    I am a consumer of amazon india. I buy an item patanjali kesh kanti shampoo at 75.00 rupees through net banking (Pnb) (Ordered on 18 may 2017 order#[protected], it arrived on 25/5/2017 by speed post but charged 75.00 rupees (Though i try amazon prime free). Why i have to pay 150.00 (75+75) rupees.

      Hi All,

      Please be aware of Amazon fraud, arrogance and deficiency in services by unethical means.

      Placed an ORDER #[protected] @Amazon.in by considering the facts they will deliver original product but my assumption were completely wrong. Even after complaining they are forcing me to take refund rather than replacement by correcting there own mistake. These cheap substandard products are getting sold on deals.

      Pigeon Blackline Oval SS Gas Stove, 3 Burner
      Eveready Base B22 7-Watt LED Bulb (Pack of 6, Cool Day Light)

      Moreover these products been sold by Amazon own Cloudtail India which is there subsidiary.

      Please help me to get rid of this and also guide me how to get my original product for which made a payment without any refund.

      Worst experience, will never recommend going forward to use Amazon services for any kind of shopping.

        I had ordered a product from amazon.in and it has been arrived here at my city on 20th may 2017 but they are not delivering the product at the given address over there. They are calling me to take the product from their office. Which doesn't make any sense. They always do like this only. They never deliver the product on time. Even the same issue i had faced earlier and complained the same to the amazon.in

          I order 1 mobile (5000/-) on 23 march after 2 days i cancelled that order and amazon send refund mail with refund ref no but still now my money not credited and i contact my bank they told amazon declined ur refund kindly check ur merchant... No one response and no one help me... Worst amazon... Both are playing games...

            Amazon delivered wrong product i.e. 20 Watt batten which is different product than ordered and also cheaper than the rate of ordered one.

            They promised me to replace the product with correct one however i was delivered again same wrong product on 23rd..

            Now company is denying to replace product.

                Hi,

                I forgot the password, when i try to set it is asking the name which i have given at creation time.

                I told all the details address, mobile number and my name. But customer care asking what is the name of the account, i told that i forgot and my previous mails also not available.

                If i remember that thing why i will call to customer care. This is not fair and wasting the time of cusmers with out any asisistance

                  I have booked an item through amazon india, but I have never recieved the item.
                  However after repeatedly contacting the customer care, they sometime told that the item is on the way, but now they are telling that they delivered the item around a month back. This is fraud. I have all the mail correspondence as proof saved with me. Now the customercare is also not helping. Request you to help.

                    2 products i have returned and asked for refund. Been over a month, no refund received. Have been calling customer care everyday without any results. They keep saying "give us 24 hours we will resolve" and nothing happens. One month has passed since items were returned. Truly horrible service. It is frustrating calling about the same matter with no success.

                        With reference to the above, kindly note that the order was placed in Amazon.in and got delivered on 10th of May 2017. Finally I found the IDOL is small and not properly fitting in my temple, hence I have requested for the return and it had been picked up by your courier representative on 11th of May 2017, Thursday. same day one more person visited at my place in the evening to take back the product, but once he came to my home we told that the product has been picked up in the morning already and finally he found in his check list that our name is not there for reverse pick up and he left.

                        The payment was done from my husband's card (Tanmoy Das) of Rs. 7979/-

                        Since then, we are waiting for the refund and no clue as yet by your customer service team where the product is !!! Is it my fault that the product did not get deliver to you. And they are asking for the courier slip which your courier boy never gave us. How can i give the slip then ! I was not told while raising the return request that I have to take the slip or your courier person also never bother to give that. I hope its not my duty at all.

                        I am not getting any solution for this mess. I have sent several emails to your customer service team, but no solution.

                        I have waited for a long, but now I cant wait for any long. I need to use the money for something else and about Rs 7979/- is stuck with you.

                        Please help me to get the refund immediately as the expectation is too high from such a reputed organization.

                        There must be some database where its been indicated that who picked up the product and where it is.

                        Please help me to get it resolved soon and help to get the refund. Amount is also high.

                          I have withdrawn from being a seller on amazon in end 2015.

                          In aug 2016, i was surprised to receive an order for my product on amazon. It was a pain to contact their help / support people. They had disabled my account - cannot login. Without a valid login - i cannot request support.

