As delivery date was show 27 bt I have not got my phn yet

      I have bought a pair of shoes from amazon.in but they have cancelled my order. As I have already paid a amount of ₹1999 for the shoes they have to refund me the amount but they have not refunded me any amount of money. Instead they are just saying that you have to wait for 24-48 hours every time I contact them but eventually after that also they do nothing.
      I have placed the order on 9th of june and it was cancelled on 11 th of june . Since today is 2nd of July and it's almost a month I haven't got my money

          I have ordered a package with Flux Trendy Analog Black Dial Mens Watch - WCH-FX234 in the end of June which was delivered to me on 1st July. I have already paid Rs.300/- including delivery charges, by net banking facility at the time of ordering. But even after paying full amount of the product in my absence delivery boy has demanded and collected Rs.100/- from my parents which is worst experience so far. Pl. return the same to me immediately.

            Deficiency in services to deliver the order and providing false updated

            I purchased super bottoms cloth diapers on June 17 via amazon and payment was cleared through credit card on the said date.
            The delivery date was on July 1.
            From that date onwards company states the product is delivered on June 23 but never reached my address.
            Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I early recieved dup. Suit case. Then it was reexchanged. Afterwardd ihave order puma leather chappal. They send rubber chappal. That refund i have not recieved up to date.i rewuest you pl. take neccessory action sir.Iremebered them so many time. But up to dste they did not informed me.

              I have been the customer of Amazon since 3 years. I have ordered many products so far, nothing wrong with them. i am happy with them all.

              But I orderd and received a product named " Skmei Analog-Digital Multi-Colour Dial Unisex Watch - 1066BBBL" on 2nd july 2017, i order the gift wrapped product. but it is not gift wrapped. And main thing is the product is analog and digital watch. it is not functioning.
              please donot lose the customer hope on amazon.
              please i request you to replace a product or refund my money.

              I was being informed that my money will be refunded in next 2 hours and will credit in my prepaid card in 4 days however it still didnt happened more than 5 days completed.

                Amazon says that i[censored] refer ur friend to amazon then u will get rs200 and ur friend will get rs.100 after 30days but now after 2 months we did not got any referal bonus... And we contacted them near about 25 times in last 1 month and they always say me that ur refferal bonus is in process and will be done in 1-2 days but after 1-2 days then still no reply or anything from them... After contacting them again the tell us the same story again.. And if i say them i want it nowthen they close the chat or phone call what ever the contacting method is...

                      Seeking redressal - what can you do to help us out please?

                      I would like to bring to your kind attention that the entertainment unit which we ordered is not similar to the unit

                      which you sent . The item which is displayed on the web page looks much brighter than the delivered unit which looks dark - i.e. instead of teak wood finish we now have one with a rosewood finish

                      Hence we are disappointed with the color

                      Once again, the color looks like rose wood ! 😞

                      [also when the package came, we found that it needed assembly - you customere care wanted ₹500 to assemble it .We were going out of town for a while . Hence we had to wait for somone ]to help us - we found it just now . hence we couldnt get back to you in 10 days time. ]

                        I had ordered Ap'pulse Women's V-Neck T-Shirt (Order ID : #[protected] worth Rs. 229 on 3 May 2017. Order was delivered to me on 8 May
                        2017. I placed returned request for the order on 11 May 2017 with date of
                        pickup as 13 May 2017.
                        Pickup person called me and asked me to come to college gate which is far
                        from college hostel. I told him that my delivery and return address is my
                        college hostel address. So return pickup should be done from there.
                        He said that he will not come till college hostel and hanged the phone.
                        I complained the customer care for the same on 13 May 2017. The customer
                        care executive assured me that return pickup will be scheduled again.

                        Then I sent mail to customer care on 19 may, so pickup had to be
                        re-attempted on 21 may but he came on 22 may. As its working day, I was not available. He asked to cancel this pickup and request return again.

                        I cancelled the pickup as requested return again on 27 may. As the pickup boy was not coming inside the campus and was asking me to
                        come to college gate, so I had called Amazon customer care around
                        9:50-10:00 am. Amazon customer care person was on conference cal with me and pickup boy where he asked pickup boy to come to come inside hostel for pickup. But that pickup boy did not agree and finally I had to go to
                        college gate to return the products. Return pickup was done on 28 may, 10:07am.

                        When I asked the pickup guy to give me return receipt, he said there is not receipt and said that you will get a message on your phone. I had returned 3 products on 28 May 2017.

