        This mail is put forward in the complaint of ORDER #[protected] For Apple iPhone 13 (128GB) - Midnight.

        Amount Paid - 71, 900.00

        I have received the product with a box that has been tampered with, so I placed it under replacement. but the executives say that it's not replaceable under their policy and asked me to contact Apple. Amazon website clearly states that the product is liable for replacement under 7 days windows and can't be returned and seek for apple under manufacturing defect or warranty issues. My issue is I have received an item whose box has been tampered with and it's the fault of the amazon seller and I am being directed towards Apple for my resolution.

        This clearly shows that I am facing issues with Amazon and its seller, then how am I bound to seek Apple's help? All I want is Amazon to replace my order as it comes under their jurisdiction and it's the fault of its seller. It would be helpful if I get my problem fixed Thank you.

        NOTE: I had Contacted Amazon support, and received no help from their side and continuously ghosted and was put under ambiguous terms and condition which makes no sense and misleading policy even if it is directly written on their front page and product page if in its policy and they are denying the policy.

          On 12 august at 7 pm I Received a call from Amazon delivery boy he asked for my street I said him and went out looking for him then he said he was still searching for my adress ufff. I asked him where you are exactly hear it sarts he was in different area and asking for my door number in a commanding manner. When he realized he was in other area he said he will call after 30 min then called and asked my mobile number and said he would deliver it tomorrow.I waited for whole day, I called him the call was not connected(once our product shows delivered we are unable to connect them) .so again I replaced my order, after one week order tracking shows it was shipped to my city( not take more than 15 min from my home to the delivery office) it came 17 th to the office after that i couldn't track my order ok i waited for my due date it was 19 th i waited up to 5 pm I called him (hear he is the same guy who did not delivered oder ) He said some reasons and he'll deliver it 20 th and he didn't hear anything that what I was saying then he hungup.And I called him for every 1 hour he is not picking up my calls(" I am getting furious what this delivery boy doing when I called atleast 7 times, Is he delivering the products or planning how to steal my product for the second time while saying that he delivered it to me to Amazon"). Amazon you should teach your delivery boys some manners in picking up calls from customers and not say delivered as the product is not delivered to the customers.

            My order #[protected] delivery dated 19/8/2022 has not delivered but delivered message sent to my registered mobile number [protected]
            The courier guy has called me on my registered mobile number and said that he could not deliver my order on 18/8/2022 and then immediately after his call, i got message that "order delivered" and now the call is not being connected
            No one has delivered my order and i have never concent to deliver to any others, he did not got pin number that I has to provide at the time of delivery,
            I want My prepaid order worth 1119 rupees with fine ten times the cost of my order
            I want the said complaint to handover to police if conspiracy

              I have purchased Havells water purifier on 9th Aug 2022 ( Order Id:[protected] & it was supposed to be delivered on dtd: 16th Aug 2022. But till now it has not been delivered to me. I am continually taking follow-up with the customer service team & given various complaints, but no one gives a proper answer.

              The same problem occurred on my previous order ( Order id:[protected] on dtd: 31st July 2022 & it was supposed to deliver on dtd: 2nd Aug 2022, but finally upto dtd: 5th Aug 2022 it was not delivered. And my order was cancelled.

              I am facing this problem continuously for the second time, but no one is taking it seriously from the Amazon team.

                I received a call in which it was told to me that you are selected for supervisor post in pune, as I had already applied through naukri.com I thought this job is real so I give the interview through call and after giving the interview I got mail that I got selected in Amazon and I have to pay 1500 rs for courier I paid the amount through google pay. The next day they said to me that I have pay for Mediclaim and account opening 5000rs so I paid through internet banking and they also said that the total amount 6500 rs that I have paid will be refundable but still today I have not received any refunded. The email that they provided look genuine ([protected]@jobsamazon.in and [protected]@jobsamazon.in). They also send me google pay link and account no. and ifsc code( Amazon official UPI id:- ([protected]@okicici)

                  I have ordered 4 products (order id[protected]) on 8th Aug'22 and 2 of them (1-Crucial BX500 SSD, 1-Woodland Shoe) were suppose to be delivered in one box however when i received the product, it was only woodland shoe box and there was no SSD inside the shoe box. And also Woodland shoe box contain 1 invoice which shows SSD and shoe are in it.

                  I have raised this concern with Amazon and they investigated it and said that as shoe box seal was not broken so we can't refund the amount or provide the SSD.

                  In summary, Amazon was trying to club the 2 products in one packaging however missed to add that but invoicing was done accordingly. And now I request amazon to deliver the SSD or refund the amount.

                    I have been called by delivery agent from chennai regarding Samsung 23 inch curved monitor with order[protected] which was planned for delivery on 17-Aug-2022. I am currently out of station and will return on 21-Aug-2022. I have tried to explain the same delivery agent. But delivery agent says me that he will try 3 attempt and return the product. I told him that I will be back on 21-Aug-2022. He tells me to contact the Amazon customer care. Few agent tell me that order has been reschedule and another agent tell me that order has not reschedule but both agent are confusing me and not ready to help me to reschedule because it is from business account.. I am the receiver of the product, why should amazon delivery agent and customer care trouble the customer with all security question. When I am receiving otp for delivery and I am confirming the delivery address. Why should the customer order not be rescheduled accordingly.

                      I was ordering apple 20 w adapter
                      On 10th aug 2022 thats paid order. And product delivered on 11 aug 2022, 9:30 pm,
                      After at home I’m open a Packaing apple product box has no sealed and product is missing
                      Then I’m complaining about missing product on Amazon then say waiting for 18 aug for refund and today 19 aug 2022 they says we don’t give you refund or return.

