Hi my name is john patel this is my 2nd complain in 2 days.
But again it is in regards to amazon india
I had ordered a phone cover and a bottle of hair gel few days back. I have received a message today from amazon that the phone cover is delivered to me but i havent received it, so i called up amazon to inquire and spoke to megha, then i got to know that the pre paid item (Note 5 cover is delivered to some one else) and the courier has updated my name in the receivers name. This the order number[protected].
This is the order number for gel[protected] i was suppose to receive it today but i havent received it nor did i receive a call from them.
A few days back i had ordered mamy poko pants xl size diapers from my wifes phone. But havent received it yet please do something about it. Because amazon is treating us well. No value for money.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is third times when no one receive returned items for 3 different products. Last 3 months product is not collected by amazon. When for last poduct a sms has come that packet is not ready whereas nobody has come to collect.

    I bought a red mi 4 mobile which amount was rs.8998/-, unfortunately i gave the delivery boy rs. 10000/-. After his delivery i called him just 5 minuets to say that please refund me the extra amount. He told me that he will just come and after 10 day past he did not contact with me. I was complain by toll free number but till now it is not recovered,
    So please take some necessary action and refund me the extra amount

      I placed a order for a product "sony alpha a6000y 24.3mp digital slr camera (Black) with 16-50 & 55-210mm lens (Ilce-6000y)" on 8 june 2017. I paid fully by credit card. On 11 june 2017 the tracing detail shows the item was delivered and receipt was signed by me (Debashis sardar) whereas i did received the item at all, hence there is no question to sing in receipt, but they claimed the receipt was signed by debashis sardar. I fear courier service grab the item. It is cheating case was happened by amaxon.

      I have already been send the product through speed post 1.5 months ago...but till now I get my money return back

        The following email is a false feedback given by Amazon's 3rd party supplier Mahindra Logistics in Bangalore, as package was refused due to being unsealed (Neither Bosch seal Tape nor Amazon Seal Tape was there)

        This is my Second such experience with Amazon /Mahindra partnership, The matter was reported to Amazon Hyderabad during previous order six months ago but it seems everything is already known to them. Innocent customers are being supplied products especially washing machines without any seal, atleast in Bangalore by Amazon Tie-ups.

        This complaint is lodged in Public Interest. Hop e to hear from you with a solution.

          Just 4 month over to buy this phone xiaomi mi max prime (Gold, 128gb) and charging point creating issue. Charging point does not lock charger pin and phone did not charge. You have to keep press charger point by hand.

          Without charging how u can use phone.

          I lost my 19000 in 4 month itself on this...

          Pls return this phone and give me new piece asap.

              Hi,

              This is dinesh from chennai. I bought a product called muscle blaze super gainer in amazon.in on 9th june as a prime customer. The product should arrive on 10th june by 8 pm but they failed to deliver it. I called customer service pune for many times since i need to carry that product along with me. They promised me product will arrive by 8 pm. But product does not arrived so i called amazon again for enquiry but no proper response. Finally till now product was not arrived. So i loss my time, money. Also tey provided some incorrect courier boy phone number. I need reimbursement for my loss of time and money which i paid for this product!!!

                I ordered a product on 3rd june from amazon and i was supposed to get it by today ie 10 june. I got the forewarded mesage that it will be delivered by today. I waited for the product till 6:00 pm. But still the product had not reached my hand and to my horror i got the message that it was delivered successfully.

                  Hi,

                  I have placed an order of f&d speaker as an gift to my brother and the expected delivery time was 10 june 2017. The order number is #[protected] on 9th i have called the amazon customer care twice to confirm the product get delivered on 10 june they also escalated to the amazon delivery services. Today is 10th june when i called 5:30 pm in the evening the customer care representative is telling he will again escalate to the concern department and within 24-48hrs my product get delivered.

                  The product which i required today and even the tracking status is showing received bangalore on 9th june after that no tracking status. Even the delivery is done by amazon delivery. Day by day the service of amazon is getting worse and thought that they respect the customers request after escalating 3 times also they have not taken any action to that.

                  Worst delivery, very worst customer care and not sure how the product is going to deliver.

                  Would request the amazon to rectify the mistakes in future.

                    Product and service experience

                    I am writing this complaint about my recent purchase with lg 6 kg fully-automatic front loading washing machine (Fh0b8ndl22, blue white) from www.amazon.in, sold by cloudtail india private limited.

                    Product arrived today morning, logged call with lg care and installation was done by lg technician in afternoon. Although things happened quickly, i was not happy with amazon's customer service and attitude. There was no bill and invoice provided with the product and lg care asked us to show the bill neither they would not do the installation. Due to this great deal of confusion and tension was caused and in order to get it installed without delays, i had to pay the lg technician for the installation. Amazon should tell this upfront on their product page, also no clarity on product warranty, without any bill or invoice how do we go about if the product develops problems in future is what they need to think of.

