Chennai outskirts, Oragadam. We ordered a small refrigerator which was to come on 10 September.
Till afternoon it showed delivery was going to be made. Then I get a call from a deliveryman to say he can only deliver 2-3 days later because it is 'very far'.
This is unprofessional and when we insisted he was very rude.
We called up redressal cell and was told it would be delivered today definitely. However sometime later a recorded Amazon message said delivery 'failed' and it was rescheduled for 24-48 hours later.
The Pin Code alone tracking doesnot work in a big country like India. Delivery man must chk address and do any verifications well before delivery time.
Unprofessional behaviour.

i was checking my CIBIL score .it is showing that i have taken loan 2000 from CAPFLOAT FINANCIAL. I am not able to have any kind of contact . the company is associated with amazon .the facility of letter on amazon is also given by them but i didn't any. my amazon id is (d.[protected]@gamail.com) . neither did i get any loan message . no information from.

    I bought a Samsung refrigerator from amazon in the month of may 2022. the product is a faulty one. I raised multiple complaints but the service engineer who visited has no knowledge about the repair. They are simply bluffing and leaving and more over it is very hard get the service person visit i am keep on following up daily with customer care team, Service agency and the service man. Please address my concern i have escalated it multiple times. But nobody cares. Please do not buy any Samsung products. Worst customer service ever. Requesting amazon to address my concern ASAP

      I ordered 9 products i.e 18 pillows in total on 24th aug 2022 in colors grey and white. I only received one pair on 29th aug, that too in a very small packet and by no chance anyone could fit 18 big size pillows in that packet. I raised my query and i was asked to wait for 5 days which was delayed to 11 days in total. Today morning when i called the customer care yet again, i was informed that the packet was well sealed so i cannot be helped. As I'm so helpless, I'm sharing the cctv footage with you as it justifies my side of the story and so that you can see for yourself that i received only one packet which could not contain 18 big size pillows that i ordered. It could only contain 2 or 3 pillows at max with vacuum sealing. Without vacuum seal it can only hold 1 pillow. Im also sharing the pictures of the packet as well.

        I had ordered a phone (Samsung) on 5th September, 2022 and paid an amount of Rs. 14, 999 via Debit card.

        Although the same day, I had canceled my order. But the refund did not show in my bank account. It showed up paid to some other number's Amazon pay balance.

            I ordered watch to my friend surprisingly, in app they updated delivered so I believed it was drivered, after few days when I talk to my friend I asked about watch, then he told no watch came, I asked customer care but they simply telling return window closed we can’t help you, then I asked where is the delivery sign copy of receivers? They told now a days we are not getting sign. I ordered in Amazon and also they are delivering through their logistics alone, then how it is missed and also not traceable??? Please find the solution for me

                  I had ordered an American Tourister Trolley bag once from Amazon
                  It's description is 3 piece ivy set means one large one medium and one small size bag all three in one order.
                  I ordered it for myself. I got it right. Three trolley bags in three sizes.

                  I repeated the order again for my brother from Amazon. This time he got only one large size bag . Two bags were missing inside it
                  First call to customer service- they fought with me and said no it was one piece only. They contacted seller. Seller agreed that indeed two pieces were missing. I was told it will be picked up and replacement will be done.

                  Nothing happened

                  Second call - this happened afain. Exact same thing. And outcome. Nothing happened

                  Third call- I repeated my story. The customer care female agent said that it was miscommunicated to you. You have to self return it to the address on invoice. The money of courier will also be refunded. Ok the bag was couriered.
                  The address was closed!!!
                  I called back .

                  Fourth call- i called and asked that the return address is closed. This time new agent tells me that it was miscommunicated. And no self return was to be done. It has to be picked up by Amazon. She said she will follow up by calling . She dropped the email also. She said she will forward the complain for this courier mishap also.

                  Due to bad flood in bangalore the courier guy came late to return the trolley bag to the home address. The amazon pick up couldn't happen.
                  Then again customer care was contacted.

