My name is Sunil P and my email id is sunil007.[protected]@gmail.com, and my mobile number is +[protected], i ordered dslr camera in my account its attached down, details are in pic, and its delivered today, after that one of my friend or someone taken accnt login of my amazon account and he did complainted amazon that order not recieved and he taking replacement of another dslr and he changed all details of my amazon login, and he is getting the product soo please amazon cancel the order and save my life, he is fraud please cancel that order please am begging you

    I had order for macbook air on 18th may and it was supposed to be delivered by today i. E 19th may.
    The courier boy was out for delivery since afternoon but i didn't recieve my order and its already night.
    I had paid rs 100 extra fir today's delivery.
    Pathetic service by amazon website.
    Unhappy and unsafisfied customer. No response from call centre..

      Greetings,

      I am writing this mail with utter disappointment and anger. My name is Ajmal and presently residing in UAE. I had ordered a tapered jeans in your website. Since I only have NRI account and am presently out of country, I ordered it through my friend's account and debit card. He choosed debit card payment option as the item cost Rs.6000 and cod was not available. Once he placed the order it shown successfully placed. But after 1 day he got a mail says its cancelled. So he again placed the order with debit card, and got the same confirmation. The order no is[protected] But after 2 days he received another mail by saying again it got cancelled. But this time the money is deducted from his account. So I called your customer care yesterday and I talked to Mr. Murali yesterday. I explained to him the situation, but he couldn't trace the problem. His suggestion was to place another order with cod option. And surprisingly cod was possible this time. And again he couldn't give a satisfactory explanation for that too. And the most funniest part is he cannot trace the ASIN B01LYW7HZ4. He said he couldn't trace that item in its system. I think amazon have to do some serious work on its backend. Any how my friend again placed the order with cod. And the order no is[protected]

      Today he called me again and said now both orders are processed and money also deducted. So i again called your ccustomer care. But the responds were highly unprofessional and irritating. One Ms.Deepa attend the call and she said she can't do anything with order no and she needs complete details. I don't understand then what is the purpose of an order no. Since her reply was not satisfactory, i requested her to transfer the call to a higher authority and she transferred it to her leadership team. Ms.Santoshi attend the call this time and she was also needed the complete details. And she said she can't see the order no[protected]. This is the most weird experience i ever had. Your system can't trace the no you generated. And who employed her in customer service? She doesn't even know how to talk with customers. You can check the call recordings as you claim you do for quality purposes.

      I am a regular ecommerce customer. I am shopping from asos, myntra and also fromamazon.com. You have to learn from all of them, especially from myntra your immediate competitor. I am one of their premium customer. My experience with amazon.in is really awful.

      I need to get cancelled one of my order if both are generated. Please cancel cod then. If you can't give me reply with in 24 hours cancel my order. Irrespective of you reply to this or not i won't shop with amazon.in again. I can get the same from amazon.com which is better in anyways.

I only asked them to track the status of my order and their cs team is helpless on that..pathetic.

        Coolpad mobile, i am not satisfied with the product.

        It is not functioning well and responding very slow. Every time ask to

        Overall product quality is not upto the mark. I tried to place return
        Request today on 19 th may, system is not confirming my return request.

        I talked to cc - mr praveen @ 6:30 pm on 19 th may, he is asking me to go
        To cool pad service center and get the confirmation from there that phoen
        Is not working well.

        Why should i go to coolpad? When i have purchased product from amazon.
        I have no such time that is why i have selected amazon as merchant.
        I purchase lot many thing through amazon frequently, i have faced such
        Issue first time. I never expect this from amazon. Cc care person - mr
        Praveen was talking about some rules which never display while transiting
        For any purchase.

        Please look into my request and arrange for return of the product asap.

            Hi,

            I have purchased Titan analog Blue Dial Women's Watch - 9710SM01 on amazon.in on 12.05.2017 of Rs.3, 999 vide ORDER #[protected], payment made through Debit Card.. The delivery date promised by the company was 17.05.2017, on this day I received message saying "Delivery attempted customer was unable", as it is a fake attempt made the co. when i have contacted the amazon 3-4 they are least bother about the delivery of the product. And today i have received the message saying "Your package could not be delivered and returning back to the seller", on this note i contacted CC the agent replied that "the order will not deliver, take your refund".

            This is really a pathetic, after paying full amount and waited for so many days, as i was suppose to gift someone and EOD they fail to deliver, there was some emotions of purchasing this order.

            This is not acceptable at any cost, the company is unable to deliver the product after taking the full payment..

            I request the concerned respective officers should take serious action on such service and fake commitments by the company.

