I ordered gift pillow from Amazon and they did this with me.My Problem did not get solved. First missing accessory was delivered in the parcel then on replacement the delivery boy not accepting the earlier parcel with missing accessory. I ordered a gift it was my bad that i choose amazon for it. Gifts have emotions with it and you've made a mess of it. would never order gifts hereafter and would not recommend anyone too for the same. will limit my purchases from amazon hereafter. i mean the gift after reaching the person is taken back imagine being at the receiving end of it.

    I have ordered Pampers All round Protection Pants, Extra Large size baby Diapers, (XL) 136 Count Lotion with Aloe Vera. Order #[protected] and received yesterday. Received damaged product having leakage issue. Want to return it but Amazon saying that as it is non returnable they can't take return. So a product of Rs 2040 how can be non returnable?

        My parents ordered a product (AGARO SALVO LOCKER) from amazon.The seller delivered to us a damaged/broken and a cheap product. Due to my dad being out of town, he could check the locker and assumed it must be in working condition but when they checked after a week, they found that the Locker only opens up with a key but not with the lock PIN number. He raised this complaint to the seller a few times and they demanded videos which we sent to them 4-5 times. They then asked us to perform a few checks and send that video again to them which my father did. When we entered the locker Pin it showed open but the locker remained closed. It could only be opened up to buy a key that's defeating the purpose of Locker safe! After countless calls my father asked him for return or replacement of the product but the seller refused and made up this whole story that few spare parts are missing for the product and that they will order it from Chennai & it will take some time and when it arrives we will install it which can take weeks. Since my father is in his 60s he didn't argue much but the product is sitting there for a month or so without any use. On his behalf I stepped in and mailed the seller to provide me the refund for the product as it was delivered to us from the start as damaged and what is the guarantee that it will work after we wait for another few weeks? I don't want to invest my money & time in a brand that sells faulty products, it shows no real life span or genuine quality, Where does this happen when a customer buys a product and then waits for weeks/months to first get it repaired and then use it? Its just a fraud tactic to keep the customer hanging so that they forget about this after long & these brands get what they wanted - scamming customers of their money!! I then reached out to amazon and First someone told me to send the mail with my concern & that I will be contacted further, no one reached me out, then again your executive mentioned about some "Denial letter" & asked me to reach out to the seller and I did. He straight-away DECLINED that to my face saying he never even heard of this letter? I then forwarded the mail including the chat history with the seller & then I was told I will be contacted. It's been 1 month of running after AMAZON and more than 2 month running after the seller YET no one has reached out to me from AMAZON. Thier executives keep making this story that some docs are further required to take an action, I keep sending those to them & still nothing. First seller harrassed us wasting our time and now amazon is ignoring all the mails/everything so that customer forget about this and they can keep our money. Once I got the broken product, it's within my consumer rights to demand my money back. Its my choice.I am not doing charity here to give away my money for some cheap product from a so-called fake brand. On one end, the seller wasted our time for so many days and refused to return & declined my request and asked me to wait for the product's spare parts?!? Together AMAZON and the seller took advantage of the customer's patience and money. First of all, the seller sent me the damaged product. The mistake is on his part and who is suffering in this? me. I have a useless product sitting at my home for which I paid full 4200 bucks. This is highly unreasonable to ask me to wait & get it fixed. I didnt pay the seller half? I paid in FULL AMOUNT, I am not going to sit here and let the seller force his wishes on the customer just because they were old and helpless. This is so disgusting and real torture for me mailing and calling AMAZON all the time just to get our hard-earned money back! AND no response from Amazon making this experience worse and too disrespectful! I have written counteless complaints and mails to amazon and called them 50 times just to put on hold for 30 minutes and not giving me any resolution or my money back for which they scammed us by allowing the seller to send us fraudulant and cheap products. They are trying to bind us in a contract that there is a letter that I need to retrieve from the fraud seller then only they will give my money back. They have been delaying this far too long so that I get tired and stop trying.

          I had ordered few things from amazon and payment was prepaid. But i cancelled the order later and amazon confirmed that they have initiated the refund process on 20/7/2022. But even after one month of constant emails, calls and everything i haven't got my refund back. They said its been completed from their side and check with the bank. Bank has no clue about this refunded amount.

                I ordered a mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy M33 5G) price 18999 from Amazon India on the 9th Aug and a different mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy M13) was delivered to me on the 15th of August. When I raise this issue they did an investigation and on 20th Aug they told me that I can replace the mobile. The next day a delivery guy came to pick up the wrong item but he did not pick it up as in the original order slip it was written as Samsung Galaxy M33. After this same scenario happened for 4 consecutive days. Amazon is unable to resolve this issue also they don't have any knowledge of how to deal with it. I don't know whether the wrong item that was delivered will be returned or not. Please help me with this. This may happen to many other customers.