                  Every time i describe the the story and every time on the same issue different agents pick up .
                  The first call - i tell her the story. She tells me she will connect me to senior. I wait and they disconnect the call.

                  Second call same day, 5 minutes later - i again describe to a new agent, she also says connecting me to senior. I waited. Again they disconnected.

                  Third call same day, immediatly after second call- i am furious now. I am suffering . I again tell him in anger connect me to your senior as you guys are just not able to help me. He says ok ...i wait...he says they are not allowing me to connect please tell me something about the issue. I told him how i have been cheated and misguided repeatedly. He says ok connecting to senior. I wait and they again disconnected!!!

                  I am completely tired and now writing this.

                  I have the last call recording in which i lost it .
                  Also the recording where the agent misguided me and talked moral stuff to me ...made me self courier to an address where it was closed. And the refund also hasn't happened.
                  Rest you must be having . I am not able to put it here as it's audio

                  Amazon customer support is a harrasment of customer's mind. They are not there to help but just a support team to show in the name of business. They don't help but they make you crawl, cry and waste your time. The seniors are taking money in the name of just cutting off calls on the face of customers.

                  HELP!!

                    I have been working with Amazon in claiming warranty for Amazon basics TV purchased 10 months ago. It’s been a month and the issue is not getting resolved. All Amazon does is create a ticket for service providers to fix it and service providers cancel it or call and ask for money to replace mother board. Amazon said they will replace the TV if service provider do not fix in 3-5 business days and every time I call back after this window, they just open another ticket. Amazon customer service is useless. They are unable to fix the problem and they hung up my phone calls. While the TV is under warranty, why can’t they replace or refund it even after 6 attempts to fix it. This has caused a lot of frustration with numerous calls and no sight in getting the issue resolved. The email id customer service gave ([protected]@amazon.in) is no longer valid. How could they even share me this ID if it’s no longer in use?

                      Hi team,

                      I purchased one office chair from Amazon India and I returned it back due to some reason. After some time I got refunded amount of rs. 3800/- in my original payment mode but order value was around 4300/-. I tried multiple times to Amazon to resolve this discrepancy but still problem not resolved. Please help me to get things clear.

                        Ordered 20 grocery items on 19 Aug worth of Rs 1751... but they canceled that not deliverable to location. Refunded only for 3 items of Rs350. And no action on rest of items either delivered or refunded. Their customer service team is also not helping...

                          I had placed an order on your website for JBL Flip 5 for my husband as a surprise gift. However, we received the item on the 18th of August 2022. On opening the box we see that we have been sent a JBL Flip 4 used product inside the box of JBL Flip 5 along with the instruction manual for the correct ordered item. We immediately shared an image of the incorrect item with you chat support team and they placed a return request for the same. The item was picked the very next day but since then the status on my app for the item keeps showing return has started.

                          After speaking to the customer service team we get a confirmation from your support team stating that your fulfillment centre has received the item but somehow it has not been updated on the system. They tell us to be assured that the status shall be updated and we shall receive the refund in 3-4 working days. However after multiple follow ups your support team informs us that the item received by them is a different item and an investigation is to be filed, we can again get in touch with them on the 7th of September. Today finally when we connect with them, they confirm that after the investigation they found that they haven't recieved the correct item and therefore they have discarded the returned item as well as they are unable to provide us out refund as well. Please explain to us where have I been at fault here?? In this case you take away the item and also scam me of my money?? It is a 10000 rupees item and I have lost it all!! Where should I go now as I don't have any video proof.
                          Also, 2 concerns which I would like to highlight in this case:
                          1. I had placed a return pick up right after we received the item by attaching an image but now we are unable to find the image in our conversation history

                          2. Your agent who comes to collect the return item l, never picks it up without prior verifying whether the correct item is being handed over and then only he further collects it.

                          We have a very long history with Amazon and never have we ever faced any such issue or never have we committed any fraudulent activity in our past transactions then today how can you simply deny me of my hard earned money which I spent on your website trusting that I will get what I was actually ordering for?? Request to kindly look into the matter and help us as your customer support team has been misbehaving and they have simply disconnected the call inspite o[censored]s pleading them for a resolution.

