I have Ordered a Redmi Mi 4 Mobile Phone with 3 GB of Ram and 32 GB of ROM but it will delivered me to 2 GB of Ram and 16 GB of ROM. amazon delivered a wrong product. and courrirer boy is also involved in this because my ordere deliverey date is 31-may-2017 but it will delivered me to 02-jun-2017.

    Very worst service by Amazon. After returning the defective power bank. They failed to return my money. Several times I called their customers care executives. They dragging the process only, instead of returning my money. On 25 may 2017 my returned parcel received by amazon. Till now does not returned my money back to me. More than 30 days i am totally cheated.
    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I ordered Sandisk cruzer blade 32 GB USB flash drive on 25.05.2017. Today (02.06.2017) it is delivered by case on delivery boy. I paid Rs.640.00 After opening the box it is empty. I request you do the needful and return or refund my amount at an early at your end…..my mob. [protected].

            Sir amazon is saying they refunded my money to bank on 25 may 2017 but till now they did not credited it to my credit card account amazon gave me tranction id also but bank coustomer care staff refuse to identify my amount through that trancaction kindly help i am attaching amazon e mail kindly take stick action against amazon so that they should not behave like that in future

Though in status it has been stated as delivered i feel very much shocked how a company like amazon after making all payment can making the order so much delayed.                 Fraud company, shame on you amazon, i have order a thermal printer from amazon but the product is not working from the day when it's arrived. I have given lots of complain in amazon toll free number but they just reschedule from one day to another of returning there product by not sending their delivery boy to pick up their product, it been 12 to 15 day i try my best to make their call centre team to understand my problem and return this delivery, but there irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour show how amazon works. They sell duplicate product on their site and when customer urge to return this product they just reschedule it...

                Worst possible service ever got from any online shopping site.. I have called in amazon tollfree number mr. Shaad, pune region have misbehaved with me and told me to go bluedrat courier and give return your product there, as i have gone to there office to return my product by they rejected me that they don't take return as there different office do that, then again have to travel to return my product to different office, but the office staff was not there.. I have called again in the tollfree number but and talk to your reprentatives mr. Shabaaz but no help from there.. I have to travel to return the product approx 20km.. Exhausted and very disappointed with the service which i have got from amazon, will remember in my lifetime... Thankyou amazon...                   Fraud company..I have order a printer from amazon but the product is not working from the day when it's arrived.                     I ordered two dress materials from Amazon site online. Payment made online of rs 1800 and rs 1499. Not a single order delivered. I contacted Amazon for refund.
                    First they refused and said both orders delivered. But on frequent contact they refunded me rs 1800 of one order. And now they dont want to refund remaining rs 1499. Saying again that order delivered.
                    I want to complain about this and want my maney back. Please help.

                      This is regarding the order #[protected]. I ordered panasonic 101.6 cm (40 inches) th-40d200dx full hd led tv from amazon. The product delivered was damaged. I placed return request several times but the pick up is still not done. They are not even replying now. I am suffering from monetary loss as well as my time in mailing them and calling them is getting wasted. I am attaching few emails from their customer care regarding pick up and also report from panasonic department that the panel of the tv was broken.

                      Please solve the issue asap.

                        Since long i am contacting seller customer care but i am not getting any solution from him. I have purchase nilkamal storage cabinat from amazon. I found damaged product. I want to replace the same to amazon. Order id of the product is[protected]. Seller is asking me to courier the product. It is very heavy. Already my rupees are stucked with amazon. And they are asking me to stuck further more rupees by sending the goods through courier. I m leaving this site. I m going to use that broken product at last i want to say only one thing that i hate amazon it was really a very bad experience for me

                            I have ordered phone on 14May with full payment,
                            committed delivery date was 22May but not received my order.
                            Later on date changed to the 26May but again not received my order.

                            Then I complained to customer care and response is very poor, the told that courier lost in the transit then I was contact to senior person but he disconnected phone without any solution.

                            Again I call again to cancel my order then they kept my phone on hold for more than half hr. and confirm that they will cancel my order and refund my amount. But still I have not revived my amount and not my order.

                            Very unexpected from such a company.

                                Hi, i ordered a product from amazon india, however, delivery boy rajendra denied to deliver when i ask him i will complaint he said nothing will happen by complaint. I called customer service and spoke with dipsika she was pathetic and gave me all incorrect information, and gave me false assurance you can listen the call recording, she said i will assure you that you will get your product delivered definitely and on next day she sent an email stating order is cancelled due wrong address, everything get delivered properly this delivery has been cancelled intentionally by delivery agent rajendra, and unhelpfulness of dipsika, if you believe in your brand amazon i want you to take strict action against them please or i will loose my faith in amazon, and i want the product which is cancelled free of cost now.

