I ordered shoes through Amazon. They said it would be delivered on 15-Oct. Despite calling them several times they said they cannot do anything. The shoes have still been undelivered on 20-Oct. They mislead customer with false delivery dates.

I would strongly recommend amazon, for "DO NOT BUY". they provide the worst service ever. This is not based on my first experience. I fell the company is run by the carrier guys.

I placed 1 order with amazon & its still not delivered but rather sent back to the seller without intimating me. After placing an order with amazon, i placed 3 different orders with flipkart & i have received all 3 packages.

When i called up the customer service, i was assured i will get the package by Saturday (25 July'15).
This was sent to me by the customer service team.

Thanks to amazon, i am getting used to consumer forums to make people aware of the WORST service amazon provides. E-commerce runs on word of mouth, and we customers are the marketing for e-commerce companies.
The company who doesn't value its customers is no company to be surviving in the market. Thanks to Flipkart, snapdeal myntra & other e-commerce companies. Amazon is one of the oldest so it is surviving but with the kind of services amazon provides, the END is not far.

    My order # 403-8059xxx-6481110. I have taken a barbie doll assortment furniture from Amazon, but the product was delivered incompletely. I wanted to return the product on the same day. As there was no proper response I was adviced to file a A to Z claim by Amazon call center. After A to Z claim was filed, my claim was rejected for no good reason. First a wrong product was delivered with intentions of cheating customers by making cleaver advertisements. Then when a claim is submitted, Amazon advertises that they gaurantee customers using A to Z claims from fradulent sellers. But this was not the case, they closed the claim with out a proper reason. The reason given was 'The product has to be returned only in good condition ', The product was with me and in unopened condition, how can the claim be rejected given a wrong reason. I complained to Amazon numerous times against this but no action was taken. I'am put extreme stress and Amazon is not taking customer rights, leave alone satisfaction, into account. I fee cheated, and hope Amazon resolves this ASAP. Thanks, Pradeep

      I purchased a branded (sparks) sandal from Amazon in some offer. I bought those for Rs. 350, originally priced at Rs. 875. However I ordered a product of size 10-UK but they handed me over a 9-UK product. So I got a bill of a product at size 10 but a box & sandals at size 9 which are of no use to me. I called them & asked to replace the same, but they refused to. The guy on phone told me that they dont have a replacement policy. They can refund me & I can order a new pair of sandals now. I simply put a single condition that they should give me in writing that they will get me an appropriate pair at the same price. The guy told me that his billing team would get in touch with me by Monday (today is Thursday). They completely ignored the case & wasted my money without my fault. Extremely annoyed. Please suggest me the steps to take it to the next level.

      I placed an order for an apple ipad mini(16gb, wifi) white-silver on 17th november, 2014. The total price rs. 18895/- was paid on the same date. My order no is[protected]. Instead of sending the ordered item, you have deliberately cheated me by delivering a micromax mobile(X247) which worth less than rs2000/-. Unless you send me the ordered item within a reasonable time i will be constrained to take up the matter legally under sec 420.
      Further i caution you not to cheat poor customers atleast from hereafter,

      "send me my apple ipad mini (16gb, wifi), white-silver immediately and take back the mobile you had sent".
      On 17th November, 2014, I placed an order (Amazon.in order number[protected] for one Apple iPad Mini (16 GB WiFi), white-silver. Using master card I paid Rs.18895/- in full and final settlement of the tab.
      So far I have not received the ordered item. Now I am much disappointed as I feel that I was duped.
      I was under the impression that Amazon.in is one of the best companies in India with good reputation of rendering best on-line services. My present experience is quite contradictory.
      Without losing hope I request you to kindly make arrangements for the delivery of Apple iPad Mini (16 GB, WiFi), white-silver without further delay.

      MY COMPLAINT IS BEING RESOLVED.
      As ism repeatedly requested by the company about the refund of my money, i am withdrawing th complaint requesting them to be more careful and responsible in future so that the comapny's image will not be tarnished.

Latest mistakes by amazon: 1.Delivery by amazon tracking services:Order #[protected];I have received a call from amazon delivery on 13/10/2014 between 1:00pm -1:30pm I told him to delivery at or after 5:00pm and no one showed up.I again received a call on 14/10/2014 between 1:00pm -1:30pm I told him to delivery at or after 5:00pm and no one showed up.The delivery deadline is 14/10/2014 but wasn't delivered on time.this kept on happening.i have attached the call recording of the amazon delivery boy.I need to a serious action to be taken on amazon delivery & I also demand to deliver the item with no cost 2.Invalid Tracking number updated by Amazon:Order #[protected] The item was shipped on 11/10/2014 through bluedart & all the courier service take maximum of 24 hours to update the tracking number.NToday is 15/10/2014 & when I track it it is an invalid tracking number.I have attached the screenshots as well I need a callback to [protected] & a token of apology from amazon higher authority.