                    Amazon has not provided a bill or invoice and with this how can customer claim warranty or if problems develop in the product in future what will he do?

                    They are refusing to publish my honest review about the experience i had with them.

                    Now i have to only hope the product performs better and no problems will come up after this terrible experience of installation.

                    They are selling products and then not concerned about product installation, warranty, bill, invoice and so on... Buyers beware of amazon and dont get lured by low prices,

                        I have purchased a womens duangree from amazon and due to some problem i have return that and the item has been received also. From last week i was trying to contact from that dealer name @ aarti collection but no one is picking up the call and nor on the customer services of amazon no. After facing soo much problem i have decided to take this action. I am not at all satisfied with your coustomer service nor you are trying to contact for that refund with in this week i want my refund. I am trying to contact amazon customer services and aarti collection but no one is picking up the call. Not able to shop with your ste again in the future.                           I placed an order on amazon.in order no[protected]. The delivary was very arrogant. I just said what is the amount. He tear the bill from box so rudely and handover to me and the way he spoke to me is unacceptable. Sounds like he is doing great favour delivering that shipment and he is doing it with his own cost. We are paying good money for the shipment and its not a free delivery. Please point a view in this i understood amazon is using sum consultancy for delivery in delhi ncr but this this delivary guy was from amazon team. If amazon loos one customer they may loos nothing. But its an opportunity for us to try another websites.

                          Firstly the delivary have some manners . if they r mannerless then y v should hear all the nonsense from them . v throw him out of our aparments. Firstly u have to find out . which delivary boy done this disgusting thing. & then deduct salary from their account . important thing is that u should whats the matter . who is wrong . arrogant, rude in complaint . then u could take actions .

                            I have purchased the samsung metro xl from amazon before 1 month. But after using it, i came to know with its worst voice quality. I thought there is a problem in sim card, then i also replaced it. But till the problem exists. So, regarding this i want to return the product ad soon as possible, otherwise i will go in consumer forum and will complaint about it.

                              I had booked a mobile phone under prime membership (Order #[protected] with prepayment of 20k inr and had been constantly chasing the deliver team to get the product. The amazon guys have been fooling me from last many days, with false updates on the delivery. They are themselves not able to track where the order is. One of them then booked a replacement (Order #[protected] saying that the original order is not tracable. Now my order history sows, original product cancelled and a replacement ordered. Today i received an update that the replacement order has been called back and it wont be delivered to me. They are not trying to get the original order delivered. The order they had not been order to trace even after 5-6 days, now they are saying that the replacement will be cancelled and original one would be delivered. All these days, i have
                              Been calling the customer care numerous time, have had numerous chats. So much of my time has been wasted following up on this order. And today i am getting to her that replacement is cancelled and they will try for original.
                              I am really pissed off and fed up of this pathetic service by amazon.

                              I would recommend everyone not to buy the products from amazon. We should collectively teach them a lesson, otherwise they would repeat this with numerous other customers.

                                  Hello,

                                  I was ordered in amazon a touch mouse on 2/6/[protected]-0567559). I was paid that mouse rs 4507 through online banking. But that order is not available with seller, he asked me to cancel the order. But when i tried a-z claim in that page, i am unable to fill the reason "i havent receive the product". I called amazon n number of times for the claim process, all are helpless. Finally they have filled the claim like, "the produce received defective". But i am not even receive the product. So irs very clear. Amazon will rob the money from customer. 1. You will purchase one product with money 2. Seller will say dont have stock 3. But amazon will show order dispatched. 4. Amaon customer team file the claim with reason of product dispatched but defective. 5. Amazon will say we will refund in two weeks after the investigation 6. Finally they wont refund. 7. They will say we are investigating the issue. They will simply cheat the customer money

                                    I have received a defective keyboard. From day one the 'r' key was working intermittently and now e is also defective.

                                    'r' key was working intermittently and i had asked amazon if they could replace the keyboard earlier as soon as i started using it.
                                    Since it was working intermittently i limped on.
                                    But now 'e' key has stopped working rendering the keyboard unusable.

                                      I ordered htc desire pro from amazon india in month of april 2017, when i was in india for a vacation, then i returned to netherland for work.
                                      After few days amazon start calling on my india number to get the feedback for the product on my india number, which is there with my parents.
                                      My parent told them, that i left india already and they can't gave feedback as they are not aware of the product.
                                      But amazon customer care or feedback department was calling daily to get feedback and that is not good, my parents got frustrate due to this.
                                      And big organisation like amazon should know how to deal with the customer and not to frustrate them, this was not expect from amazon.
                                      I don't think so, i am gonna buy product from amazon in future.
