I bought one product of brand 'zero' from amazon.in, i received half of the order, I was told to return the product myself, no reverse pick up. Then again i ordered same product, this time i received small size, again they told me to send it back, no reverse pick up. I faced problem both the times and it was seller's mistake, not mine. My issue with amazon is if a seller is doing mistakes again and again, then amazon must ease out the things for customers, they should either tell seller to complete the order, or arrange for reverse pick up, otherwise what is the use of buying from amazon, just taking action against seller is not sufficient, customer is not benefited from this aanyway. We make online purchase for hassle free services, but they taking advantage of it, once product is sold, then there are so many conditions for returns. Please look into the matter.

    I contacted amazon for five times (Two live chat, two phone calls and one on website) for the return of my product but not yet it picked up from my house.in my amazon acount they are showing pickup date but not yet initiated.
    Everytime when i contacted them they were guaranting that the product would be picked up because its amazon one of the largest company.
    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Already i have claimed a return/refund for my Product on 27.05.17.I recd. a mail that you will be got refund in 5 working days.
    But till now not got any refund/return.

    That product was vary vary bad product, It worthless for shopping from Amazon.

      I have bought a charger about an year back. Now the data cable is not working. So i approached sony service centre and they denied replacing it by saying that it is not our authorised online partner."no service policy". Amazon is asking for the denial letter from service centre. It is not my duty to do all this stuff. It is amazon's responsibility to replace or refund my charger.

        I've initiated a return of globalite combo of 3 casual shoes size uk 12 of rs. 749 on 15th may 2017 through amazon and shipment was picked up by bludart courier on 20th may 2017 and was returned to the seller on 24th may 2017 according to the courier, but still the refund has not recieved.

          I ordered a book on june 2 and amazon given a issue date on 6 june but till now it was not delivered what the hell it soo late and agents are not responding atleast to a call this says how they respect their customers. It was not delivered on time and not yet get any information about my order. If not iam requesting please say on which date the book will be delivered

            I purchased a speaker yesterday thats the 06 june and they said we will receive it today if i order in the next 8hours. But now they are saying it will take 5days. This is the 3 time it has hapoened with me and amazon is not doing anything.
            Also to add to it i had ordered mamy poko pants diapers for my child by the end of may i got a msg stating it will b delivered on 2nd june later i got a msg stating it will b delivered on 5th of june and today is the 7th of june and i still havent received it nor did i got any msg.
            When we call the customer service number and speak to someone there at amazon they have no clue about the errors on the website they behave as if its the first time someone has called them about the same. Really bad service, amazon was such good company but now they are behaving like a local grocery store

              To whomsoever it may concern,
              This is to bring to your notice that we have been following up with amazon customer care to provide invoice for the phone purchased through amazon (One plus 3), umpteen number of mails and calls have have been exchanged but the net result is zero.. We still haven't received a simple invoice requested.. Amazon does provide a good lip service but the actual delivery is poor. I have a problem with my phone and i am unable to repair it, which is within warranty because of this, unless an lnvoice with imei number is not produced my phone would not be accepted for repair, if in a day i don't get my invoice, we shall take up the matter with consumer forum. Kindly treat this as most urgent.

                I was ordered a product on 14may 2017, order id_[protected], but the product did not delivered to my shipping addres till now. I have communicate so many times for my product to the Amazon customer service but every time they told within 24 hours my product will deliverd to my shipping addres but ultimately no result only harassment.

                  Hello there,

                  This is serious issue with Amazon delivery, from last months I have order few product but it never deliver to me, every time came up with different issues. This time I have not contacted but status says customer refuse to take the product which is totally wrong. One product that is Aluminum cooker that I order 4 times and more than one months over but not yet deliver and total 10 times I call customer care for same product but they are not helping me to get it deliver. My question is if you people are failed to deliver the product than let me know I will give up to order from amazon. I don’t have enough time to follow-up every day. This is very irritated. Earlier third party courier is good, but now a days amazon transporting service is worst they never contacted and give the update customer not available/customer refuse to take product. I need immediate resolution for this.

                  Because of this issue I have created another account and place another product that that is also same issue. Please take a strong action against to local courier or just let me know, I will take refund and don’t want to continue with amazon. Order id[protected]

                    Respected sir/ madam,

                    In regards to my order no. #[protected] at amazon.in

                    I ordered this order on 18th apr'17 & it delivered to me on 22nd apr'17.
                    However, i raised the complaint to amazon.in on 04th june 17 that the headset is not working now right ear got stopped and & they assured me that it will be solved by their side but i didnt got resolution they asked me to wait 48 hours which was wrong commitement by them.
                    Next i have called today 06th june 17 for the status of my complaint they said you need to visit service center i said that earlier its was told that it will get picked up by your side which was wrong commitement and they are least bothered about customer service they just arguing with me instead of providing solution to me now i am in a situation i cant do anything.
                    I need my replacement and i dont want to visit the service center.

