Product and service experience
I am writing this complaint about my recent purchase with lg 6 kg fully-automatic front loading washing machine (Fh0b8ndl22, blue white) from www.amazon.in, sold by cloudtail india private limited.
Product arrived today morning, logged call with lg care and installation was done by lg technician in afternoon. Although things happened quickly, i was not happy with amazon's customer service and attitude. There was no bill and invoice provided with the product and lg care asked us to show the bill neither they would not do the installation. Due to this great deal of confusion and tension was caused and in order to get it installed without delays, i had to pay the lg technician for the installation. Amazon should tell this upfront on their product page, also no clarity on product warranty, without any bill or invoice how do we go about if the product develops problems in future is what they need to think of.
Amazon has not provided a bill or invoice and with this how can customer claim warranty or if problems develop in the product in future what will he do?
They are refusing to publish my honest review about the experience i had with them.
Now i have to only hope the product performs better and no problems will come up after this terrible experience of installation.
They are selling products and then not concerned about product installation, warranty, bill, invoice and so on... Buyers beware of amazon and dont get lured by low prices,
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
