Hi,
I have ordered a tommy hilfiger whitson brown men's wallet (Th/whits03pcw/brn) and received some used and fake product, i paid 2399rs.

I requested return of this product from amazon india on 4th june some courier guy came to pick up but didn't accept the product as the product was in a used condition and when i explained him thats the reason we are returning the product. But courier guy misbehaved and left without accepting the product.

After that i had a chat with some cs executive and he assured me somone will come between 7-10am slot on 5th june. No one turned up
Then at 12:30 pm around on 5th june i contacted another cs person (Priyanka)
She promised that someone will come before 2pm for pick up. But no one turned up.
Then i had a chat with dixita and she promised someone will come for pick up beween 3-7pm. But no one turned up.
Then on 6th june around 8:50 am i had a chat with krishnan but no help, though he raised a request for new pick up on 7th june like all other cs exxecutives but he was saying that i refused the pickup as per system. I explained him again and again the whole story but he was adamant on what he can see in the system.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have 3 charges from Amazon that I know nothig about

    Hi,

    I am raised a complaint with consumer forum & compliant no is :294326.

    It's regarding non refund of my money against return of 2 items.

    1. Phone - honor 5x - order #[protected]
    2. Resistance band - order #[protected]

    I am also disappointed with the way you have deal my case. Your policies are totally one sided.

    Why i need to download any app (Forcible app download) while doing the return of any item.
    This is really frustrated part. I have never faced such thing in any other shopping sites.

    Pathetic. I don't need your products now how much good they may be now onwards, i need my money back at any cost.

    There is no action even after raising complaint in Consumer forum even after 48 hours.Really pathetic response & no care of customer at all.

      Ordered 2 cookbooks but got 4. Sent 2 as a gift and kept the other two. Two of the books were 7.95 each and the other was 16.05 each and i was charged 14.00 each and 22.74 each. Please don't suggest that it is a late fee because the bill isn't over due until 6/25/17. I will pay the amount posted but not the increased amount.

        I am really disappointed today regarding you services... I got a call from your delivery boy that i will not come to your place because its too hot.. So you have too come my place to collect you parsal... This is what i accept from amazon??? We having lot of option to buy any product... This is my worst experience from amazon...

          What the hell you guys think not even responding well dissconecting the phone some superviser named koshalya dissconnected with out giving proper response. When i recived defective piece i made a call and one of your lady attended i told her to replace it but she said no sir we cant replace it but we do pay you that 499 amount to pay balance u can re order it actually i bought it on 90% discount so i trusted her and made return and them again i called you guys and suddenly your workers said no sir we can refund then i said ok then return my product which is rusted and defective am ok with it but then also they said no sir we cant return it to u and your one of superviser koushalya said lets compromise we will give u 50 rs i mean what the hell yaar i dont your money if you cant replace it then why the # you guys giving promo codes 😡 i am quiting your ac and also i ll tell my frnds not to buy any stuff from you guys here is my number amazon ac number [protected]

            Amazone india is selling this product on their website. This is highly disgusting misogynistic and condemn able. You are requested to remove the product as soon as possible.

                I took this item 3 months ago but suddenly it was behaving differently that is while it was playing music it was strucking the music and only when the playing screen was appearing it was strucking please say me a solution for this problem and another thing is when i am trying to reach your customer care that was not answering pleaase respond.
                i hope i can hear a solution from you.

                  I have been charged rupees 710.30 on account of subscription to Amazon Prime, which I never subscribed & when I visited the website this is also confirmed. I wanted to speak to any person who may resolve my problem but to no avail!!
                  I think, I shall have to visit the court of Law to seek relief!!

                  Amazon customer are not delivering products on time. customer care executives are misleading the customers. Different executive gave different answers and not forwarding customer calls to their superiors or some other department.
                  they are giving same answer what we are tracking online. They are not giving some extra details.

                        I am frequent customer of amazon but it's sad to say u will stop purchasing anymore from amazon and won't recommend anyone to make a purchase from amazon ever. This people just show you the offers but when it comes to return or replacement of a product they completely deny it. I had ordered a power bank of syska from amazon.1st thing it was recieved in used condition. There is dust and thumb marks on the product. So i request for return/replacement. While rasing the request i was told person will come to pick up the product. But next day i recieved a call from amazon that they don't have pick up service available in surat (Gujarat) i mean common it's one of the metro city of gujarat.. Other companies take replacement from my house (It happened once few days back) so what does a working guy has to do? Who can't leave from office to send them back courier??
                        This is the most pathetic service recievd from amazon and i will make my complains in consumer court now

                            Order number[protected], was placed me on amazon.In on 30 may 2017 for quick heal total security 3 pc/1year and paid rs 2100, through my credit card for the same. The said order was received 2, june 2017 in card board box. But to out surprise when i came to office and opened the packet the original seal of software was found tempered. Also could not find the security key in the packet to upload the software. Delivery person didn't allow to open the cardboard before accepting it. When i contacted amazon.In they requested me to upload the images of the product received and refused to help and advised to contact the seller or the manufacturer itself. But this is really unfair that amazon accepts payment but in case of problem buyer is asked to contact the original seller or producer. I've have purchases the product from amazon so would like the to provide me the solution. This is very harassing. Amazon.In should either privide me the replacement or the refund for the same.

                                  Very worst service by Amazon. After returning the defective power bank. They failed to return my money. Several times I called their customers care executives. They dragging the process only, instead of returning my money. On 25 may 2017 my returned parcel received by amazon. Till now does not returned my money back to me. More than 30 days i am totally cheated.

                                        I m so upset with ur service. U hv gvn a defective mobile to me..
