      My name pritesh mistry.. On 29th may i give order on amazon india for 16 gb memory card... But today someone come at my office and give me package and told me that its your package from amazon and take 260 rs.. From me... When i open the package there is nothing in that package. When i chake amazon website there is still my package not dispatch.
      1) so how that possible that someone cheat me by package if only amazon have such package details and delivery details...
      2) amazon india cheat me because my package and its related data they leaked.
      I request you to give my 260 rs. Back.

        This is one of the worst experience i had with amazon.

        I have ordered leather stitched and amazon delivered stainless steel.

        This was given to friend as birthday gift, and to my embarrassment different model was delivered... I apologized my friend and returned it back for replacement. Finally same was delivered after 7days. I have handed over to my friend again.

        Just to extend my embarrassment, amazon 2nd time also delivered same model.

        This is disgusting. I am going to file legal notice to amazon for this.. Which has let me down in front of other... And damaged my image.

        Need compensation for all the mess up done amazon of 10lakh of get ready for legal term.

        I spoke to anjan/imran, called from [protected] at 21.30 today at your call center... For my surprise they said complaint no wil not be given to customer on call which is against law

        Will be eagerly waiting for your response, and then will take it forward.

          I have purchase new voucher inr.20000 from amazon, which i have redeemed on ([protected]@infinityeservices.com).
          Purpose (Wanted to gift home used product to my company employee), i have placed orders from amazon using different and addresses of different cities/states. Now again amazon team has blocked my account due to verification purpose and account has been blocked. My money i. E.20000inr. Is stuck with amazon, whenever i am tried to call on amazon customer care, cc team is disconnecting my call without any resolution.

            Hi,
            My name is vrishali watcha. I had ordered for a number of items by mistake through the shopping cart. The following are the order numbers.
            [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protect...
            However, i still haven't recieved the refund which was supposed to happen in 3-5 business days. However, no i did not get any refund. Plus, when i spoke to customer care on 26th may, i was told i would be getting a callback regarding the status of these orders. I also recieved an email confirmation about it. However, did not recieve any call. I called again today and the customer service agent said that its a seller order and that he will get in touch with seller and ensure a refund for me. Because, the first of assurance of callback was not fulfilled how would i trust amazon to take this step of ensuring the refund. Besides, when i asked the customer service agent (Bruce) for his full name, he refused to give his full name so i asked to speak with the team leader, he placed me on hold and then got back and said that he cannot get the team leader and very conveniently he just thanked me and disconnected the call. Besides, towards the end of the call, he kept over-talking and then disconnected the call. How do i even know its a legit customer service agent. Secondly, why did he refuse to get a supervisor. What were the supervisors doing, if they couldnt take a call.

                Sir, I have a complain that I had ordered a pair of shoes from Amazon, yet company has not deliverd my product since 15 days, I had paid money for that as well as delivery charge also, so plz help in returning my money as well as fulfill my time wastage cost.                     Today tampered/opened shipment was send to receive, which contains food material for human consumption. Not only the box was opened totally but also one of the goods of total number of goods two was missing. I do not know how amazon can be so irresponsible with such sort of pathetic behaviour and customer service and representations. I cannot believe such erratic things do occur in your customer service and locals logistics. Frankly speaking i cannot tolerate this type of pathetic logistics.
                    And what more can be horrible, when the courier guy says "sir if want to take it, or either leave it, box is opened and if you wish i am going to pay for this. Moreover along with his manager he says sir if you wish you can go for complaint". Amazon i want to escalate this issue to as higher level as it can be.

                    Moreover​ after they kept me waiting for 26 days they did not provide me the replacement and their call back is still in process.

                    And no action against the courier people.

                      I was place a oreder for cell phone on 17 may 2017.
                      After some days i was called to help line for order delivery.
                      They called me product deliver with in 2 days.
                      On 29 may order cancelled witout my knowledge.
                      I was given advance payment and my delivery addresses are very well known by the company.
                      Beacause various product buying erlier at same address.
                      Company does not provided my product and nothing to compensation nothing to satisfaction against this inconveniences.

                        I have been ordered many items from Amazon and i am one of the prime member of Amazon. But i had an unfortunate incident with customer care which is highly disappointing.
                        I had placed an order for one plus 3T hand set around 23rd May 2017 with an option of exchanging old handset The delivery was scheduled on the close of the day on 25th, having received an Sms alert we immediately called the call center as we would not be at home and wanted it rescheduled to Sunday. But your executive Mr. Bharath confirmed that it is not on exchange and hence handset can be left with security. However when delivery boy got the handset he said it is on exchange and he will not be able to deliver with security without old mobile phone. We asked him to get it on Sunday instead. We waited entire Sunday by canceling all our outing plans but we did not receive the handset. We called customer service but they could NOT help us. Ms. Riya finally promised to get it delivered on Monday by 9:00 am and she said that she had put our issues on HIGH PRIORITY SO THAT WE WILL GET FIRST DELIVERY ON THIS BASIS. We waited till 1030 by not going to office, since we didn't get any sms alert we again called customer service to help us out in this regard. But to our shock one ms Alia banged the phone telling that she can't help us. This is highly unexpected from a company like Amazon and highly shameful to behave so immaturely. I hope you will take action against such an irresponsible and arrogant person attending calls from customers who is paying hard earned money in purchasing something. I also got SMS alert at 11:00 am on the delivery. But finally we got it delivered only at 5:00 pm. Meanwhile we spoke to many of customer service personnel but no one could help us. All of them disconnected the call after speaking for ~10 mins. When the hand set got delviered the delivery boy said they did not get any message on HIGH PRIORITY. THIS IS A BIG LIE TOLD BY MS RIA. I am really ashamed to have bought so many items from Amazon a company who cheats and lies with the customer.

                            This distress mail is regarding an order which i booked on amazon.in.
                            Order no is[protected].

                            I have booked the pickup myself twice and on both occasions the pickup
                            was not made.

                            First request made on 24 May and second on 28 May 17. Finally in all
                            this dilli-dally, the return window was closed.

                            So was this a tactic by Amazon to pass customer's time until the
                            return window closes?

                            Pls arrange to pick up the item at the earliest and arrange refund
                            against the pickup.

                            It was really annoying and unbelievable that something of that sort
                            can happen with AMAZON!!

                              Where in i can place the request for cancellation and refund.. But still not received any feedback or email.

                                I ordered lg refrigerator on 25-05-17 on amazon and paid online of rs.14, 870... The product couriered by blue dart and during courier transport the refrigerator was damaged... So the transport website tracking said the product was damaged... So i contact amazon for my refund... The customer care large appliances team said that the refund was processed... But i don't get any emails about refund... But the courier team call for damaged product delivery... What type of service is that??? Amazon try to force to buy this damaged product... I want my refund and i never buy anything from amazon... Worst customer response... I was two years prime customer... But now i hate amazon...

                                  The packing of this product is very poor and it is already opened. The book is full of dust and edges are black. Seems like I have purchased second hand book. I have been calling these guys from last 25 day and asking the solution of this issue. But each time new executive receives the call and give different information. Initially They told me somebody will come to pick up damaged product. Then they said I need to make self return of this product. If they can deliver damaged product then why can not send someone to pick up that product? Why I need to make self return?