                I am an Amazon Prime Member.
                This complaint is in reference to AWB Nos.[protected] and[protected] delivered by your Delivery Agent Mr. Ram Kamal with mobile no. [protected] delivery made on 19th May 2017 at 11:37 AM.
                My place of residence is on the second floor of the building I live in. The courier delivery agent refuses to delivery the items ordered on 2nd floor and very rudely asked me to come down and collect the items. On my saying that he is suppose to "door deliver" the order he very rudely and curtly said it is not my job to take stairs to two floors and I will not deliver on the 2nd floor.
                Upon my saying that I will have to report to matter to Amazon, he retorted that I can report the matter anywhere, but he will not deliver the articles ordered on the 2nd Floor.
                Courier service is of Amazon Transportation Service. This type of rude behaviour and arrogant attitude is not acceptable. If Amazon can only deliver on the ground floor, they should clearly mention it in their terms and conditions boldly and significantly so that people not residing on ground floor may look for alternative options of shopping and ordering.
                The experience is highly disturbing, deplorable and unacceptable. If Amazon doesn't look into the matter and take the inept delivery person to task, they will surely loose loyal customers and business.

                  I was place an order of memory card (Sandisk 32gb class10 with adapter) on date 21/04/2017. Standard time of delivery is 03/05/2017. But product was not deliverd. Amozon india was sent me a mail to wait for my order upto 09/05/2017. But again product was not delivered. Seller sent me a mail that due to product was undeliverd, seller refund my money 649/-rs. But i am waiting from last 7 days for refund.

Vo mujhe pasand nhi aaya to maine use vapis krne ke liye request kiya or refund apne account me krne ko kha. Maine order indian post (id: er[protected]in) ke through send kiya jo deliver ho chuka h. Prantu amazon ne mujhe abhi tak amount refund nhi kiya h. Phone krne par tal mtol kar jate h.

                      Complaint about amazon,
                      i ordered phone c7 pro on 16th may, amount was approved by bajaj finserv and according to the mail received from Mr. Rashid (on 17th may) from Amazon escalation team, amazon received the payment.

                      Then after an hour, amazon cancelled the order to earn extra 2000 rs as the price was increased to 27990 from 25990.

                        On12th may 2017 i ordered mobile coolpad note 5 for rs 6999 and 1 year screen protection for rs 549 on amazon sale. Irecieved screen protection on 16th may but mobile was not delivered reason was given i rejected to accept order onmy door. Which is completly untrue then i contacted amazon cust care but they said that now they cant do any thing. My problem is what should i do with the screen protection which i recieved on 16th may with the mobile. My 549 rs is gone waste without mobile.

                            Please refer order no[protected] dt 14 apr 2017 amounting of rs 549/-. The items is short on lenght and not specific web product. That why i have lodged return request but no action taken from your end. Several time i have called to your customer service, they have assured me stating that the package will be picked. But no one has come to pick up items.

                                I bought a washing machine on 24 April 2017 from Amazon vide order #[protected].
                                There was a offer that if seller is cloudtail and mode of payment is prepaid and purchase dates are 23 and 24 April 2017, customer will get cash back of 10% up-to 2500. When contacted amazon I am told by Amazon that there was no such offer. Request to resolve the issue as earliest.

                                  I ordered sparx black & red rubber flip flops size 6 on 8-5-2017 and received it on 13 may... Firstly i want to say the packing was awful and this was expected from amazon... And when i tried the product it was wrong size so i instantly called amazon to schedule a return pickup & that was done on 14-5-17 evening with tracking no.[protected]... But after pickup there has been no updates of the product or any refund initiation till now nor i'm able to track the product on my app.. It is jst showing product delivered when i ask amazon care they r saying that product has yet not reached the seller and that is not updated in ur system that's why it is not reflecting in the app... I have earlier also returned product to amazon but it was smooth and quick but this time it's pathetic... So i request u to pls look into the issue and refund my money asap...                                     Amazon.in has an offer of 10% cashback (Max 2500) as amazon pay balance on buying large appliances from retailer cloud tail india from 23-24th april 2017.

                                    I bought an ac under order number #[protected] from cloud tail. However no cashback was initiated.

                                    When i contacted amazon.in, i am being told there was not such offer during that period which is completely wrong. They had an offer but now they are saying that i should provide them with a screenshot of offer which i don't have.

                                    Request to please get it resolved as i can see 1-2 more people has raised this issue.

                                        Sir my name is sami khan and my id is [protected]@gmail.com i just order a phone by credit card transition but by mistake i filled my date of expiry incorrect
                                        So the amzon locked my account i request you sir that please unlock my account.i also send a mail on cs-reply.amazon but they don't took any action towards this action so sir i request you to please unlock by account.
