Talboy containers had been received damaged, we had paid rs. 945 for the containers. After returning we didn't get the containers not even the refund. After several calls to the delivery boy (Dharmesh charnaiya) and other related persons too we didn't get any satisfactory answer neither any refund. So we are compelled to complain. Please take a quick action.

After several calls to the boy who delivered the product and some other related persons, we didn't get any satisfactory answer, nor any refund. They are less bothered about the matter and so we are compelled to complain. We urge you to take a quick action.

        I have placed order on 13 june 2017 with order id Order #[protected]. When i got that product i found its screen is blinking, camera quality is so poor as well sim slot is very tight. So i complaint to amazon customer care more then 5 times but they guys only make foolish only.
        First one said your payment refund on 22 june but when i didn't get any response from amazon i write and call to amazon again then its executive said you need to download a app first but when i try to access amazon provide link found hat didn't work then now again i contact with amazon now executive said that you need to access a new link and all talking very badly.

        I didn't know what amazon treat with customers.

        Please help me to explore amazon fraud to all customers so he aware to amazon fraud.

        I think amazon is not think about customers now. We need to aware to other users about such time of frauds when they guys going to purchase any product though amazon.

          I wouldn't like to subscribe the amazon prime membership. I had ordered only for one product. But an amount of Rs.499 was also deducted. I never ordered for prime membership. Please refund my money Rs.499. The order number is[protected]. I tried to contact with amazon in some listed numbers. I wouldn't like to continue as a prime member. I don't know... How it happened to deduct money for prime membership. I ordered only one item. Please resolve my grievance and refund money of Rs.499. Thanks...

              I received the book titled 15 Years[protected] Solved Papers Karnataka CET Engineering Entrance 2017 today from Amazon, the pages were folded and it does not look like a new book. This is unprofessional on their part and just because the address that the book needs to be delivered is a town and not a city, they thought that they can deliver anything that they feel like. This is not acceptable. Such unprofessional attitude will make us think about exploring legal options and seek relief from consumer court.

                I am krishna mahalunge online booked order #[protected] rs.8300/- lyf water f1s - dual sim 4g volte+ (Gold, 3gb ram, 32gb rom)
                On 25.05.17 same was delivered on 29.05.17. The mobile kept as it is and opned on 03.06.17 the mobile was not working and then i compalint for replace ment. Amazon person had picked up the mobile on 05.06.17 ref no.[protected]. After that there was no messege any call from amzon regarding the replacement. The number provided by them is[protected] the number is not working and there was no other contact number, how to contact them. Please cancel the order and refund my amount rs. 8300/-. Please see the matter on priority.

                  I had ordered one plus 5 phone on thursday june 22 2017 through my citi bank credit card. My order was placed and i was expecting it to be delivered. Next day morning i got a message from amazon saying there was a problem with my payment and that i needed to make the payment again. I obliged paid again through the same card, post which i called the amazon customer care and got to know that my payment was approved by citi bank and the order will be delivered. On june 24, 2017 i get a message saying the order has been cancelled. As per citi bank they had confirmed the payment, however amazon never claimed for the payment. I called the customer care of amazon, the phone representative instead of trying to help me said it was not their fault. I spoke to multiple people, each giving me different reason on why the order was cancelled. I spoke to them for almost two hours with out any resolution. I was exhausted tired felt deceived and was left helpless by amazon. All i wanted to do was just buy a phone and paid for it, i was left feeling miserable.

I recive mail from amazone team next day, as per mail I fax my Credit Card bill statement to amazon team but they did not contact me so I call to cust care no.                           Amazon is a big cheater, they told that you will get the rs 500 cashback, if i pay the money through hdfc credit/debit card, till 3 months they were saying i will get cashback, but now they are saying "cashback offers itself was not there for the product". Please help me on this issue, even some of my friends faced the same issue.

Delivery date has been ecape and i told customer service he had talked about this that your product will be reached by today or past last two days it will be repeated every time, when i had talked to him.                                 I have purchsed suit of worth rs.799 from amazon but it was not as i required, i had return on 8th june 2017 but they credited my money in amazon account. Then i ordered an attitude night cream of 349 but they charged 75 rs for delivery, i have done this procedure with the help of customer care. I had no option to adjust money, i also ordered kaya cream of rs 500 with the help of customer care but they turned it into attitude cream. I want my refund. Today i have received attitude cream.

                                  I am regular buyer from amazon. Recently i ordered for amway (Nuterlite) products but after i ordered i could know that amway products can not be sold by any one except those who are authorized by amway. I am informed that that amazon is not authorized to sell the amway products and the products sold through it is not genuine and dispute case is going on. I just want to know about the genuineness of the amway product sold through amazon and what guarantee it is providing to the customer on its genuineness. Please confirm urgently.

                                    I already told you to give me a stamped valid warranty card. But once again you sent me the fake roti maker with a blank warranty card. No date of purchase. It is written on the warranty card that without the date of purchase, warranty card is invalid. First time the roti was delivered on 18th june '17 but as the warranty card was invalid, i returned it back. And requested them to send an original product but this time they send a faulty roti maker with no seller's name. Now i want my money back.

                                      I have bought xccess pulse a101 mobile from amazon which is not sustaining the charge for atleast one day. Ordrer delivery dated 16 june 2017.
                                      We recieved it as cash on delivery.
                                      But the mobile is not retaining its charge for not even one day.
                                      So please we request to repair it as the warranty is given for one year.
                                      We contacted the xccess pulse toll free number they asked to contact amazon and then after they will process the issue for us.

                                        Amazon are selling of redmi product. I have try to buy redmi 4a & redmi 4 last 2 months every sale date show in stock but when i click on buy that was showing no available. Actually amazon is selling this product to seller not to costumer & seller are selling in black. It's price is 5999 & 6999 but seller are selling in 8000 above in lot of other online sites. If i buy from ebay online site there are both product available but price is very costly.
                                        In short i want to one product so help me to buy this, i have try many times, not yet get this. So help me, & stop sell to seller
