Amazon is a big cheater, they told that you will get the rs 500 cashback, if i pay the money through hdfc credit/debit card, till 3 months they were saying i will get cashback, but now they are saying "cashback offers itself was not there for the product". Please help me on this issue, even some of my friends faced the same issue.

    I am facing problems on my ordered. Delivery date has been ecape and i told customer service he had talked about this that your product will be reached by today or past last two days it will be repeated every time, when i had talked to him. Thereafter i had talked to gati courier but he had not provide the required details about this ordered. Thus i am facing again a problem from the year 2014.

        I have purchsed suit of worth rs.799 from amazon but it was not as i required, i had return on 8th june 2017 but they credited my money in amazon account. Then i ordered an attitude night cream of 349 but they charged 75 rs for delivery, i have done this procedure with the help of customer care. I had no option to adjust money, i also ordered kaya cream of rs 500 with the help of customer care but they turned it into attitude cream. I want my refund. Today i have received attitude cream.

          I am regular buyer from amazon. Recently i ordered for amway (Nuterlite) products but after i ordered i could know that amway products can not be sold by any one except those who are authorized by amway. I am informed that that amazon is not authorized to sell the amway products and the products sold through it is not genuine and dispute case is going on. I just want to know about the genuineness of the amway product sold through amazon and what guarantee it is providing to the customer on its genuineness. Please confirm urgently.

            I already told you to give me a stamped valid warranty card. But once again you sent me the fake roti maker with a blank warranty card. No date of purchase. It is written on the warranty card that without the date of purchase, warranty card is invalid. First time the roti was delivered on 18th june '17 but as the warranty card was invalid, i returned it back. And requested them to send an original product but this time they send a faulty roti maker with no seller's name. Now i want my money back.

              I have bought xccess pulse a101 mobile from amazon which is not sustaining the charge for atleast one day. Ordrer delivery dated 16 june 2017.
              We recieved it as cash on delivery.
              But the mobile is not retaining its charge for not even one day.
              So please we request to repair it as the warranty is given for one year.
              We contacted the xccess pulse toll free number they asked to contact amazon and then after they will process the issue for us.

                Amazon are selling of redmi product. I have try to buy redmi 4a & redmi 4 last 2 months every sale date show in stock but when i click on buy that was showing no available. Actually amazon is selling this product to seller not to costumer & seller are selling in black. It's price is 5999 & 6999 but seller are selling in 8000 above in lot of other online sites. If i buy from ebay online site there are both product available but price is very costly.
                In short i want to one product so help me to buy this, i have try many times, not yet get this. So help me, & stop sell to seller

                  I have submitted purchase order for pooja mandir in amazon on 30th may 2017, order value was 4799. It has been confirmed and i have been paid the value of product through online same time (Refer attached screenshot) after 8 days the seller refused to deliver the product to my address, but already confirmed too. (Refer screenshot) then i have contacted amazon customer service person about this issue. Then also he said we will deliver this product to your pincode. June 14th i have received one message from amazon "your order cancelled and your amount will be credited your account". But not yet received till now, and today i called to customer service for refund and compensation for these days for delay, but they did not agreed. So i need compensation for delayed period and i also complaint about this in ingram.

                    I placed an order id no.[protected] for spice mi 402 mobile handset through amazon but i received defective and repairable piece.
                    So many times i complained about the same with amazon and seller. The receiver boy comes but he refused to pick up it.
                    The defects in the mobile are as follows:
                    1) the m-imei number on the phone and the box is different.
                    2) one important screw is missing from the mobile.
                    3) the mobile was a repair mobile.
                    4) the manufacturing date is of 2015.
                    I have been clearly cheated.
                    I had bought the mobile for my mother but instead i got disappointment.
                    Clearly not satisfied with amazon.
                    We had also mailed to customer service with snapshots and also sent feedback to the seller. We are getting no response from your side. If amazon don't recieve the product within 2 days, i will take legal action against bo1) the m-imei number on the phone and the box is different.
                    2) one important screw is missing from the mobile.
                    3) the mobile was a repair mobile.
                    4) the manufacturing date is of 2015.
                    We have been clearly cheated.
                    Please do the needful and take necessary action against as early as possible.

                      I ordered Redmi 4 phone with Order number #[protected] and paid 8999 against the same. the expected last delivery date was 19th jun which not delivered even until today.

                      I contact every day to customer care and every time they mislead and giving next date once I talk about spending our time and money due to his miscommitment he said this is policy that we try our best otherwise refund the money without any compensation.

                      this website is doing such thing several times earlier.

