Sir i ordered akash chaubey amazon brand symbol shoe from amazon which was delivered to me on 4/08/22 and due to not good quality i returned the shoe 6/08/22 which is your warehouse 9/08/ Reached 22 and its refund was not given even after my repeated complaints, then when i spoke to your customer executive on 19/08/22 angrily they processed the refund still no money in my account, right? No reference id was provided then on 3/09/22 i was provided reference id i am very angry on amazon harassed me so much and when i went to bank with reference id then bank manager said any amount nhi received Please help me from this reference number, I am attaching the product details invose

I received order[protected] instead of my order[protected].

Now they are not taking the wrong order and not giving the refund. The order received is near to amount 200 and my order was of amount 2000.

We've been raising complaint to deliver our products, delivery agents returning the products to seller without contacting us. Almost 10 orders got returned in 15 days, none from Amazon helping us. If it is not going to be resolved we have to post the same in social media. Deliver agents are very arrogant and asking us to give complaint against them if we can, though we stay in metropolitan city we are not receiving orders. No one is taking care though we have been complaining from past 15 days.

I have placed a return request of my order - #[protected].

An amazon agent came to my house on Aug 4 around 4-5pm and took my watch after inspecting its contents.

But he never returned to the Amazon warehouse and stolen it.

When I checked with customer care, they said the return was cancelled due to unknown reasons by the delivery boy and hence refund cannot be issued.

Please look into this matter urgently and arrange for a refund or return of my product for which I have paid hard-earned money.

I ordered two smart watches from amazon. I applied for returning the order and amazon scheduled the pickup on 3rd september 2022. But No one from amazon came to pick up the order. Now the app shows the status as "Return pick up cancelled".
What should i do now?

This is regarding a cooker bought on[protected]. I initiated the return and purchased a new bigger cooker. After over a months discussion the item was returned but the refund was not processed. I asked Amazon to give my money and got an email that the refund is processed. This was over a month back but I still haven't received the refund.

Hello,

I ordered a Women's smartwatch from amazon on 13-Aug-2022. I received the parcel on 16-Aug-2022. I open it and see that I did not get the original product I received a fake product. As per my habit, I shoot an unboxing video of the parcel. They told me to return our original product, but I did not receive the original product how can I return it?

I request Amazon to return this fake/duplicate/wrong product. They pick up the parcel and after some days they email me, we did not provide a refund to you. I called on customer care so many times but they did not answer me properly.

I request for refund on social media also but after 5 days they told me the same answer we did not provide a refund to you. I have proof of the fake product that I received.

So Here I attached a video of the fake product also.

[protected] return is being denied saying outer box is not available. Outer box was never provided by the vendor. Product was delivered in a labelled cover - I have contacted customer service totally 4 times without any help - One another order, where refund was denied by amazon was[protected] . This is regularly happening with Amazon- Returns are being purposefully denied and looting money.

On Sep 2nd (the day I received my order) I had placed a request to return on a shoes which did not fit me. The Return pickup was scheduled on Sep 3 7am-7pm.The Courier Did Not Come to Pickup the Package and Updated it as Pick Up Cancelled (PickUp Verification Failed).Its September 5th and it still hasnt updated .Customer Service is Of No Help as Is the FAQ Page. These Shoes are 2 Sizes Smaller and are no use to me. Please Dont Hold MY Money and Intiate the PickUP Process

I have purchased Boat Bluetooth neckbend and received in working condition but accessories is missing so I have raised return request but now amazon denied for refund.

On 04.08.22 I had ordered the book Semiconductor Physics and Devices by Neaman and Biswas (ref. Order Number[protected] on Amazon which was delivered on 10.08.22 on cash payment of Rs. 460.00. After unwrapping I found the book was second hand. Then I requested for replacement on the same day. Again another second hand book was delivered to me on replacement on 17.08.22. Then after talking with customer care staff I requested for refund (ref. Amazon return ID: D3C4ClnXRRMA, Order ID:[protected] of book with mentioning therein the A/c no. standing in the name of my wife. Then the book was collected on 18.08.22 by the Amazon agent but till date on 04.09.22 neither refund status is shown on my registered mobile no. [protected] nor money is refunded on my said A/c. Thereafter I talked with customer care service who stated that “Refund amount of Rs. 460.00 is sent to me through cheque, now he is going to request for the cancellation of the said cheque and thereafter in 10 working days my amount will be refunded in the said A/c.” When I told him that return status is not shown on my mobile then he instructed me to uninstall and reinstall the amazon app and then the return status will appear. I duly uninstalled and installed the Amazon app but again the result is same as above: no return status is shown yet.
Under the circumstances you are hereby requested to take cognizance of this matter and immediately return my money in my given A/c no. as such my faith and trust may continue.

On 7th Aug, i made a purchase of ‘ Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 Intel Core i5 11th Gen Laptop’ from amazon ecommerce platform. The item was delivered to me on 10th Aug. When i used the laptop for the first time, i found the product was faulty and spoke with amazon customer service to return the product. I ordered a vans sneakers price 3499. but I received an empty box i also informed the delivery guy that it seems very light. Now when I am contacting Amazon they are being very rude to me and also asking me to wait for days after days. I don't see they are willing to help

I got a link in what's app. And the broker told me to open an account to this link named Amazon mall . After that they told me download wise app for transferring the money to their account so that they can recharge it in amazon mall account.

So i did everything according to their guidelines. First they recharge $10 in Amazon mall account so that they could build a trust and give me task and give me $2 commission.

But after that they told me to recharge my account and complete the task and task was keep asking me to recharge more money .but after i completed the task they are not allowing me to withdraw my money. The broker was telling me you have to 10 more task to withdraw your money and the task was asking me aud$10000.
In this time i realize its a scam. I already invested on it aud$3054.

Could you please help me to get back my money please?

Amazon has permanently de activated return pickups from my area(including everyone here), Journalist colony, jubilee hills, Hyderabad.Iam filing this complaint after 6 months of escalation and no resolution from them.

This is an unethical and fraud way for them to refuse responsibility for pickups and avoid losses.

Rectify this ASAP !

I ordered an smartwatch from Amazon,

I got this packet on 30th August and when i opened it, item was missing and and then i contact amazon and they asked me we'll help you regarding this need not worry your money is safe to us and they create an dispute ( investigation) and they asked me we'll resolve your problem within 5 days and i called them after 5 days they are refusing to pay my money back,
Please help me regarding this as soon as possible!!
