    I bought a Godrej 25L Convection Microwave Oven from Amazon on[protected] ORDER #[protected] which was paid with SBI Credit Card. But I had to return that item for some reason. Amazon did not deposit the refund amount in my credit card and kept that amount in Amazon Pay Gifts & Credits. I have called customer care many times and requested to deposit the refund amount in my bank account or credit card itself, but they always said that with this amount you will have to buy goods from Amazon only. I need money a lot. So it is requested that please deposit the refund amount in my registered bank account or credit card.

    मेरे द्वारा दिनांक[protected] को अमेज़न से एक Godrej 25L Convection Microwave Oven खरीदी गयी थी ORDER #[protected] जिसका भुगतान SBI क्रेडिट कार्ड से किया गया था। लेकिन मुझे किसी कारणवश उस सामान को वापस करना पड़ा। अमेज़न द्वारा रिफंड राशि मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड में जमा न करते हुए उस राशि को अमेज़न पेय Gifts & Credits में रख दिया है । मेरे द्वारा काफी बार कस्टमर केयर को फ़ोन करके निवेदन किया गया की रिफंड राशि को मेरे बैंक खाते में या क्रेडिट कार्ड में ही जमा कर दे लेकिन वे हमेशा बोले की इस राशि से आपको अमेज़न से सामान ही खरीदना पड़ेगा । मुझे पैसे की बहुत जरूरत है। अतः निवेदन है की रिफंड राशि को मेरे बैंक खाते में या क्रेडिट कार्ड में जमा करने की कृपा करे।

      Sir, amazon has processed a refund amounting ₹399/- on[protected] which has to refunded to my account on[protected]. But still I haven't received any refund. the refund reference number is[protected]. kindly please resolve my issue.

        I have ordered an boat Airdopes on 3rd Sept 2022 of amount 1499.
        I have ordered 2 earphones items at a time 1 i l have received but other was missing.

        It's show a status delivered on 7th September but I haven't received it.
        And after the complaint Amazon team were denying.

        Amazon are doing fraud with the customer. They don't delivered the product and update the status as delivered.
        Picked the product and don't giving the refunds.

          Date of incident- 19th july 2022
          I ordered a photo frame from amazon. The seller's name is RK Cart premium. For the first time, I didn't confirmed the photo to seller, because I was busy in some work, and amazon cancelled my order. I placed the order second time and I received that order. But I didn't get my refund of the cancelled order which I placed for the first time. I am contacting amazon from 2 months. They closed my case by saying that they have not received any amount. I should contact the bank.

          I contacted the bank and they stated clearly that amazon has the amount. So from where should I get my money back? Again I contacted amazon and they are saying that they can't do anything because they have not received the amount. The amount is Rs 1299.

          Where is my money?

            I ordered a book named "The Ultimate Guide to SAT Grammar, Fifth Edition" Order #[protected] in 6 September 2022, Tuesday, at around 8:14 pm, paid 1000 INR for it, with my card. But suddenly they cancelled this order without any pre-consent. They mailed me after cancellation!!
            How can any company cancel any prepaid order without the customer's
            permissions?
            As being a loyal citizen of india I am asking for proper justice of my horrible harassment !!|

                  Sir i ordered a product of rupees 594 INR from amazon and returned it due to quality issue. But i havent got my refund. I talked to then they said they have refunded the amount and bank customer care saying there is no Amount credited to my bank. Amazon gave me RRN no. to tell to bank customer but they still saying they havent recievd any amount.

                    I did not cancelled my order after it is dispatched and out of delivery how come the order be cancelled by your members with no immediate refund and also with no call your service cancelled my order ..if you can't deliver them y the order has been came upto out of delivery

                      I have ordered Aristocrat NILE 4W EXP STROLLY 54 Bright Blue with order id Order#[protected] from Amazon India on May 2nd . I received the production in polythene cover and I see the item is torn I returned the order on 10th June in the same it was delivered. Their agent took the item but In refund status they simply mentioned package box is missing and the money is not refunded. I tried reaching multiple times to their customer care executive but no proper solution provided. I have been chasing from past 3 months for same and almost I spoke 10 to 15 times to the amazon agent but no use. They say issue will be solved in 3 days everytime but not solved till now.

                                My name is Comfort. I am a student, i pay my school everything by myself through buying and selling of our local produce. But I don't have money to business again.

                                I came across Amazon online with a link, I followed the link was directed to the customer care provider by name Vanessa through wassup immediately she chated me up she asked me to create account with my details I did. She said I have to credit my account with
                                1. 1000 naira to get 1450 naira I did
                                2. She said deposit 2200 I did
                                3. Deposit 1550 I did
                                We now moved to task 3
                                4. I need deposit 6000 naira I did
                                5. I need to deposit 18000 it was toomuch for me but I did without and without withdraw of my money
                                She said I need to deposit another
                                6. 65000 thousand Naira 🤭the money was much I don't have money no work no business I'm just struggling to survive but she insisted that is my last payment then I will withdraw all my money plus commissions. She encourages me I look for money to complete my task I believe her I started making calls begging people to lend me money I will give it back immediately following her instruction. I made several calls was able to get this money the next day she said I move immediately to deposit it, excited I deposited the 65000 waiting for my withdrawal she now said I need to deposit another 110000 thousand naira. Jesus! seriously!! Where will I get such amount I pleaded with her to help me withdraw so I can give back to the people I borrowed from she refuses that I must make another payment of 110000. Please help me get back my money is not my own I borrowed please please and please save me from all the insults and embarrassment getting from this people I borrow from 🙏

                                    Delivery boy mis behaved and reluctant to deliver the product

                                    I ordered a product thru Amazon.

                                    When product reached i got 2 missed call from Ecom express.at that time I was on duty and my mobile was silent.

                                    When I saw the missed call i called back and then the staff fired me saying why you don't take the call and why you are late to call back etc and said he can't deliver the product.

                                      While searching for IPHONE 13 on both EDGE and CHROME it is showing different products along with different price of same product.
                                      Again in the particular browser the product is present multiple times.

                                      It is a BUG(Defect) i.e it is a compatibility issue with browsers.

                                      Please fix it ASAP.

                                        I ordered women skinny pent form amazone at 4 September and expected delivery date is 8 September .and delivery boy called me at 8 sept 9 pm but due to some urgency isuse I have not collected my parcel that time so I tell me to come next day 9 sept he said me yes but till now he hasn't come .then I called on a number which is mantioned in a msg but she said me she has no package for delivery at my ragistred Mobile no I am very disappointed with amazon please call me and resolve this please ...
