This is with regards to the delivery. The whole intention of buying the product from Amazon was because it offers a one day delivery option for which i paid. This was supposed to be a gift for my wife's birthday which was 30 June'17. After waiting the whole day the tracking option showed that it is delayed because it went to a wrong courrier warehouse which in no way is my fault. When i spoke to Rekha and insisted the phone be delivered as a gift on 30 June'17, she promised on call that it would be delivered by 8pm (phone call available for proof). After 5 mins i received an email saying that "we would try and deliver" it on 30 June'17 which i replied to because i was promised the same day delivery. Off course, i was fooled because the product was not delivered yesterday and no call came.

In fact, the delivery now shows to be delivered on 3 July'17 despite paying INR 100 extra for early delivery. No call or message has been sent to me informing me about this.

The company easily says that they will refund INR 100. But what about the emotions attached? Flipkart also had a cheaper cost but since they could not deliver soon i didnt book it there. In fact i can even share details of Iphone 6 which i booked on flipkart, which showed 4-5 days delivery but it was delivered yesterday itself.

Pathetic experience and bad customer service. It is disappointing to have been misled like that.

Waiting for their explanation but is this justified?

    Sir/ Madam I (M DILIP KUMAR) ordered pyle pro pted01 dum kit on 22 june 2017. Due to technical issue my order was cancelled. Though my oder was cancelled the amount was debited from my account. after waiting for 7 working days i contacted to Amazon customer care they replied that no amount was received fom you. They told to contact to bank. I called to my bank and enquired. They told that mechant has claimed the amount in 4 working days.

    HDFC Bank is telling that merchant claimed but merchant is telling that no amount was received. so where my money gone. My bank is telling that if merchant refunds the amount back bank we will refunds the amount to you... please take necessay action and do favour.

      Sir my self m.srikanth I got a mail from amazon means you are select as a supervisor so u have to pay 1550 for security perpos it's uniform charger we will refund when you join you send money we will sent u courier I.d card uniform I pay through s.b.i then I call to them there are saying I am fake I have all details about that person and account number patm number and their form they send to me so how it possible to refund my money sir plz help me my mom don't no this matter .

        Dear Sir,
        Today I had received Samsung Galaxy Mini2 S6500 (order ID[protected] & Philips S388 Compatible Bluetooth Multimedia Speaker. I am not satisfied with these products. Because those are china made products. Those are not not philips S388 & Samsung Galaxy Mini2 S6500 compatible Bluetooth Multimedia speaker. There are no model number or company logo on products and delivery boxes. How i believe that these products are original.It is absolutely rubbish products. I want to send back those products. I am very sorry to say that I have lost faith on your company. Please change those product immediately.

          Dear sir,
          My name is sriram email id marepelli.[protected]@GMAIL.COM which is registered with Amazon. My Amazon account is locked from 20 days. Reason is that i placed a order on Amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
          After one day i see my account is locked . I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong . I also try to fax my own credit card details but fax no which they given give transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request .

              I bought Moto g3 16GB Black from amazon on 15 Aug 2016.Now I have problem in my handsets and I showed it to Motorola service center and they asked for invoice with IMIE number for device warranty.I have been contacting amazon for it via Mail, Chat, Amazon message service and customer care call since 2 and half month(April).but they always say they are not able to contact seller and always want to wait me for 2-3 days for response and this loop has been continue since April.they said that they escalated issue to seller 4-5 times but seller does not respond on that.

                Deficiency in services to deliver the order and providing false updated

                I purchased a book on June 02 via amazon and payment was cleared through credit card on the said date
                Despite of repeated chasers the company failed to provide any concrete updates and provided false status of product delivery and failure
                From last week company states the product is out for delivery but never reaching my address

                Today they have stated the product is delayed due to natural disaster or unavoidable circumstances and blocked my calls to customer services.