                    Please check and do the needful

                    I was thinking that amazon is the best shopping site where we can rely on customer satisfaction. But it came out to be the worst shopping experience for me again.

                    So here i request you to please look into the matter & help me to get my order soon..

                      Have tried to return two of my products.
                      Jbl extreme and ue roll.
                      Now i am a working man and i am mostly busy till 1700 so bith the times i requested to schedule the pickup after 1700.
                      But to my surprise it took me hundreds of calls an inumerous mails to return the last product. That too after missing my bus to airport and then taking a taxi to the airport thereby suffering monetary as well as loss of time.
                      This time the same situation is happening. The pickup guy is simply refusing to come after 1700.
                      I have wasted so much of time and effort writing to everyone in amazon that i dont know now what to do.

                        I placed an ordered 4 prosducts on 28/05/17. Order is confirmed by amazon.in. I waited for 2 days to ship. Once i called amazon customer he said u will get shipping details by 24 hours i waited, n i did't get shipping details after a day also. Like this i called for 3 times the said same thing for 3 days. When i check my order in amazon then deleted my ordered details in my account.
                        Like this from last 2 years i am facing different problems with my order in amazon.in..

                          The delivery person was very rude.
                          First he asked me come to different place to collect my order, when I refused he said the roads are very narrow for his delivery vehicle to come. But I have used Amazon on same address many time without any issues. When I told him that, he replied in a very rude manner "tumse to behes krne ka fayda ni h" (there is no point in talking to you).
                          Is this how Amazon is supposed to treat their customers?

                          I had a similar experience. Had to call up the delivery person since it's showing out for delivery for a day and still no delivery and it's a prepaid Amazon Assured product and it is already past the max delivery date. The guy didn't answer and when he did he told me it won't be delivered because he is using it! It was a gift for my father and this is shocking and unacceptable behaviour!

                              The site amazon is selling the products above mrp, i have 2 instances where i requested them as the mrp is lower tan invoice amount via tweter and facebook they said they will take the action. Still they are selling the products at prices higher than mrp.

                              Please take appropriate action happy to share the invoice and product image as well as physically.

                                I purchased some items on 21january through amazon &i they said i will get my cashback by 19 april, but i didn't get my cashback on 19th april so i complained about it to amazon m. They said that issue has been transferred to higher authorities and will resolved in 5-6 days but it has been like 2 months now they are not issuing my cashback and it's really frustrating. I've attached two photos one of them is from 26th april and the other is from around 28th may

                                    Hi,
                                    I have ordered a tommy hilfiger whitson brown men's wallet (Th/whits03pcw/brn) and received some used and fake product, i paid 2399rs.

                                    I requested return of this product from amazon india on 4th june some courier guy came to pick up but didn't accept the product as the product was in a used condition and when i explained him thats the reason we are returning the product. But courier guy misbehaved and left without accepting the product.

                                    After that i had a chat with some cs executive and he assured me somone will come between 7-10am slot on 5th june. No one turned up
                                    Then at 12:30 pm around on 5th june i contacted another cs person (Priyanka)
                                    She promised that someone will come before 2pm for pick up. But no one turned up.
                                    Then i had a chat with dixita and she promised someone will come for pick up beween 3-7pm. But no one turned up.
                                    Then on 6th june around 8:50 am i had a chat with krishnan but no help, though he raised a request for new pick up on 7th june like all other cs exxecutives but he was saying that i refused the pickup as per system. I explained him again and again the whole story but he was adamant on what he can see in the system.

                                      I am raised a complaint with consumer forum & compliant no is :294326.

                                      It's regarding non refund of my money against return of 2 items.

                                      1. Phone - honor 5x - order #[protected]
                                      2. Resistance band - order #[protected]

                                      I am also disappointed with the way you have deal my case. Your policies are totally one sided.

                                      Why i need to download any app (Forcible app download) while doing the return of any item.
                                      This is really frustrated part. I have never faced such thing in any other shopping sites.

                                      Pathetic. I don't need your products now how much good they may be now onwards, i need my money back at any cost.

                                        Ordered 2 cookbooks but got 4. Sent 2 as a gift and kept the other two. Two of the books were 7.95 each and the other was 16.05 each and i was charged 14.00 each and 22.74 each. Please don't suggest that it is a late fee because the bill isn't over due until 6/25/17. I will pay the amount posted but not the increased amount.