                      1 some not delivered and initiated refund.
                      2 take guaranted delivery charge but not delivered.
                      3 sending delivery agent number out for delivery but agent told he is on leave or sometime person said he is not working in amazon.

                      representative very rude and berate me that this is policy that if not delivered on time you have to wait as you need it otherwise they will cancel and can refund.

                      please take a serious action against this.

                            Hello I am rukhsar akhtar I bought a suit from amazone its order id is[protected] but it is in veey poor quality so I returned it to to amazon .they told us that they return money so we went to bank nd ask but they said they didn't get any money in your account then we ask amazon they said they returned it. But yet I have not gotten my money back so plz solve this matter and make them to return my money .they told that they transform it to our bank account but yet we haven't get.
                            It's very disappointing after that we haven't purchased anything from amazon .solve this matter so that we can again start shopping with amazon.

                              Amazone said i will get my cashback by 06 june 2017, but i didn't get my cashback till the date so i complained about it to amazon. They said that issue has been transferred to higher authorities and will resolved in 5-6 days but it has been like more then 15 days not yet issuing my cashback and it's really frustrating... I have repeatedly inquired and emailed for the same but to no result. I had not expected such poor service from such a renowned online store.

                                Amazon provides very poor service, delivery boy didn't attempt to deliver my package, but they updated on amazon portal that they attempted but the customer was not available they never called me regarding the delivery, funny thing is the courier company/executive is not receiving phone of amazon customer service supervisor. I called to amazon and spoke with one of the supervisor, he said let me call to courier agency, after 5min hold, he told me that they are not receiving phone call, i asked him to transfer the call to his manager but he told me that he is higher person here to take call, he said he will arrange a call back with manager, i never get any call from manager or amazon and even i didn't receive my product yet, i booked that order on 6june.

                                  Amazon is asking to ship back the faulty product to seller by myself and not providing the return facility to take back the item..

                                  I have received a faulty product from the amazon and now amazon is asking to ship the product to the seller back by myself as it is seller fulfilled product and it is not sending its executive to take the return of this product..

                                  I have requested them several times to send there executive to collect this faulty product, but they are not willing to send there executive and insisting me to ship it by myself, as i have purchased the product from amazon and not thru seller directly, so morally its amazon's responsibility to take back the product and not ask customer to ship it back to the seller, this is completely unethical way of doing business, i am not happy with there treatment and behaviour, please help me in getting my refund

                                  I just want amazon to take back the product, as i am not going to ship to the seller since i have not purchased the product from seller, i have purchased it thru amazon and not thru seller

                                  That's not my responsibility to ship back the product to seller, i have not purchased it from seller, i have purchaed it from amazon
                                  So ethically and morally amazon should provide the return for this
                                  And then amazon should return it to the seller
                                  Why should amazon ask the customer do all this headache
                                  Please take back your seller's product and give me back my refund
                                  I am not going to ship it

                                    The complaint is on the recent purchase of a venus study table bearing the order number[protected] by bharath.

                                    The product has been delivered and still the installation team has not come to install which they have promised to the next day.

                                    We request the team to extend the dates for returning of the product as we still do not know the reasons for such a delay in a small installation job like this. The hometown customer care was contacted and even after following up it by raising complaints to them thrice on the same subject there is no response.

                                      I have ordered lenovo z2 plus on 19-june-2017. I am suppose to get the product on 20-june-2017 but it dodnt happened. I got the courier boy mobile number on my registered mobile number @ 8 am on 20-june-2017. I tried calling the courier person from 2 pm, but no response. I called courier person somany times till 6.30 pm. (I have paid the amount for the above order)

                                      After making somany attempts i reached customer support and got the replay that it will be delivered before 8 pm.

                                      As the delivery address is my office address and my office closes at 7 pm, still i waited for the courier till 8.30 pm but nothing happened.

                                      Next day morinig i received sms that delivery attempted @10.30 pm, but no one called me @ 10.30 pm.

                                      I am writing the whole story because this has happened befor also. I dont know whats wrong with amazone.

                                      I dont have any words to express. I dont know how to convey the message to amazon.

                                      Being a prime customer i am not getting the proper support from the amazon. Its better to opt some other online services like flipkart/snapdeal.

                                        Above product was ordered vide no.[protected] dt 13.06.2017 and same was delivered on 18.06.17 at given address. After opening the pack, found a hairline on cover. After wearing it on phone, a crack is clearly visible on back of cover where hairline was noticed. It means item thus delivered is damaged one.
                                        Requested to look into the issue and get it replaced instead. Pl expedite. Ur response in this regard is awaited.
