    I bought a washing machine on 24 April 2017 from Amazon vide order #[protected].
    There was a offer that if seller is cloudtail and mode of payment is prepaid and purchase dates are 23 and 24 April 2017, customer will get cash back of 10% up-to 2500. When contacted amazon I am told by Amazon that there was no such offer. Request to resolve the issue as earliest.

      I ordered sparx black & red rubber flip flops size 6 on 8-5-2017 and received it on 13 may... Firstly i want to say the packing was awful and this was expected from amazon... And when i tried the product it was wrong size so i instantly called amazon to schedule a return pickup & that was done on 14-5-17 evening with tracking no.[protected]... But after pickup there has been no updates of the product or any refund initiation till now nor i'm able to track the product on my app.. It is jst showing product delivered when i ask amazon care they r saying that product has yet not reached the seller and that is not updated in ur system that's why it is not reflecting in the app... I have earlier also returned product to amazon but it was smooth and quick but this time it's pathetic... So i request u to pls look into the issue and refund my money asap...         Amazon.in has an offer of 10% cashback (Max 2500) as amazon pay balance on buying large appliances from retailer cloud tail india from 23-24th april 2017.

        I bought an ac under order number #[protected] from cloud tail. However no cashback was initiated.

        When i contacted amazon.in, i am being told there was not such offer during that period which is completely wrong. They had an offer but now they are saying that i should provide them with a screenshot of offer which i don't have.

        Request to please get it resolved as i can see 1-2 more people has raised this issue.

          I ordered one iphone 7 through Amazon.in by my Chinese credit card.

          The money has been deducted from my Credit card.

          then my account has been blocked

          Then i got one email saying

          I was trying to get one of my friend in China to send the FAX,
          But thet fax line is always busy.
          I called customer care twice, they claimed they can't do anything about it.

          So the money deducted, and my account blocked.

          What can i do ?

              Hi,
              I purchased a Lyf Water F1s phone on 04/05/2017 through COD. Later on I find that the phone has some battery issues as battery was not working properly, even when the phone was not in use the battery use drain very quickly. I never removed the charging plug of the phone untill and unless it was 100%, but the issue remained the same.
              So I placed a return and refund on the amazon website on 09/05/2017 and it showed that I have one product to return, I even provided the bank account details for the refund. But when I called the customer care they kept on saying that I never filed the return and refund and the refund can't happen.
              So it means that my Rs. 7968 has gone for a toss and I won't be getting that. If the return was not going to happen then why the order page showed that I have one product to return.
              I am totally dissatisfied with the service from amazon.in
              Now now should I do? The uestion remains

                I have ordered Apple iPhone SE (Rose Gold, 64GB) from Amazon.in I have subscribed a prime delivery to get order faster and my expected guaranteed delivery date was 15th May, 2017.
                But it was not been delivered yet, Today's date is 17-May, and still showing

                "The courier was unable to contact the recipient to arrange delivery. Please contact Amazon.
                PUNE, IN".

                I have contacted many times to customer care via chat/phone number still not getting the solution and exact root cause why this late and my expected delivery date was changed to 15th May, 2017 to 16th May, 2017. It was strange customer service manager is saying you can cancel your order. It was totally wasting our time. It's been more than 4 days.

                    I made an order to amazon with order id[protected] for the product "evana 4.1 feet triple section portable dust & water proof wardrobe creative printed cabinet, easy installation folding wardrobe cupboard almirah foldab[protected]".
                    The product was ordered on 31 march 2017 and proposed estimated delivery by 13 april 2017. The said product was pre-paid item. The said product was not delivered even after many follow-ups and also money not refunded.
                    I have attached the screen shots for the reference also.
                    Kindly look into matter and resolve it.

