    I am still waiting for the refund for order:[protected]. At the time of purchase, I sent different emails to seller to be sure about delivery date. He confirmed the 15th of May. Finally, they shipped the sofa on 15th. So I cancelled it. I called Amazon India CC and talked to them, and to the furniture team and escalation. They lied to me by saying: "don't worry Sir, we will call you back before 24hrs". I am still waiting. And the so-called A Z claim was filed 1 week later than expected and promised... So the refund is not with me. They keep saying they proceeded with it, but the true is that the money is with them, not with me.

    And about order[protected], the seller sent the sofa in a completely different shade. I phoned him and he said that the delivered shade is what I ordered. So I proceeded with the return.

    And the last surprise is the suspension of my account, although I have always paid my orders, I have never accepted a parcel not addressed to me, etc.

    It is impossible to get an appropriate answer from Amazon India, irrespective of my lack of payment problems, my almost 2 lakhs spent with them during the last 6 months. I do not know how they allow such cases to happen.

    I am planning to escalate my issues to a more global level, as other countries, if contacted their CC, they try to assist and offer help as they understand this is not possible.

      Dear team,

      Greetings!

      I ordered honar 6x (Gold 64 gb) on 11th of may 2017, payment was successful and there was a technical error from amazon. I contacted more than 5 times to deliver this product but no action has been taken and they informed me wait till 29th may 2017 to replace the product. It is more than 20 days from today and i haven’t received the product at.

      Please could you do something which has action on it and give me an update when will be the exact date to be deliverer.

        Hello, i had ordered three health product at once,[protected], from amazon as usual, on 31st my they deducted the money from my account as well, and today on 1st june they canceled the order!! Saying that order limit exceeded!! But i need those! And the customer service person says, the money will be credited to your acc, i said i don't want the money i want the product.. He said after the money is credited! This is utterly rubbish, and those are my protein supplements! Now i shall have to order when they credit my payment..?? This is immensely annoying.

          I ordered Agro Fresh Thin Avalakki, 1kg (Poha) (order ID #[protected] with one day delivery guarantee as I paid for Prime membership but Amazon didn't make it deliver, and at there end they are making status delivered.and in past also same thing has happened, and still they are arguing.

          Instead of trying to resolve my issue and giving some compensation...Amazon executives making an arguments with there delivery.
          What is the benefit of Prime membership?
          if product not got delivered on a said date..and even they are floating false communication of delivery status .Attached is the snap of false delivery status in actual no product got delivered

            I am using since from 2years amazon and i found it to a good company but later i came to know that when i was ordering my product as a mobile product and when i am going to purchase that then the option is coming that — sorry the item cant be delievr to your pincode but the other products like books, clothes, accesories and etc... So if my books and other things can be deleieverd to my pincode -272207 then why cant the mobile can be delieverd so i request you to please shipp my mobile as a product to my pincode — 272207 plz kindly do it earier (I have given the image also) plz see that

              I have placed an order in Amazon India and delivery date given for 30th may 2017 but product was not delivered on date and they excused and assisted to wait for 1 more day as said waited whole day on 31st may 2017, but people still didn't took it on priority. They are saying again same dialogue to wait and blah blah. So called on 31 may night and one of the leadership executive has said like while registering we agree to terms and conditions while registering and in Amazons T and C's it is mentioned as if product is not delivered on estimated time and date they will be having 3-4 days to deliver the product and when asked the executive where it is mentioned they were unable to guide me to that page and unfortunately call got disconnected. After waiting for 5 minutes of that call again called customer care and again one of the leadership executive Mr.Anand Rao has guided me that particular date will not be mentioned but they can contact Amazon customer care and they will say when they will deliver the product. So the point is they will not deliver the product on time and will give fake promises and while managing customer they will provide false statements it's just a kind of #########. I have been customer of Amazon from long time don't know why they will do such crap things. I dont think I can suggest any of my knowns to Amazon.Worst experience ever faced.

                I have made a few purchases from Amazon India in past few years and I believe I have provided honest and unbiased reviews on various products purchased on Amazon. All my review contents were reviewed by Amazon and published online.

                Recently while trying to check back on my reviews I found that some of my earlier reviews that were approved and published have been removed by Amazon.

                amazon may have a reason to do so which I don't question, however there was no notification to the reviewer. Amazon may like to introduce such a policy to notify the reviewer with reason as to why the review was removed.

                    I made an order in amazon with order number #[protected]
                    And i sent the product back to them
                    And in amazon they mentioned that they refunded the amount
                    But i dint get any amount in my card
                    I asked amazon about this query and there is no proper response frm amazon

                    They are cheaters
                    They are initiating fake refunds and robbing money from customers

                    I dont recommend amazon to anyone

                    The amount i lost with amazon is 2219/-rs

I have bought a tamanna red saree from amazon but due to some reason i have returned it and my return was confirmed on 5th may but no refund has done yet. It was of cost rupees 649.                         Last month on 12th May Amazon had "Great Indian Sale" under which I bought "Crompton Solarium DLX SWH815 15-Litre Storage Water Heater (Ivory)". Since then they haven't delivered the product and everytime when I talk to customer service they give lame excuses.

                        This is kind of fraud which Amazon has started doing now. They pretend and show huge discount during sale and then don't deliver them once sale is over.

But today someone come at my office and give me package and told me that its your package from amazon and take 260 rs.. From me... When i open the package there is nothing in that package. When i chake amazon website there is still my package not dispatch.
                              1) so how that possible that someone cheat me by package if only amazon have such package details and delivery details...

                                This is one of the worst experience i had with amazon.

                                I have ordered leather stitched and amazon delivered stainless steel.

                                This was given to friend as birthday gift, and to my embarrassment different model was delivered... I apologized my friend and returned it back for replacement. Finally same was delivered after 7days. I have handed over to my friend again.

                                Just to extend my embarrassment, amazon 2nd time also delivered same model.

                                This is disgusting. I am going to file legal notice to amazon for this.. Which has let me down in front of other... And damaged my image.

                                Need compensation for all the mess up done amazon of 10lakh of get ready for legal term.

                                I spoke to anjan/imran, called from [protected] at 21.30 today at your call center... For my surprise they said complaint no wil not be given to customer on call which is against law

                                Will be eagerly waiting for your response, and then will take it forward.

                                  Purpose (Wanted to gift home used product to my company employee), i have placed orders from amazon using different and addresses of different cities/states. Now again amazon team has blocked my account due to verification purpose and account has been blocked. My money i. E.20000inr.                                     My name is vrishali watcha. I had ordered for a number of items by mistake through the shopping cart. The following are the order numbers.

                                    However, i still haven't recieved the refund which was supposed to happen in 3-5 business days. However, no i did not get any refund. Plus, when i spoke to customer care on 26th may, i was told i would be getting a callback regarding the status of these orders. I also recieved an email confirmation about it. However, did not recieve any call. I called again today and the customer service agent said that its a seller order and that he will get in touch with seller and ensure a refund for me. Because, the first of assurance of callback was not fulfilled how would i trust amazon to take this step of ensuring the refund. Besides, when i asked the customer service agent (Bruce) for his full name, he refused to give his full name so i asked to speak with the team leader, he placed me on hold and then got back and said that he cannot get the team leader and very conveniently he just thanked me and disconnected the call. Besides, towards the end of the call, he kept over-talking and then disconnected the call. How do i even know its a legit customer service agent. Secondly, why did he refuse to get a supervisor. What were the supervisors doing, if they couldnt take a call.
