I placed on order with amazon.in on 27th april 2017 - costus igneus, insulin - plant 2 no - order #[protected] thru "nursery live"
The plants never arrived and when i checked, the status shows delivered - but no one at my home or neighbours received it.
When i try to post a complaint on amazon portal, i get a reply mail, repeatedly saying that
"message not delivered
There was a problem delivering your message to [protected]@googlemail.com. See the technical details below, or try resending in a few minutes."
I consider that amazon is cheating a loyal customer with a double whammy - (A) by not delivering a material for which i paid in advance and (B) not allowing me to complain.
This is highly unethical and pathetic behaviour. Why amazon treats its indian customers differently?
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I made a order of 7 products which made a total of 2, 300, I made a online payment.A day after a mail presenting my account was block even hundreds of customers call were not satisfying me.I just need my refund or my products .
Please help me with this.
