Amazon initiated my refund on 27.03.2017 of rs.15900 and they gave me the confirmation mail regarding this. But amount not deposited in my bank account yet. I complained to my bank about this. I file a charge dispute regarding this. Bank declared that they not received any amount from amazon as refund for my account. Amazon told me that they are not responsible about this.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Concern officer,

    As writing you after every incident and giving all information by which the actual things which is happening should be recorded officially and legally, so the customer point of view does not manipulate as you people are such cheap and fraud that you can say anything and do any update in your system or in my account at any point of time with false words!!

    Due to your cheap practice i have gone with mental agony and pain as you guys fail to deliver my order not once but twice and both time you have given wrong information which not only made me lost my coolness but mentally disturb with the way you guys work on your term and kept customer in dark and updated your things with all false statement!!

    I am jotting down things point wise so you don't miss any episode and come with any creepy answer!!

    1. I first ordered on 7th may 2017 for the samsung mobile phone which committed to deliver to me on 9th may 2017. As already written and explained what all done first time with proof of visiting the courier boy at my office address at 8 pm and he promised to deliver the same next day but sent back the courier while updating wrong information (as mailed and discussed with so many executive in this this regard).

    2. As the same been re ordered (this done on 9th night) due to the fault accepted by the team and taken the initiative so things should not get ugly he re ordered and committed to deliver the packet on 11th may 2011. As mailed properly and told the team its my office where the team accepted that the corporate deliver should be done on the office timing only.

    3. I was giving reminder since yesterday morning mailed and even called up so can know what time will receive my packet, but unfortunately things has not change on the very next day all commitment and apologies has been thrown in the dustbin by the team and start behaving as they done previously with me!!

    All things were properly updated about the packet delivery address along with my number and timing!! But unfortunately nothing changes and i have not received any update by any team member to me if its been taken on tip priority and re ordered by the team on commitment of delivery on time!!

    In evening in spite of delivery the status start showing "delay delivery on customer request
    Delhi, " how and who done this only amazon knows!! And then finally the mail which says the packet returned !!

    This is something really serious and highly unprofessional working by the team amazon.

    My number was there no one called up!!

    My both address office as well as home are on prime locations of delhi where in know one can get problem of delivering or finding.

    As an old customer already received packet by the amazon courier team previously on both my resident and office address!!

    Shockingly and surprisingly what went wrong this time as you people shown all your worst with false statement and uncommitted working.

    This is not just a matter of misleading and cheating but the mental trauma which i have gone thorough in theses last four days was terrible, as you guys made lie one after another which made me sick and suffered a lot and trust me i ma not going to leave this matter as ease as you guys has taken..

    You run my life and made me sick and now want the amazon should pay for their uncommitted/ cheating and lying one after another to their costumer should pay deprecation charges for doing what all not to be done by them in any circumstances.

    As i have all proof with me as mailed and called up to the amazon team in regard of my order need immediate my money along with depreciation charges due to which i am gone with mental harassment immediately!!

      I purchased this ram (Crucial 8gb ddr4 2133mhz pc4-17000 ct8g4dfd8213 1.2v unbuffered non-ecc high performance gaming ram) for a new desktop pc along with motherboard, smps, cabinet etc. But tested it later due to late receiving of other parts. It is defective and i complaint for it with amazon customer care service, they said the return window is closed, so i go for warranty i. E. 3 years. They said me to contact the manufacturer, i contact the manufacturer, they are ready to replace it but, want me to bear import-export charges which'll cost me more than the cost of ram. So manufacturer suggest me to contact local amazon seller as it is easy for him to replace. Then i tried to contact local amazon seller but it is not responding till now, beside giving answer 3 year just. Please help me what to do now??? I call again amazon customer care she replied me to check the service centre before ordering the electronic goods on amazon, that means the electronic goods that become faultier after the return time period and if their is no service centre in locality of customer, it is loss for customer why? Please help me...

          Amazon.in Order #[protected] Placed an order on 9th May 2017 for One plus 3t, which was fulfilled by Amazon and was on Guarantee basis to get it delievered by May 10 2017 but today is 11th May and i did not get my parcel yet. The item is not even dispatched yet. it hardly takes 6hrs for the package to come from bangalore to Ballari. Talked 6 times with customer care representatives and even the supervisor., But nothing just verbal assurance is given. Its urgent, so please look after it .Expecting an action from as soon as possible. ;

                    Dear Sir,

                    On[protected], my son ordered for OnePlus3 Mobile Phone with AMAZON INDIA to be delivered at HYDERABAD (INDIA) with COD Option as the product is available with COD Option. The order #[protected].

                    On[protected] my son got a call from the local delivery person asking to keep ready the payment in cash. When my son replied that the payment will be made by Card, the local delivery person informed my son that Card payments are not being accepted as the POS machine is malfunctioning.

                    Iam surprised to know that in a Metro like Hyderabad (India), the biggest online shopping company like AMAZON has only one POS which is malfunctioning !!!

                    This is not the 1st time. Your local delivery agency in Hyderabad (India) is resorting to this practice of refusing to accept Card payments and insisting on cash payment ever since "Demonetisation" was launched by Govt of India and Cash is under short supply. I suspect the local delivery agency of AMAZON at Hyderabad (India) is acting as a cash funneling agency for some vested interests.

                    The Govt of India is encouraging the people to make use of Digital Platforms for making payments and minimise the use of cash for settling the transactions.

