wrong, because I was waiting at or office reception for the whole time/office was open/my phone was on(no calls were received).

I tried to call the customer care number[protected], from my registered mobile number (9870******) and shocked to know that they blocked my number also.It was getting disconnected after pressing language(2) and type of query(1-order status).

I called from office land line and my other mobile number and spoke to three different peoples in two different attempts to get the address of courier company, atleast so that I can go and collect same time or next day(As my office is closed for Saturday/Sunday) and I am staying at a two hour traveling distance from there.I was repeatedly requesting them for courier address so that I can go and collect from there as it was a bit urgent and Saturday/Sunday my office is going to be closed.But unfortunately no body from the customer care was able to find out the courier company/contact details/location of the material, which I suspect not even reached Mumbai on 7/7/2017 and Amazon was just trying to fool the client with all this sms and updates.

They were not aware of courier company details in the evening, but send me a fake contact number (AmzAgent([protected])) in the morning ?Whose number was that?

I was compelled to wait at office from 3.30 pm to 9.30 pm by Amazon, when they were aware that it was not going to be delivered on[protected].
And even after paying for prime membership, the response from customer care was very poor/not up to the mark and the last guy was something like--- hello hello your voice is not audible- please call back- and disconnected the call.

I changed my delivery address to residence on the hope that I will get it delivered on Saturday[protected], but they informed that the alternate delivery address should be next door and they cannot deliver at kalyan.

Now, with prime membership, I am going to get delivery on[protected], for a booking made on[protected].

    My delivery was to reach within 6-7th july. Today ..july 8th, I check the account to find the redmi 4 is delivered on 5th july successfully. Yet somehow I neither have an sms update nor a single phone call on my given contact no. Now, delivery boy says most likely your phone was switched off. I say do we write the delivery address just for some typing practice? He gives up on the thing, saying that may be "by mistake" it was delivered to somewhere else. ..! And concludes by telling me to re-order the thing. ..very harassing work ethics. Customer satisfaction seems to be going down on their priority list day by day.

      Hi,

      I had ordered airtel wifi hotspot from amazon on 1st july. It was supposed to be delivered on 6-Jul. I had given address of amazon delivery agent as I may not be at home when delivery arrives. I went to the delivery agent address to collect my goods, but to my surprise he said they no more deal with amazon deliveries. I called the courier boy who was supposed to deliver my goods but he said I am not delivery boy and not deal with anything related to amazon. Online status displays that goods could not be delivered and reattempt is being made.
      I want it to be delivered to different address which is nearby place where my family members will collect the goods on behalf of me.

      Please help me resolve the issue.

        Very upset with the kind of delivery men Amazon sends. I'm in Ahmedabad and a delivery guy named vikas kumar is so unprofessional that I'm forced to write this review. The products are no doubt as I ordered but the packing was very bad and the person delivering it was like doing some huge favour by giving me my product which I'm paying for. And these delivery men dare me to file a complain against them. Amazon shouldn't promote this kind of behavior. The delivery guy never calls before coming so I never know when he'll visit in the whole day. Is that your policy? If it is then ignore me please. For returning if I choose some time they'll never come in the chosen time.I have recently started liking Amazon and would like to be a regular customer. I humbly request, please improve your services amazon and look into the matter as soon as possible.

              Hi,
              I have placed this order on 27th June and was expected to deliver on 3rd July, as i didn't received my order on expected date then i talked to customer support team, he replied "the product got damaged due to rain and you will get a fresh product on or before 7th July", that time i agreed with him and waiting for 7th July.

              In the mean time i again talked with customer support team again on 6th July just to get the status. Then he replied "your product will delivered to you tomorrow (7th july)".

              On 7th July, i didn't received the same, then i talked again to Customer support team, this time he told me again your product has damaged and what would you like whether you need refund or replace the product?".