                          Looking forward to your cooperation and understanding.

                          (P.S: this was an order which I had placed as a surprise gift for my husband and today this is all I have to go through rather than letting him enjoy the gift)

                            I have order a Mobile phone on 26 may 2022 and received a different product from Amazon web site.
                            I make a return request as per request my product picked and physically verified by a amazon delivery boy.
                            After return no update shared with me and payment was successfully deducted from my account.
                            I make a payment with ICICI bank debit card EMI
                            Now when i contact to costumer care regarding my refund they told me we cant refund money and they don't have any satisfactory answers.
                            My question is where is my money ? and i want total Refund.

                              I bought a watch from Amazon.in. The watch had a 30 day return policy and was eligible for a full refund if returned within that window. I have returned the watch, but now Amazon India refuses to process a refund stating that the return that they received was different from the product that I ordered. Everytime I call the customer support number, they simply say the investigation team has decided this and we have no way of getting in touch with the investigation team.

                                I ordered Hawkins Futura Pressure cooker. When I opened the priduct it was damaged and broken peices of handle were kept in the cooker. I put a return request which was accepted but no one came to take the product neither they called. Then they update on as Return pickup verification failed.

                                  I've ordered a product on Amazon and returned due to some issues. Amazon is telling that the money is initiated back. But what ever the reference number they are giving is showing someone else's account and amount or invalid. I called to Amazon customer care support time like a 100 times since july 2022..the response of amazon customer care members to customer is wayy tooooooooo poor. They are humming songs while iam trying to explain my problem.. They are keeping call on mute for continue time and i have to disconnect out of anger. I want my refund back

                                    Hi Team Amazon / Investigation Team,
                                    This is in reference to my Order Number ORDER # [protected] placed on August 29, 2022 and Delivered on September 1, 2022 at 6:45 AM. There were few items missing in the order and issues when reported to customer care, they noted issues and missing items details and asked us to check on September 5, 2022 as they require some time to investigate. We were okay and waited till September 5, 2022 till late evening and later started following up at approx 8 pm and got to know that the Investigation team has completed the Investigation and everything was okay and complete order was delivered in packed condition and nothing was damaged so we are not entitled for any refund.Â
                                    Missing items and issues are as follows:-
                                    Invoice generated for ORDER # [protected] dated September 1, 2022 is Rs 954/- and we paid via Amazon Pay Rs 1001/- on August 29, 2022. Why can't I be eligible for my balance difference of Rs 1001-954= Rs 47/-. Can a Respected Investigation Team Explain? On what basis do they investigate and give their decision? -- Solution pending - Refund Rs 47/- to my Amazon PayI have ordered Qty 6 Sunfeast Glucose Biscuits, 112g [Pack of 12] - Rs 10, so, 6*10 = Rs 60 for 6*12 = 72 packets of 112g whereas I have received only 6 packets of 112g. 66 packets of 112g Biscuits were missing. - As per the investigating team, complete order was delivered and packed, no damage and missing... Can the Investigating team explain how and where these 72 packets were delivered. I have a phone call recording with the delivery executive that they have delivered only 6 packets of sunfeast biscuits and he didn't even deliver 72 packets until 6 September, 2022 Morning cumulative to all addresses. I am sure the Investigating Team have a fair understanding of 72 packets of 112g each is how much volume or Missing 66 packets of 112g each will have what volume. Did you check with the seller how many packets he sent for this particular order...I am sure the seller must have some CCTV cameras which can show how big the packet was carrying 72 Packets of sunfeast Biscuits. I fail to understand how did the investigating team find it delivered completely when a delivery agent himself is denying and saying he only delivered 6 packets. He himself was surprised by 72 packets.. he tried to explain and convinced me that a pack of 12 means12 biscuits inside the packet. How did they investigate? I am sure that the investigating team didn't investigate properly and didn't do their job honestly. -- Solution Pending - Deliver balance 66 packets or refund Rs 60/- to my Amazon Pay.Sella More Sella Basmati Rice Loose, 1 kg for Rs 52 - I ordered 5 kg for Rs 260--- 4 kg sealed packet was delivered to me for Rs 206. You can check the Invoice generated by More and deliver a hard copy to me with the order. Since I am not getting the difference of amount with what I pay and what order I receive as per Invoice. 1Kg of rice was missing...Can the Investigating team explain their Investigation here. Solution Pending - Refund the difference of Amount paid and Invoice amount or Deliver balance 1 Kg Rice.
                                    More Spices - Jeera, 100g (Loose)Â for Rs 34/- was missing...Delivery Agent missed it by mistake and he requested us that he will deliver it sometime... and we should not raise any complaint. We were okay, he never turned up and we get an email saying that we refused to accept - total lie... he never turned up to deliver... however after follow up we get the refund for Rs 34 for Jeera. - Issue Resolved. Thanks Amazon Team...But reason given for not delivering was a total lie...DisappointingÂ
                                    Investigating Team, all the packets delivered to us were packed, even loose items as well but if the packet is packed with lesser quantity, you can't justify that qty ordered and qty received are same and complete. Anyone who can read and see Invoice correctly can see what qty was packed and what not. How much you have received the payment and what amount order you are delivering. We never ever said that any packet was damaged or opened...Never ever refuse to accept the order...request you to please don't lie and be honest. You are working with a reputed name Amazon...we all buyers trust Amazon for their sensibility and genuineness, maintain quality, earn trust and respect...what have you been a part of Amazon doing? Lying...cheating..not returning extra charged amount for delivering less qty.. showing an offer, when ordered as per offer you don't deliver as per offer and take a U Turn and saying complete offer was delivered. Please don't lie and your investigation was not honest.
                                    Please explain your investigation with every point I raised.

