I ordered
Whirlpool 190 l 3 star direct-cool single door refrigerator (Wde 205 cls 3s grey-e, grey) with ordered id : #[protected] but they sent the wrong model (Dc 205 5s) even we dont know the exact
There is no stabilizer required for what i ordered and stabilizer required for what they sent
Model name why because they displayed one model and sent the other model with ordered model name along with flipkart name and the worst thing is the flipkart labels on amazon product i ordered in amazon but the product is labeled with flipkart i ordered product from amazon only because i believe they send quality products but i amazon not deserve that words
And i called to customer care people they are not yet resolving the problem and they replying rashly and cut the call with out intimation and they treated very badly
Please take action on customer care people and please sent the particular model what i ordered and pick what you sent at the same time
Please scheduled that delivery and picking at same time.

    Dear team,

    I ordered one iphone 6s rose gold 32 gb on 13 may (Order #[protected]. On 19th may it was delivered to me. When i opened the parcel there was a cheep chinese mobile instead of iphone 6s. After that i called to customer care service the executive told to me share snapshot of the device and imei number which you have received. I shared all the required snapshot and information to executive and mail him on ([protected]@amazon.in). They made a replacement order (Order #[protected] on 19th may on which dispatch date is not mentioned. They told me that device will be picked in next 24 hrs on 20th may but no one picked the device till yet. Every time i called to customer care everyone whom i talked they said device will be picked today. Each time they shared false information and can't even understand customer pain.

    I am completely shocked with the services of amazon. At last when no conclusion came up, i preferred to escalate the issue to you. I even not believe that i was cheated by big brand amazon. I request to you to investigate the issue and resolve it on top priority.

      I bought new Vivo V5 and unfortunately i got used phone.
      When i opened the parcel, i found scratches on Phone and already tempered glass is applied to phone.
      Really this is very bad experience with Amazon. I got the parcel yesterday only and opened it today. I did not check infront of delivery boy because, i do trust on Amazon otherwise i would have checked infront of delivery boy.
      Really its very pathetic experience. Please find the attached file as few images of Phone.

        Sir,

        I am yet to receive my book the status of which shows as 'delivered'. To summarize my grievance, let me summarize the developments in this context:
        1. Contacted customer care on 20th may and he asked me to wait till evening.
        2. Around 6:00 pm when i didn't receive my order, i send an email.
        3. Same day (20th may), i received the response saying that they are looking after the issue and that i shall get my order within 24-48 hours.
        4. I went to post office (Taking half leave from my office) on 23rd may mentioned in my order tracking but did not found my order.

        After such pathetic customer service and taking so much pain, amazon still believes that we should refer friends to their site. Do these people really care for customer service? Besides what about professional ethics. After taking this much pain, i felt i must have easily bought this book from any local bookstore rather than waiting for 10-12 days, losing my peace of mind contacting amazon and still uncertain over when i will be getting my shipment.

              I have ordered 2 pcs 16 gb sandisk pen drive & made payment for 498 by hdfc visa debit card, but after 3 days they send me message about cancelation of order & refused to deliver my order. My payment of 498 of refund is still pending.

                  I ordered an amazon kindle paperwhite during amazon sale. The product did not arrive at the designated address and the courier returned it to the seller. I have blnot yet recieved the refund of the product. Order number-one[protected]. First of the amazon courier transportation was not as polite or good and didn't even bother to deliver the product and directly returned it.

