My name is Avinash Kumar Upadhyaya and i am living in allahabad.
After four unsuccessful attempts, i have managed to placed an order of Redmi 4A from Amazon.in on 4th may 2017 at 12 pm during flash sale. I was very exited and eagerly waiting for the product to be delivered at my doorstep, But on 9th May 2017 i have got an SMS stating that my product is UNDELIVERABLE and they are returning the product to the seller without mentioning any reason on it.
I called customer care and asked about the incident, they told me that your package is returning cause it was arrived with damage packaging and hence cant be delivered to you.
Then i asked them to ship me the new product cause there is a fault from there end and they should take the responsibility of it, surprisingly i have got a reply of BIG NO with so many irrelevant excuses and they told me to place another order which is again a impossible task to get one during the pathetic flash sale concept.
Amazon is not ready to ship a new product to me after knowing that the problem was from their end and due to that we customers have to suffer. Usually what happen if you place an order from any E Commerce website and if product is somehow not deliverable to the customer then they will ship a new product to the customer.
I want that Amazon should send me a new product and make sure that it must be deliver to me in single piece without any further delay cause the package has got damage during transit from their end and why customer suffer from it so its their responsibility and they must take care of it and send me a new one.
I have got a reply from them by an email today( 10/05/2017) in which the only thing was mentioned that they are returning the product and no reason for that. The Email reply are given below:-

Orders can be returned for a number of reasons including lack of address information or failed delivery attempts. Labels can also become smudged or torn in transit rendering the delivery address incomplete.
If you've already paid for the order, we will initiate a full refund once the package is received at our Fulfilment Centre. We will send you an email once we process the refund.
Unfortunately, we're unable to re-dispatch orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you still want these items, we'd suggest that you return to our website and place a new order.
If you need to change an existing delivery address for future orders, please update your address book via Your Account.
I am expecting that after this complaint against Amazon.in would do good for me and help me to get the product from them. Please Help.
