Product delivered defective and internally damaged by amazon. order #[protected] imei [protected] dispatch date 22april 2017
I, purchased Redme 4a from amazon online and paid through credit card Rs 5998 on 20 april 2017 received shipment on 26th april 2017, since than mobile was getting heatup and hanging. On 10 MAY screen touch stop working I couldnot operate handset, unable to switch off.
On 12th May I went to Star sercive center at Indore. i complaint about screen touch problem, beofre opeing on customer care representative told its software problem, after some time another representative came and without opening he told its liquid damage case, we will open the set and see. After opeing the set he took the pick and put remark of Wear and Tear, (Handset Liquid Damage). He said its out of warranty.
Its very strange that how its out of warranty when first time I visted service center. and only 15 days before I received the handset.
Either service center is minting money with false statement.
It should be checked by the company and if my set is not repaired or replace than I will go to consumer forum, I will apply for chargeback to visa credit card and complaint in online PMO.
Please revert with positive resolution.

Product is bad, delivery is more than bad and customer service is worst.