                                      I saw an AD in Instagram for Part time job with Amazon, it directly took me to a unknown WhatsApp chat once clicked and someone from WhatsApp chat asked me to register and pay just 200, then they asked me to recharge more funds to get more commission and started sucking out my funds in such way slowly, they assigned me a tutor in Telegram (Alex) he told that I can withdraw all funds only if i complete the unfinished orders, i borrowed money everywhere in my circle to complete all the orders, at last when I complete the last order with huge borrowed money, its saying another unfinished order is there and it has to be finished before withdrawing the money, i can't get a single rupee anymore in my circle, these scam site already sucked all my funds out and recharged their portal, now i can't able to withdraw totally 6.5 lakhs, they are asking to pay TAX amount if 3 lakhs again, as i started requesting them to release me from this chain, they started ignoring my message and they are not even responding now (both watsapp and telegram tutors) are receiving message suddenly but not responding anything.

                                      Please someone take action for this since i borrowed very huge money and this may end my life if i can't pay back my lenders. Please someone support

                                      I request Indian law to take any action against these Fraudulent websites before they cheat some other innocent people who are looking for money

                                        I had purchased a 5-step ladder from Amazon India. The ladder received was defective (no balance) and had many scratches implying it was probably a used product. I requested return pick up that was to happen within 3 working days. First a man on bike came, and obviously he refused to pick up the ladder. He said will send an alternate that evening or next day morning. The next day morning nothing came, then the day afterwards, a van came and the ladder could not fit in the van. They returned and said will be picked up later in the evening. I'm trying to follow up with Amazon, checking the return status, but pick-ups are not scheduled, and sometimes we get a message that pick up will be done that day, but no one comes. In the night, they update the status as pick up failed. We are sitting at home every day leaving work for this return pick-up. This was an expensive ladder, and now I'm stuck with a damaged piece, and after 11th, Amazon will conveniently say the product can't be returned after 10 days of delivery. I need the ladder for some urgent work and that is why ordered on Amazon. Initially, I hoped the ladder would be returned smoothly, so I ordered an alternate one, but I see the same fate for that too. Will need to cancel the 2nd order too, and go and buy a good, non-damaged product from the market. Bad experience with Amazon, do not recommend buying expensive items from this site as I'm not getting satisfactory response for refund/return even from their Customer care executive.