                I am planning to take this up till the national commission of consumer forum

                  . there is message that--
                  this is to inform you that a package from your order, with tracking ID[protected], shipped via Amazon Transportation Services, could not be delivered as no one was available to receive it.

                  this is wrong information given by your courier agency. actually he has not come to my office and it is his crude behavior. courier people do not take any pain to find office. my office is in very prime locality and it is on main road but he has not come only due to his igo problem. he called me and i explained address but he was not ready to come as I told him that when we give perfect address why they call repeatedly to disturb client.It is upto you to have more business or reduce business. This was experienced by me 2-3 times. i really unhappy with amazon servies. now i will not purchase anything via amazon and i will suggest all my friends in group not to purchase through amazon due to improper courier service people.

                    I ordered a laptop order no.[protected] on 20 June 17 and delivered 23 June 17. But which laptop ordered by me not delivered. I contacted and complained. I submitted pic of that laptop to Amazon. I contacted many time to Amazon call center. But they assured me problem will solve 24- 48 hours but after 5 day on 27 June17 they said to me order will not be replace. But I don't want refund. Please solve my problem otherwise I have to go to consumer form. Please maintain reliable of Amazon.

                      Hello, I bought Redmi 4 mobile through Amazon. There is heating issue during calls. Amazon has sent technician to check the issue. He came and just checked the battery temperature in idle mode and not during calls. I called to Amazon and they are telling to schedule revist of technician. Meanwhile, I'm getting headache due to the heating issue during calls.

                        I booked a moto g4 play Rs 7499.00 date of 19/6/2017.
                        And my order would be came on 26/6/2017 but it didn't come.
                        I called a customer care of Amazon they told your phone will be come tomorrow
                        But the next day also it didn't come.
                        Daily i did call to customer care and they told your phone will be come tomorrow
                        But the next day also it do not come till 29th June..
                        When I check my order status it is showing your order is Undeliverable.

                              I ordred laptop of rs 54990 but recieved something else. Order no[protected] delivery date 23 June 17 order date 20 june 2017 through Psb atmcard. After contacting toll free they suggested to refund whereas I got many text messages of getting order replaced but now they are denying for same. I dont want any refund.                                   Hi, i received my order on 22nd june, 2017 and return request was approved as the two rode was missing and the wrong wardrobe cover was provided.

                                  Now amazon is saying that they cannot collect the products from the delivered address, noida and suggested me to send the products to third party seller address. While order the products i was never ever informed about such policies. Its been more than 15 days since i made the return request.

                                    I had given a order of vivo y66. Order no[protected]. But it is already used before. They took new handset price and give used handset. And now they dont refund my rupees. So please help me as soon as possible. I had contact with them but they told that i have to bring written complain from service centre. Why i will bring this where as i had bought new product. Moreover the service center is 70 k. M away from my home.

                                      I ordered a phone, lenovo z2 plus, from amazon.in on 20 june 2017. The estimated delivery time was shown on 27 june by 8 pm. At 4:32 pm on 27 june, i received a text from amazon saying that the product shipment has been rejected at the time of delivery and is returning to the seller. I did not rejected any shipment and in fact i did not even received any phone call from the delivery agent. Then i called the customer care service of amazon regarding the issue and they guaranteed me that i will be receiving the product and will have to wait for 3 more days. But today, on 28 june, when i checked the the delivery status again, it showed that the product was rejected again and is back to the seller. So i called the customer care service again, but this time they told me to place a new order, and the price has increased. Now i will be facing loss if i order again. I don't know why the order was getting cancelled, and for twice. I did not received any phone call from the delivery agent regarding the delivery. I kept waiting for the product, and it never got delivered. The order number is[protected]. And the amount is rs10, 999.

                                        I ordered smiledrive flexible jaw mount from amazon and made payment in advance with my debit card, delivery of which was due between 24-26 june'17. After contacting amazon for many times product is not yet delivered nor the refund has been given by company. I want my product to get delivered to me as i paid for it and paid rs50 extra for delivery.