                        Hi, I'm Pooja, i am Amazon regular customer from past 7 yrs and almost completed 400 orders.
                        This time I have ordered Redmi K50i 5G (Quick Silver, 6GB RAM, 128GB Storage) mobile to gift for someone on 10 aug 2022 and expected delivery was on 15th aug 2022. But it got late though that parcel was with nearest hub from me delivery agent updated wrong status that he is not able to connect me.i waited for almost 4 days now still i am waiting for my parcel when I am contacting to support they are saying this issue is escalated and your parcel will come tomorrow by EOD but this happened almost 4 days regularly. I didn't get parcel .

                        This is very worst experience i ever had with Amazon . If i didn't get my parcel today I will surely raise online complaint against it.

                        No one is replying properly from Amazon.

                          I ordered an item called "Dr. Smith's Two Seater Foldable Sofa cum Bed" on Amazon India. The seller is "Direct From Factory". and the product is "Fulfilled by Amazon". When the item arrived sometime around July last week, we decided that the product is not up to the mark. The reason is the material was not adequate. So I applied for a return since I can not afford to lose Rs. 5, 999/- on an item that is not up to the mark. The first pickup date was on 29th July 2022. As per rules, the pickup agent needs to contact me before coming over to collect my product. But, there was no phone call, and nobody turned up at my home to collect the product. So I decided to wait for one more day. But the next day, when I opened my Amazon app, I got a message saying "Pickup cancelled - Customer denied pickup". How can a customer deny pickup when nobody comes over to collect the product? I got worried since the return window elapses on 6th of August 2022, hence decided to call customer support. They said that my complaint has been escalated to higher authorities and rearranged a date for pickup. I waited another day and again, the item was not picked up and the app said "Customer denied pickup". This process happened for another two times. I called customer support again. They again told me that the complaint has been escalated to higherups and asked me to be patient. I was polite and agreed upon it. They rearranged another date for pickup. This time they assured me that my item will be picked up and I will get my refund. But again, nobody comes over and the process repeats. Next time I called, they said that they requested an advanced refund for the product as the return window will elapse on 6th of August. They stated that I would be getting my refund if the same process repeats again the next day (yes, they rearranged the pickup date again.), I would get my full refund and the product would be picked up at a later date. But again the next day, same thing happens. I called them up for the status of my advanced refund, since it was almost 6th August. They asked me to wait for 48 hours and that they escalated the issue to the higher authorities. After 48 hours, no update. My balance is still the same. The same process repeats 6-8 times. If the issue was escalated to the higherups 7 times already, why hasn't my problem been solved? After placing 4-5 advanced refund requests, my balance is still the same. Nobody picks the item up, I don't get my refund, nothing. And to pay necessary bills, that Rs. 5, 999/- is a very crucial amount of money for me. It has been 20 days since I placed my return request, and the product is still with me and I have no refund. They keep rearranging my pickup date and when I call the pickup agent, they say that they were not allotted to my address. There is no action being taken whatsoever. I have been polite with all the customer service agents but my problem just doesn't get solved. It doesn't matter if the problem is from the seller or the pickup agent or Amazon itself, but when it is an Amazon Fulfilled product, the responsibility should be taken and the issue should be solved ASAP. I have been using Amazon for more than 5 years now and this is by far the worst experience and the biggest disappointment that I've ever had. I want my refund as it is well within my right to demand my refund. It is well within the policy by Amazon. I hope the issue will be resolved ASAP and hope that this concern of mine is seen by Amazon. I request your good self to please look into the matter and consider my refund request as early as possible. Awaiting your favorable response. PFA... the original invoice of the product that I have bought.

                            Hi Team,
                            I have placed an order for amazon prime membereship with orderID "[protected]".
                            On that order, I am supposed to received a cash back of Rs 250 rupees as amazonpay rewards, but has not received yet.
                            Trying to connect with amazon customer care for couple of weeks, but no solution from their end. They have created 2 tickets, but no luck
                            Amazon is harrasing it's customers now a days.

                              I have ordered samsung mobile with above number on 5th and got it on 7th Aug 2022.
                              On 7th and on another day (I dont remember the date and do not have any proof of that ) I applied for return of the item on your portal.

                              On 13th Aug 2022 I again applied for return and exercised call back option. I got a call from [protected] at 10.35. am
                              The automatic voice spoke that the item will be returned and that I will get an sms regarding that. No sms came.

                              On 16.8.22, I again applied for call back option.
                              They told me that no online interaction w.r.t. return request exists on the system. and the return window exhausted on 15.8.22.

                              My request- Because I placed a call back and got a call from company within return time window, I need to retun the phone and get refund.

                                No grievance officer or appellate authority

                                I had a problem with an order which i tried to resolve with customer care they were fooling me around and when i asked them for email or contact details of grievance officer or appellate authority they never provide.Turns out there is none.U cant get in touch with even a single amazon person and same people change name and talk to you by different person or different team...

                                I ordered a siwi charger from amazon which was found defective so i returned it.Refund amount was received by cheque.When the cheque is deposited in bank to clear, cheque couldnt be get clear and amazon executives answering that cheque was cleared

                                  I purchased a lenovo all in one desktop from Amazon. However as the product was defective and the online lenovo team reinstalled the windows via remote access but the issue remained unresolved. So Amazon replaced the product. However the replaced product had the same defect. So then Amazon accepted to return the product and scheduled the return pick up for 14th of august. But no one turned up for pick up. So i called the Amazon people again and they informed that the courier company had cancelled the pick up so we are scheduling the pick up on 17th. Again pick up cancelled and rescheduled for 18th which is again cancelled. It has been 10 days sinch they are postponing the pick up and finally they will say that the last date for order return is over that is 19th of august. This is how we are being harassed by the hands of Amazon. Kindly help