                          After spending hours, was able to get them on chat. The amazon representative on chat assured everything will be corrected etc etc.,

                          In may 2017 i have received another order for my product on amazon. After spending several hours was able to get to a 'complaints form' - duly filled and submitted.

                          Received an email from them asking me to pay towards cancellation of 'aug 16' order. This is absurd. It was their mistake to accept an order on a supplier who has withdrawn his membership.

                          - cannot reply to their email (Bounces)
                          - cannot contact them as i cannot login

                          Amazon should stop this harassment - when members withdraw.

                            I brought the IKall mobile through Amazon india on combo offer, thorugh online purchase. While opening the mobile and check for working, both the mobiles found multiple problem of speakers not working, lines in display. And there is no warranty card / information available in the box / in invoice it mention. Pls suggest where i can get this serviced / replaced.

                              I have cancelled a purchase of 15999 INR on 13 th May 2017 at Amazon. The item was not delivered and a refund as claimed was initiated against the same and an UTR no was provided. When contacted Bank Customer Service they claimed the UTR no to be an invalid no. However customer Service at Amazon end refuses to share valid Transaction details of the refund asking to take it up with the bank .
                              100 s of communication with AMAZON have proved futile as they do not share a valid transaction detail even with repeatedly asking for it. At present they are disconnecting calls made to them without response.

                                  Whirlpool 190 l 3 star direct-cool single door refrigerator (Wde 205 cls 3s grey-e, grey) with ordered id : #[protected] but they sent the wrong model (Dc 205 5s) even we dont know the exact
                                  There is no stabilizer required for what i ordered and stabilizer required for what they sent
                                  Model name why because they displayed one model and sent the other model with ordered model name along with flipkart name and the worst thing is the flipkart labels on amazon product i ordered in amazon but the product is labeled with flipkart i ordered product from amazon only because i believe they send quality products but i amazon not deserve that words
                                  And i called to customer care people they are not yet resolving the problem and they replying rashly and cut the call with out intimation and they treated very badly
                                  Please take action on customer care people and please sent the particular model what i ordered and pick what you sent at the same time
                                  Please scheduled that delivery and picking at same time.

                                    Dear team,

                                    I ordered one iphone 6s rose gold 32 gb on 13 may (Order #[protected]. On 19th may it was delivered to me. When i opened the parcel there was a cheep chinese mobile instead of iphone 6s. After that i called to customer care service the executive told to me share snapshot of the device and imei number which you have received. I shared all the required snapshot and information to executive and mail him on ([protected]@amazon.in). They made a replacement order (Order #[protected] on 19th may on which dispatch date is not mentioned. They told me that device will be picked in next 24 hrs on 20th may but no one picked the device till yet. Every time i called to customer care everyone whom i talked they said device will be picked today. Each time they shared false information and can't even understand customer pain.

                                    I am completely shocked with the services of amazon. At last when no conclusion came up, i preferred to escalate the issue to you. I even not believe that i was cheated by big brand amazon. I request to you to investigate the issue and resolve it on top priority.

                                      I bought new Vivo V5 and unfortunately i got used phone.
                                      When i opened the parcel, i found scratches on Phone and already tempered glass is applied to phone.
                                      Really this is very bad experience with Amazon. I got the parcel yesterday only and opened it today. I did not check infront of delivery boy because, i do trust on Amazon otherwise i would have checked infront of delivery boy.
                                      Really its very pathetic experience. Please find the attached file as few images of Phone.

                                        Sir,

                                        I am yet to receive my book the status of which shows as 'delivered'. To summarize my grievance, let me summarize the developments in this context:
                                        1. Contacted customer care on 20th may and he asked me to wait till evening.
                                        2. Around 6:00 pm when i didn't receive my order, i send an email.
                                        3. Same day (20th may), i received the response saying that they are looking after the issue and that i shall get my order within 24-48 hours.
                                        4. I went to post office (Taking half leave from my office) on 23rd may mentioned in my order tracking but did not found my order.

                                        After such pathetic customer service and taking so much pain, amazon still believes that we should refer friends to their site. Do these people really care for customer service? Besides what about professional ethics. After taking this much pain, i felt i must have easily bought this book from any local bookstore rather than waiting for 10-12 days, losing my peace of mind contacting amazon and still uncertain over when i will be getting my shipment.