                      Order number[protected]. This has been a highly frustrating and disappointing experience. The Air conditioning purchase I made on 23rd Apr showed clearly an Amazon pay cash back of 2500, this was available and clearly listed for the product I purchased on the day I purchased. My family also saw it and we all decided to purchase the ac as the cash back option was great. I waited for the cash back but it didn't happen. Now when I check with customer service, they say that this offer wasn't available. Either your site malfunctioned or my family and I are all insane. Either you are cheats or we are. This has been a torturous experience and I will never trust Amazon again.By the way, did I mention that I have spent lakes on Amazon and am a Prime member. err- was

                      I purchased an air conditioner based on the offer 2500 cash back to pay balance on 23-24 April which showed on the page for the product.. but now they deny there was ever an offer, on checking other websites show the offer at that time but Amazon Denys it.. such liars and thieves..                         I have ordered apple iphone 7 plus (Rose gold, 128gb) from amazon.in to gift for my beloved on her birthday. I availed benefit of 1day delivery but paying rs.100 extra and my expected guaranteed delivery date was 12th may, 2017.
                        But it was not been delivered yet and still showing as in-transit. And my expected delivery date was changed to 15th may, 2017.
                        I have contacted many times to customer care for the issue and everyone promised me that my product will be delivered in next 24hrs.
                        It's been more than 6 days and now amazon cs department were telling that my product has been lost in transit and offering me refund for the product. (If i wanted only refund i would have cancelled it right away when product was not delivered at very first instance).
                        These kind of delivery issues were pretty usually happen with amazon.
                        Kindly someone look unto this issue and help me in getting my product at the earliest.

                                On 14th of May I ordered "Apple iPhone SE (Rose Gold, 64GB)" worth Rs. 26, 898.00, Payments was also been made through Canara Bank Debit Card. But then within 10mins I cancelled the product due to some reasons. I received the message that Redund has been initiated and Amount will be credited within 3-5 working days into my account.

                                After that I was not receiving any mails or messages so I thought to track the refund status. After that I was facing issue with my Amazon Account, I was not able to access my account through my email Id, but it was accessible through my Mobile No. And also when I am accessing my Amazon Account thorugh my number, I was not able to see my Last order details, neither it was reflecting on my Cancelled Order details.

                                I called up the Customer Care Executive around 2:15pm today i.e. on the 16th of May 2017, An executive named ARUN, picked up the call, I put 3 ques to him :
                                1) What's the status of my Refund Amount?
                                2) Why m I not able to access my Amazon Account through my email Id?
                                3) And Aslo when I am accessing it through my Mobile number, why I am not able to see my order details under the Order list ? Why It's showing "No Orders has been Cancelled", " No Orders has been placed in 2017" n all, kind of messages. ?

                                That Guy "Arun" was so dumb that he keeps on repeating the same lines that " MAM UR REFUND WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT TILL FRIDAY". Which I understood in the first go, now m waiting for my the asnwers for my other two queries which he wasn't able to ans, everytime when I am asking about my account, he started explaining the Refund Policy, then I asked him to transfer my call to the executive who is comfortable in HINDI Language, considering the fact that, may be Arun is not getting what I am saying, The Other Executive, her name was ANKITA, she ws the another ########, she started speaking in English and again the same thing. I asked Ankita do you know what's my issue, did Arun has explained you regarding my issue? she is saying, YES MAM I KNOW YOU ARE ASKING ABOUT YOUR REFUND AMOUNT AND YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCESS YOUR AMAMZON ACCOUNT THROUGH MAIL, ISN"T? I said yes, tell me the reason, of she is saying " Mam can you tell me your issue ? I mean What's the problemm dude, instead of knowing the issue why it is imp to keep repeating the issues again n again, can't you get it on one go, I don't think my query is so complicvated to handle, When I asked her to trabnsfer my call to any Seniors, she says, "MAM I am the senior"... I mean Seriously? AMazon ki din itne bure aagye hain k itni Dumb Senior hain? And then she start saying " Mam After knowing your issue I can't transfer your call to my senior executive? Arey Issue bta to diya ab kya kru, I don't know what she exactly wanted to know and then she keeps on repeating the same thing " Mam tell me your issue I will solve it... I want to Ask The Amazon, is this the traninng you provide to your executives ? They are there for the Customer Care and to harras Customer. Plzzz Your website exixts coz we purschase products from it else it won't stay in the market. So plzz teach your executive how to behave with the customer and teach them to listen the query properly instead of saying learned statement. Disgusting.

