I took this item 3 months ago but suddenly it was behaving differently that is while it was playing music it was strucking the music and only when the playing screen was appearing it was strucking please say me a solution for this problem and another thing is when i am trying to reach your customer care that was not answering pleaase respond.
i hope i can hear a solution from you.

    I have been charged rupees 710.30 on account of subscription to Amazon Prime, which I never subscribed & when I visited the website this is also confirmed. I wanted to speak to any person who may resolve my problem but to no avail!!
    I think, I shall have to visit the court of Law to seek relief!!

    Amazon customer are not delivering products on time. customer care executives are misleading the customers. Different executive gave different answers and not forwarding customer calls to their superiors or some other department.
    they are giving same answer what we are tracking online. They are not giving some extra details.

          I am frequent customer of amazon but it's sad to say u will stop purchasing anymore from amazon and won't recommend anyone to make a purchase from amazon ever. This people just show you the offers but when it comes to return or replacement of a product they completely deny it. I had ordered a power bank of syska from amazon.1st thing it was recieved in used condition. There is dust and thumb marks on the product. So i request for return/replacement. While rasing the request i was told person will come to pick up the product. But next day i recieved a call from amazon that they don't have pick up service available in surat (Gujarat) i mean common it's one of the metro city of gujarat.. Other companies take replacement from my house (It happened once few days back) so what does a working guy has to do? Who can't leave from office to send them back courier??
          This is the most pathetic service recievd from amazon and i will make my complains in consumer court now

              Order number[protected], was placed me on amazon.In on 30 may 2017 for quick heal total security 3 pc/1year and paid rs 2100, through my credit card for the same. The said order was received 2, june 2017 in card board box. But to out surprise when i came to office and opened the packet the original seal of software was found tempered. Also could not find the security key in the packet to upload the software. Delivery person didn't allow to open the cardboard before accepting it. When i contacted amazon.In they requested me to upload the images of the product received and refused to help and advised to contact the seller or the manufacturer itself. But this is really unfair that amazon accepts payment but in case of problem buyer is asked to contact the original seller or producer. I've have purchases the product from amazon so would like the to provide me the solution. This is very harassing. Amazon.In should either privide me the replacement or the refund for the same.

                    Very worst service by Amazon. After returning the defective power bank. They failed to return my money. Several times I called their customers care executives. They dragging the process only, instead of returning my money. On 25 may 2017 my returned parcel received by amazon. Till now does not returned my money back to me. More than 30 days i am totally cheated.

                                Fraud company, shame on you amazon, i have order a thermal printer from amazon but the product is not working from the day when it's arrived. I have given lots of complain in amazon toll free number but they just reschedule from one day to another of returning there product by not sending their delivery boy to pick up their product, it been 12 to 15 day i try my best to make their call centre team to understand my problem and return this delivery, but there irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour show how amazon works. They sell duplicate product on their site and when customer urge to return this product they just reschedule it...

                                Worst possible service ever got from any online shopping site.. I have called in amazon tollfree number mr. Shaad, pune region have misbehaved with me and told me to go bluedrat courier and give return your product there, as i have gone to there office to return my product by they rejected me that they don't take return as there different office do that, then again have to travel to return my product to different office, but the office staff was not there.. I have called again in the tollfree number but and talk to your reprentatives mr. Shabaaz but no help from there.. I have to travel to return the product approx 20km.. Exhausted and very disappointed with the service which i have got from amazon, will remember in my lifetime... Thankyou amazon...                                       This is regarding the order #[protected]. I ordered panasonic 101.6 cm (40 inches) th-40d200dx full hd led tv from amazon. The product delivered was damaged. I placed return request several times but the pick up is still not done. They are not even replying now. I am suffering from monetary loss as well as my time in mailing them and calling them is getting wasted. I am attaching few emails from their customer care regarding pick up and also report from panasonic department that the panel of the tv was broken.

                                        Since long i am contacting seller customer care but i am not getting any solution from him. I have purchase nilkamal storage cabinat from amazon. I found damaged product. I want to replace the same to amazon. Order id of the product is[protected]. Seller is asking me to courier the product. It is very heavy. Already my rupees are stucked with amazon. And they are asking me to stuck further more rupees by sending the goods through courier. I m leaving this site. I m going to use that broken product at last i want to say only one thing that i hate amazon it was really a very bad experience for me