              I got shocked after hear that. I am waiting for the item "Bitdefender Total Security 2017- 1 PC/3years" from 27th of June and there are lots of important data is in my computer which is unprotected by existing Security software. if any miss-happening occurs who will be responsible for this.

              I want to file complaint against Amazon India under consumer court, please suggest what is the procedure? also send me Nodal officer email id.

                Hi, Amazon Prime withdraws Rs. 6700 from my bank account on 05/07/2017 for one year membership for USD 99.

                First Thing I haven't apply for the membership
                Second Amazon prime says you are not a member yet, if logged in
                I haven't saved my card details with amazon.

                Message Body: INR 6648.56 withdrawn from Ac 40XXXXXX26XX19 on 05 July 10:38 for POS INT/121972/AmazonPrime Membership with OTP authorization.

                I want my money back ASAP otherwise will raise a case with Consumer Forum .

                  I have got a refund of rupees 6999 on 30th june, 2017 from amazon.in, 2017 which has been processed successfully on the same day (30/06/2017). Transaction number is[protected]. The amount 6999 is supposed to be reflected in my union bank account with in 5 business days. Today is 7th july, 2017. Even after 5 business days have passed i still can't see my money is deposited in my account. My union bank account number is [protected]. Union bank can not give me any information about the money deposit and amazon.in continuously stating that the refund is processed.

                    I have order a Seagate Backup Plus Slim 2TB Portable External Hard Drive & Mobile Device Backup (Black) order no[protected] on 4th of june 2017 and they gave me a expected date of 22 june. Its been more than one month and i have called three time to the amazon and tried to contact seller but the amazon people didn't gave a proper solution and the seller didn't even reply after i mail them twice. I have already paid the full amount on the booking date and they don't even trying to contact their own seller. the amount i paid was 5, 940 rupees .
                    the shipment tracking Id which was given to me is also showing invalid tracking id on the india post site, Courier: India Post, Tracking #: EM[protected]IN
                    I have wasted my money, wasted my time, wasted the patience.
                    Now i want the refund as well as alimony for my wastage of time and money.

                    I am trying to a return a product and i would like to choose the option of bank account for refund, but I am not seeing that option, I am able to see only refund option. Can you please help me to raise a request to return the product and refund the amount to my bank account.

                      Amazon is the worst online shopping site
                      1. The products are not as displayed on the site
                      2. When asked for return nobody comes for pickup and money is not returned
                      3.customer service guys are of no help
                      4. Customers have to go through monetary loss
                      The product that was ordered from amazon was crinoline skirt
                      No[protected] on June 20 2017
                      The cancellation was approved on June 29th 2017
                      But the product was not collected nor refund done till date
                      When enquired they are telling courier service not available
                      While delivering the courier was available for Amazon bit while return ingredients the item they do not have a courier service that's the way they treat the customers.
                      Pathectic service looting customer money

                        I ordered pair of headphones on lighting deal it has to deliver at 4th of July but didn't yet they show order has been delivered after I contacted the customer service they said it will be delivered by today now I get a email from them your order has been returned to fulfillment centre if you want you can buy it again from website... Now the product cost about double of its value when I ordeded that that's how the worst delivery service I have seen even courier team didn't contacted me said it has been returned now asking me to order it again... That show how false that company making statement... First give us a offer then said it can't be delivered now you can order it again and the offer is goen now... I didn't recommend buying from Amazon their offer most of the time come out to be fake...

                          I purchased a phone cover from Amazon.in early May and was to have it delivered as per the website on or before 17th May, 2017. However it is now July 7 and my order update still says 'expected to deliver on 17th may 2017' !!!

                          I have made repeated complaints to both the seller and Amazon using their 'leave feedback' sections available to me in my account. However I have received no response, leading me to move to you now.