                                I am working with a Law fRim, n my entire family in media, I make sure you gonna find this post all over the social media very soon. Atleast ppl should know, how the Executive of Amazon waste customer's time n money. And One Suggestion, Please teach your executive, If anyone asked them to transfer the calls to their seniors they should do it on the very first go, instead of arguing and wasting our time.

                                  I have booked an order in Amazon on dated 16.05.2017 having no[protected]. Payment of Rs 639/- has been debited from my account & the order is showing as Payment revision needed.

                                  Further I have already got 3 SMS from Amazon as Payment failed. I have contacted through their customer care no but it is not working.

                                  Kindly see in to the matter

                                    I bought Motorola G4 Plus phone on 22 May 2016 from Amazon India. After 15 days I got one problem related to fingerprint sensor so went to service center(Kavya enterprices, FC road, Pune), they charged me for that 300 Rs. After this on 27th April 2017 I got one software update from Motorola. I have updated software after rebooting mode my mobile phone is dead. Next day I went to the authorized service center in Kavya enterprices, FC road, Pune. Their service was pathetic. No one is ready to check my phone. After a week I again went there waiting almost 6-7 hrs that day, they checked my phone & submitted at their end. Next day they called me & given 3 different reasons when I called & met them back. My mobile is in warranty period but authorized center refuses to service it. Amazon India please help me to overcome to this problem.

                                      They gave me a time frame to deliver my product on Monday before 5 pm. But they haven't deliver my product till today 12:20 tuesday. Yesterday their delivery team called me they will deliver my product in 1st half, now they are saying they also have other products to deliver on other addresses. According to amazon my time is not valuable.

                                        I have ordered for moto g4 plus mobile 2 April 2017 of 13999 INR.

                                        The product has issue with battery and i have complained in amazon service. They have checked by smartchk app and agree that this product has issue. They are ready to replacement of same product within 2 days (on call). After 3 days i checked the status in amazon but no any update about that. When i chat with amazon customer service they are saying for wait for next 3-5 days.

                                        After 5 days there is no update. For my job security i need smart phone device to upload photos of my field work so i must have to buy new phone. so i bought new phone.

                                        Then requested to refund in amazon for this delay. They agree that this is issue from amazon side and ready to refund me. amazon has initiated refund on 23 april 2017 and confirmation email sent to me on 25 apirl that we have initiated refund by cheque and you will receive this cheque within 5 working days. but no luck.

                                        Then again i chat with amazon and they promised me we will give you cheque upto 2 May 2017. Still no luck.

                                        Then again i chat with amazon and amazon representative told me we cant track your cheque from first flight courier. please give us time for some days and promised date is 9th May 2017. Still no luck.

                                        Then i called in customer service about this issue and representative told me you are really great person because you have wait until this time. but due to some issue they cant track cheque status. And is it ok with me if i receive amount via net banking? I replied YES. Then representative told me we will take 3-5 working days for cancel cheque and again 3 working days to refund in your bank account. I said OK no issue if you do it in time. BUT I DONT KNOW they all are fraud guys. on 15 May 2017 i mailed in amazon customer service and on 16 May i got replied from amazon that we need time upto 24 May 2017.

                                        Now i cant trust on amazon that they will refund my amount or not. Every time wrong promise.

                                        Fraud amazon.

                                        Please help me to get back my amount.

                                        card ending in 7885 instead of card ending in 7886
                                        A charge was placed on my bank account of $40.20 on 5/03of which was illegal, please refund to card ending in 7886 or I will claim fraud If this is not resolved I will certainly not ever do business with you and warn everybody of you illegal charges
