I bought one product of brand 'zero' from amazon.in, i received half of the order, I was told to return the product myself, no reverse pick up. Then again i ordered same product, this time i received small size, again they told me to send it back, no reverse pick up. I faced problem both the times and it was seller's mistake, not mine. My issue with amazon is if a seller is doing mistakes again and again, then amazon must ease out the things for customers, they should either tell seller to complete the order, or arrange for reverse pick up, otherwise what is the use of buying from amazon, just taking action against seller is not sufficient, customer is not benefited from this aanyway. We make online purchase for hassle free services, but they taking advantage of it, once product is sold, then there are so many conditions for returns. Please look into the matter.

Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I ordered a product whose Tracking #:[protected], and is showing delivered and singned by me but I did not recieve any product yet