                                Dipsikha escalation advisor and delivery boy Rajendra both are pathetic, we pay for home delivery, your customer service agent Dipsikha does not deserve a job of escalation team, she is unskillful, pathetic, gave me incorrect resolution and assurance. I am really unhappy how can you hire such persons for Amazon who do not deserve to be there. She sound like a sarcastic, i explained her everything but, she has gave me false promise no one helped me even I called multiple times, my order is cancelled because of Dipshika and delivery boy Rajendra, please stop such harassment, the name of Amazon is best customer service is false, Amazon is worst customer centric company till the time people like Dipshika and Rajendra work with you.

                                Dipishika had never gave me alternate options to get my product delivered, she gave me false assurance, incorrect information, i contacted support multiple time, I spoke with Divya senior manager and with Jhsnkar, I am happy with Jhankar conversation but not happy with Dipshika, she deserve a training, if you want to be a good customer centric company please make a change and give some training to Dipshika please, I want my product free of cost now, as it is cancelled by Dipishika. I never asked to cancel why she cancelled my order, as she promised me that I will definitely get my order delivered, this intentionally done by Dipshika and Rajendra please I want strict action against Rajendra. I want strict action against Rajendra and Dipshika. Please send Dipshika for retraining's as she deserve training, she does not deserve a job of customer service escalation advisor please.

                                If you care for customers time and patronage then please take an strict action against Dipshika, please take an action against Dipshika, please take strict action against Dipshika, and action against Rajendra, and I want my order which is cancelled by your people intentionally I want my order for free of cost now I want it if you care for people, again please take strict action against Dipshika

                                  Who is a delivery boy? As most o[censored]s in simple words will answer the one who delivers parcel to your residence. But it was not in the case of the order i placed on 30th may 2017. I order a fidget spinner - green apple (Orange) which arrived earlier than expected that was today 1st june 2017 and it was of good quality as well. I am lodging this complaint not against the quality but the quality of the way it was delivered. The delivery man called me over phone and asked me to come and take the parcel. The place was 5 minutes of walkable distance to me. But i suppose we pay delivery chargers for a home delivery not an out delivery. The delivery man named mr. Agyatkumar ashok sharma from blue dart express limited told me that he had other deliveries too and he is calling most of them at the said place (Big cross, uttan naka, bhayandar west). If it was a case of the delivery man not finding the residence i would still have the courtesy to walk out of my home and guide him. But what is the use of online sites when a delivery man like mr. Sharma asks to come out to the said place and take the delivery without putting the efforts in finding the residence. He also gave an excuse that it was chawl system but it was not because here there are bungalows not chawls. And to be fair a chawl, bungalows or buildings shouldn't make any difference when it comes to delivery. E-commerce is meant to provide shopping at one place and reduce efforts of physically shopping but i guess delivery man like this one is going to change the perception of most of the customers and stop purchasing online. Overall he was rude wen questioned him about home-delivery and paying the charges for home-delivery. If i wished i wouldn't take the order or either not pay the delivery charges to teach him a lesson. But yet as the fidget spinner was for my younger sibling who was just 11 yr old and was eager to have it so i accepted and paid the exact money with delivery charges. The suprising fact was my neighbour too had placed an order and the delivery man had her parcel too. Knowing this i lost my temper as well as my neighbour as he had no efforts put into finding the residence at all and was rude in talking as well. I couldn't even expect a sorry from him as he was way too rude.

In id is [protected]@gmail.com i got a gift card from my father office i reedemed it and went on to order printer and decided to pay extra money with debit/credit card option. They block my account and told to give details of card which i dont have despite of many efforts by phone call and mails they told us that it is done by their account team and coustomer soupport cant do anything in it i mailed to given id but every time they forward the same mail without understanding content of my mail

                                    Plz understand my problem and plz resolve it fasts

                                      The company amazon says the the refund for the particular item is deposited back to my bank of baroda debit card but the same is not in my account, its been 10 days i m still waiting for the refund, the bank says we cannot help and the amazon has just given the reference number is 4947742091356605403062 & Auth Code: 203329, stating that u contact rbi and compalin them as to why the money is stuck, the amount of refund is 11, 931Rs!! Kindly plz help