                    Under the above circumstances, we have no option but to escalate the matter to you with the hope that you will initiate prompt action to set right this underhand practice of your Local Delivery agency insisting on cash payments.

                      I purchased many items from amazone online shope... But, the items are not appeared in my 'order history'.in the last month (March) i purchased a cutting machine (Planet power ec4 4" tile/wood cutter). But the delivered item is not what i ordered. It was a planet power blower. Then i canceled my order and returned to the given address and requested for refund. But the refund not arrived. Why it disappeared from my order history? From where i get the details about the refund? The product id is not in my amazone account. Please help me...

                        As per message of amazon my refund of Rs.6100 has been processed successfully on[protected] and informed that the amount should reflect in my account by[protected].

                        The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is 529357. given by amazon
                        and sent message as under; -
                        In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.
                        Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

                        I have not received refund till date 11.05.17. Please solve my problem. Reprocess my refund. I am very sad because this is my first chance that I have not received my ordered mobile phone and order cancel by the amazon saller. I am waiting to my amount Rs. 6100/-. Customer care of SBI and local branch refused to any help in this transaction.

                            My name is Avinash Kumar Upadhyaya and i am living in allahabad.
                            After four unsuccessful attempts, i have managed to placed an order of Redmi 4A from Amazon.in on 4th may 2017 at 12 pm during flash sale. I was very exited and eagerly waiting for the product to be delivered at my doorstep, But on 9th May 2017 i have got an SMS stating that my product is UNDELIVERABLE and they are returning the product to the seller without mentioning any reason on it.
                            I called customer care and asked about the incident, they told me that your package is returning cause it was arrived with damage packaging and hence cant be delivered to you.
                            Then i asked them to ship me the new product cause there is a fault from there end and they should take the responsibility of it, surprisingly i have got a reply of BIG NO with so many irrelevant excuses and they told me to place another order which is again a impossible task to get one during the pathetic flash sale concept.
                            Amazon is not ready to ship a new product to me after knowing that the problem was from their end and due to that we customers have to suffer. Usually what happen if you place an order from any E Commerce website and if product is somehow not deliverable to the customer then they will ship a new product to the customer.
                            I want that Amazon should send me a new product and make sure that it must be deliver to me in single piece without any further delay cause the package has got damage during transit from their end and why customer suffer from it so its their responsibility and they must take care of it and send me a new one.
                            I have got a reply from them by an email today( 10/05/2017) in which the only thing was mentioned that they are returning the product and no reason for that. The Email reply are given below:-

                                I have purchased the above mentioned mobile phone from www.amazon.in and the product was delivered on april 27 2017 and this product is registered under the name of manisha sharma at 40 dr s p mukherjee road, kolkata-700028 (Dumdum canntonment-gorabazar)

                                Firstly, there was no warranty card sent from the manufacturer or the seller when the box was opened, i had called us amazon customer service to enquire about this, but they said that there is no warranty card provided by the manufacturer, however i had bought the same product just 1 month back from amazon.in and it contained the warranty card.
                                O when same product is purchased again why there was no warranty card available?

                                I had already left a feedback about this product on amazon website and had intent to return this product if its a faulty product, i have called up the customer service but they are refusing to register a complain against this and are not willing to take this product back or replace it with new one and they are saying that replacement window is closed and they cannot replace it now.

                                This is completely fraud with the customer that intex is selling faulty products online and cheating with the customers and amazon is helping this company to cheat and when they are receiving complain against the product, they are refusing to replace it to the customer. I cant afford to take this brand new phone to have it serviced to any one of the service centers.

                                I would request you to take strict action against intex and amazon so that they cannot sell anymore faulty products online and fool the customers anymore.

                                I would really appreciate if you help me to have this product replaced asap and also stop them for selling such products online.

                                  I had ordered this item {Apple Watch Series 2 42MM Space Grey with Black Sports Band (MP062HN/A)} from Amazon India with order id being[protected] on 6th May 2017. It was delivered on 7th May 2017. First the brand package seal was broken then the box had everything except the watch dial. I complained in there Customer Care. They issued a return and refund. The pickup tracking id being[protected]. The return pickup was done on the same day and I have an Acknowledgment Slip for that which the pickup boy gives after handing over the product. Now Amazon has closed my account and refusing to refund. Please I humbly request the authorities to help me on this and get my money back. Thank You.

                                    Hi. On April 7th, 2017 I bought a moto g5 through amazon pay balance after becoming a trial free prime member. Before placing order I contacted customer care and had clarified with them 10 times that I will be eligible for Rs1000 cashback or not even if I am a prime trial member.
                                    The amazon customer care representative named Persis also told that I will be eligible for Rs1000 cashback or even if I am a prime trial member but after a month also I did not get the cashback.

                                    When I called the customer care on 8th April, 2017 to report this incident the leadership member named Shashi told that they did not tell the whole terms and conditions and have only informed the part of it.

                                    I therefore request you to take necessary actions regarding this.

                                      They asked me to go and deal with the service centre for my newly purchased camera,

                                      Horrible service and they should be banned in India.

                                      Pathetic management. When I called the customer care the lady playing the manager said if you do not want to accept it as delivered then throw the product we can't help.

                                        I have requested a product for amazon on 20 march which was expected to be delivered on 30 march, 2017. I have called amazon customer care many times. They told for filing a-z claim. A-z filed against them but they denied a-z and told to apeal again or filing again in90 days. But still they are not delivering the product, neither they are willing to deliver on another location nor they are refunding the amount.