              I am sharing my experience how Amazon India farud with me. I was visiting the Amazon.in website. I have seen a Laptop with good discount and ordered for this Laptop on 18 September 2014. After order conformation Amazon.in cancelled by order and giving excuses that the Product were listing in wrong Price. I was assuming the discount as an offer placed by Amazon India. What does this mean? Any one should not believe on Amazon and its offers. I have tried to contact the Amazon top management regarding this issue but No one there to listen customers. This is the very very bad support of Amazon. I would like to suggest all People not to believe on Product Prices because The website can cancel your order anytime, Better if you go to local market and purchase the Item as required.                   I booked an wireless headphone for my phone from amazon.in on 17.09.2014, which was shipped to me by Order #:[protected] by some seller from Indore namely from Vijal Haria, the headphone was not compatible with phone so i immediately asked for returning it and very next day i.e on 23.09.2014 returened the same as an how required by the seller. I paid for the headphone around 5, 600/- and 125/- as delivery charges and i paid even 615/- rupees extra for returning the same. Now as they have my money and the product they r blackmailing me that you have open the product thus we will deduct 4000/- rupees for the same and i am not able to understand that though the product was not used at all how can some seller just by defrauding his customers and by blackmailing/forcing him can deduct an abrupt amount based on his own whims and fancies. Yesterday i.e on 25.09.2014 they returned me 2500/- rupees even though when i have requested for the entire refund of the same. So I am helpless as i am thinking that what if they would have deducted the entire amount or they would have refunded me Rupees 10/- only and said that as you have open that product your entire money is deducted.Just because the product and money is with them they are blackmailing me and have deducted my money. I wish strict action against them should be taken so that they should not repeat the same with other genuine customers just by unjustly enriching them self by defrauding other. I request all to avoid amazon.in as they are supporting fraud sellers to associate with them and to cheat customers in close connivance and specially don't place any order to the seller Mr. Vijal Haria at Global Multimedia Galery, UG-11 Arcade Silver-56, Palasia, Indore- MP.                     my Order #[protected] for Dell Adapter is this. when i purchased this product it displayed a 100% genuine product along with Dell India warranty, but when i received the product it was a fake one, i filed a complaint but they only said that they will return the amount and later on they changed the advertisement on thier website and changed the price to Rs.1400 which initially was Rs.699 they asked me to ship it back for resolving i had to pay Rs.100 extra as well. the advertisement initially showed a 100% genuine Dell Adapter with Dell India Warranty for Rs. 699 so i ordered it but i was fooled later. i also have Snapshots of the advertisements. please help me through this.

                        Sorry to hear that you too are in trouble. I too am ordered an item about a month back, still I'vent received it. Have you got any response from anyone during this period ?                           Recently i came from hyderabad to Betma(indore). So i purchased RO from amazon.in & transaction id[protected]. But that was not working condition. So i sent back by the speed post. I paid Rs6500 & spend Rs650 for installation and uninstall. I spent Rs 710 for return charges. But they return Rs4425 only. Actuall amazon told free shipping. but they sent me damaged product so install & uninstall charges wasted & return charges from my pocket. Every day i call to amazon customer care [protected]. But every day asking whole history and told me wait 2 days. I have small baby that's why i purchased RO. But now my money with other's hand unable to purchase new one. amazon people delay to my money. So please understand my situation. Please arrange my money from amazon. my money(Rs 2075 for remain amount from purchase & installation &uninstall Rs650 & postal charges of return the product Rs 710) Rs 3435 arrange early as possible.                             1. ORDER #[protected] I have ordered this items from Amazon India on 24 August 2014 & promised date of delivery was 26 August 2014. Same has not been delivered till 16/09/2014. I tried to contact Amazon Service Centres but I have received answers like ' System is down, Please call again after 30 min'. Even several follow ups were made on emails with Amazon representative however no proper answers for delivery of these items has been given by Amazon. 2. ORDER #[protected] This order was cancelled on 24 August 2014 however refund of these items has not been done till today. Several emails discussion were done with Amazon Representative on this however refund has not been initiated till date.

                                    This is the email I wrote to Amazon India. Feeling immensely disappointed "Hi, To whomsoever it may concern. M really surprised and upset with the treatment provided by Amazon India(ironically so called number one in customer service). I placed an order for a Sony T2 ultra as a gift for my mother on the 30th of august with next day delivery, however it gets lost. My misery doesn't end here, I am unable to place another order due to the QLA u have in place. I[censored] think that's all, see what's coming next. The price just increased by INR 3821, Kudos Amazon for making some extra money. I spoke with a lady and her manager Mr. Sai, he said he would "TRY TO" get back to me before 1700 hours this evening.                                     U are right about amazon. To whom it may concern: a product booked on 4th June --- yet to be delivered despite this status update. 13, I was told either on 13th or on 15th, 15th I was told 17th, Now on 17, amazon says it may be delivered by 19th!