                        I have contacted Amazon Customer Care so many times but every time they assure me that I will get the refund but I have not got it yet. Amazon Customer Executive filled A to Z Guarantee Claim on my behalf but the seller denied the same.

                        I have not received refund of Rs. 229 for Order ID : #[protected] till date.

                          This is with regards to the delivery. The whole intention of buying the product from Amazon was because it offers a one day delivery option for which i paid. This was supposed to be a gift for my wife's birthday which was 30 June'17. After waiting the whole day the tracking option showed that it is delayed because it went to a wrong courrier warehouse which in no way is my fault. When i spoke to Rekha and insisted the phone be delivered as a gift on 30 June'17, she promised on call that it would be delivered by 8pm (phone call available for proof). After 5 mins i received an email saying that "we would try and deliver" it on 30 June'17 which i replied to because i was promised the same day delivery. Off course, i was fooled because the product was not delivered yesterday and no call came.

                          In fact, the delivery now shows to be delivered on 3 July'17 despite paying INR 100 extra for early delivery. No call or message has been sent to me informing me about this.

                          The company easily says that they will refund INR 100. But what about the emotions attached? Flipkart also had a cheaper cost but since they could not deliver soon i didnt book it there. In fact i can even share details of Iphone 6 which i booked on flipkart, which showed 4-5 days delivery but it was delivered yesterday itself.

                          Pathetic experience and bad customer service. It is disappointing to have been misled like that.

                          Waiting for their explanation but is this justified?

                            Sir/ Madam I (M DILIP KUMAR) ordered pyle pro pted01 dum kit on 22 june 2017. Due to technical issue my order was cancelled. Though my oder was cancelled the amount was debited from my account. after waiting for 7 working days i contacted to Amazon customer care they replied that no amount was received fom you. They told to contact to bank. I called to my bank and enquired. They told that mechant has claimed the amount in 4 working days.

                            HDFC Bank is telling that merchant claimed but merchant is telling that no amount was received. so where my money gone. My bank is telling that if merchant refunds the amount back bank we will refunds the amount to you... please take necessay action and do favour.

                                Today I had received Samsung Galaxy Mini2 S6500 (order ID[protected] & Philips S388 Compatible Bluetooth Multimedia Speaker. I am not satisfied with these products. Because those are china made products. Those are not not philips S388 & Samsung Galaxy Mini2 S6500 compatible Bluetooth Multimedia speaker. There are no model number or company logo on products and delivery boxes. How i believe that these products are original.It is absolutely rubbish products. I want to send back those products. I am very sorry to say that I have lost faith on your company. Please change those product immediately.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  My name is sriram email id marepelli.[protected]@GMAIL.COM which is registered with Amazon. My Amazon account is locked from 20 days. Reason is that i placed a order on Amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
                                  After one day i see my account is locked . I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong . I also try to fax my own credit card details but fax no which they given give transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request .
                                  Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I have purchased one malti gym fat master machine but i am not satisfied this product so please requested to you please return the same.

                                    I'm regular complaint to return this product but still not any action from your side

                                    Also today i have talk with your customer care but your customer care lady misbhabhyar with me she is not understand my problem and not know anything i request to you kindly take necessary action on top priority
                                    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Still not action from Amazon
                                    I have regular complaint with customer care on 28th June 17 and he is committed with me your product return within two days our team take it priority but today is 3rd of July still not coming for returning
                                    Please requested to you kindly return my amount also

                                      I bought Moto g3 16GB Black from amazon on 15 Aug 2016.Now I have problem in my handsets and I showed it to Motorola service center and they asked for invoice with IMIE number for device warranty.I have been contacting amazon for it via Mail, Chat, Amazon message service and customer care call since 2 and half month(April).but they always say they are not able to contact seller and always want to wait me for 2-3 days for response and this loop has been continue since April.they said that they escalated issue to seller 4-5 times but seller does not respond on that.

                                        Deficiency in services to deliver the order and providing false updated

                                        I purchased a book on June 02 via amazon and payment was cleared through credit card on the said date
                                        Despite of repeated chasers the company failed to provide any concrete updates and provided false status of product delivery and failure
                                        From last week company states the product is out for delivery but never reaching my address

                                        Today they have stated the product is delayed due to natural disaster or unavoidable circumstances and blocked my calls to customer services.

                                        I am planning to take this up till the national commission of consumer forum
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