                      Still order no #:[protected] wireless car blue tooth is missing, it shows that i have already received and i even called the phone no of the delevery boy and he said he does not have. So who is helping me. Hope here i can get help

                        Sir, i dr sunitha, govt. Medical officer, ordered a curiofact hand carved mirror in amazon worth rs 1749 on april 8th of 2016, and the product didnot reach directly to me, and it was known that a local post man came there and handed over the ordered product to one of my staffs at the institution without my knowledge, and the product reached with broken from exterior look itself because we found a crackling soun inside and i applied for refund and received a mail i should print the label exteriorly and return back to the address as curiofact, gujarat and i did so, but till now i didnt get the refund, i am in deep agony i lost my money, my valuable time for return back the product and after all o guess it was cheating, so pls do the needful because i already waited almost 1 month

                          Awful experience with amazon.. Your delivery team here at guntur, a. P is pathetic and unprofessional.. They didn't even bother to come to my address to deliver the package and instead my package was returned on 20.05.2017, even though i paid the amount for the item while booking the product..

                          I had problems with my phone, so i contacted the delivery agent 5-6 times to call me at an alternate no.. I didn't get the package neither any calls at the alternate no.. I also informed your helpline no./customer care on 19.05.2017 to update my phone no. And to inform the delivery team but that didn't help my cause although i was assured by the executive that the delivery team has been informed and i will get the package within 24hrs-48hrs... I am very disappointed with such a poor coordination between customer care support and delivery agents on field.. Least expected from a brand like amazon.
                          I would request the top management to look into the matter and take strict action against the neglectful staff and also deliver me the same package at the same price at the earliest.

                                I was charged $99.00 from amazon prime. I have not nor do i want this service. I would like my money returned immediately. Also, i would like to see proof showing i signed up for this service.                                 When this payment was made on 07/28 and not due till 08/28
                                I have contacted my bank and they have the entry's that show Amazon Prime withdrew my funds
                                Please help me to alleviate this problem

                                  The amazon has done fraud with me and no one is ready. I ordered the book from amazon and invoice is of that very book but they have delivered me wrong book and the customer care, people. the book ordered by me is a special book and lesser value book with dishonest intention has been supplied to me by the amazon. and now the are not even refunding my money. Is amazon policies are the constitution that needs to be followed they have committed such an error that they should not be pardoned. delivery of the wrong order and of lesser value by taking higher value amounts to fraud and cheating as defined under Indian penal code.

                                    I brought a book advertised as latest edition and sold at 40% discount
                                    on 3rd May, 2017 for Rs.620/- (order no:[protected], it was received on 11/May but the book was of 2010 edition (with list price Rs.620/-).
                                    When I complained, Amazon picked up the book on 12th May and promised refund
                                    in my bank account by 18th May. The refund has still not been received and they
                                    have disabled contact us link. The last message received is given below

                                    But

                                    (a) There is no refund till date

                                    (b) Amazon is not prepared to tell me in whose account
                                    and by which mode has the amount been refunded
                                    (Account Number/Beneficary Name/IFSC code/NEFT number)

                                    (c) It is ridiculous that they "refund" to whomever they want
                                    and then ask the customer to check

                                    Moral : Amazon believes if we start refund process their job is over and they do not
                                    care whether customer actually gets refund or not (and obviously do not even try to help). Should buy from them only if you are ready to accept wrong goods once in a while as return/refund is impossible (based on one out of 2 or 3 returns).

                                      I have following items on 02 march 17.
                                      A) v guard stabiliser, item code[protected]
                                      B) solar led emergency light, item code no.[protected]

                                      The item at sl (B) was not at all received by me till date nor i have received my money back.
                                      The item at sl (A) was received on 09 march but it was damaged. When i made complaint over phone i was told that the item will be replaced. But thereafter i have made several complaints over phone however, no body has picked up the defective item. The order was cancelled subsequently view non receipt of replacements. I have several complaints for both these items over phone. But the amount was not at all refunded despite completing 84 days.

                                      I am a permanent customer of amazon and for me if you make such problem what will be the condition of a new customer. Hope you will not force me to file a case in consumer court. Please look into the matter and refund the amount immediately.

                                        I have ordered a product on Great Indian Festival. But 1 month passed away, I have neither received my product not refund of my online payment. Amazon are big cheaters. They took money from us, use it and then never refund it. Tried contacting customer care, but they said they have no solution to my problem. Please help