                            I had purchased three mobile phones from Amazon's online store dated 24th Jun 2017. In their website they have provided offer to purchase products in easy installments if having debit or credit card and also featuring month wise EMI options against various banks. I preferred to buy in 24 months EMI and placed total order amount was INR.21997 which was paid through my credit card. But surprisingly after getting the product delivered I came to know that 24 months EMI will not be possible. I spoked to their Customer Care - Leadership Team (Mr. Bhargav) dated 5th Jul 2017 and he is saying that I have to speak with my bank and they will take the final decision regarding EMI options. My question to all of them is why I have to speak with my bank and whether it was mentioned in their website where they are giving offers to customers against Debit or Credit Cards disclosing that FINAL DECISION WILL BE TAKEN BY THE BANK. No where it was disclosed as I am having all the printscreens with me.
                            I believe they would look into this matter very seriously and provide a resolution at the earliest in order to regain their customer's smile if they wish as being a customer I am very much upset as prior buying they are saying something and after selling the entire matter getting changed.

                              I ordered a one plus 5phone yesterday and was charged additional 100 rupees for a quick delivery (prime for this order). I did it with a purpose but i see no activeness from your side also there is no frequent updates shared on the location of my order. The address mentioned is an official one. Yes I understand when your associate say it will be delivered today but what does today really mean????? does it mean i should wait till 12 in the office for the order to arrive??? you guys say it will be delivered by 8pm. what if it gets delivered later than the mentioned time? who would be responsible for it? and what compensation would you be bearing for the time loss? Offices shut at 7pm i have one update when i logged into my account saying the product may be delivered later than the date mentioned. I NEED A CLARITY ON YOUR SERVICE GAP. I HAVE NO TIME TO CALL AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR ONE PRODUCT OF MINE. I NEEDED THIS ASAP AS IT WAS A GIFT THAT NEEDED TO BE TAKEN ALONG AS I AM TRAVELLING. MY TRAVELLING DATE CANT BE MODIFIED AS PER YOUR PREFERENCES/ CONVINIENCES RIGHT???? I WILL BE COMPLAINING TO NODAL OR ANY HIGHER AUTHORITIES FOR THE SAME. PATHETIC SERVICE

                                Product not delivered though I paid 100 rupees for prime delivery. I contacted and shared to delivery person that I will be available upto 5 in office. Also it is added while I'm booking. I have booked books as in prime delivery to let my work be initiated. But it delayed and lost credibility. Delivery person not yet contacted me yet, though it's 6'o clock.

                                  I have order an insansta portable sewing machine .It has being only 2 days after receiving the thing n it has stopped working. The main problem is the magnet under the bobbin is not working. We are not able to stitch because we are not able to put thread properly. We have ordered it through amazon online .either we need the money back or else need it to be repaired soon.

                                    Amazon.in is day by day becoming a problem. They deliver the product to remote locations also but then not ready to pick up for return even if its an amazon prime product. And they never sort out the problem, never gives options to customers for solution, they just tell what they will do, which ultimately ends up with the customer's monetary loss. it is happening with me for the 3rd time.plz help. Some online shopping websites are becoming painful.

                                      Item: Canon EOS 700D 18MP Digital SLR Camera (Black) with 18-55mm IS II and 55-250mm IS II Lens, 8GB card and Carry Bag

                                      This product was ordered from Amazon on 25th June 2017, On 29 June the Product was showing as dispatched in website (It is showing the same now.Screenshot attached)
                                      on 6th july i received an email saying that the Order has been cancelled and refund has been initiated.
                                      Reasons for complaining:
                                      1. Without confirming with the me, the order was cancelled .I needed the product not the money back.
                                      2. The Item even though it was saying as dispatched was not really dispatched as was confirmed by the Customer care, which means Amazon India is showing false Information to Clients .
                                      3. The seller claims that the product was damaged during delivery in which case Amazon India Should have given me a replacement but they are not doing so .

                                      Please note : I have paid the entire amount via Credit card amounting to approx 40, 000 Indian rupees.

                                      I would like you to take proper action against to prevent such things happening in future.