                  All the Amazon firestick 2nd Generation has stopped working since Friday 19th Aug 2022. I've contacted support team they said it's a global issue and will be fixed within 48 hours. But, no solution was provided. Again after 48 hours I contacted and they said will be fixed soon. But, now they're not giving any timeline also I've asked for replacing it with higher version which is working. They denied to provide also they are not resolving the error. Why would people buy Firestick if such interruption and pathetic service.

                    Order nos[protected]
                    I had returned both- Latest chikan men's cotton Long Kurta (light blue) as well as the Latest chikan Men's Cotton Textured kurta (brown) on July 31st.

                    But i received the refund only for the second item above (textured brown kurta) of Rs 649.

                    I am still awaiting the refund for the first item (Blue long kurta) of Rs 699.
                    Despite repeated calls and chat with amazon customer service, the status for the Blue kurta is showing as - "Return Not yet received'.
                    This is incorrect, as i had returned both items.

                    I was promised by a customer care executive - Shreya-on Aug 12th that she will give me the resolution
                    by Aug 19th, however, there is no word from her.

                    Pls clear my refund ASAP

Now few days back My mobile was not working properly. I went to Realme service centre. where i was informed that this mobile is out of warranty as this is a DAP mobile. I was also informed that DAP Means it is a used mobile and they can't repair it under warranty.

                      This is a serious fraud the Amazon and mobile seller committed fraud as they have taken the prize of New mobile and delivered the old/ used phone. I want my mobile a new mobile as they amazon and vender sold me old mobile.                             I bought lenovo legion y540 on 30th July 2021 and they provided a invoice /warranty Pslip with wrong serial number which doesn't .match with product serial number . Serial number On p-slip is 4AO8Z9HR and serial number on laptop is PF2V7WFE which is totally different. My laptop continueos facing problem from when I bought it. Last 27 lenovo customer care changed my laptops mother board changed but problems continued .

                              I recently ordered a product for which I paid with my credit card, but the order got delayed. I contacted the customer care agent and they suggested to cancel and reorder and so I cancelled the order and was planning to reorder on my convenience. After 1 day I got my refund and even then I ordered few more items which got delivered and had no issues until suddenly on 17th August 2022 in evening while trying to login a message popped in " Your account has been closed for misuse of Amazon’s services. We have sent you an email with additional information." I waited but there is no mail explaining any reason and its been 5 days. I tried to call different customer care number and couldn't get to contact any agent. I sent a mail on "[protected]@amazon.in" on 20th August 2022 for which an automated mail came that an agent will get back to me within 6hrs. Its been more than 48 hrs and nothing and I resent the same mail today on 22nd August 2022. This is the worst customer support ever. I don't what to do.

                                I ordered one product from amazon and product name is Fire Boltt Smartwatch and i received the order and there touch problem issue I talk to one executive he told me that he placed replacement so i said that ok send the new product then again I m facing same issue I called to Amazon customer service which is showing in Amazon app. He raised the return request and he told me that pickup will be done on 18 Aug but i didn't received the call for pickup then I called amazon customer executive on 22 Aug mrng approx 10.40 AM she told me that i arranged the pickup and product pickup will be done on 25 Aug and i also received the confirmation mail. After that in the night I seen the order page that return windows closed same time I called customer executive there's your one executive received the call and her name is pallavi she told me that return window was closed so I told to her transfer the call to senior so told me wait I will transfer while senior will available I said allryt no issue I m waiting after that she disconnected the call.
                                I m your prime member I always purchased the Amazon Prime membership and if your pickup boy not come to pick up my product so why customer suffered on that is there any customer fault or not... If it's 200-400 product so I also let it be but it's product price is 4k... It's not my fault I also have all call recording and everything.
                                I want resolution as soon as possible

                                    I ordered a Massage Gun and instead was delivered a Breast Pump. I placed a replacement order and now I am being asked to Change my address. I have more than 100 invoices on the very same address and the recent delivery was on 17 aug which was the breast pump which I didn't ordered. Not sure what happened all of a sudden and i am being asked to change the address. I needed massage gun to help with my therapy since I had taken leaves from office effective 16 aug and so far i never received it. After calling the customer service twice, i don't expect any help.

                                      Delivery partner picked up return product on 3 Aug 2022 but till today i.e. 22 Aug 2022, amazon has not received it. When called the pick-up guy, he says, it was submitted on the same day, But amazon customer service says they haven't received it.
                                      Now my refund is stuck in between this mess-up. Please help.
